Great little hole in the wall Mexican restaurant. There is a small market attached to it. I got the Carne Asada breakfast burrito smothered in green chili. For the price ($8) it was an amazing deal— seems like most of their items are priced really well. Friendly staff, quick service, no frills dining area. The food was good, but I’m not absolutely dying to go back tomorrow, that’s why I give it 4/5. I wish the green chili had a little more spice and flavor. Overall, I would check it out if you’re looking for an authentic Mexican food experience.

Google
My son and I came in for a snack and were blown away by how good the food is here. It’s authentic and incredibly yummy Mexican food. We had a chicken burrito and a chicken quesadilla and both were fantastic. I don’t know how it’s so good but this worth checking out! We’ll definitely be back again.

We tried this place about 5 years ago after hearing that it was the best authentic Mexican food in FoCo. We were left very unimpressed. We decided to try it again because it pops up on so many Reddit threads as being the best Mexican food in town, so we thought maybe we just didn't order the right things or they were having an off day on our first try. We ordered Carnitas Tacos, a Smothered Pollo Burrito, and a Barbacoa Plate. Everything we had was so incredibly bland. No flavor, it was all cold, the Carnitas were extremely chewy, and to top it off, they didn't give us our Tortillas for the plate, and we didn't realize until we were already home, so it wasn't worth going back for. We really wanted to love our food, but I don't think we'll be trying this place a third time. Also, the portions were much smaller than we expected. Maybe this is just par for the course with takeout, but it was an extremely disappointing experience.

Definitely a hole in a wall Mexican restaurant. Located next to a Mexican supermarket. No frills dining, menu written behind the counter and just order what you want. I can 100% recommend the taco al pastor! I got 3 tacos and a jaritos and I paid $11. What a steal!

Google
Gluten and Dairy Free: Some, say no cheese. This place has the most amazing food. The tacos are my favorite (Al Pastor) but all varieties are amazing, my wife loves the Quesadilla. If you like authentic street tacos highly recommend.

Google
Love this place! It always smells so good! And you can see them making tortillas right at the checkout counter! Everything you would need from a market to make an authentic Mexican dish! Their tortillas are delicious!

Yelp
Great casual spot for authentic Latin food! Second time there and will definitely recommend

Yelp
Here is my second review for this AMAZING place. Had to come up to Fort Collins for a few things and was excited to come back. Once again the food was so delicious. The service is always great. They keep the restaurant nice and clean. I just love this restaurant. You have to check it out!

Yelp
Been three times so far and really enjoyed my food each time. Located in a strip on College, this is both a grocery/bakery and restaurant. I haven't had a problem finding parking yet. One door takes you directly to the ordering counter for the food side, the other door will take you directly into the shop/bakery. There is a seating area for eat in, but I have only done carry out. The first time I went, I got a burrito and my daughter got a rolled taco plate. The second time I got a burrito (I see a pattern forming) and she got a burrito as well. The third time I went for the enchiladas verde plate. Oh my! The tortillas for the burritos are made in the bakery and you can taste that difference. Burritos are chock full of delicious ingredients and come with salsa that will give it quite a zing. On my initial visit, I popped to the shop side and got some bakery items as well. There is a wonderful selection. I'll be back. It is just a matter of time.

Yelp
I've eaten there 3 times, and this is my second review. I've tried every meat they have, and they're all incredible. The shredded barbacoa (beef cheek) is absolutely delicious, and the buche (pork stomach) is cooked in the same amazing seasonings as the adobada (marinated pork). They also have the best tortas I've ever had, and I've had a lot. This is thanks to the fresh bread from their bakery. Speaking of which, you absolutely have to stop by the bakery and grab whichever desserts look good that day. If you see a tall sheet pan cake, that's a must. The women working there are wonderful, the little grocery section has some great spices and chilis for your home cooking, and it's my choice for the best bang-for-your-buck restaurant in Fort Collins.

Yelp
Are you kidding me the best Mexican food was right under my nose the whole time. Burritos tacos breakfast burritos fresh tortillas pastries everything is great. Great vibe, do yourself a favor. If you want authentic Mexican please visit this restaurant.

Yelp
I've been looking for authentic tortillería and panadería close by and finally found one that makes things fresh. The food was awesome, the service was friendly and the ambience brought me back to my days as a kid. Definitely worth the drive to Fort Collins for home style cooking and fresh bread and tortillas. Highly recommended!

Craig K.

Yelp
Get the carne asada plate or whatever they call the steak plate. It was so good and worth every penny. A good value and I can't wait to go back!

Ariet P.

Yelp
Yummy food! Staff are nice and they have a convience store with some goodies which is nice. Homemmade salsa you can buy too

Caleb C.

Yelp
I LOVE this place. While some of the food isn't as good as other stuff on the menu the prices are super reasonable and almost everything I've had here has been soooo good. I've been here so many times and I've never had a bad experience. The tacos and quesadillas here are to die for they are so delicious. They load the quesadillas with so much cheese it's AWESOME. The tortas are also fantastic. Everything also feels super authentic and home style. The restaurant is also attached to a Mexican market and bakery. Service is excellent and quick.

Melissa S.

Yelp
Delicious food, I had the Flautas and hubs had carne asada quesadilla, both wonderful. The service was fast and we bought excellent tortillas and cookies in the store next door!

Juneyah J.

Yelp
Hands down the best tacos I've ever had ! The people are super helpful and the foods always fresh !

Yelp
Love this authentic spot in town! Wish I could have tried more before doing this review but here goes: I really loved that they have so much selection on their menu. The line was about 5 persons long when we arrived on a Friday afternoon. The pick up window is a little cluster f*** so make sure you keep your ticket and listen for it to be called. Most people took their food out but we decided to dine in. Every other table was blocked off and they did require patrons to wear a mask when they were not enjoying their meal. My CI brought me here as a midterm celebration. I didn't want to break her bank so I just ordered two tacos : (~$6.00) Lengua and Tripas. The lengua was so juicy and tender I couldn't get enough. My mouth is watering thinking about that first bite bliss. Now the tripe.... different story. I wish I ate this one first but I didn't. I've had tripe many times in many different cuisines and styles. I feel like it was not adequately cleaned/prepared. Each bite exploded with paste and other particles that I don't even want to consider. I'll leave that description at that. The store made sauces were good with the right amount of spice and flavor! I'm gonna give them another shot and update accordingly

Yelp
Fast and quick with lunch. The freshly made baked goods are great. I love that they have salsas ready to go!
google avatar

Scott G.

Yelp
Great authentic food...they have so many different types of burritos to choose from. I try a different one each time.
google avatar

Kelly H.

Yelp
Great food, very authentic! There is a store attached so you can grocery shop for take home items. They have tamales, fresh tortillas, salsa and much more.

Yelp
What can I say? I met my son there, he's a FoCo resident who has been raving about the place. Everything was awesome, from the tacos to the panaderia next door, where I bought a slice of tres leches cake to take home. And a big carton of Jumex peach. The other folks there, the customers, were great too, lots of families, lots of conversation. Super friendly! Great vibe! Guilty admission: I waited in the parking lot until my son had left, and stuffed my face with that tres leches cake. It never made it home. Don't tell him, please.
google avatar

Martha C.

Yelp
Really good tacos! Had Asada, Carnitas, Pollo and Al Pastor tacos. Wished the tortillas were bigger.
google avatar

Lauren B.

Yelp
Amazing staff and amazing food. Pastor tacos were to die for, best in Fort Collins I've had so far. The Chile relleno burrito was also very good. I will be coming here for Mexican food from now on.
google avatar

Yelp
Great little place in Ft. Collins to grab pandulce! I haven't had any in 2 yrs. The ladies here are so sweet and gave me freshed baked goodies right out of the oven. The store has a little bit of everything you might want to try , prepared fresh salsa, queso frescos, tamales, palettas, dulces (Mexican candies) I am so glad I stopped by to get my snack on. I will be back .
google avatar

Megan B.

Yelp
Amazing tortillas that last forever in the freezer and simple but delicious treats. I don't know exactly what I got except for the tres leches cake which was amazing but the other dense/yellow cake is to die for. I have to force myself not to go otherwise I will get too thick.

Yelp
This place is an authentic Mexican restaurant, bakery, and convenience store. They have everything from fresh tortillas, conchas (Mexican sweet bread), tacos, tortas, and a store filled with Mexican goods. In the convenience store I saw everything from snacks, drinks, candies, and even a fridge with groceries for home. They had fresh salsas, pico de Gallo, marinated meats, cheeses and more to prepare your own Mexican food at home. The pastries are on display so you can grab a tray and tongs and self-serve your selections. I highly recommend the conchas, churros, and cookies! These are traditional Mexican pastries made fresh daily. On the other side of the business, they have a place for ordering hot food. They had tacos, tortas, quesadillas, and more. My husband ordered 3 tacos and he said they were all great. My picky 3 year old loved the meat inside. I ordered a torta of carnitas with everything on it. The bread was fresh and the meat was very flavorful. I got a side of rice and beans too, and I loved their beans! Everything was delicious, authentic, and affordable. I would definitely come here again!

Yelp
Very good very authentic. Great prices. Attached to a grocery. Also has beer you can order.

Yelp
Good Mexican food, reasonable prices, large servings, service also good. That's all. 123

Yelp
Great service even better authentic tacos I was a little skeptical because of previous great reviews but this place defiantly lives up to their billing. If just they were open until a little later time.

K F.

Yelp
I was visiting from WI and really wanted some good, authentic Mexican food. They did not disappoint! I ordered 3 tacos and a quesadilla. I really enjoyed the quesadilla, my only improvement would be a little more salt in the masa. The tacos were great! I ordered a Barbacoa Taco, a Carnitas Taco and a Pastor Taco. All 3 were delicious. I also ordered an horchata which was just like what I have had in Mexico. I highly recommend coming to try the food here. I will definitely be back the next time I come to visit family.

Yelp
Authentic? Absolutely! As a Hispanic, let me just say that there are not many places to get good, authentic Mexican food in Colorado. It's always un-seasoned beans, unseasoned, non tender meat. I could truly go on. Las 4 Americas has quality food- it tastes like it's been made by a mother/father with love. Their tacos are fantastic. Pastor is always juicy, seasoned beautifully, and they never skimp. They also have delicious corn tortillas and not flour, and great salsa. Nothing's better than green salsa on tacos ;) People have complained that they don't always have the food they're wanting, but I find that as a good thing. It's hard to find a place that sells out of certain foods. Don't complain about them not having menudo on the menu everyday. Menudo takes time to make and requires lots of love. I, for one, enjoy getting a tasteful, warm bowl on the weekend. This place is quality after a night of drinking too! Not only do they serve delicious Mexican food, but they have delicious conchas- a variety of them too. Their little convenience store is nice to have as well because it's impossible to find the right spices, seasonings, chiles, and much more around here. It's convenient for someone like me who loves making good food. Believe me when I say that you have to come here if you're looking for good, AUTHENTIC Mexican food. Other places around won't give you happiness like this place does!

Yelp
Had to do some business in Ft Collins, and definitely wanted to grab a bite to eat. A guy at work gave me a suggestion, but when I checked it out on Yelp it had a meager 2.5 stars. Being in the mood for either tacos or a burrito, I found this place rated very high, so I decided to give it a try. Luckily I beat the lunch rush by 10 minutes, cause the line quickly got long. Got the Asada(steak) Burrito & it was excellent!!!! The steak had a little crunch, yet extremely tender & cooked to perfection! Extremely cheap, so this place definitely gives you more than your money's worth! Whenever I'm in Ft Collins, this is a must! Update on 8/30... Got 4 tacos, 2 Asada & 2 Carnitas & these were some of the best I've ever had!!! The carnitas was crunchy & tender and the steak was excellent as usual! So glad I found this spot!

Scott M.

Yelp
just stopped in for first visit to pick up breakfast burritos. Absolutely huge and Mui Rico!

Yelp
The first 3 things I wanted to order are not served here. There are no fountain drinks, no problem. My wife ordered a Pepsi (bottle) and when she realized they also served coke, changed her mind (while we were still at the register ordering) and asked if she could exchange her unopened, just handed to her Pepsi and was told no. I settled for some tacos (chicken). The chicken was previously cooked and then reheated (I'm guess for speed). The issue with this is my chicken was hard and dried out. My wife and kids got beef burritos and the beef looked tender and moist, so lean that way when ordering. The prices are reasonable and the food came quick enough. I'd say the menu items are hit & miss. Maybe plan ahead before coming to be sure they have what you're looking for.

Yelp
Best Mexican food in fort collins!!! Authentic and nicely priced as well. Id recommend their carne asada burrito with some red sauce.

Yelp
I was recently in Fort Collins for a short time and I ate here twice. This place is phenomenal. I can't say enough good things about it. I enjoyed a breakfast burrito here, as well as my first torta. If you're not familiar, it's a Mexican sandwich with meat, tomato, mayo, avocado, and onion. They usually come with jalapenos but I opted out of those! The ingredients were fresh and it was an incredibly generous portion for $5. They also have a grocery section with various packaged items as well as fresh pastries and tortillas made in house. I had an empanada and it was very tasty - buttery and almost a vanilla flavor in the dough with a juicy pineapple filling. If you are in the Fort Collins area, GO HERE. I can only hope that they open a Denver location at some point because I would like to eat here more often!
google avatar

Martha A.

Yelp
Great Mexican food! I've had their tamales which are pricy but big and good. Their torras are delicious with so much flavor. I just ordered Chile rellenos, mole, and barbacoa. Yummmm!!!!
google avatar

Kelsey W.

Yelp
Tortilleria Las 4 Americas stays winning. Cheap tacos, taste great, super friendly and fast service. I like to get the pastor tacos and some horchata. I want them to cater my wedding, at the birth of my first born, and my funeral.

Cel S.

Yelp
food is great! i like the torta, flautas, tacos, burritos, etc. only thing i did not care too much for were the fresh flour tortillas, they were stale, small and too thick.
google avatar

Asia G.

Yelp
Efficient service, no frills establishment. Excellent quesadillas Excellent El Pastor Super fresh!!!!!
google avatar

Alicia Z.

Yelp
Ordered the carne asada burrito and was disappointed to say the least , the carne aada was over cooked and dry no avacado in the burrito , could have made it better myself at home,

Glenda J.

Yelp
Nice clean casual Mexican eatery. Order at the counter. On the side of the store, there is also a small selection of groceries. Very friendly service. Typical menu with choice of protein. I was looking forward to some flavorful sauce on my smothered burrito. Turns out it's smothered with more shredded iceberg lettuce than sauce. Sauce was meager with no flavor. A few slices of tomato for interest. Steak was a little tough. This was tasteless. At the table, help yourself to three different levels of hot sauces, something that looked like dried oregano. Maybe I'd ordered the wrong thing but I think a steak burrito is pretty standard stuff.
google avatar

Rachael R.

Yelp
The BEST tortillas I've ever had. I go out of my way to buy them, and they often come in a steamy bag because they're fresh off the griddle. They freeze nicely, in case you can't eat the whole bag at once (or if you need to keep yourself from eating the whole bag at once). I come for the tortillas, but I stay for the sweet treats. To be honest, I'm not well versed in what most of the pan dulces are called specifically, I just know they're delicious. I like to take an assortment of them to parties or just home to surprise my roommates. Take your pick of what looks good and you won't be disappointed. You also won't be disappointed by their burritos. They're reasonably priced and mighty tasty. Honestly, anything you put inside their tortillas is going to be phenomenal because those tortillas are THAT GOOD. If you need tortillas, a burrito fix, some desserts for your next dinner, or some Mexican grocery items for Taco Tuesday, give this place a try!

Yelp
Im telling you right now, this is THEE ONLY good Mexican spot in all of Fort Collins. Its decent too, especially for the price you get a good bang for your buck. Now coming from California, especially Southern California I can say with confidence that it would be the 5th or 6th best place in my town of 50k people. So it is good, but if you are use to really high quality Mexican food from the west coast this may not be revolutionary. What Las 4 America does really well is there tortillas and hot sauce, which you can buy in bulk, its some of the better tortillas I have had in my days, but as for there meats, beans and rice they are good but nothing special. I personally recommend, If you are good at making Mexican food, buying there tortillas and/or salsa and adding it to your meal.
google avatar

David H.

Yelp
If you're looking for a no frills place that serves some of the best authentic tasteful mexican food at an affordable price this is your place. Probably the best burritos and tacos in town (I haven't tried their tortas or enchiladas yet). I've had asada, carnitas and desebrada con solo (shredded beef) burritos so far. I liked the shredded beef and the asada best. Super fresh tortillas and fast service. I recommend this place.
google avatar

Ryan E.

Yelp
Awesome authentic Mexican food. Definitely try the fresh tortillas and pastries including Pumpkin empanadas. Don't pass on this place!
google avatar

Lipi A.

Yelp
It was super good and super filling and super cheap! It's not the most artsy or aesthetic place but it has good, well cooked Mexican food and it is has a parking lot! The food is served quickly and is well made. You are getting what you pay for though - so my quesadilla only came with some verde salsa, no sour cream or guac, but either way it was SO good.

Jessica P.

Yelp
Really great Mexican tacos, pan dulcet, tamales and grocery store. So great to find such good Mexican food so far from home.

Milton G.

Yelp
Hands down the best Menudo I have ever had. They serve it on weekends. Burritos were amazing. Prices extremely reasonable
google avatar

Betty M.

Yelp
I always come here we order menudo and burritos. The menudo is a 6/10. It needs more flavor for sure. I always get it because I bring it home and add seasons to it. The burritos are good but they always ALWAYS mess up my order. I always say no salsa and for some reason they add sooo much of it. Where I can't even eat it because it's too spicy. Another thing they never ever give me any salsa and I forget to check. Ugh!!!! The place is always very clean!! The register lady is a little rude sometimes but I guess I would be too this early in the morning. I tell everyone about this place because it's a family owned business and I rather give my money to them. This review is just to remind the people working here to please double check everything!!

E M.

Yelp
great food and kind service. only thing i will say is they tend to skimp out on the salsa. i ordered 5+ items and got 2 salsas. now ive learned to ask for one salsa per item while im ordering or when you go up after you order they will try to charge you for "extra".
google avatar

Nate B.

Yelp
Fantastic authentic Mexican food with great prices. The baked goods and cheeses are well worth picking up while there.
google avatar

Hanna G.

Yelp
Love their tortillas, tacos, & chicken quesadillas Refried beans are pretty good too.

Yelp
Omg, I can not say enough about how much we enjoyed our dinner. Super crazy flavorful and legit, so so good. When we go back home to CT I'll be dreaming about then tacos pastor and mole burrito.
