I love this place. It is always such an enjoyable experience. The workers are top notch, the merchandise is the best, and the overall attitude is great. My 3yr old granddaughter loves their smoothies, their Mac and cheese, the fresh fruits, vegetables and their spicy tempura chips. She is a very smart girl.

Really Cool Trader Joe’s, Awesome Staff! The place was usually always packed, but the staff here had line organizers in place to keep things moving Well! Very Fast Paced Shopping, just how I like it! This Specific Location had a beautiful Artsy/Ceramic High Ceiling that was impressive to view, and admire the details during the short wait in line. The Staff at the many registers were Truly Friendly and knew how to keep a great conversation While Bagging. Loved shopping here.

It's Trader Joes...what's not to like??!! The store is immaculate. They have beautiful cut flowers at great prices. Broad selection of American and ethnic food, frozen meals for every taste. Fresh veggies and fruit. Very good prices on eggs and butter. The checkout line is always long but moves very quickly. It's definitely worth a trip. Also, there are lots of places to dine and shop on Atlantic Avenue

While the staff are very helpful, friendly and offer great customer service, this Trader Joe’s is not at all consistent. One day they sell a product and the next it’s discontinued; on simple items like oat milk. Its very frustrating when you travel to the store to get an item that is exclusively found at Trader Joe’s, only for it to not be coming back or in stock because of whatever reason. Very very frustrating.

I've done reviews on different Trader Joe's locations in the past, and this one gets the same star rating like before. Trader Joe's offers many different organic dairy, vegetable, and meat products. This is a good place to stop and shop for any vegan dish you wish to make. I enjoy the experience they offer their shoppers/customers. I highly recommend them for healthy choices to live a healthier lifestyle.

A truly pleasant experience. Showed up 20 minutes before closing got some great shopping done and lovely products all hand packaged and handed over smoothly in minutes. I love the concept of this company, I love the employees and I love a lot of their products. Not everything is a win, but nobody is perfect. The vast majority of options are winners. At the current moment I suggest the Brioche Pumpkin Bread. It's my son's 5 star rating of seasonal sliced bread.

I decided to go to a different Trader Joe's for the sake of variety, and this one is very well stocked with delightful employees to boot. One becomes cynical in New York City and the world at large wondering if persons are nice as they may want something and then disappear once favors are received. Here, there is a certain authenticity and human touch that pervades the personality of the employees who take care of the lines, arrange the shelves, patiently answer a plethora of questions and attempt to make you feel as comfortable as possible. One such individual is Oliver who was incredible throughout and understanding when my credit card was declined even though I proactively informed the bank of a pending purchase. Their incompetence runs counter to Trader Joe's customer service. One the problem was fully resolved, Oliver still had the same consistent patience and grace.

It's TJ's!!! I'll forever be a fan! Particularly at this location b/c of the parking lot! And if you out in under an hr the parking is FREE!! Or if you go after 7 on a random weekday you can find street parking. I have every time! They have great eats that are pretty healthy and not expensive. My go-to's are bag salads, ready made chicken, beef Bulgarian, cinnamon waffles, Asian style veggies, and 49cent fruit stick just to give you an idea. I may see you on my next Trader Jose's run...lol

Was trying to look for the cute smaller size mini tote bags that I see a lot of people carry these days but too bad this location did not have them in stock. I know they have pastel pink, blue, and green colors but I just don't see them?! I only see the standard navy size tote bag. So it sucks! The best thing about Trader Joe's is their guava passion fruit yogurt, pork and ginger buns, lemongrass salad, and their cod fish frozen bowl! I love their cod fish frozen bowl! It's the best! Very healthy and not so seasoned to the point that it is drenched in seasoning like you're drinking the bowl instead of eating it! They got a variety of frozen brown and medley rice for brown rice fans!

Standard Trader Joes expeirence. Organized chaos and dashing around other customers inside, but everyone kinda knows the drill. Long line to check out but it's pretty efficient. I can't put my finger on it, but something about the layout of this store feels slightly awkward compared to other stores I've been to. Overall though, it's Trader Joe's, you know what you're getting when you walk through the doors.

shout out to this trader joes and the employees for being open during the snow storm of the century and keeping a good amount of produce, snacks and foods stocked! Lines were as efficient as they possibly could be and shout out to the cashiers/baggers as always for doing a solid job.

Great Trader Joe's location in Williamsburg. It's really nice and convenient to have in the area so you don't have to go into the city for groceries. There's also parking underneath and some street parking nearby but most of the time the spots are pretty filled. They have a good variety of their items and the workers are always super helpful at this location. I always pick up some of their frozen foods since they don't have those anywhere else.

I love Trader Joe's so much that it's become a supplement to any destination. So if I'm visiting friends who live near Dekalb Avenue, wait! there's a Trader Joe's at CitiPoint! If I'm near Union Square, wait there's a TJ there! Catch my drift folks? It's become an ADDICTION! Worse than alcohol! I overdose on all the fine foods that TJ carries: T: Turkey-burgers, 4 in a box and I love them so much, 4 isn't enuf!!! 2. R: roses! roses! nicely priced 3. A: alcohol some at $3.99. If I stay near a Courtyard Marriott, yep there's usually a TJ conveniently located.. hmmm. I smell a conspiracy! Need a bottle for the room Also, their Argentina Shrimp rocks! Goes great with grits! 4. D: delicious cheeses, they carry my fave Beecher's Handmade Cheese. Takes me back to Seattle. 5. E: Eggs! ! Eggs! Sometimes $1.99 a dozen! Can't beat that price 6. This is a large Trader Joe's. It was well stocked when I came on a Saturday afternoon. As with most of their stores, employees were super friendly and made sure to go the extra mile when I asked for help. I was impressed with their produce section, which was much bigger than other locations. The checkout line moved very quickly.

This Trader Joe's is basically the same as all other branches; fresh produce and meats, very clean aisles and organized shelves. This store even has an under utilized indoor parking. During my visit, I decided to try the Kung Pao Chichen and Orange Chicken from the frozen food department which were very inexpensive. The kits were easy to prepare. Heat up the chicken in a pan or toaster oven, add veg/sauce... done! Both dishes were very tasty and satisfying (Kung Pao Chicken needed a little hoisin sauce for a more authentic taste). Goes well with rice. Will definitely go back to buy more.

Trader Joe's is one of those organizations where the products kind of sell themselves. They have what I would consider to be niche customers who are looking for a bery Great quality food at more than fair prices. Great varieties within each food groups and customer service is always quality. This location is closer to my job and it clearly has a higher turnover rate of goods as things sell out quickly which is irritating but understandable. Outside of that, I have no issues.

Im not quite sure what time they close at this location. When I left this location exactly at 9pm, a security guard tried to let new customers. One thing, my cashier looked me obviously sick coughing and having fever. To be honest I did not like when he touched my food while he was coughing.....

This is probably the best Trader Joe's I've been to. It was fully stocked at 3pm in the afternoon! Lol. If you've been to the one in Albee square, you understand that sentiment. This one is a nice size, and although it was packed, the lines were rather short, and it moved quickly. I might just make this one my go to, because it takes the stress out of going to Trader Joe's and fighting people for The last of something you really want. The workers here were also very nice and friendly. All in all i rate this location a 5/5. I kinda wanna gate keep because it's so good lol. But, due to its location being a bit far from transportation, it might stay hidden a bit. Lol. Fingers crossed

I don't frequent Trader Joe's but I do stop in every now and again. This time I came in mid evening on Sept. 4 The store was bustling with customers but it didn't necessarily feel constrained. Workers continuously kept the shelves stocked as we perused the aisles and filled carts with popular TJ food items. The lines moved quick and I was outta there in a jiffy. What makes this TJ a winner for me is the parking lot. Parking in Williamsburg is a headache (as are the Court Street and Gold Street TJ locations) and for that reason alone, I will return to Kent Ave.

This TJ is great and centrally located. Like any grocery it can get a little hectic on Sunday afternoons, but the line moves very quickly and the checkout clerks are friendly and efficient. Great deals on houseplants in the spring/summer. Glad to see they have brought sampling back. Only downside is not great cell service. Wish they had a wifi...

My favorite Trader Joe's in NYC. Arguably the best layout. As with any Trader Joe's, the employees are all extremely friendly. It's more than just a grocery store. It's a happy place.

I been to this location a few times and it's usually chaos here. The employees are friendly but, there are usually scurrying about. I had to chase a person down to get help but, he was very helpful. This location does have a free parking lot but, it's a madhouse trying to get in and out. There is an elevator and escalator to get to the bottom floor where the store is located. The store is clean and organized but, very crowded even during "off hours".

My mother and I loved coming here the 1st time and checking out the trader joes in Greenpoint Brooklyn. The 1st time we loved it. The 2nd time was not so great our cashier was not very friendly and package our items as if they didn't know how to pack. We asked if we can have some paper bags for the heavier items. They packed the items in paper bags but then they started packing everything else on top. I even asked can I have a couple of extra bags so I can repack the bags. I know a couple of last trader joes we have been to the cashiers were very good and put our packages in the shopping cart which we loved. This cashier just left all our items on the floor. Then after they were done ran away. That is not customer service.

While working nearby in Domino, I wanted to grab some quick groceries before heading back to Midtown in New York. This spot had a great location and a decent selection, making it convenient for a quick stop.

Shout out to my cashier Benji who was super friendly and offered me recipe recommendations for how to make the fun looking mini butternut squash whose name escapes me. This Trader Joe's is solid, feels more compact than others inside with a parking lot for cars and bikes. They have elevators, escalators, and stairs for accessibility into the store. Bathroom was clean and the store was well stocked with fall food and food adjacent items. I'm still sad that the ube Mochi pancake and waffle mix is seasonal.

A mostly underground location, this particular Trader Joe's actually has a parking garage, which really comes in handy as Kent Av can be of a tricky place to find a parking spot at times. The space has a nice layout and doesn't feel as cramped. Other than that, it is your run of the mill TJ with the friendliest staff around and the occasional product that they're currently sold out of.

First time visiting this Trader Joe's and I am impressed. This trader joe has a parking lot that many locations in NYC don't have so if you plan to drive around getting groceries, I suggest you come here. This location is well stocked with items and very clean and organized. I did find that this Trader Joe's had a smaller selection of plants to choose from but during the most recent visit, I found a rainbow baby breath bouquet that I haven't seen at other locations. Totally recommend and will be back soon.

Coming to this location you can expect to find parking in the deck below, even if there is a bit of a wait. Everyone seems to be about their business at this location... get your groceries and get out. The space is well kept and the floral section is plentiful. The staff is as friendly (as all the other locations around the city), and despite the store being smaller, they always have decent stock of staples. I like coming here because I don't have to stress myself out about the things that I purchase weekly in my household like gluten free muffins and immunity-boosting Suja shots. Hopefully it stays this way.

This is not my usual Trader Joe's, however I was in the area & needed some groceries so I went shopping here. There's a elevator & escalator that leads you to the lower level where the supermarket is. Since this is in Brooklyn, there is no parking available unless you find a spot on the street & parking is scarce as it is in most of NYC metropolitan areas. The supermarket itself was fine. It's a fairly nice size & all the TJ's are pretty much set up the same way. There were associates on the floor if you needed help as well. Now the main reason for my rating was two things. The TJ's I go to in Long Island, doesn't require bringing bags, however this one did or else you had to pay per bag. Since TJ's always give out paper bags, the "plastic bag ban" wouldn't apply here because the bags are paper, so why should anyone have to pay for bags? I was a little annoyed at that because like I mentioned, I was doing real food shopping here & because some of the items are heavy, I needed double bags. I also mentioned to the cashier (as I always do to all of them) "please don't make my bags too heavy" he said ok, however continued to over pack my bags. He was putting 3 juices, vegetables & canned/bottled items all in one bag & that's just too heavy. So as he was packing the bags, I said it again & I asked for some bags to make my bags he was packing lighter. Smh Chances are I would never have to come here again, but if I did it would be for something quick like a item or two, but NEVER again for my actual food shopping.

I love this store. I try to avoid it on peak weekend and holiday times but otherwise it's great. Great prices. The employees are so nice. Pretty sure there is free parking in a garage attached to the store. I agree that this is a well kept store. I've been there a bunch and spills get cleaned up immediately. I take my own bags so I don't get charged a small bag fee (it's like 5 cents or something). Even when it's crowded, I don't feel cramped and can still find 9 out 10 things I'm looking for. Such yummy treats. I love trying something new every time.

I love TJs but I'm new to the Williamsburg location. I opened up my oats to find the food rancid and bitter. Realized they expired the same day I bought them. Will have to keep closer eye on expiration dates in the future.

Leaving this review because Rafy (our cashier) was phenomenal! So kind; he deserves a raise! Trader Joe's is lucky to have an employee like him!

Wow the workers here just so friendly, almost a bit too friendly at times. Sadly there's not good cell reception down here so I need to make sure I've done any research before heading down the escalators. The selection is pretty good for the most part although the are a few items in my usual grocery list that either have run out of stock or are just not sold here whatsoever, although the staff is good about asking if there was anything I couldn't find and I have noticed that some of those items do eventually rotate into their selection afterwards.

I love the products and prices at this store. The line to pay moves fast and the workers are very nice.

I just wanted to give a big shout-out to Madison, Brianna, Iman, Patrice, and Milfi (? Sorry if I butchered that). These are all outstanding employees/humans who either offered help or actually literally helped me shop, while I was disabled with a foot injury and struggling on my crutches. I felt safe and cared for, which is absolutely amazing in a world full of apathy. Trader Joe's, in general, is my favorite place to shop for groceries, but this location took things to the next level! Impeccable service! I'm forever grateful and will be forever a shopper at this TJ location. :) Please give these beautiful humans a raise! ^^^ They deserve it.

Everyone knows, there is nothing like a great Trader Joe's. Its in Brooklyn, l can drive there, its in Williamsburg, and, and, and they just opened 3 weeks ago. Its a large spot, nice selection of fresh flowers. Beautiful plants, the lines move quickly, staff very polite and friendly. The patrons are quite friendly as well. But, the best damn secret, they have underground parking. That means a big hill of beans to me. I don't have to drive around for 30 minutes looking for parking, then being worried about getting the groceries to the car. I am tickled pink. I can meet friends for brunch and have a nice shopping experience. Yes, l am tickled pink.

Love shopping there. Great food, terrific prices. Checkout is always quick! That's it.....

I am usually so happy to come to this Trader Joe's and I've never had an issue with the service here and all is well. Arielle was extremely unpleasant and not kind as she was checking me out. Sarcastic tone and very rude girl. My suggestion would be to make sure all of your staff is pleasant and cordial otherwise why are you working a cashier job at Trader Joe's interacting with customers day in and out? Work somewhere else where you do not have to speak to people because obviously this poor girl has no manners whatsoever. Hire better people Trader Joe's!

I was checked out by Emmett today and what a FANTASTIC experience. He was super friendly and helpful. His engagement with my 8yr old who has a bit of a stutter in his speech was heartwarming. Throughout the whole checkout he was speaking about various animals with my son as my son assisted with handing him items from the cart. They were exchanging all types of knowledge and education back and forth. Emmett went above and beyond and is fantastic with children.

Wow!!! I am shocked. I just got off the phone with the "manager" Claudia. I had purchased a $50 gift card on April 17th and gave it as a gift. When the receiver went to use it today the GC said $0 balance and she had an embarrassing situation at the TJ she went to in NJ, The lovely Claudia told me that either my charge was bounced back or maybe I didn't have the money on my card I used. LOL!! I work in customer service and I will tell you that Claudia has a lot of work. She should not be a manager of any sort until she goes through customer service training. Oh and she also didn't care about this situation because she is going on vacation tomorrow and she said she would leave my information somewhere for another manager to contact me if they find out anything while she goes away. I am baffled. I really hope this TJ location reviews their employees and assigns the right employees for the right jobs. It is clear Claudia has no customer service background. I also would be more than happy to help her with learning about customer service

It's Trader Joe's. What's not to like. Great selection great location. We were there early before noon so maybe that's why it was not super busy. We will definitely returned even if it is just for the butter milk half chicken soooo good

I love all Trader Joe's mainly for the friendly staff and of course for the items. But today/just now, the cashier who checked me out (her name is Lesleyan) cheated/lied and and charged me of a container of organic lemon she returned and didn't want to be bothered to call the managers to cancel what she scanned. When I asked her at the time of payment, she lied to me that she didn't charge me for the returned (I picked up 4 containers and she returned one but my receipt still had 4) but communicated to me by literally yelling at me in front of the next customers who where eight next to me. I got home and I saw the receipt to found out that she actually charged me. I complained to the management and promised to refund me but imagine Trader Joe's being a cheat and a thief. Because their employees represent the corporation. Needless to say this is a bad reputation. This. Ashier was very unfriendly, rude and unprofessional. The first thing she asked me was where I was from when I approached the counter said hello. As if that was not bizarre enough, the lying, cheating & yelling is unacceptable. People be careful of what you're being charged. Lucky for me, the price is so significant but the moral and ethical decay is far from what you expected from Trader Joe's

This Trader Joe's location is fine. The selection is good, the staff is friendly--although the abundance of them is daunting and some of the Hawaiian shirt mates stare and hover annoyingly. The most dissatisfying thing, though, about this location is the god-awful sewage smell consistent throughout the building. That it's in the basement would be otherwise excusable if the ambiance was of cleanliness. Unfortunately the entire floor smells of sewage. It's ghastly and persistent, and I've noticed it every time I've been there since September. If customers, like myself and others whom I've talked to, notice it after being there for an hour max, just imagine how awful it must be for employees who spend 8 hours there... it's almost so conveniently disgusting it seems it could be an elaborate ploy to compel people into wearing masks. Props, if so. If not, then please fix the smell! It makes grocery shopping not enjoyable.
