In their tastefully appointed HQ, kick off with wholesome starters like pâté en croûte or marbled ham, before continuing with flawlessly fresh brill paired with a tangy nantaise sauce and briny clams, unless you wouldn’t prefer pheasant à la brabançonne. Great find in Brugge with an inventive and well executed cuisine. The mini burger with black pudding and lobster is a must try. The duck dumplings are also delicious and come with a lemon coulis that really elevates the dish. My only disappointment was the swordfish risotto. In my experience fish risottos tend to be so-so compared to other risottos, but I ordered it here expecting something outstanding like the other dishes. Unfortunately the risotto was not as mind blowing as the other food that I had but it was tasty. Their wine list is also very good and the service is very friendly. I will definitely come back here next time I am in Bruges. Highly recommend this place.

The most incredible dining experience. You’ll come for lunch, and yearn for a long dinner. Everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. The menu changes, but I am sure everything they offer each season is immaculate. With just one chef in the kitchen, each dish was perfectly crafted with love, attention, and care. I wish I lived closer so I could bring all of my loved ones here. Compliments over and over again, thank you for having us.

The food is spectacular. Watching this two person team was awesome. All the dishes were executed perfectly and the flavors were equally present. This restaurant is truly a gem in the city of Bruges. Definitely make it a priority on your visit.

Omg, this is a restaurant you need to go to. All the dishes we had were well-crafted and flavoursome. The open ravioli with ox tail, morel mushrooms and vacheri, we melted it was so good, it helped with a carafe of Bordeaux! And the Pâté en Croûte, you have to have, technology cooked very well, hats off chef! Great job guys, amazed by the concept. We will be back! The recommendation were to eat and drink after a fantastic!

Nice lunch. Love the deli style design. We enjoyed the fleur de wagyu, grilled red tuna with wasabi, both starters (mushroom cream and gazpacho, and crémant sparkling wine. The oriental lamb skewers were ok and I didn't care for the lobster roll... the taste of the salad overpowered the lobster and there was hardly any lobster. I didn't think it was worth €30. But everything else was lovely so I would definitely return to try the rest of the menu.
