Parking is weird but completely free. Near a HomeGoods which is convenient. Medium sized Trader Joe’s.

It's a Trader Joe's. What else is there to say? But they have a nice increase of Korean items nowadays. Show's how it's been a while for me. But it's nice to explore what's inside, like going through a world food museum. Employees were a little rough stocking some of the frozen products, but not sure that'll mean much.

Traders Joe's has a variety of unusual products which are found under the same roof as it saves time by having all those items under the same roof! It's always an experience purchasing at Traders Joe's as one never knows what new items they are carrying! Had a great experience. There was a gentleman there named Ardo and his colleague Alex who went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. They even called another store to have the product put on hold for me so I can go pick it up. Can't beat trader Joe's in terms of the quality and the prices! I love the novelty of items that rotate through but also that they keep some tried and true items consistently on the shelves. The only tricky with this location is that parking is a little tight but that's how it is at every trader Joe's location you go to.

I love Trader Joe's because they have some healthy, nutritious, variety of food, every time I need something to buy for breakfast. I just pick bagels, fruit, vegetables, and juice. I like that they have seasonal flavors one of my favorite seasonal flavor is the pumpkin spice during the fall. and they have holiday treats like peppermint tea. People work at the Trader Joe's were very nice. For example, The store has a healthy variety of a bag of chips which is the veggie sticks. The parking situation is not great at times and can get very crowded.

Always enjoy my trips here the store is very clean fully stocked and they carry the most beautiful flowers at an amazing low price. Employees are very nice and helpful ..

This was first visit to this TJs. The shopping center is not user-friendly, but it is pretty. Took a while to find Joe's. As I was not familiar with the store, and though TJs are set up similarly, I had problems finding what I came for. But in the end, I'm another satisfied customer and will be back. But I wish they'd open a Joe's in Downey.

Love Trader Joe's, I visited this location while visiting family out of town. Great location, but It was extremely busy when I was there on a Sunday evening and there were some items that weren't available. Check out was quick though.

I've always loved shopping at Trader Joe's, but the Cerritos location truly raised the bar during my most recent visit. While checking out, I was purchasing some pancetta when the cashier, Liliana, noticed a slight discoloration in the packaging. Without skipping a beat, she rang the bell and called over a manager to grab me a fresh one--before I even had a chance to say anything. It was quick, seamless, and genuinely thoughtful. That level of attention to detail and care for the customer experience really stood out. Liliana's professionalism and proactiveness made my day. It's rare to find customer service that feels both efficient and genuinely kind, but the team here nailed it. Thank you, Cerritos Trader Joe's--especially Liliana--for going the extra mile

They are awesome here, this is my hometown and usually visit here since my city doesn't have one. Its pretty busy esp weekends but everything's always in stock, the workers are always in a good mood.

I've always had great experiences at this location. Everyone has always been very helpful and welcoming into the store. Did you know they also offer field trips for kids? We had one scheduled for our homeschool co-op and they toured us around the store and took us to their back room where they stock their stuff and showed us just how operations worked. It was very fun to learn about how they order their items day by day to make sure the items in stock are fresh. The team members who toured us around were very friendly as well. Nothing but good words to say about this location!

The produce at this location is getting worse and worse quality wise. So sad because I used to love It

My review is for Shawn the cashier. You never know what somebody is going through. When you're going through something and you receive exceptional customer service, it really gives you a special kind of boost that lifts your spirits, so thank you. Shawn, thank you for being so polite and doing a good job at customer service, something that's truly a breath of fresh air and a shining example of what we should all strive for in our daily interactions.

This store is always great for any type of festive event or just weekly groceries. I like the atmosphere here and the prices are fair. The frozen food section is decent and i like the variety of foods at any of the locations. Most people are familiar with the store name and seem to also like the store and brand items.

Subject: Disappointed in Recent Visit - Quality and Customer Service Concerns To Whom It May Concern, I shop at Trader Joe's because of the unique items you carry that most stores don't. As a senior on a fixed budget, I've always considered your store a bit of a luxury. That's why it was so upsetting to have a negative experience during my visit on June 22nd. I had purchased cracked wheat sourdough bread and Teeny Tiny tomatoes--only to find the bread was stale and the tomatoes were moldy. Since I don't live nearby, returning these items isn't easy. More importantly, I budget carefully for food, and $5.28 may not seem like much to some, but it matters to me. I can't afford to throw away food. When I explained all this to Alison W., who said she was the manager, I was disappointed by her response. Although she refunded my money, her attitude felt dismissive and insincere. She quickly shifted the conversation, asking about my day as if my concern wasn't important. It's disheartening to feel brushed off, especially at a store I've considered a special treat. Bought Trader Joe's pork shu mai pork dumplings. Followed the directions on the packet. They were mushy they tasted like awful. End up giving them to my dog. The smell left a bad odor in my mouth and house. This should be taken off the market immediately.

5/29/23 Hubby said let's go to Trader Joe's before they close....and I'm out the door! You don't have to tell me twice! This is my go to location & been coming here for years since it opened. I do prefer going to Sprouts but there are items that I can only get here (like their amazing blister peanuts! Among other things). Staff are friendly & very helpful-for instance instead of telling me where to find items, they'd actually walk over with me to show it. That's appreciated. It's closing time so I got my essentials & a candle that smelled do great that I had to buy it! Also, I used up the rest of the TJ gift card my co worker got me from Christmas or so ago lol. I love TJ

Love coming here! Staff is super helpful and goes over and beyond. I was having serious mom brain one morning and dropped my shopping bag somewhere and one of the staff went around asking if they had dropped their bag. I didn't even realized I dropped it. I wish I got his name to give him a shoutout! Thank you!!!

We like the sparkling water sold here, the sublime ice cream isn't bad. Not as good as the ice cream bars that start selling in the summer. The frozen Thai food is pretty good. The hair serum works pretty well as hair oil, makes ur hair very shiny. And the frozen Indian food is surprisingly spicy. This location is spacious! Parking can be tight but that's the usual for this city.

From the LA area & always bring our service dog without any issue. However at this location they think things are different. There was an extremely rude & anxious female management working near the cash register that told us & just assumed our dog wasn't a service dog & said we couldn't bring dogs in the store. We will CONTINUE to bring in our service dog in & not allow the rude female manager to tell us what to do on her power trip at a grocery store. An employee of hers even apologized for her actions but the Trader Joe's at this location ALL need to retaught on their service dog rules, especially the rude female. It's not about your personal preference... for context she's not that tall, Caucasian & dirty blonde/brown hair. She needs reprimanded.

Waited for this store forever, Wish they had built it bigger. They don't carry all the things I drive to Huntington Beach to get. And the run out of things like cottage cheese and I have to make another trip to get some. The crew is really friendly. Will keep going to 2 stores to get all the things I need.

This is my second time here, I don't know why I didn't write a review last time but better late than never. I only arrived to get my daughter some soups due to her having 4 wisdom teeth pulled(ouch). She couldn't eat solid foods so I knew for a fact Trader Joe's soups are not only good, they're healthy for the most part. I selected 2 and then walked around and see if I could find more great things to spend my money on. What I got was a dry bar of soap that is a shampoo? It smells delicious! I also got very nice rose scented candles! I asked for packaged mashed potatoes to give to my daughter but a very friendly employee told me they only have mashed potatoes available in the frozen section. Who would have thought? The mashed potatoes are in little strips sort of like string cheese, you simply open the package and put the little chunks on your pan and cook, no water or butter they just cook like that, pretty awesome if you ask me. I got lots of great items, raspberry pop tarts, chocolate croissants, oatmeal bars, salads and some delicious strawberry lemonade. What an amazing grocery store! Customer service and friendliness was great. I do recommend highly!

Whenever I come into this store I know two things; great service, and fresh flowers. Recently I have been trying to cook at home on the weekends since during the week I spend a bit on dining out. Many of their frozen meals are enough for two people and the quality of the food is restaurant-worthy. The lines are long but the staff tends to ring up the items fairly quickly so the wait for checkout is never bad.

We absolutely love this location and come here often to shoppe for fresh produce and also their meat selections. Customer service is always good and employees are friendly. I love how they have a section for all their new products that way you can't miss them. The store is big, very well organized, and actually has restrooms just for customers lol. This location has plenty of parking and I can say that even during peak hours the lines go by fast at check-out.

I got so frustrated about the korean product, meatless bulgogi (vegan). I bought it yesterday and I cooked today for lunch. Guess what? They said vegan bulgogi based on soy beans but tasted disgusting texture and unseasoned. I couldn't taste good beef flavor. This is not the korean bulgogi. I got so upset. I wanted to return it but I mixed additional korean soy sauce, kotchujang, soy bean paste, garlic, pepper, and more sugar, sesame oil to avoid weird texture and flavor. Pretty hard to find the frozen korean products at the Trader Joe's. That is why I picked it up yesterday but..... Tasted disgusting to be honest. I want to ask the buyer to select the real flavorful products. Even Ddokbokki korean product is terrible to bite the hard rice cakes. I cooked more time to make the rice cakes much softer but it didn't work. Still hard texture. Very Dissapointed!!!

I received a gift card for my birthday recently so decided to stop by this location as I was in the area. 99% of the time I do not shop at any TJ's location because they are always so crowded; however, since I had the gift card and it was earlier in the morning there was plenty of parking and not as many people in the store. Store was clean, well stocked, and had super friendly employees (as always). I love their produce as it's always high quality and fresh. I actually came in for some corn chips for a recipe I was going to make and couldn't believe at my regular grocery store that they were now 6.99/bag! A friend of mine told me to pick some up at TJ's as they taste better and were only 2.49/bag! I doubt I will make the drive to this location in the future unless I am in the area again; however, I might start shopping at my local TJ's in the LB area when they first open to avoid the crowds.

This Trader Joe's is near the hotel I was staying at in Long Beach/Cerritos area. It was a quick drive or walk across the street. The store is clean and it was easy to find some good fresh food. The cashier was very helpful and friendly to me. She offered me spoons and forks when I told her I was visiting and staying in an hotel. I recommend this Trader Joe's.

Doing last minute shopping for the holidays, I was super busy, the store was super busy & I was looking for a specific item. I was assisted by James. He was so helpful & was able to offer me more options than I realized was available, super knowledgeable & friendly.

This used to be my favorite Trader Joe's, plus super convenient since moving into the area of Cerritos. Unfortunately I have been encountering a lot of rude employees. Either slamming the things into the grocery bag or having a nasty attitude while being at the register. I was waiting in line and the guys literally shouted It just started happening this year, idk what it is but I definitely think they need to train everyone properly and teach em a thing or two about kindness.

I went to this location today to buy my fave blue cheese and italian sparkling wine, "Asti", and apple pie, some frozen Chinese foods. I am so happy as soon as I get to the entrance, I see all the flowers, and fruits. I started shopping from there and went to the cheese, frozen foods area. I love trader Joe's brand Chinese orange chicken, Kung pao chicken. Easy to cook and tastes great. Everything is organic, cheap, flavorful. Some items I can't buy from Costco, I buy here. Appetizers to desserts, fresh to frozen....especially the holiday desserts and appetizers are really great. Just bake them. Super easy! They have the great selections of imported wines and cheese. Affordable and great taste too. Even the bouquet of flowers are cheep. I love the organic foods, reliable, great taste at the trader Joe's. Thanks for the consistent flavors, orange chicken and Kung pao chicken. 5 stars! I don't need to go to the Chinese restaurant that is why. Price is very affordable, some is cheap even though organic. Very fresh for everything. I strongly recommend their frozen Asian foods and imported wines. Why we don't have the store in my home area? I wish I have one in the future. Haha... You will be so excited when you go shopping there. You can find everything cheaper, organic too.

My experience with this Trader Joe's has typically been a very pleasant one because the employees are very kind, helpful, and the merchandise is fresh and there is so much variety. However, I've started noticing that management doesn't care very much for ensuring that foods are properly labeled. This is an issue when it pertains to dietary restrictions. On THREE separate occasions, we have communicated that a product is being labeled incorrectly. In this case, there is a non-vegan cheese that is being labeled as vegan. We've brought this to the manager of the day on multiple days, all different managers, and this issue persists. We've even moved the label and given it to them or moved it to the appropriate location. But... the image included was taken today. Nothing is being done about this and this is a very big problem if someone is just seeing the labeling and not paying close attention to the item's ingredients or notes. For a company that prides themselves on customer satisfaction and providing them with the information required for informed buying. The manager today seemed upset about us bringing this to her attention. And there is no regard for people like my family or young child that have dietary restrictions.

Was in the area and decided to stop by instead going across town near my home. I pretty much know what I want and need at Trader Joe's, but I always end up getting more items than originally planned (who doesn't?!). Didn't have a problem checking out and the cashier was nice and friendly.

I never do reviews for grocery stores because I'm going to need to come back for something regardless if service was bad or not. Buuuut I really wanted to take the time to acknowledge the service my husband and I received this Saturday morning from Sav. She had such a bright, friendly personality. We loved the recommendations she gave us because she was very openly honest about certain items Trader Joe's carries. We need more people like Sav to give such positive vibes to everyone!

Shout out to JUAN at Cerritos Trader Joe's. When loading my groceries in the trunk of my car, managed to drop the keys into very small space on the edge of trunk door, couldn't get them out. Asked for help in the store, Juan went to the back and got tools to reach the keys and got them out For me, was so helpful and gracious. Never met an unfriendly Or unhelpful employee at this store, but he went above and beyond. Thank you!

The customer service at this location is terrible. I am very lucky I don't live in the area to come back to this location. When you ask for help the employees seemed bothered. Then you can hear some of them make comments under their breath. This was the most terrible service I've ever had at a Trader Joe's.

The employee there a few months ago treated me totally obnoxious the name on her name tag was Shasha Although I do like the products, I wonder if they need to train their employees in customer service, racism, and just down ride rude I will never enter this store again

Flowers and flowers. TJ's always has unique flowers that's why I go there, plus their affordable. Needed some birthday flowers for mom so I can hear and there was a lot of options. $28$ for 4 bundles and 1 small tulip plant

They didn't have what I wanted!!! Was looking for the UBE sandwich cookies, pretzels, tea cookies!!! All gone!!! Service was great when I asked! He went to look it up and told me it was just a seasonal thing. When it's sold out it's gone!!!

Went to Trader Joe's this evening, really enjoy going grocery shopping, even thought this Trader Joe's seems a bit small, still has a lot of variety of items. The atmosphere is very welcoming and feels like everyone that shops here are always in a great mood. The workers are really friendly and are always in a helping mood. We stocked up on frozen meals, and to be honest I was thinking for all the food we bought it would be over $100 easily, but it was around $80, which shocked me. Feels like Trader Joe's will always be a great spot to buy groceries. Only wish there was one closer to Downey but don't mind the peaceful drive.

I love going to the Cerritos location because the staff are so friendly. If you need an item to placed on hold, they will take care of you. My rule is go where there is great customer service I am here to share my experience with this Danish Kringle. This is thee most addictive dessert/pastry on the planet. Once you taste one slice you are hooked and you find your way back cutting another slice another slice and another slice! If you are watching you calories this post is not for you The pastry is rich, buttery, flavorful, and simply delicious ! This is a must have for any occasion! Church, baby shower, etc... Any gatherings and folks will love it . Enjoy

Honestly just wanted to drop a small review and say thank you to the entire staff who helped me in a time of need. I had a blonde moment like many and lost a contact on the floor, but instead making me feel worse then I already did the staff did everything they can to help me look! From sweeping, to taking out a flash light. I didn't have any luck sadly but I will say I was honestly super appreciative of everyone. I'm sorry for causing a ruckus but for the managers of the this location. Just know you have a great staff, thank you Jessica! Hope you are recognized for the smiles and good vibes you bring the store. Stay awesome

I used to not be a fan of Trader Joe's because I felt this was more of a high end place to go, but now that I got older I get it. Place is well kept and clean, items are well stocked and can run out easily of seasonal items. Prices are decent and a lot of the items are really great. Staff is very polite and helpful.

I really enjoy shopping there however I felt discriminatatiin toward me. The cashier never put my bags on counter never moved my basket to the other side and held it waiting for me to pay I felt mistreated and when I asked where is my basket he kept on his side and said it's right here and smirked after I gave a look of concern by his behavior. Please make sure are ethnicities are treated with respect and common courtesy. Thankyou

Our experience while grocery shopping went well! Great customer service --my kids were offered lollipops and stickers. However, the restroom was ridiculously dirty!! It looked like they haven't been cleaned in years! Extremely gross.

All of the great Trader Joe's stuff in a convenient location. I almost couldn't find them but driving completely around the shopping center finally led me to it, all the way around the corner at the very end of the property Same friendly staff and low prices Now that I know where they are, I'd come back

This has to be the best branch by far. I've visited many locations in SoCal, but this branch has actual room in all the aisles and is very neatly organized. Usually, there isn't enough space for carts to pass each other, but this branch is so spacious. The staff are great, greeting you at the entrance and helping with organizing carts. This branch deserves the Best Branch of the Year award.

I was looking for a specific cooking product, so I asked a a TJ rep named Jerry. He took the time to help me look for it, and when he couldn't find it on the shelf, he made the effort to check the computer system, and then checked their stock room for recently deliveries. Ultimately, they didn't have the specific product, but the fact he took the time and extra step to help was greatly appreciated. His service was courteous, professional, and much appreciated.

Checked out this Trader Joe's. It seemed fairly new. It was right next to Costco, which allowed us to make multiple trips during our grocery shopping day in the plaza. There is ample parking there and there is a great coffee shop right next-door that I'd highly recommend if you have a chance to stop in and grab some coffee or grab a snack. The customer service here was fantastic as You usually expect from any Trader Joe's. Overall great experience here and would recommend.

The best Trader Joe's location! I love coming here for all of my groceries. They have an amazing floral section too with fresh flowers that arrive every morning. My favorites-- pineapple sparking water, chips, the fresh beef section, incredible sauces and cheeses. They have everything I need and it's always a fun time stopping in.

*** Giving a 1 star cuz the customer service!!!! I've been coming to the Trader Joe's with my service dog many years and I know Service dogs are welcome all the stores. But I came to this store and lady who works here come to me and saying that dogs are not allowed and ask me to not coming back in the future. She was way too rude to me! From Tucson to California hands down Trader Joe's has the best selection of flowers ever!

The staff here is always friendly. Shout out today to Vanessa D. She was super nice. I appreciated she recommended a few new products. Trader Joes is my go to for groceries and I usually shop at this location twice a week depending on what produce I need. Im a big fan of the products and vibe.

I keep watching TickTock and I keep hearing that Trader Joe's has the best Cheese . I was in charge of feeding eight people while we were filming. What else is better than a charcuterie board. It came out amazing and I got all my stuff here at Trader Joe's. Some of the guys were vegan they were really excited that there was plant-based meat they never tried before. I had vegan cookies that they loved and all the amazing fruit thanks Trader Joe's for making me look so fancy!

I've always been a fan of Trader Joe's and this location is no exception. Yes, this was my obligatory "Hawaii local" Trader Joes' run on my last trip to LA. Like other Trader Joe's stores, the store is small, but filled with all of your grocery needs. Fun fact I just learned on my visit to this Trader Joe's: If you want to try a product, bring it to an employee and they will open it for you, so you can sample it. They will then leave the rest up front for other customers to sample. Perfect because you don't want to buy a bunch because they look good, bring them back to Hawaii for friends and family, and then they taste horrible. They had a few new products since the last time I shopped at a Trader Joe's. I always enjoy the reusable bags they sell that showcase the region the store is located. In this case, this Cerritos location had different Los Angeles areas on the bag. Customer service was great. I am still waiting for a Hawaii location to open!

My favorite Trader Joe's, always enjoy shopping here. It was my birthday today and I read that they give out free flowers if you tell them. I went in and ask and the sweet female cashier at check out and she said they don't do that. I was a little sad, but it was okay. I just wanted to see if it was true. She gave me a strip of flower stickers instead.

SUP PALALA's. I checked out this TJ's Location while I was in Anaheim in the month of October 2019. Had to bring the family to grab some TJ GOOD's to bring back home to the island of OAHU and BIG ISLAND. This location is located in Cerritos and it's in a nice shopping complex area with lots of parking stalls which is always a plus when comes to parking. The staff here at TJ's Location is awesome and very helpful with locating items that you are looking for. Thanks to the staff . What we bought was mostly *Waffle cookies *Cookie butter cookies *Cookie butter spread that comes in a bottle jar. *Trail mix packs *Banana Chips Also I like getting their DOGGY treats for my FURRY ANIMALS. Just to name a few. What I like also getting at TJ's Is their reusable bags and their reasonable price from .99cents to $3.99 a bag. So if you I Cerritos / hawaiian Gardens / Anaheim area this location is a good place to check out.
