Tijuana’s Legendary Tortas Washmobile Opening Pop-Up Restaurant at Novo Brazil Brewing Company - Eater San Diego
"Tortas Washmobile is starting an ongoing weekly pop-up at Novo Brazil Brewing Company’s Lane Avenue taproom in San Diego. The pop-up is run by chef Pedro Fuentes, offering famous Mexican sandwiches made with flour-dusted pambazo rolls filled with marinated and grilled brisket, panela cheese, tomato, and guacamole. This is their first public residency in San Diego following a successful pilot event." - Candice Woo

Wow! Hole in the wall kind of place perfect for Grab and GO. Awesome flavors. Sets the bar really high for Tortas. Whenever I visit Tijuana and want a Torta, this is my #1 Go-To spot when I want a quick Torta. No space to Dine-In unfortunately.
