"It must be said: Hanging at the mall is so back, and no place makes that more apparent than the Topanga Social food hall. Open, airy, and not at all what you’d expect an upgraded Westfield Mall food court to be — in that you actually want to sit and linger on the sun-dappled patio, not rush off to return those holiday turtlenecks. Topanga Social can more than manage to make both your epicurean (or chicken nuggets-only) friends very happy. After you grab your katsu sandwich, stop by this location of Rock & Reilly’s, which houses Los Angeles’ largest selection of Irish whiskeys.
