"A single glance at the wholesome country menu, featuring rustic staples such as grilled tripe and snails, pork pie and partridge with endives, will set your tastebuds tingling. The veteran chef, a true disciple of text-book Gallic fare, enjoys adding the odd international twist. Gutsy flavours, hearty helpings, culinary proficiency. A take-out delicatessen service is also available." - Michelin Inspector

The food is spectacular. Watching this two person team was awesome. All the dishes were executed perfectly and the flavors were equally present. This restaurant is truly a gem in the city of Bruges. Definitely make it a priority on your visit.

Let me start by saying the pate en croute was very good, though some chunks of gelatin did not dissolve so I had to cut those out. Unfortunately, the rest of the meal was a disappointment. The ‘crispy duck ravioli’ were actually baked wontons - not quite as advertised and despite barely touching the dish, it was included in the final bill. Also, one of the servers mistakenly poured the wrong rose into two glasses. The chef proceeded to pour the glasses back into the bottle before pouring the ordered rose. Per the chefs response here, apparently I didn't tell them directly about the food despite telling the server the dish was not as described and sending back the majority uneaten. All in all, my most disappointing meal in Brugge and overall, not what one would expect of Michelin Bib Gourmand.

Omg, this is a restaurant you need to go to. All the dishes we had were well-crafted and flavoursome. The open ravioli with ox tail, morel mushrooms and vacheri, we melted it was so good, it helped with a carafe of Bordeaux! And the Pâté en Croûte, you have to have, technology cooked very well, hats off chef! Great job guys, amazed by the concept. We will be back! The recommendation were to eat and drink after a fantastic!

Nice lunch. Love the deli style design. We enjoyed the fleur de wagyu, grilled red tuna with wasabi, both starters (mushroom cream and gazpacho, and crémant sparkling wine. The oriental lamb skewers were ok and I didn't care for the lobster roll... the taste of the salad overpowered the lobster and there was hardly any lobster. I didn't think it was worth €30. But everything else was lovely so I would definitely return to try the rest of the menu.

We had to change the reservation almost last minute due to a road closure on our way from Amsterdam and the restaurant had not problems moving it to a later time. The setting was nice. The appetizers were well prepared. The duck ravioli was a bit dry for my taste but we still enjoyed it. The grilled prawns were good. The entrees were also delicious (Berugi beef, lobster burger, and the Caesar salad.)

Absolutely perfect lunch - the service was perfect, the dishes turned out infinitely better than we expected and in quite big portions, the atmosphere cozy and relaxed. Don't be fooled by the deceptively simple names of the dishes : they are the embodiment of simplicity perfectly executed (and in the case of the tiramisu, the most surprising one I've ever tried). 100% recommend and will come by again !

Really rude lady serving, they don’t care to give good service to tourists. I was friendly but she couldn’t even smile, only ordering me to go sit. Decided to take my money somewhere else. The chef tries to tell me off for using my phone like that is a crime! I was looking at their own photos and selecting the dish I wanted, perfectly reasonable to do! As I walked out he shouts “thank you!” from the kitchen for the whole restaurant to hear. How rude! The staff should learn some basic manners.
