Very disappointed in both Tony G's and Slice after my last order on 8/24/23. I always order regular coke when I place an order and unfortunately on more than one occasion, Tony G's seems to run out of coke for my order. When I received this last order, the delivery person had cherry coke instead of regular coke with him. I had him bring the soda back to Tony G's and in a few minutes I received a call from Tony G's asking if I wanted a different soda as they ran out of regular coke. I told the girl on the phone to just credit my order. Today, 8/25, I checked my account and the refund for the coke, $3.75, was not there. I called Tony G's and was told that Slice would have to handle the refund. I called Slice and was told that someone from Tony G's had just called them earlier that day - basically they didn't even call slice until I called that my refund was not showing on my account - and that it would take between 3-5 days to be refunded. I had an issue with Slice another time before in not getting my order correct when I ordered from another pizza place and at that time when I asked for a refund, the other pizza place automatically refunded me the amount right then. I was ordering from Tony's on a semi-regular basis since moving to Medford two years ago and this week, I even ordered on Monday and on Thursday. Unfortunately, won't be using slice or ordering from Tony G's again since they are both at fault for the way my order was handled.
