Torpedo Coffee Brewing Soon in Park Hill | Eater Denver

"Hoping to be up and pouring by Labor Day, a new Park Hill coffee shop at the Oneida Park retail center is being created with a specific desire to welcome the surrounding community. The 1,250-square-foot, laid-back concept from husband-and-wife operators Kyle and Fallene Wells (who run Uptown’s Let Em Have It Salon) will feature an outdoor patio next to Spicy Thai that adjoins the future home of Little Man Ice Cream and sits a short walk from the first expansion of Esters Neighborhood Pub. The shop plans to pour brews from southwest roaster Corvus Coffee Roasters and will offer teas, locally brewed kombucha, and other Colorado-crafted beverages, plus an evolving collection of quick bites expected to include baked goods, healthy salads, tasty sandwiches, and “killer” breakfast burritos." - Susan Stapleton
