Amaro Montenegro hosted a lovely dinner at this spot. They have seating outside for when the weather is good. While we had a selected menu to choose from, everything was delish. My steak was cooked just right. They also have a good selection of adult beverages. Cheers!

Town Hall is near where I live and I frequently go there on Tuesday evenings when wine is half-priced. I have always found the food to be good, the cocktails outstanding and the service superb. It has several different bars within that are designed to make everyone comfortable with a relaxing public house that fits their wants and desires. I prefer the bar on the main floor, but in the summer time the open air bar is a nice change--especially on warm evenings. Sunday brunch is also wonderful.

We went for my mother's 75th Birthday Outing - was just four of us so the booth in the dining area was perfect. She especially liked that the backs of the seats were not only comfortable but tall. Friendly hosting greeted and seated us right away (thank goodness 'cause parking was a bit scarce)but she is a city lover and DC resident for over 25 years so the short stint didn't even faze her! Our service was exceptional! The wait staff were right on. Pleasant, courteous didn't hover but our needs were met quickly and graciously. Thanks Mike, it was wonderful to see my mother enjoy herself! The food. WOW! We came for brunch (our original destination had closed) so stumbling onto this gem was adventurous and have to say it was delicious! Mom had their Benedict, my daughter had French toast, my aunt and I had their two egg meal. We started with an order of the Apple Fritters as an appetizer,4 to 4 (again thanks for the suggestion Mike, scrumptious!). From the bacon, ham & sausage with Hall Fries (mom wanted to know what half-fries were:)) to the deserts, this was probably the best brunch I have had in years! Reasonably priced we left full, content and had a great time! Oh have to shout out about their Bloody Mary, SPECTACULAR! Spicy compliment to the meal! Good would be an understatement!

This place is convenient to my home. I've found that Town Hall's bartenders are less than attentive, especially the ones that work behind the lower patio bar. They act as if it's almost a chore to serve you. Drinks are poured correctly and strong, however. This place tends to cater to SEC frat bros that haven't yet let go of their college lives, but I have certainly had some fun times here, nonetheless. I have not eaten here, but since seeing a rat crawl around a number of weeks ago, I feel more inclined never to dine here.

This local spot is a great part of the neighborhood. There's a bar space, a dining room, and an outdoor space, take your pick. The dining room is even family friendly. The service was excellent. Very friendly waiter and helpful. Other tables commented on how great this waiter was as well. The beer program is ok, I would give it a B. They have some alright craft beers but could bump up their local selection. They had DC Brau in cans and Flying Dog on draft. The food was mixed. There are very limited options for the vegetarian. That being said, the grilled cheese was quite good. The chips are good for maybe 5 or 6, but then the pepper is too over powering. Overall, a good local place but not a destination. Update: I tried 3 of their desserts recently. All delicious!

I would like to our thank our waitress Jessica and both managers Jessica & Hernando. My sisters and I took my mom out to the DC Townhall restaurant for Mother's Day. I found this restaurant online and decided it would be a great place to go to. I must say the entire staff was absolutely wonderful. We were cracking jokes and having a good time. They made sure we were comfortable and the order was exactly how we wanted it. My mom, we all agree, can be extremely picky with her meals, especially her french toast (that's because she's not used to eating out), but she loved it. I would recommend this place because not only were they friendly, but the food was delicious and it had me wanting more. Thank you for making Mother's Day extra special for all 4 of us. We will definitely be back for more.

Very family friendly atmosphere. Fancy digs, but not a place for a quiet date night. Food was fine. Goat cheese mac was on point. Prompt and friendly service. Our biggest issue was the noise.

I went here in April for a rooftop birthday party and had a decent experience. The drinks were pretty good and so were the wings. The only negative I had was when a staff member told me I couldn't smoke my cigar outside... But yet other people were outside smoking cigarettes. I'm not sure what that was about, but since we were outside and were told we could partake outside, I didn't think it was a problem. I did get to eventually enjoy my cigars though. So did the rest of the party lol. I would go back again to give the experience another try.
