"Daly City is rightly recognized as the center of Filipino-American culture and cuisine in the U.S., but the Filipino food scene in the Hayward and San Leandro area is as deep and varied (and almost uniformly excellent) as it is anywhere in the Bay. Within that landscape, Toto’s is the rare spot that specializes exclusively in smoky, sticky-sweet Filipino-style barbecue meat skewers, all grilled to order while you wait. Offal lovers, this is your spot for chicken heads, feet, and tails; tender pig ears; and all different kinds of intestines." - Dianne de Guzman, Eater Staff

"A one-of-a-kind spot in the East Bay, Toto’s Grill is the place to go for that nostalgic, street food-style of Filipino barbecue that comes out smoky, sticky-sweet, and unapologetically charred. The standard pork and chicken skewers are excellent here, especially when dipped in the house vinegar sauces. But the restaurant’s calling card is its wide variety of offal cuts: chicken heads, feet, and tails; tender pig ears; and all different kinds of intestines — the chicken intestines (or isaw) tend to sell out so quickly that they keep them hidden behind the counter. And if you want to try balut? This is your spot." - Dianne de Guzman, Luke Tsai

Truly authentic Filipino BBQ! It is usually pretty full at nighttime and if you get lucky, they bring a live band! I been wanting to come for some time now and I was not disappointed. It’s a fun experience to grill your own food, although is more like warming up since most of the skewers are already cooked. They have the basic chicken, pork and fish skewers but they also have a large selection of organs, chicken feet and fish balls.

There are lots of free parking spaces available. Great place for family. I came here towards closing time, so the choices were limited. I love their isaw (chicken intestines) and chicken skewers. I wish they had more beef options, but they didn't. My suggestions: Please have some sort of salad available (achara, eggplant, bitter melon, etc.) and desserts. I don't know if you're trying to get a beer and wine license, but having beer with these food would be more. Have some music playing in the background too. The restaurant was too quiet. Overall, ai liked it here. I'll be back.

This place made me feel like I was back on vacation in the Philippines 🇵🇭 😍 This place is great to take the family. They have a good selection of food for your skewers, but I just wish some items were a bit fresher. The grills had cold spots, but if you got lucky, you'd get the blazing hot one. Service wasn't really there since you do everything yourself, but they do have a decent selection of beverages.

Google
This is the go to place for real filipino grill delights!! Worth the drive from sf. The sauces are very zesty and perfect. We took a variety of different skewers! They play a lot of sentimental music which is very unique and nostalgic of the 90s.

Latest REVIEW (4/13/2023): apparently the previous owner left. I thought she just went for vacation. And as soon as she’s gone everything changes. No more chicken isaw available. The vinegar are not as good as before. No more cucumber vinegar. No one is minding the grills unlike before there is one guy who used to clean the grills after every customer use. Now they will just shout “paki spray po masusunog!” (Please spray “water spray” the grill it will burn!). So the excitement of eating here is fading. Nakakawalang gana na. Previous REVIEW: We’ve been coming back here for 2 years now and drive all the way from Roseville. Authentic Filipino street foods yet very clean and tasty. You have to try the cucumber vinegar. Owner is so friendly. Highly recommended specially for Filipinos who miss isaw, balot and even fish balls with sauce!

They changed the name of the Resto.. Street food are the best.. They added a few items like sisig and pancit and other drinks like buko pandan..

Google
This is one of the best (if not only) Filipino fast food joints in the Bay Area. The entire staff is so welcoming and kind. Their food selection is quite expansive, you’ll find many things that you’d never find elsewhere. Will definitely be back.

Yelp
This place was a surprise for us! Friday night, we're stuck on 880 N /580east traffic and was hungry. We needed food! First Filipino resturant to pop up was TGBMG! 7:30pm place was popping, live band and to our surprise. A large grill In the middle of the resturant. We get it! BBQ and other goodies on a stick for you to grill to your liking, Crispy and char yup up to you! Isaw, Kwek Kwek, BetaMax and adidas you name it it's here for you to enjoy! It's a place for you everyone to enjoy! Live band on Fridays nights. Playing all of todays and yesterdays jams. We will Be defiantly be coming back soon!

Julie Q.

Yelp
I have been coming here for awhile now and finally had a chance to review this place. I still visit on weekends. I must say, it's always an exceptional experience! I've booked my artists here for shows last year, and the owner went the extra mile by decorating the venue with beautiful lightings, sitting arrangements and presenting the food in a beautiful way. Easy parking for my guests. This is the go-to spot for karaoke with friends on Fridays and live bands on Saturdays. What's great about coming here is their authentic street food, which is easily grilled while you're getting entertained! The ambiance is always warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax on Sundays with friends/family or visiting guests from out of town and enjoy their great authentic food. What really made my experience stand out, though, was the entertainment - I love karaoke and dancing to unwind. The Friday karaoke and Saturday variety shows are always a blast! Great staff and service. I highly recommend The Grill By Ms G to anyone looking for a fantastic dining and fun experience. Grilling is fun! While you are grilling you are mingling with the customers next to you and getting to know each other. This place is unique, it reminds me so much back home in the Philippines. I'm eager to return and indulge in more of The Grill's mouth-watering food. I also love their melon juice. Five stars and a big thumbs up from this happy customer! Excited and looking forward to going back this Friday to attend a comedy show by one of the famous standout comedian artists and enjoy their street food until the restaurant closes. You can't go hungry here. P.S. I took my SF Cosmopolitan Lions Club members out for dinner here last Sunday, 8/11 after our volunteer work at the Aloha Festival event in San Mateo. The Grill was still open til 8pm. We enjoyed our dinner. The owner was around and had a photo with us. Thank you so much for entertaining us and your hospitality!

Dustin M.

Yelp
My Filipina wife and I have dined here a couple times, and we definitely love the vibe and atmosphere here. Most of the items are pre-cooked and you grill them afterwards. It's overall ok, but I think the appeal of the place is to come for the "street food" ambience. We go every now and then to some of their live showings, and they are alright. It can get busy. On other nights, it's not all that busy. We enjoy the experience every now and then.

Yelp
I came here on Sunday, and it was not overly packed. I saw a several grill apot on tik tok but located in Los Angeles. I was so excited to be able to try it here. When you first enter, you see the bbq grill out in the open, and the skewer is in the back. You have the sauce bar in the back, and then you get the good stuff. The skewers. You have options of beef, chicken, Filipino sausages, intestines of different types, liver, sesame balls, fried shrimp, sui mai. Etc. So there are a variety of meat options. But I didn't see anything offered to vegetarians. They have booths around the walls of the restaurant. And then they have regular seating on the otherside of the grill. I tried the beef intestine, beef skewers, chicken skewers, quail egg and something else. I loved the fried quail egg it was best dipped in the spicy vinegar. Honestly speaking I would recommend to pass on the beef and chicken skewers. It just taste like hawaiian bbq meat but on a skewer. The chicken feet was pretty goof and saucy. I was able to try melon juice and also taho. The Taho is our Asian version of tofu fa. They have a brown sugar syrup ca our ginger syrup. Then they also add tapioca. The tapioca are small perals versus the standard black tapioca. The melon juice was fresh and refreshing. I will definitely come back and try other skewers.

Yelp
This place is a bit challenging to find since it's right off a busy street. It has its own parking lot though so that's nice! We came here on a rainy day and there was no on inside. It's a good space with enough grills to reheat your food. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. Each stick is $1.85 and rice was an additional cost. There are endless amount of sauces you can choose from. The meats had a nice marinade to them. The grill took a bit long to heat up our sticks so by the time we ate, the rice was a bit cold. Maybe I didn't see the burner to turn it up a notch. Still enjoyable and I would return!

Yelp
This place was better back in 2019. Tried it again and the few times I've tried, it didn't taste that good. The Betamax was pork blood (I think?) and the texture was just off. Like it was raw and it was rubbery. The chicken isaw were not it, either. They didn't even try cleaning the intestines out. The isaw was priced at $2.50 and the rest were $1.99. The only ones that I enjoyed a little more were the kwek-kwek and chicharon bulaklak. The employees were friendly and welcoming, though!

Rosa V.

Yelp
Do you like to grill and enjoy live music ? Well this is your spot ! Specializing in Philipino style meats , stomach, and other parts ! Lots of great option chicken beef pork and some seafood. You make your way through the line picking your skewers. Prices are great ! They are all precooked and you just heat they up on the grill. You find a nice spot on the grill and start to go. Nothing like grilling alongside a bunch of strangers while listening to a local band. There is only rice and a side option but after tons of skewers why would you like to waste stomach space on sides. Not your typical dinner spot but worth a try !

Bernadette M.

Yelp
I finally made it in. I went with a girlfriend and needed an explanation of what to do. You select the skewars you want and reheat them or cook them on the grills in the center of the restaurant. They do tend to stick so keep an eye on them. I also think the grills could be a bit hotter. The garlic rice was extra but the sauces and vinegar tubs in the back was great. It makes my mouth water. Service was friendly and on a Tuesday night, it wasn't busy. They have their own parking lot. Review #97 of 100 in 2023.

Reggie S.

Yelp
Every Bay Area Filipino's go-to for Filipino street food. The place is really nice inside and staff are very friendly. The food is good as well, can't go wrong. If you're not Filipino and feeling adventurous, wanting to try this for the first time, you can always start off with the standard bbq meat or hotdogs. All the meat is technically already cooked, you're just grilling/charring it unlike the authentic ones in the Philippines.

James A.

Yelp
THE GRILL BY MISS G's Friday Karaoke and Saturday Live Band are the best Club Nights in Northern CA! It's been awhile since I was floored by Filipino Talents performing and singing at their best! Coupled this with the best sumptuous street foods like Chicken feet, Pork Isah, Pork ears, Chicharon Bulaklak just to name a few - what a perfect weekend treat! I love this place!

John Christopher M.

Yelp
If you want to break out of your monotonous food routine, check this place out! I went to this place twice already. The first time I came here was in the evening. There were some musicians performing. It was very lively. I was a bit confused at first with their food selection and grilling procedures. However, the staff was friendly and very helpful. A couple weeks later, I visited the place again during lunch time. There were no bands performing, and the place was great for having a casual meeting. This may seem obvious, but be sure to wear something you will not mind smelling like grilled food!

Vicki T.

Yelp
Nice food, but would have appreciated some guidance on what to do. Music is extremely loud so asking is most of the time useless.

Smiley T.

Yelp
Food is great .Employees are very friendly. We're from Oregon we will be back soon. Salamat

Eric S.

Yelp
The place still has the welcoming vibes, Friday and Saturday are the busy days with live band performances if you want to stick around and enjoy the loud music. This place is a self service spot where you can grab filipino street food and grill it yourself. The name speaks for itself. The pork intestine and chicken intestines are the one i comeback here for the most. With spicy and sweet dipping vinegar sauce and also the fishball sauce is delicious. Plenty of tables to seat. Their lugaw(filipino chicken porridge) here is also good. Highly recommend this spot. The parking could be difficult to have since they get really busy here. So come early and on weekdays if you don't want to deal with parking spots.

Alexander L.

Yelp
If you're looking for awesome Filipino style barbecue skewers in the Bay with live Music every weekends. Then This is your spot!

Yelp
I was excited to try this place again... Food was dried up, old and cold!!! Came in ordered Tofu Pudding/ Taho, Baluts, Mango drinks, and of course rice + about 25 sticks or so, girl at the cash register can't count nor use a calculator! She almost charged us $200.00 they also raised their price per stick and quality has declined. What was gross was the cash register girl was touching the meats/sticks with her bare hands while we were wearing gloves and she handed us food with her bare hands, she was touching her face and shirt prior to handing us some of our bbq sticks. She proceeded to count our cold bbq sticks with her bare hands as well, no gloves! Gross! They need to improve on proper food handling, so gross!!!! Bet they save unsold bbq sticks for the next day. The food items are not fresh, no veggie options. The grill was dirty and sticky surface. The pork liver was burnt on the outside but raw on the inside, I felt sick once I got home, I think I ate some old meat or could have been the raw inside liver meat. Better off going to GyuKaku or FIL AM BBQ. Will not be returning, it hasn't improved... just down hill. Or go to Isla in San Bruno instead... major pass! I returned as I thought they have improved clearly just a downhill turn. I think people give 5 stars because they don't care that their eating old dried up meat and it reminds them of their childhood back in Philippines but the sad reality is the food is not good at all! No flavor, just dry as F. I feel bad not giving them the 5 stars I was hoping for but I have to keep it 100, so they can step it up. Last time I was here I gave them a sympathy 3 stars but now it's a 1 star. So sorry but not sorry! It is what it is! It's just not good food! Next stop Thank Que grill! (Didn't bother taking photos of the food, they looked like Jerky or meat raisin, so dried up and old)

Tina R.

Yelp
Update your hours and don't waste people's time!!!! We went yesterday, Saturday at 3pm (November 25, 2023) and they are closed. Called and nobody picked up. Closed again today (November 26, 2023)

Jen-Jen B.

Yelp
I've been here plenty of times before the pandemic. Especially to get my balut fix. The place serves Filipino street food. Majority of the items are skewers of different things which can be warmed/regrilled on their communal grill. There's pork, chicken, shumai, deep fried quail eggs, fish balls, lobster balls, and a bunch of other stuff on a stick. There's a few entrees as well. Good service all around. The food is okay. I'm more so there when in the mood for balut. Most the time the balut is good. I was probably disappointed one time when there was no sabaw in my eggs. But of course I still ate them. Been here a few times since it opened back up. Prices have gone up from what I noticed. Place is also a bit outdated and not much entertainment to dining in. TVs would definitely be great for game nights. But that's just what I think.

Victor D.

Yelp
This place is not what you normally expect, and I think it's a good thing. First off, it's a place that feels like community. They play live filipino music and most folks there look like regulars. The vibe is on point and the ordering experience is unique. You walk up to a counter and pick what you want and then pay. After that you go to a communal grill and reheat your items. The food ends up being around 35 bucks and I enjoyed it. I did think I would end up spending less because of how low key the setup was, but didn't mean I have any regrets.

Yvonne R.

Yelp
I've been here a few times and this spot is definitely our go to (it's the only one close by) whenever we have a craving for Filipino street food skewers, they don't disappoint. I appreciate the fact that they do try to provide a safe way to get your food. They have a tray and disposable plates and utensils. They have sanitizers and disposable gloves to use to get the skewers. They have a gas grill to heat up your food and you get your own sauces too! Love the rustic type of vibe the place has too, it gives that sense of nostalgia. They also have a small stage area. We went on a Sunday afternoon but maybe they have a live band, not sure.

Lyn C.

Yelp
Skewers on skewers on skewers! Toto's is a fun place where you get to grill your own bbq sticks. It's Filipino $treet food, but since you cook at your table it's like kbbq but its fbbq? It's pretty fun and tasty. I'm not super into filipino food because it's too greasy but every once in a while, I'll have some because it reminds me of my childhood. Fav BBQ sticks Chicharon bulaklak BBQ chicken Chicken feet BBQ pork Taho- not a bbq stick, I know, but I love me this tofu dessert I'm usually ok with venturing out to eat "weird" food, but I just wasn't feeling intestines, ears, or heads. The PI natives loved it though, so I'm sure it's great. Overall, I enjoy the experience of Toto's and the food is pretty good too.

Amy H.

Yelp
I came here a couple of months ago to get some skewers to take home. It was fun to get an assortment of items to try, and I enjoyed everything. One highlight for me is the quail eggs in dough: kwek kwek. I like quail eggs in general and these were fun. One thing I will not get again if I go back is the pig intestine-- intestine is too fatty for me, and the pig intestine had a pronounced intestine flavor, not my favorite. The chicken intestine would be my go-to intestine instead. Something nice about this place is the grill in the middle of the restaurant for people to grill their skewers before eating. It brings a community atmosphere and something for families and friends to do together at their meal.

Clyde O.

Yelp
good food and bring back streetfood memories DJ musics on thursdays , karaoke on fridays and live bands on saturdays.. FEEL AT HOME VIBES.. tambayan for sure!!!

Rich L.

Yelp
I was at THE GRILL BY MISS G on a Friday Night when there was a musical show called JAKE AND CHEESA. Cheesa was phenomenal while Jake was, as his usual self - reliable and fantastic! The voices of the duo filled the room like how Marriott Hotel's Cedarwood scent fills the whole lobby - Enchanting! That was most unforgettable night! Filipino street food was the greatest and guests doing Karaoke was wild Good wild. and Saturday Live Band are the best Club Nights in Northern CA! It's been awhile since I was floored by Filipino Talents performing and singing at their best! Coupled this with the best sumptuous street foods like Chicken feet, Pork Isah, Pork ears, Chicharon Bulaklak just to name a few - what a perfect weekend treat! I will never forget this place - I will keep on coming back for more!

Christopher G.

Yelp
I finally came here to try it out after wanting to come for the last couple of months. I was completely disappointed. When I came, The lady at the cashier was on the phone the whole time chismissing and pleading the other line to come so she can take a break. I told her it was my first time and it would be great if she could help me out but she didn't even help at all. Continued with chismiss. She rolled her eyes when I asked for some rice and water. As for the food, I didn't think it was worth the 30 bucks I paid for one person. It was mediocre and paired with the disappointing service I wouldn't come back here. I came in really happy and left mad and disappointed. I don't recommend at all.

Brenda L.

Yelp
Toto's Grill was a really great experience! The food was tasty, and it was fun having the opportunity to cook up our own BBQ skewers. The atmosphere seemed like a great place to go with a large group of friends. Their skewers are about $1.95 each, but don't let that discourage you from trying all of their offerings! Toto's had things like chicken tail, chicken head, pork BBQ, chicken BBQ, kwek kwek, isaw (intestine), liver, and more. Everything we had was super flavorful! We made sure to char our BBQ a bit to add a smokey flavor. The spicy vinegar dipping sauce was bomb too, it gave everything a nice touch. If you've been or heard of Dollar Hits in Southern California, it's a pretty similar process. You choose your selection of Filipino skewers, pay, then walk over to where the grills are to grill up your food. Then, you seat yourself and enjoy! Parking looked relatively limited. The restaurant itself is pretty spacious, and was super clean. Service was super friendly - there was a person going around making sure everyone eating had napkins and was regularly cleaning up trash too. The overall vibe felt really homey, which made everything even more enjoyable. Future goers: bring cash! They give a 10-cent discount on each skewer for people who pay with cash.

Lynne C.

Yelp
Love it! Lots of options and friendly staff! The grilling part was fun too, my boys enjoyed cooking their own food

Reeven S.

Yelp
When I first heard about this place, my nostalgic feelings came rushing in. Filipino street barbecue is my favorite, thus I wish this place would close a lot later in the evening because this is such a perfect pulutan (drunchie meal)! Going in, you'll be welcomed with trays of Filipino street barbecue options such as marinated pork and chicken sticks to the more bizarre options like pork blood, chicken feet, and pork and chicken intestines. They also have seafood options like fish balls and lobster balls. Literally, anything you find in the Philippine streets, they have here! And no, there are no veggie options except for sweetcorn (if you count that). There are no veggie grills in the Philippines!! The whole "grill it yourself" shenanigan is basically just reheating the food because it is already pre-cooked. Nonetheless, it is still quite the experience and I love it. And yes, my rating for this place is higher than some because of nostalgia. For the typical American complaining about this, it's called ~culture~. I would give this place another star rating, but I think $2 per stick is quite expensive. Other restaurants have bigger portions that make your money's worth. But because of the pandemic and other factors, I do understand and I would still continue to support this place.

Ligaya T.

Yelp
Food are cold and not of good quality. A bit pricey for the kind of food they serve. Service is Ok...servers are Ok.

Justin Q.

Yelp
I use to come here a lot from 2017 to 2018. I heard there live band now and more pricey. The food is ok here it gives u Philippines vibes back home. A good place to snack on.

Grant C.

Yelp
I'll say the food is average, but it's a unique concept that you can't get many places and is fun. You get a tray at the front and then pick out whatever skewers you want off the buffet and then pay at the register. You pay by the piece, but the prices aren't really shown. You can get rice, soup, and drinks at the register. There isn't really a menu that I saw. You just sort of look behind the counter and see what other people are getting. Then there's a large communal grill in the middle where you grill your food. Everything is already cooked, so you're really just heating food up. The grills were really low so it kind of took a while. The tongs and grill are communal, so if you're skeptical about that this isn't for you. But it seems pretty clean and nice inside. Pork bbq was juicy and tasty. Pig ears were run by and tasty. Pork intestines were a little too funky for my taste, but to each their own. The orange egg thing was pretty good. I also liked the lobster balls and fish balls. Very authentic Filipino street food experience. Fun and unique place. Glad I went.

Leonor R.

Yelp
Street food is quite popular snacks in the streets of Manila. Usually sold in mobile carts these are pieces of meat, rice balla, or seafood in skewers. Toto's Grill gives you the same experience indoors. This time, you get to cook or heat up your food. You have to try this sometime. Be adventurous and try unfamiliar meats or seafood items like isaw or kwek-kwek. You nay just surprise how much you like it! Not to worry though if you're not ready to do that. The chicken or pork BBQ, hotdog, lumpia, & dumplings are enough to satisfy your appetite. Steamed rice is also available to complete the meal Drinks? Taho is a tofu drink with sweet syrup & boba pearls. It's very refreshing. They also have fruit juices, and soda.

Alondra F.

Yelp
Great food , great service , The owner of the restaurant is very polite and engages with the customers. It is a friendly environment.

Roseanne P.

Yelp
The food lacks flavor, the meat is tough, and it falls short of delivering a true barbecue taste.

Astrid B.

Yelp
fave Filipino bbq spot! Every time I crave for that pork and chicken isaw + pork ears!

Jamie Hi-meh L.

Yelp
An unfortunate situation brought our family together for a dinner. I'm so happy we chose Toto's. A familiar flavor of home and comfort. Authentic Filipino food with the ambiance of clean sheek. Great music that kept up upbeat and food with an experience. I brought some young adults and they had a blast! Can not wait to go back to wet and sing and be merry!!! Parking lot is clutch! Plenty of seating and attentive team! All around a great experience! A win!

Eva S.

Yelp
If you are craving for bbq skewers, you should try this place in Hayward! You can park in their parking lot or on the street. When you walk in, you can pick the skewers you wanted in a container! They provide hand sanitizer and glove to help you self serve. They charge per skewer, options include chicken thigh, pork, intestine, lobster ball, lumpia, pig ear and chicken feet. Some skewers have 2-3 pieces of meat in one skewer. You paid before you bring the skewer to the open grill station. You can adjust time when you place your items on the open grill! We also ordered the crispy pork feet, it taste but it takes some time for them to be available. I also wanted like the vinegar with onion pair well with all the bbq meat!

Julie D.

Yelp
When you need/want something to satisfy your filipino ihaw-ihaw cravings, this is definitely the go-to place. So happy that this place exists because its unlike all the other filipino restaurants everywhere. This place's specialty is the filipino grilled street foods you get in the Philippines and its as authentic as it can get and i don't see any other filipino restaurants in the area who does that! The place is very organized and when you walk in you see right away the array of different skewers they have and its labeled as well so you dont miss anything. Everything is clean and organized and food is good! The sauces that goes with them skewers are pretty good as well. You grill it yourself so you know its fresh right before you eat them! They also have bands that play in the weekends to set the mood going. Who's doesn't like watching bands play in front of you while eating grilled foods? Cannot wait to go back with my friends and have a fun time again! This restaurant is definitely one of a kind and a gem in Hayward plus the people and the management who works there are very nice, fun and kind as well.

Ivy I.

Yelp
We used to love this place. I don't know if they changed ownership, but I don't see the people who used to work here before and they were very friendly. For the food you get, they are overpriced. We had 14 sticks of different items, one rice, and one bottled water. Our bill came out to $35! It's ridiculous. Filipino street foods shouldn't be this expensive. When Ibasked how much it is per stick now, the lady said $1.85. When I did the math, they obviously overcharged us. Just didn't want to argue for a couple of dollars and hold the line. The lady doing the cashier was also not pleasant. It seems that she doesn't like what she's doing. But come on, you're in the food industry doing customer service! Watch out for your bill when you come here. Double check what they charge you! As much as I love to support this Filipino restaurant, it just doesn't justify the quality and kind of food I get for the price they charge. Go to a legit Filipino restaurant and get more food and good quality for what you pay. Will never come back here again.

Yelp
Good times, good food, good live band, what else can you ask for. Highly recommended for kicking back, have a drink and listen to music!

Yelp
Ordered takeout and came home with RAW chicken. We were highly disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this place again.

Yelp
very fun and interactive dinner! Great place for family or bring friends for a fun dinner idea. First you grab your tin container at the front and go down the line filling your plate with all kinds of food on skewers. Once you reach the register, you can order drinks and any extras you'd like. After that, head on to the grill area and get that nice char! All skewer food is precooked so you won't have to worry about that. What's more filipino than a table dedicated to side sauces, my favorite is their cucumber vinegar dip! With the right amount of heat, and add of cucumber sweetness, it goes with almost anything. The parking lot is quite small but there is street parking.

Yelp
Tasty self serve street food =skewers, rice, lumpia that you may heat up on the grill. Reasonable prices! Open seating with bright lighting and airflow. Karaoke and live music

Yelp
Great Spot to really bring you the comfort of being back in the Philippines and the new items they add are always a great addition to the regular staples. Also love the bands that sometimes play on the weekends it adds to the already fun environment! Titas and staff have been really attentive to me whenever I need anything. It's a weekly ritual my coworkers and I come here after a long work week to decompress.

Yelp
I used to go here all the time a couple years back and have been always bringing this place up as a date idea to my partner as we rarely dine out. Finally this most recent Sunday on March 26th we drove all the way from Sunnyvale to Hayward driving through traffic for this restaurant. Mind you the drive was nearly an hour and we hadn't eaten yet the entire day, we looked at the hours online before hand and it said they would close at 8pm. When we got there, we opened the entrance only for a woman on a phone to signal her hand at her neck telling us they're closed already. It was only 4pm! We were so disappointed driving all that way for nothing. They need to update their hours online or something so they aren't deceiving people. It shouldn't be my job to ask a restaurant what time they feel like closing today!

Yelp
love toto's grill! so many choices, but sometimes they run out since they have so many customers. i would recommend you come here during non-peak hours since it's hard to find a seat sometimes. they also run out of chicken isaw pretty fast. they also prefer cash over card. i recommend getting their buko pandan drink and halo halo after your meal. very good!
