"Tortas Washmobile is starting an ongoing weekly pop-up at Novo Brazil Brewing Company’s Lane Avenue taproom in San Diego. The pop-up is run by chef Pedro Fuentes, offering famous Mexican sandwiches made with flour-dusted pambazo rolls filled with marinated and grilled brisket, panela cheese, tomato, and guacamole.
