Tom Bradley International Terminal at LAX is generally a well-organized and modern facility, offering a good selection of dining and shopping options for travelers. The security and immigration processes are relatively smooth, and the overall layout is efficient. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The terminal tends to be quite crowded, and there aren’t enough seats for passengers to sit comfortably while checking in. More signage and information tables would also be helpful in guiding travelers through the terminal, as navigation can sometimes be confusing. Additionally, parking is on the expensive side, which can be inconvenient for those picking up or dropping off passengers. Despite these drawbacks, the terminal provides a decent travel experience with its amenities and organization. With a few adjustments, it could be even better!

A nice international terminal that has multiple flights a day to Japan and Australia. Lots of stores and fast food restaurants. Not crowded and very friendly staff. They even have my favorite lollipop pop store see’s.

Arrived at Tom Bradley International 26th Sept having booked wheelchair assist for my wife. She was collected fairly soon after landing and wheeled to a holding area. She had to then leave the wheelchair. Eventually she was loaded on to an electric cart and transported to another holding area where she again disembark. After a long wait she was then loaded on to another wheelchair and moved 100 m to yet (you guessed) another holding area directly in front of immigration. Some were allocated numbers but they had run out of number cards by then. At this point total chaos ensued. The people in the holding area were abandoned in favour of new flights arriving containing people who also needed wheelchair assist. When I asked the guy in charge what the system was, I was told to get out of his face. Welcome to the USA I thought. Just glad he was not carrying. Eventually 2 hrs after landing my now distressed wife was wheeled through immigration after which things went smoothly. You might think you are a great country America but you should hang your head in shame at the 3rd world handling of disabled passengers. Shame on you !

Very nice agents the days we traveled. Very helpful and got us through TSA checkpoint in a timely manner. Very clean and organized. Gate agents at American were friendly and patient even with the current virus scare and nervous travelers.

In the baggage claim there is not one chair available for exhausted travelers to sit and it takes an hour to get the luggage. At least provide some sitting area for people

Tom Bradley International Terminal referred to as Terminal B includes 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, which has an airside connection. Newly renovated, plenty of dining and shopping options to help pass time, also has an art exhibit. From my experience going through TSA at TB, seems to move fairly faster than domestic, even without TSA Precheck. LAX never stops to surprise me how bad this airport is. The manager should be fired, if not the Governor too! Too much money in LA to have this airport. New management is needed!

I used TB terminal recently for a flight between Maui and LA and while it is nice to have a new bright shiny and mostly clean terminal at LAX it does have some drawbacks. Mainly, once you clear TSA there are no water bottle refill stations until you hit the gates, which is a 15-20 mins walk away. Makes it a thirsty march in the early morning when all the cafes and shops selling drinks are closed too. While I liked stretching my legs on the walk to baggage claim on the way in it was somewhat different for the families with young kiddies who didn't get a chance to use the shuttle carts as they were full of elderly and people with problems walking. Traipsing tired toddlers is torture, I know I did it years ago and felt sorry for the families coming off my plane. However, the terminal does have a decent selection of cafes and shops, hopefully they will be open next time I'm in TB, and the art work on display is fantastic, as is the decor. I particularly liked the spiral chandelier light on the steps up to the concourse.

Tom Bradley International is a beautiful terminal and I appreciate it because I've seen what it was like pre renovation. The TSA Pre screening could always be better. The bin system for screening is one of the slowest, if not the slowest at all the airports I've been so make sure you add enough time. I can't even imagine the standard screening line. Bathrooms have larger stalls. There is a good selection of food also. Pick up and drop off could be congested during peak hours. I have not had to pick up an Uber at this terminal yet.

The Cart/Wheelchair Personnel did NOT help us this morning. When I contacted our airline last night just to try to confirm cart service, I was offered the wheelchair service. I turned it down not knowing that the "wheelchair" service is synonymous with the "cart" service at Terminal B. Every other time at the other LAX terminals, we have used the cart when we ask after we clear TSA and the cart drivers were always so nice and helpful. When we cleared TSA Pre-check at 5:36a this morning, we asked one of the airport personnel for the cart service and they directed us to where the carts were and told us that they would help us. When we got to the cart personnel area, we were relieved that we didn't have to walk to our gate - ONLY to be turned down. There were 4 cart/wheelchair personnel sitting there with 4 carts parked. They all saw me limping and my husband using a cane. NO ONE was in line. When I asked for their help, the African American lady told us that they can't cart us over and that our gate wasn't far as soon as we make the first left turn. I then responded to her by saying,"It's far if you have a bad knee and my husband is using a cane." (I didn't think to get her name as I was concerned about us making it to our gate once we were turned down.) I can understand that there are protocols. But wouldn't it be better to help us to our gate to decrease the chance of us falling under their watch? NO ONE was there and it would have taken any of them, 5 mins round trip. And we did what we usually do at the other LAX terminals. Needless to say, I look forward to the NEW American Airlines terminal.

I do fly internationally a lot so fly out of TBIT all the time. It has gotten better over the years, but is still a nightmare to get to and to get through, but that's mostly LAX as a whole. I have the luxury of having priority access and both CLEAR and TSA Precheck so my experience is much better than the average consumer. And even then TBIT is no fun. I'm also comparing it to the other International airports I travel to, which are much better. Once you get through security, they interior isn't that bad, especially if you can get into one of the lounges. I usually go to the Centurion lounge, but that's also getting crowded. It's not as bad as it used to be, but it's still not comparable to some of the best airports.

My review focuses on the arrival process for international travelers at Tom Bradley International Terminal (LAX). Be prepared for extremely long customs lines, especially if you have a connecting flight. The wait can be stressful, and the inefficiency of the process doesn't help. Compared to my experiences at airports in Asia, the service here was a significant letdown. The staff I encountered were rude and condescending. While I understand the need for speed and clarity in such a busy environment, there's a way to handle travelers with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience here. Additionally, the signage throughout the customs area is confusing and unclear. For an airport of this scale, I expected better organization to help passengers navigate the process more smoothly. The pickup at arrival is horrible. Cars wait and I got stuck for 15 minutes trying to get out once I got into the car. There was no traffic patrol. Overall, the arrival experience at Tom Bradley International Terminal was frustrating and disappointing. If you're connecting through LAX, make sure to plan extra time for customs. I hope improvements are made to enhance the traveler experience in the future.

Your main hub for international traveling. Depending on what airline you're flying, check in can either be a breeze or a hassle. Same goes for security check points which is always on the safe side, a good thing. Terminals are pretty big so give yourself enough time to get to your gate. There's the shopping area that does offer a good selection of designer stores. Restaurants wise, there's not that many fancy ones but a selection of more fast easy sit down places. Also, depending on what terminal they land, it's a long walk down to customs.

I was flying with Breeze out of LAX, which required travelers to catch a shuttle from Terminal 1 to the Tom Bradley International Terminal. I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised when I got off the shuttle and went inside. This terminal seemed new and was very nice, from decorations to comfortable seating and plenty of food options and shopping. I found a cozy leather movable seat with a table near the window while I waited to board my flight. There were lots of clean restrooms. I found a shop where I purchased two California t-shirts for $30. Pretty good deal!

We arrived at Tom Bradley International Terminal after a LONG flight from British Airways. We weren't sure what to expect, since this would be our first stop back in the US after International travel and we knew we would have to go through Passport checks and some sort of process before catching or final flight from LAX to Sacramento. After arriving, we immediately walked over to Passport control and got into the United States Citizen line. The border control person wasn't friendly, but was efficient and got us through quickly. From there we made our way to International Baggage Claim- everyone had to collect their bags, even if they had another connecting flight. This is where we were worried- my husband had travelled in previous years and had to exit and re-enter security on a previous trip to Canada and it took FOREVER. We were pleasantly surprised this trip to find that we were fast-tracked in an international flight connections path. So they almost immediately took our checked bags back after a quick scan and we followed signs to go through security again and head to our terminal. We had given ourselves plenty of time just in case it was a nightmare and we ended up having a couple hours in the airport to hang out before our next flight.

Hawaiian Airlines flights are currently flying out terminal B (formerly known as Tom Bradley International Terminal) due to ongoing construction in terminal 5. Not sure when this will change, so check the LAX website for the latest updates. When they say give yourself 15-20 minutes walking to the west gates (gates 201-225), they ain't lying. There are little golf carts that can take you through the long hallway... if you can find them and if they're operational. Limited food options in the west gate area, so I recommend grabbing food within the main terminal. We didn't know this, so we ended up with ham & cheese sandwiches from Navarre, which was actually pretty good. Overall, not happy with walking far just to get to our gate, but I got some steps in and I suppose exercise is good.

Over the years this has become one of the best terminals in the world! Very few can boast like the Tom Bradley International Terminal. High end shopping, great food! Wide open and easy to navigate. A must for any traveler. They also have pre and clear!

Stopped by on 08/01/24 with my mom, our vacation! We flew Korean Airlines for the very first time and highly recommend it. The airport is clean but is not as great as other international airports (Singapore Changi Airport is the best of the best). Lots of high-end, luxury stores for you to browse and purchase. There's also a food court (KFC, Panda Express, etc.) Interesting history and facts about Tom Bradley and I encourage everyone to read into it. Additionally, as a UCLA Alumna, there is a building on campus that's also named after Tom Bradley (Tom Bradley International Hall aka Dashew Center). :)

This terminal is really nice with a ton of shops and restaurants while you wait for your flight. It's definitely more modern than the other terminals and was an interesting experience for me. The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.

People questioned me why Hawaiian airlines were in international flights area. This is what I had found out: "Hawaiian Airlines is located at Terminal B at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). This is a relocation from Terminal 5 due to construction projects at the airport. Terminal B is a spacious terminal featuring additional amenities and dining and shopping options." It is one of the largest airports in my opinion and well set up. I noticed now that they have shuttles that take you to where the taxi/uber and all your rides are, instead of the busy area where you come out from after you pick up your baggage if you did not carry-on, which we all did. Just pack light, 20 lbs for carry-on and you're good to go. Coming back, we had extra bags from gifts we bought. That was good to carry-on with your luggage. I also had a small sack-pack which is very convenient. Our pick-up guy let us know that the time we arrived back was the busiest time at this airport. We didn't know, we just got what was available to us. Our comp meal from Hawaiian Air at the start of the flight from Kona, was chicken sausage with mozzarella and alfredo sauce on parmesan herb bagel roll. It was hot and had some cheese pull. It was pretty good being hot. I chose POG for my drink, which is passionfruit, orange and guava nectar. And I purchased a snack box for $10.50

The Tom Bradley International terminal aka B Terminal is always buzzing and crowded. You hope you find the correct line with proper paperwork requested. Most people are courteous and well mannered. Kids are the issue even though parents are nearby but non-responsive. I dread going upstairs once you are cleared to deal with TSA.

Since it is a big airport, busy as ever! Going through security is a pain. The process is fast, but the line is too long. Try avoiding weekend flights. There is plenty of seating. Coffee shops are never scarce. Too many options, too expensive!

I'd never departed from this terminal at LAX before, so this was a new experience for me. It's really quite large, so it can be a little confusing to find your flight on the boards and the location of your airline. I had to ask security and they were very friendly and helpful. We were flying ITA for our outbound flight and I had attempted to checkin online and through their mobile app, but was informed I'd have to go to the ticket counter to get our boarding passes. With the size of this terminal, I was concerned about how long the process was going to take, but it's all so spread out and passengers are taking so many different airlines, it really wasn't that bad. The line for the ticket counter was short and the process with quick and painless. The agent gave us our boarding passes for the first flight as well as our connecting flight. The process through TSA was actually an easier process than the domestic flight terminals. We had our passports and boarding passes verified and everything scanned rather quickly. Then we were off to the food court and ultimately our gate.

It is a busy airport for International Flights and we left on July 19, it had a global tech outage due to the CrowdStrike software update causing widespread problems to airlines, banks, businesses, schools, and governments, along with some health and emergency services. Fortunately, I'm glad we chose ANA (Air Nippon Airways) so it did not have much impact like Delta, American Airlines, and United Airlines. Our flight was only delayed for 30 minutes. We like Tom Bradley Terminal for traveling internationally because it gave me a real international travel feeling instead of going to the domestic terminals for international flights. They have a lot of places to shop, eat & drink. It looks modern, updated, and nice after the renovation. We did the electronic check-in before our flight so it was no hassle for us. We headed to the ticket counter to print out our boarding passes and then dropped off all our luggage at the ANA counter then headed to TSA. We were concerned about the long process at Tom Bradley but it was not bad at all. We got there early so we had a couple hours to rest at the gate before our flight.

We've visited Tom Bradley International Terminal to stay at the American Express Centurion Lounge, and also have experienced it's features arriving from a foreign country. But this was the first time in a couple of years, we used Tom Bradley to begin our international trip. A lot has changed since then. With the new airside walkway between Terminal 3 and Bradley, one no longer has to take a airside shuttle between the two. The result is that one can get to this terminal from all the other terminals, airside (i.e. you don't have to go through security twice or take a shuttle). I remember distinctly when I first visited LAX as a connection hub a long time ago and was incredulous that I had to go landside when making a connection to an international flight on the SAME airline. They initially fixed that by providing a shuttle, but the operators could get real cranky if they felt like you were using the shuttle not to catch a flight but just to admire the rest of the airport (or go to a lounge to pass time). Now with the walkway, nobody cares. As for the inside of the terminal, walking in long winding paths is a prerequisite to get where you want to go. Of course, this means passing by many restaurants and shops, with brands that are popular outside the US. and because the gates host the biggest of the newer wide body planes, there are plenty of seats to sit down. One thing that was not good, was that for our gate, there were two sections to sit. The intercom for announcements could not be heard from where we sat (but we heard plenty of announcements from other nearby gates), and I mistakenly thought someone had asked for me to the gate agent (which meant standing in line, just to be told 'no need').. Later, the agent brought out a box speaker to put near our area so we could hear his announcements...so obviously this is a problem that the agents are 'prepared' for....but its a really bad look for LAX. You don't want customers seeing something like audible intercom (which is critical) doesn't work at a world class airport...we then tend to think about what other things might not work either.

For international flights between Gate 201-225, there are located at different building after you pass the check point. You have to walk a long tunnel, a little over 5 minutes walk. Then take the escalator to upstairs. There are retail stores, food & beverage shops. Not as many selections compared to the main building. There are lots of seating area. Charging station on the tables and some of the chairs. Very convenient now!

We were early to make sure we didn't miss this flight. I've enjoyed our gateway to Hollywood but it's time to get home to reality. Tom Brady International AirPort aka LAX is huge. Once you drop your bags and head to stairs to TSA, the long journey begins. From TSA to Hawaiian terminals, it's a 10-15 minute walk depending on your speed. If you're lucky, you can catch the trolley cart. Please tip the guys or ladies, they make walking easier. Throughout the terminal, there's several spots to grab a quick bite. And to fill up on your snacks. LAX restrooms are always clean. There's always someone sweeping or changing the rubbish out in terminal area. Very well maintained facilities. Mahalo

Lax is definitely busy, but all in all, I think it's pretty well organized. The signs are visible and easy to understand, and unlike other airports, it's not confusing on where to go. TSA of course is another story. Sometimes the staff is friendly, and sometimes they are pretty rude.

If you are flying out of Tom Bradley terminal get there three hours before your flight. Checking in at the counter takes a long time and TSA is the longest lines to get through. This is a very large terminal due to the international flights.

Overall, we had a good experience with the Tom Bradley International Terminal at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). At the time of writing this review, there are nine terminals at LAX: Terminals 1-8 (domestic) and this one, also known as TBIT or Terminal B. In this review, I'll refer to it as TBIT. My first impression of TBIT was it looked relatively new and it was fairly clean. Level 4 Departures reminds me of nicer airports in major non-US cities because it looks like a modern, upscale shopping mall. For example, high-end retailers in the terminal include Bvlgari, Hermes, Gucci, and Salvatore Ferragamo. This terminal was renovated in 2013 and the West Gates (Gates 201-225) opened in May 2021. Due to the pandemic, I don't think the West Gates "really" got used until 2022. We flew Air Tahiti Nui out of and into the newer West Gates via Gates 204 and 221, respectively, so we got to explore the entire terminal. You have to walk through a long tunnel to get between the older, main section of TBIT and the newer West Gates section. Aesthetically speaking, both the older section of TBIT and the newer West Gates section felt about the same to me (big, clean, modern) with the biggest difference being the West Gates had better lighting / was brighter. Outbound, we had an ordinary Friday late night flight to Tahiti. Our only real gripe with this terminal was the lack of great dining options that were open after 9pm. I preferred to eat at a sit-down place so that left us with P.F. Chang's on Level 5: https://www.yelp.com/biz/p-f-changs-los-angeles-8. It was a lackluster experience and in hindsight, we should've gone elsewhere. If you're looking for food in this terminal, the food court below P.F. Chang's, after security, is your best bet. There are places to eat before security and at the West Gates (Gates 201-225), but the options are more limited. That said, we probably would've gone to Santouka Ramen near Gate 201A if it was open (they closed at 9pm). Before security, there was a bit of confusion of where to check in for Air Tahiti Nui. That was because we and other Air Tahiti Nui passengers arrived so early that Air Tahiti Nui had not put up their signs yet. The signs inside the terminal didn't make it very clear, but we figured it out and also had to ask someone. For us, Air Tahiti Nui used the same check-in counters as Aer Lingus: A22-A28. If entering the terminal from the outside, go to the far left wall and then all the way back. The Air Tahiti Nui check-in counters were set up and staffed by 7:30pm for our flight which had a departure time of 11:55pm. We showed up around 7:15pm or so. Another annoying thing - and this isn't on LAX, but on Air Tahiti Nui - was the lack of TSA PreCheck. It's up to each airline to offer PreCheck on their boarding passes. We had to go through regular TSA screening. That said, it only took us nine minutes to get through security around roughly 8pm, so that was good. Inbound is where this terminal really shined. As I wrote in my reviews for both US Customs & Border Protection (https://www.yelp.com/biz/us-customs-and-border-protection-los-angeles) and Global Entry (https://www.yelp.com/biz/global-entry-los-angeles) at LAX, the entire customs and immigration process upon returning to LAX from overseas was lightning quick and painless. My wife and I were barely stopped. We deplaned and exited the airport almost as fast as we could walk. For details, read my reviews at the Yelp listings linked within this paragraph. The restrooms I used - behind P.F. Chang's on Level 5 Mezzanine, near Gate 206, and just before the immigration line - were clean. At Gate 204, there were outlets for me to charge my devices. Generally, the terminal felt clean and comfortable. I just think they could use improvement on the dining and dine-in seating options.

08/04/24- Sunday Asiana Airlines nearest Parking Garage is P3 and P4. Paid 200 dollars for one extra luggage.

Why 4 stars for little Bradley Terminal, you ask? I like to give credit where credit is due. Bradley Terminal has vastly improved from my previous encounter many years ago. Updated bathrooms, water refills stations, shops, fresh paint, handicapped accessible. Staff is friendly and helpful. While I can see why others give reduced ratings, I grew up with this airport and appreciate their renovations. This review does not cover baggage claim.

I'm not a seasoned traveler .. but for what it's worth, I was very impressed with this terminal! I recently traveled to LA via Hawaiian Airlines, which is located in this terminal. I was in awe at the lighted displays, variety of food vendors and vending machines, and I also appreciated that they had Courtesy Carts going back and forth between TSA and the gates. It's very helpful for those who have small kids or are physically challenged. We had to wait a couple of hours for our flight, so we had snacks from Panda Express and Umami Burger - delicious! We also bought a cupcake from the Sprinkles ATM for the flight. The shops are expensive, but it was nice to just windowshop to pass the time.

Busy airport but I'm used to it growing up. A lot of renovations but it looks good so far. We checked in with no hassle and relaxed at the lounge chairs before pre boarding.

I have to say, LAX always seems to work for me despite the ongoing construction and (vehicle) traffic throughout. The Tom Bradley International Terminal is fine. Shop, eat & drink, or sit and wait for your flight - all okay. It not the Emirates lounge in Dubai - it's LAX! Probably somewhere between 3-4 stars.

The Tom Bradley Terminal at LAX is a nice and fancy new terminal. The new United terminal is pretty nice, too, but Tom Bradley has luxury stores and PF Changs haha. It is like a mile? To walk through the long underground corridors of LAX from the regular terminals, but sometimes you just have to if you have an international connection. I wonder if there is a shuttle.... If there is, I've never used it. After our long walk, we headed straight for the star alliance lounge. This lounge is way better than United clubs, so definitely check it out if you're flying star alliance. I also think it's interesting that Hawaiian Airlines flies out of Tom Bradley. Is it because Hawaii is a country? Hmmm.

This airport is a hot mess. Let's start with lack of signage. That is one of the most important aspects of an airport - to help people find how to get where they are going. I had an Uber picking me up. Again, no signs. I asked an employee and he said I had to walk down to another area, and go up a level to catch a bus that takes you to the Uber pickup area. I walked all the way down to said location. My Uber driver said he was at C20, so I had to walk all the way back. Very annoying. I did not enjoy my experience at LAX.

The Ride Share pick up drop off is a good hike from the terminals, once you get there, it's well laid out. And clean restrooms too!

Do I need to rethink my entire idea about TBIT? I always dreaded flying through here, with the wait for customs longer than anywhere else. I would almost intentionally route the flight with another stop, and at the very least not pay extra for non-stops if it meant I clearing customs here. Well, this last trip was an eye opener. OK, maybe it was the time of day or pure luck, but I filled out the forms on the CBP app, and was directed into a newly opened line (that was luck of timing I guess) where a after quick snap of me and my wife, we were let in and on our way to baggage claim. I swear, we had to be the first folks to get our bags and walk away. If we weren't then no one else on on flight had to wait either. Now, once you are out of the TBIT, you are in LAX, which meant realizing I was on the wrong floor for the shuttle and that the shuttle stop took a silly long walk, but at least for the moments there in the terminal, international travel at LAX was just fine.

It is exhilarating when you can escape and get to my most favorite place - the Tom Bradley International terminal (TBIT) at LAX. This means that you will be leaving the country for a far away destination, hopefully something exotic and tropical? But before that, it is good to explore what is available to eat, drink and shop, while you await your long awaited flight. Los Angeles is my favorite city, but the airport, its food and shopping options, need some very serious work. Not only are they lacking in variety and uniqueness, but there is zero wow factor. I say this because I have been to numerous airports on the globe, some of which, will blow you away. I will write about one of them soon. We checked in at our airline. Weighed our carryons. They made us check in our overweight carryons... free of charge (else risk $200 charge at the gate). Security check elevators on the right. Pre-Check use elevators on the right. The security check was quick and easy. Only 10 people in our line. Then off to all gates where there are lots of duty free luxury shopping, Starbucks and souvenirs shops. Not crowded at all.

It's great that LAX connects us to so many places in the world. Why does getting to and from the airport need to be so complicated though? Construction makes everything horrible, so I hope they hurry up with it. Getting dropped off is not too bad. Getting picked up is the worst. It's literally in the middle of the U-shaped airport, so the driver has to wait in the traffic of the previous three terminals. If the driver is there too early/before you are there, they cannot wait at the loading area. They will either have to park and wait for you or circle around back to terminal 1 and make the trek back to terminal 4. Lounges: Centurion Lounge is accessed by taking an elevator. Foreign Exchange: I've used the exchange counter by the gates. They let me use my credit card. I didn't think to compare exchange rates, so can't speak to what is better. Food: Lots of options after security.

Guess I'll update my review finally. I live close by. Chose the location because of it's proximity to LAX and because of how much I travel. I'd like to travel more but LIFE. Anyway, I'm starting to travel more again. And I recently went to and returned from Barcelona meaning I went thru Tom Bradley. I will say that it appears that the improvements that were going on the last few times I flew out internationally, have finally come to fruition. I still don't believe that LAX has reached the levels of some of the other international airports I've flown in and out of but it's definitely improving. Hopefully, the planning of what's being constructed right now will be suffice for the future and now just a few years otherwise, the airport will be forever under construction. Anyway, the inside appears to be nice and new compared to before. Better signage and arriving flights don't have to wander thru a maze of barriers put up during the renovation. It's coming along inside. Just know, traffic is still awful and the rideshare/taxi prices have gone up considerably. Do yourself a favor and walk across Sepulveda and catch a ride from one of the properties across the street to avoid paying the fee that's tacked on because you're leaving the airport.

It's hard to review an international airport and have it be 5 stars. Once you get passed the first floor craziness and through TSA, it's calm and inviting. Global Entry is absolutely a life saver for returning back through. Pro Tip: If you have your Global Entry application ready for an interview, you can bypass the line and not need an appointment if you are returning from an international flight during Global Entry hours. I was able to rush straight to the counter after my return flight from London and have my interview just before 9pm when the window closed. Easy peasy!

The large size woman at security check was rude and miserable. It's understandable you hate your job but at least try to carry yourself with some manner.

Have been using Tom Bradley International Terminal for a few decades.... It's been always busy. Hope it has more area and divided all different airlines since all international flights are there to boarding... it has been construction forever in LAX airport.... Traffic are always jam and poor... Internally there are more shops n restaurants after boarding, but most restaurants taste not really that good and also expensive... it's so sad.... Hope anyone use LAX international airport that will be award of inconvenience...

Busiest terminal at LAX. All international flights are lading here and departing from here. Currently it's under construction so I can't wait to see how it operates after it's complete. I'm assuming it will be less traffic to go in and out of the area. Even though thousands of people pass through the terminal the bathrooms are kept relatively clean. There is always someone wiping and cleaning the area. There is a coffee booth are the arrival terminal in case you need a caffeine boost or a snack. I would recommend you to make extra time to come here for departing or picking up someone cause it gets jammed. At least an hour of early arrival is best. Currently I'm picking up my cousin and I got here early just to make sure I'm not late. Few months ago I flew to Italy from this terminal and the process was painless. Again I arrived two hours early and enjoyed my time eating and drinking coffee til boarding time.

The Tom Bradley International Terminal is without a doubt the best terminal in LAX... still have to rate this overall a bit lower due to the he** that is getting in and out of LAX.. if you are flying out of LAX it's worth the walk to the TBIT for better food and a much better experience while you wait for your flight. There are walkways that will get you here from just about any other terminal...

Traffic is always bad at this Terminal. Some airports employees don't know what they are doing! They like to act like they are powerful but really they are just guarding the doors or entrance before we reach the security or custom area. They are not even security people .They always have attitude and are not happy. Most of airline staffs are pretty nice and do their job well. Security check was very easy this time. You no longer have to remove shoes or laptops!!! Shop and restaurants are clean but pricy.many restaurants and shop employees are durable. Some are very nice some are so si like they just woke up or need coffee!!! I will be back because I have no choice if I have to travel.. lol

I do hate this airport. Only come here for their international flights because they have more options than San Diego. Otherwise such a cluster f*ck. Normally I travel late night to catch the redeye for international flights. This time we came during noon to catch an international flight. And my god, the traffic coming in took 40 minutes!! I don't know how it's so bad. Then you go into the international terminal thru TSA precheck, which wasn't too bad. If you didn't have it expect to wait some more. Then if you want like Starbucks, it'll take you 20 minutes for the line then another 20 minutes for your drink!! I really couldn't believe all the time wasted here. Redeye flights from now on and a weekday to avoid major major crowds. Also construction going on too. Horrible.

We were soooo excited to be here....we were on our way to Israel..... unfortunately Air Canada canceled our flight... after 14 hrs of sitting in Tom Bradley's international terminal....right outside of Air Canada ticket counter ...they finally gave us a voucher for the Sheraton hotel in LA.... While they supposedly looked for us a replacement flight......3 days later we were still waiting for them to book us a flight....‍ Tom Brady's International terminal doesn't have much in food selection.... so bring your own snacks & water.... The only place open was Starbucks.... Breakfast, lunch & dinner @ Starbucks is not what I call food.....

Newer terminal for Hawaiian Airlines a little difficult to get to give yourself like 15 to 20 minutes to walk or maybe take the tram I seen some people in the tram.. like a golf. Once you pass the burger king there is no more restaurants only little shops to pick up a little something to snack on.. from the parking lot they have not made it easy you have to walk from terminal 3 or 4 and then walk some more lots of walking.... But maybe if your luck like we were the buss may drop you off at the terminal b but be ready to jump out as they are not allowed to thank you to our buss driver..

My primary issue is getting to the LAX terminal. If you're flying into LAX using the LAX-it is easy. If you're flying out of LAX it's one of life's great nightmares since they closed the two lanes, and dedicated them to shuttles the traffic is an absolute nightmare so my question is can I be dropped off at The LAX-it lot and use the shuttle to get to the terminal to avoid the 30 to 60 minute traffic nightmare? Once you're in the terminal it's fine it's just getting there that has become really difficult and the officials need to figure out a way to make it more efficient the system that they're currently using is just not working.

This review is for a recent experience at the Hawaiian Airlines Gate for flight HA9 LAX -HNL. Whenever we've taken flights with layovers from Honolulu, Hawai'i, to most destinations in the Mainland USA, we usually choose to stop at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). The only other times that we've been into LAX's Tom Bradley International Terminal have been when we have taken connecting flights to and from Europe. Before our recent vacation to Los Angeles ended, I checked into Hawaiian Airlines to get our boarding passes. At the same time, I was notified that our departure terminal and gate would be from Terminal B West Gates or the Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT). There were precautionary warnings about planning for a 15 to 20-minute walk from the ticketing counter to the assigned gate and the usual 2.5-hour arrival time before departure recommendation. We saved ourselves time by checking in online since we already had our seat assignments and ensured our TSA Pre-Check status was showing on our ticket. My brother-in-law graciously dropped us off at the airport marked for Hawaiian Airlines. Then we walked into the ticketing area, followed the signs to TSA Pre-Check to a screening area upstairs, and then through a retail shopping and dining area. We're thankful there was visible signage to lead us down a steep escalator to Terminal B. We were impressed to see travelators and courtesy cars that assisted large families, more elderly, and those with health issues. It was a nice and welcome walk knowing that we'd be sitting in an airplane for the next five hours. We followed the long hallways until we reached escalators leading us back upstairs to the Gates. We were pleased to see the newly renovated or constructed gates. The areas were clean, well-lit, and had plenty of easy-to-read signs. There were a lot of comfortable seats with charging stations and workstations with barstools to freely and comfortably use electronic devices. Passengers deplaned in an orderly manner from a just arrived plane from Hawai'i (we could tell by how people were dressed) as gate agents readied the area to board those of us waiting. Our experience at the West Gates at TBIT was lovely, and we wouldn't mind arriving and or departing from here again.

The new Tom Bradley International Terminal is super nice with lots of high end shopping. I was flying to LHR and the gates were very clearly marked. You can't get lost and airport is very clean. Its labeled Terminal B on your Boarding Ticket. I was looking for Terminal T (lol) Lots of restaurants and airport lounges. Love this terminal except for the traffic outside.
