Google
Outstanding local spot that has good pastries and delicious burritos. I'm not a coffee drinker, but my better half certainly is, and she raves about the uniqueness of their cold brew (hint: it's in the ice cubes). Such great vibes here, a wonderful & positive staff, superb music, and a good neighborhood feel overall. Easy parking. I just like coming here!

Google
The iced latte from Torpedo Coffee was flavorful and smooth. Wish i had gotten the larger size. Definitely will be back to try other items from the menu.

Google
Delicious coffee and goodies, great service, love that they do pop up events with local businesses! I would definitely recommend Torpedo Coffee.

Google
Love this neighborhood coffeehouse! The staff is super friendly and helpful and they make solid coffee drinks. The pastry selection is somewhat limited but they’ve got a great breakfast options. The vibe has some mid-century space age inspiration which gives it a cool and unique feeling. Torpedo also has a ton of outdoor seating on the south side which gets wonderful light from open until closing. Last time I was there I bought a bag of beans which came with a complimentary cup of brewed coffee. The brewed coffee has flavor and subtlety to it which is awesome. So glad this place is in Park Hill!

Google
My go to coffee shop. Generally very quick service although it can back up a bit around 8am. Great selection of hot and cold drinks and a good and expanding breakfast menu. The green eggs and ham sandwich is really tasty.

Google
I like it. The paintings were pretty cool, and the service is very polite. I got a vegan breakfast burrito, and that was good! It’s pretty decent price. The sign I love so much. 😊

Google
Love this little shop! Best cinnamon latte. Coffee is very smooth and easy to drink. The atmosphere is always lovely as well. Great indoor and outdoor seating.

Google
New favorite spot! Vibe was soo cool, I didn’t even have time to look at all the cool artwork before my drink came up! Chai latte half sweet half spicy with a little caramel was exactly what I was hoping for and both ladies working were super nice and helpful. Plus I saw a sign saying it was a woman owned business 💯🙌💓

Yelp
Was in the neighborhood and stopped in for a bagel sammie and latte - had to take and share a photo of the nod to Gilmore Girls!

Yelp
Stumbled upon this shop on my way down south after leaving the airport. High level takeaways... -Bev: Ordered an Iced Pumpkin Oatmilk Latte. Wasn't my favorite, I'd probably order with Vanilla next time, but their Pumpkin is made in house, so I def appreciate that. You could taste it's freshness -Food: Ordered a Bacon Breakfast Burrito. It didn't blow me away, but it was better than expected - you never know how coffee shops do with those. I'd want to try the Sausage one next. I arrived between 11am-noon, so was grateful they were still serving them. Restroom had a changing table in it. They have seating inside & outside, with a cute little courtyard that I would like to sit in next time. The one staff member working was kind & knowledgeable. I'd come back!

Yelp
Great little coffee shop in the Park Hill Neighborhood! I especially liked their big outdoor shared space with a few of the other spots nearby. Great spot to hangout and let your little one play while you enjoy some coffee and breakfast. Our little one also enjoyed her very first steamer here. :) I enjoyed their breakfast croissant and a seasonal fall latte! Service was quick and very friendly.

Yelp
Its combination of product, customer service, overall vibe, and layout makes this the best coffee shop in Northeast Denver, Park Hill, and Central Park. And I don't drink coffee! It all starts with the owner, Kat, who has such a terrific personality and takes exceptional pride in her shop. She interacts at a high level, gives a damn, and her pleasant way adds to the visit. Her staff Echo her customer service. Their breakfast burritos are fantastic, and their accompanying salsa is the best I've had in Denver. There are pastries and snacks and a number of non-coffee drink items, including Coca-Cola! The interior has plenty of seating surrounding the shop, and then they also offer a bunch of outdoor tables that are both kid and dog friendly. WiFi on the premises, and GREAT work and murals. But their iced coffee is their diamond, according to my coffee loving partner and friends. It's a store secret, but their ice cubes are amazing. Ask the staff why! Open 365 days a year, with terrific parking and a great vibe. It's a wonderful stop.

Yelp
Not sure how to feel about this place. Coffee is good, food is good, it's owned by a local coffee chain called Atlas but still promoting themselves as a local stand alone. Also was hit up when I was there to donate to a gofundme type thing (to keep it open because apparently they're struggling?) but the destination wasn't to a torpedo email but the personal email of an employee from what I was told afterward. Kinda shady....just saying. Probably won't be back.

Yelp
This is a very enjoyable neighborhood coffee shop in the Oneida center. The drip coffee is hot and fresh and full of flavor. The outdoor seating is great. During the day, there aren't a lot of people like during evening hours. It's a great pit stop for those driving downtown or to Anschutz in the morning. If you can stay longer, all the better.
google avatar

Yelp
Torpedo is on my rotation of coffee shops, although it's a little out of the way so I don't get here too often. The place has a fun vibe, the music is always great, and the baristas are really cool people. Sometimes the coffee is a bit bitter, unfortunately. I love that they have gluten free and vegan snacks. Thank you!
google avatar

Deya Z.

Yelp
I love the space. They do have a limit on how long you can stay and use the Internet, which is about two hours. The lattes and coffee are just as delicious. Highly recommend.
google avatar

Yelp
I can't believe I've never been here until recently. And I look forward to trying more of their tasty coffees and delicious. Sounding breakfast items! Will update food when I get a chance to try it. For now, I will say the coffee is delicious, the service is friendly and the space is so cozy!

Yelp
I ended up checking this coffee spot out and went back 5 times while I was in town for my wedding. Great customer service, and even better coffee and breakfast burritos! I had the pistachio cream pie (wasn't too sweet either!) iced with soy. And the vegetarian green chili breakfast burrito was fire! And I loved the ambiance, sailor arty vibe! Can't wait to come back next year!
google avatar

Alex A.

Yelp
This is a cute and trendy coffee shop. There is some seating room and fun artwork all over the walls. The service was fast, friendly, and helpful. The coffee was fresh, and they made several syrups to choose from. They also have some sandwiches and burritos. I got a breakfast bagel. It was okay, but nothing to rave about. If im in the area id stop im again.
google avatar

Sara B.

Yelp
Nice, quiet little coffee shop. I always like to get local coffee instead of certain chains. Coffee was good. Baked goods we're tasty. Definitely would (and did) go back multiple days. Easy to get to between my brother's house and the greenway/dog park.

Yelp
When I lived in Colorado, my dogs went to the vet in the same strip mall as Torpedo. I was excited to have a good coffee option while waiting for the vet. They are still good, still using good beans. They let me use my to-go cups, but they also serve "for here" stuff in ceramic mugs. I can get a cortado that isn't served in a paper cup, which I appreciate. The space is comfortable, though I am usually on-the-go when I stop in here.

Nicole M.

Yelp
The breakfast burritos were not good. The coffee was interesting. Service was okay. The bagel I had was very good. However they forgot to add the bacon it was supposed to come with.
google avatar

Yelp
Had to stop mid-meal to write this because wow! The breakfast burrito was everything I've been craving--flavorful, satisfying, and downright delicious. The salsa it came with is sooo perfect, I need a jar of it! And the cinnamon roll latte? No words.... 10/10, hands down. Simple, yummy, and worth every bite and sip!

Yelp
Damn the torpedoes! Torpedo Coffee is a reliable coffee shop in Park Hill/Oneida Park. They serve great coffee and a variety of breakfast sandwiches and burritos. One of the more robust food options for a coffee shop other than the typical pastry case. One thing I like here is the variety of artwork displayed. It's cool to spotlight great artists and they have ample eye candy on the walls. We spent a few hours here on Sunday and the playlist was awesome. You know you've found a great coffee shop when you don't have to plug in your earbuds! Baristas are uber friendly and work efficiently. Very quick to empty the dish bin, serve up food and top off your coffee. Oh, the best part of Torpedo are the free refills of drip coffee! Corvus coffee refills? Say no more. My only negative is I just wish they were open later. They close at 2:00pm every day. And you know what, good for them. But selfishly I know that if they were open later they'd be more in my weekly rotation. In a great neighborhood with plenty of surrounding options like Esters, Dang, Illegal Pete's, etc. If the weather cooperates, take your coffee on the patio. They have lots of seating out there and it's covered. Cheggitout!

Yelp
Went here once and had a lovely coffee and sausage breakfast burrito. Came back a second time and noticed the coffee was extremely burnt and the sausage breakfast burritos gave me and my partner food poisoning (11/1/2024). Not sure why our experience was so different the first and the second time- was very disappointed considering we loved it so much the first time we came

Yelp
Great coffee, tea and other beverages. Menu with breakfast and lunch options. My first time at Torpedo and it's definitely worth it. Plenty of options to choose from and the barista who helped me answered questions even with a long line of customers. The vegetarian breakfast burrito was warmed and I was happy with both the medium green salsa and red chipotle. They both had a nice kick. Cost is on par with other coffee shops. The burrito was $6.75 and coffee drink $6. Parking shared with other businesses in strip. Great vibe at Torpedo!
google avatar

Morton P.

Yelp
One of my favorite coffee shops. They have a variety of coffee and foods to eat. They also have gluten free breakfast sandwiches that are really good. It has a lot of beautiful artwork and really good music playing. The entire atmosphere is perfect. The baristas are also really kind and fun to talk to.
google avatar

Yelp
I love this spot. Everyone is always so welcoming and friendly. I'm always a little wary of trying new coffee spots because I might not be "cool enough" for it, but Torpedo totally feel like home. After my almond milk separated in my cold brew, the barista offered to make me a new one with oat milk. It was really tasty! Definitely stop by this neighborhood coffee spot , it's worth it!
google avatar

Vivian C.

Yelp
Came here twice and I've been wow'd both times! The quality and unique flavors of their coffees makes it too fun and addicting for me to resist. The service is also so great too! They're so honest and pleasant when you ask them for their recommendations and they'll give you really good choices too. Great place!
google avatar

Lily K.

Yelp
Coffee never disappoints and this was the first time grabbing some grub. I got a breakfast burrito and it was delightful! My absolute favorite coffee place to visit when i'm up in this neck of the woods.
google avatar

Nick H.

Yelp
Can't say enough good things about Torpedo! Delightful staff and coffee! The vegetarian burrito is my favorite in town. Fun pastries too!
google avatar

Anna B.

Yelp
Such a fun little spot in the Park Hill neighborhood. I stopped here for a coffee & burrito on my way into work, and was very pleased! The burrito was flavorful, and the coffee was brewed to perfection. If I had more time, I would have hung out at one of the window spots overlooking the park - this is a great place to get stuff done! Check it out!
google avatar

Gaby A.

Yelp
I've had the coffee a few times and I've got to say, I'm not a huge fan of their coffee blends! It tastes a little sour and acidic. I do like the ambiance and working from here! But the wifi only works for about an hour or so. The service is pretty good!
google avatar

Zach P.

Yelp
Don't sleep on this small shop hidden in Park Hill. Friendly service, great coffee, and great value on the breakfast burritos. I live right behind the shop and can't believe it took me this long to visit. See you all again soon!
google avatar

Maggie L.

Yelp
Cute little coffee shop! The interior was fun and the people were very kind. It wasn't my favorite dirty chai (which is always my go-to at a new coffee shop), but I did appreciate that they had more than one spice blend option for their chai! I also wish there had been more outdoor seating, and parking in the lot was limited but street parking was available. Convenient location near Central Park!
google avatar

McKenna D.

Yelp
I love the vibe of this place! It's a quirky, retro, throwback type of spot with great indoor and outdoor seating options. The CQ breakfast sandwich hit the spot and their seasonal Pumpkin Chai was a hit as well. I would definitely recommend checking this place out!
google avatar

Yelp
I tried the other location during the week, Close Quaters. It was amazing! So I decided to try this location with my other half! She loved it! It's a really cute coffee shop! Coffee was on point and the pastries are really good! The vibe is perfect. Gluten Free options! The two amazing ladies Liv and Caro were so friendly and inviting. They helped us choose the right bites and they served the perfect coffee. I'm definitely coming back to either location to get a nice pick me up and the yummy pastries they have! Thanks again ladies, I will be returning, hungry and thirsty for more! P.S. Just tried gluten free waffle with sausage in the middle. It was a perfect bite. Hoping they bring it to the menu. It's a nice grab and go with coffee.
google avatar

Yelp
Hours used to be better, the earlier the better for two working parents who also wake up before kids and try to drink a hot coffee before kids wake up. Awesome seasonal selections of speciality coffees. Great pastries and hot breakfast items.
google avatar

Maria B.

Yelp
Just go for it! I got a little history lesson while I waited for my espresso. I really dig this coffee shop. It's not in my immediate neighborhood, but it's a pleasant bike ride away. The people behind the bar are always happy and smiling. Awesome vibe. Good decorating theme. And I love the wall menu - ingenious! They carry corvus beans. Coffee is great, the food is also yums! Come here for breakfast, a snack, lunch. Get here quick.

Yelp
Such a cute neighborhood coffee shop! Popping with color, fun cartoon art, and ample charm. Worth a visit if you're in the area! I stopped by thanks to Yelp on a Sunday after brunch in Stapleton. Had no clue the Oneida shopping center existed- what a cute find in the midst of the neighborhood! I love finding little surprises. I ordered some looseleaf tea on my visit and was impressed to see it prepared drip-style into a personal pitcher, which was served with a cute mug to pour at-table. I got the black peppermint; it was a little stronger than I'd expected, but that's okay. Love the self-service table of creamers, utensils, etc. I really appreciate the self-service water station and fresh lemon slices available! Only a couple nit-picky points for me. For one- WiFi is free but limited to 2 hours (really? I haven't seen this since high school at the public library)- UPDATE- turns out, you just have to hit refresh and it'll restart your 2 hours; so you can definitely be on Wifi longer (thank goodness!!!), and the pricing is a little steeper than I'd find.. but the service is great, so you get what ya pay for. Service is excellent! And a great little space to find yourself catching up. I'll be back in I'm around!

Yelp
On of my favorite finds around Denver. The interior is very cool, decorated in 80s mix with modern decor and furniture. The baristas and staff are nice/welcoming. It is closed at 11 and noon on fridays :/ but otherwise it's pretty wonderful. Plenty of space to sit and work inside and outside. I get the cortado, it was quality coffee that was made with a nice touch. Found in a shopping center right next to illegal Pete's, plenty of parking. Ambiance: A Service: A Location: A Menu: A Price: B

Yelp
"How do I Love thee....Let me Count the Ways"......Torpedo has it all..... Morning sun brightens the inside as you sip your favorite beverage.... An outside patio and courtyard is also an option....fantastic menu to get you started....extra friendly and super efficient staff speedily prepares your requests .....and of course glorious coffee is all right there
google avatar

Yelp
Love this place excellent coffee, had nice selection of huge croissants and pastries and great breakfast sandwich on bagel, will definitely return.
google avatar

Yelp
What I love about Torpedo is that they offer beyond great coffee: a solid line-up of loose leaf tea, breakfast burritos/sandwiches with options for vegans, and lots of local goods (think specialty hot sauce, Kombucha, hard pretzels, chocolate). They also do pop-ups with local businesses #BusinessesSupportingBusinesses. Their bakery items are delicious, make sure to grab a hand pie if you are lucky enough to catch them while they are still available (they sell out quickly). I'd recommend trying the Red Expresso Latte Miel. It is a finely ground Rooibos tea that is pulled through the espresso machine with Miel ( Honey and Cinnamon).
google avatar

Yelp
The bakery is fire Gotten a few coffees from there (different specials each time) Can't wait to go this morning
google avatar

Yelp
Pretty fun coffee shop. Love the logo and building blockmenu. Beans from corvus coffee. Vintage seats. Vanilla cappuccino 7 of 10. Full speed ahead is caffeine junkies dream. 2 shots espresso and coffee.
google avatar

Dakota E.

Yelp
Very good breakfast burritos for a coffee shop. I was extremely impressed and would certainly go back just for that alone. Their coffee is also excellent, and the service was great. It was very busy as well, which is always a good sign for someone from out of town.

Yelp
Charming coffee shop located in the center of Park Hill. Adorable setup when you first walk in. The cafe is situated to the right with a colorful variety of local goods from fresh produce to packaged snacks & a menu of breakfast and lunch items. Past the waiting area is a long, wide hallway. Window benches, tables and chairs align the walls which are adorned with beautiful stenciled artwork. Outside there is additional patio seating, which is covered and overlooks a turf lawn and games. I have been here several times and have had a great experience each visit. All of my orders hit the spot - from a mocha and warm chocolate croissant to a warm quiche Florentine and toasted bagel (from Rosenberg's) with cream cheese & lox. I usually go here to get work done so I bring my laptop and sit down at one of the tables in the back. Providing more privacy and quite than the front. WiFi is only given to customers so it has never been a problem to find a spot and ensures fast internet speed. I especially am pleased with the number of outlets situated at each table. Highly recommend you check out this coffee shop next time you're in town!

Yelp
A warm welcome to the Park Hill South neighborhood! The Oneida shopping center gets cooler and cooler every time a new (relevant) biz opens up within. Torpedo has been anxiously anticipated and it lives up to the hype. In true Denver fashion the baristas are really nice. No one rolled their eyes when I ordered a hot chocolate. Plenty of open seating and an hour of free Wi-Fi makes this a convenient remote office. For awhile, not the whole day. Get there early(ish) so you can have your pick of where you'd like to park it. They crank the heat inside, which is great on a cool fall morning. It does get toasty quick so be advised not to wear a wool sweater. Other than that it's great for solo cafe experiences or work meetings.
google avatar

Allison S.

Yelp
Excitement is flowing when a new coffee shop opens near by and the anticipation! Torpedo is welcoming and friendly. Modern sleek decor with great art to keep you busy while your coffee is created. The space is small but cozy and looks like they will eventually have a patio to relax on and people watch. The owner is very nice and making the drinks himself! I love that kind of pride in a business and he is ready to make you a delicious drink of your choice. Cappuccino on point with the right amount of vanilla. Heaven. If your hungry the glass case is full of delicious looking pastries and a few breakfast burritos opinions as well. I recommend a burrito with salsa! Pairs well with caffeine. Be sure to give this place a try! You won't be disappointed. Also very clean and tidy! Extra plus.

Jo K.

Yelp
Good cappuccino and bagel sandwich. I am visiting from Virginia and this shop is close to my sons house. It's friendly and cozy. A really pleasant experience. I will definitely be back!
google avatar

Brittany C.

Yelp
Lovely cafe tucked into the Oneida Park strip of businesses! I enjoyed sitting on the colorful patio and getting a delicious breakfast sammie and latte while doing some work this morning. What a nice break to get out of the house! They have strict procedures for COVID -- employees only inside (but they do let you use the bathroom in the back), masks, social distancing, touchless payment, and a mini shop with pastries and grab and go snacks set up outdoors so all transactions can be outdoors and touchless. They have a WiFi limit of one hour to discourage mingling as they only have four outdoor tables, and while I understand that they want to turn around customers it was a bit of a bummer that I had to leave after an hour even though wasn't anyone else there waiting for my table. It would have been nice to be able to renew my WiFi time and enjoy the space for longer!
google avatar

Jonathan K.

Yelp
They make a really good Cappuccino and Fredo. nice people and neat vibe. I recently moved down from the mountains where we had several really cool coffee shops. Not a real fan of Denver but I like this place because it takes me back to a great place to live!
google avatar

Tim L.

Yelp
I'm a frequent visitor when having lapsed in my grocery store / bean purchasing chores. Staff is friendly and Kyle, the owner, will greet me by name whenever he's there. I don't know that prices are that much higher than the other coffee shop type places west of Monaco. As far as food goes, I think it's a tricky bit of business to balance quality, price, and wasted items etc. in a coffee shop. Especially when people expect to make one purchase and sit and use wi-fi for hours.
google avatar

Sarah R.

Yelp
For delicious coffees and a good breakfast burrito, Torpedo is a perfect choice. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the space is fun, and I like the unique flavor additions they have compared to some other local spots (turns out cherry and toasted marshmallow lattes are delicious). I'll say that we've now tried a large variety of their baked goods and I'm not a super big fan (croissants are a bit flaky/hard for me and the muffins are quite crumbly). Aside from that it's always been great and we regularly include it in our quick breakfast line-up!
google avatar

Jason E.

Yelp
They have a killer dark roast, tasty breakfast burritos and always have unique music playing in the background. I like this place!
google avatar

Maeve G.

Yelp
Torpedo Coffee is a solid coffee option (one of very few) in Park Hill. It's a pretty small shop with a small-ish menu but all the good items you'd expect: some baked goods, some fresh sandwiches, a full espresso menu with a few specialty drinks. They have a handful of tables inside and many more outside. The people who work there are very kind even when they have a line out the door and they definitely know their regulars by name! I usually get a dirty chai which is yummy and sometimes one of their energy balls which are delicious. Like most coffee places nowadays, it feels a touch overpriced but I'm happy to pay for local coffee over a chain any day.
