Tommy Lasorda Field of Dreams

I love this place you have so much room to take your dog and it's also great place to watch Family Sports. Every time I go there there's lots of families and their children and they seem to be enjoying themselves. On the days where there are no games being played it's great to just go out relax and lay on the field and get some sun. At night it's fun to lay in the field and look up at the stars and see the view of downtown LA. All in all it's a great place to take family and friends.

It's a very clean and well maintained baseball diamond however it's permit only and normally locked which I don't really agree with and because father's with kids who wanna play ball are not afraid of rolling the fence back or cutting the chain. I think there could be better instructions instead of just stating it's permit only which doesn't help anyone get a permit.

This baseball field is great. After little league is finished they allow dogs accompanied with their owners to enjoy the gated park-like setting. Upon existing, the gate is secured by inserting padlock on gate.

Great place for local kids to play softball or baseball. Also, a great place to take your dog's and have them run around for some exercise.

Really nice little community rec park. Hotdogs would be great to offer in the concession stand during ball games.

Such a perfect location. Nice green grass and beautiful trees. Access to major freeways just a block away

Very nice baseball/softball field. The best part is that it has a batting/pitching cage!

I have very fond memories of Tommy Lasorda Field of Dreams. My son played at least three little league Seasons there.

Where are the zombie players walking out of a corn field? And kevin costco?? By the way, was that a stupid movie or what!

Love this baseball park been coming here for over 25 years. Newly remodeled with a batting cage for kids to practice. Park Is closed to the public. Opens in the summer for youth baseball and with permits. So sign you kids up...

When closed (like it is now), people cut the chain link fence to gain access to the field. In its current state - closed - people with dogs are climbing through these "new" access points and using the field as their personal dog park. Even before the COVID-19 stay-at-home order, people were doing this. Is there anything the City can do to deter this type of behavior?

I used to play softball here as a kid with St. Teresa. They should open it up again so people have a wide space to enjoy. I have too many memories of this park being closed and our coach having us hop the fence because they were hours late opening the lock. They never had a problem with it.
