"Thibault and Jade’s establishment is a treasure trove of culinary delights. In their tastefully appointed HQ, kick off with wholesome starters like pâté en croûte or marbled ham, before continuing with flawlessly fresh brill paired with a tangy nantaise sauce and briny clams, unless you wouldn’t prefer pheasant à la brabançonne. The veteran chef, a true disciple of text-book Gallic fare, nonetheless enjoys adding the odd international twist. Big-boned flavours, hearty helpings, culinary proficiency. A seat at the counter is highly recommended as are bookings. They also offer a take-away catering service with a selection of dishes to be enjoyed at home - must be booked in advance." - Michelin Inspector

We are coming once a year to this restaurant. Why? Because the food is just outstanding good, from the quality of the ingridients to the know how to prepare them. Also the service is splendid, you always feel welcome. If you are in Brugge a must try!

The food is spectacular. Watching this two person team was awesome. All the dishes were executed perfectly and the flavors were equally present. This restaurant is truly a gem in the city of Bruges. Definitely make it a priority on your visit.

The duck ravioli is great. Lamb on skewer is not gamey. Very inventive. The recommended wine is also excellent.

Good honest food, made with good ingredients. The open kitchen gives a nice touch. It was a delight to see how the chef cooks with passion.

The food was amazing and the service was even better. The duck raviolis were the star of the show but the fried shrimp were cooked perfectly and also delicious. The red tuna was seared just the right amount and seasoned just the right amount. The wine recommendation was perfectly paired for our dishes. It was worth the walk from the market center and I would certainly go back if ever in Bruges

Omg, this is a restaurant you need to go to. All the dishes we had were well-crafted and flavoursome. The open ravioli with ox tail, morel mushrooms and vacheri, we melted it was so good, it helped with a carafe of Bordeaux! And the Pâté en Croûte, you have to have, technology cooked very well, hats off chef! Great job guys, amazed by the concept. We will be back! The recommendation were to eat and drink after a fantastic!

Excellent lunch venue. Try the black pudding and lobster mini burger - you won't be disappointed.

Let me start by saying the pate en croute was very good, though some chunks of gelatin did not dissolve so I had to cut those out. Unfortunately, the rest of the meal was a disappointment. The ‘crispy duck ravioli’ were actually baked wontons - not quite as advertised and despite barely touching the dish, it was included in the final bill. Also, one of the servers mistakenly poured the wrong rose into two glasses. The chef proceeded to pour the glasses back into the bottle before pouring the ordered rose. Per the chefs response here, apparently I didn't tell them directly about the food despite telling the server the dish was not as described and sending back the majority uneaten. All in all, my most disappointing meal in Brugge and overall, not what one would expect of Michelin Bib Gourmand.
