I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at your Total Wine Location in parklane and 75, store today. I had placed an order for merchandise totaling $8,000, and my experience when attempting to pick it up was nothing short of a nightmare.
The delivery person was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He refused to allow me to count the items I had purchased, left all the merchandise outside, and then returned to the store. When I requested to speak with a manager, I found her to be even more unhelpful and rude than the delivery person. Both individuals were unprofessional and used abusive language towards me.
As a result of this unacceptable treatment, I requested a refund and left the store without completing my purchase. I never expected to encounter such poor customer service, and the behavior of your staff was truly appalling.
I urge management to take immediate action to address this issue. Such unprofessional conduct will undoubtedly lead to the loss of many customers. I will not be returning to this particular store.
