One of my favorite tiki bars anywhere! The drink recipes are AMAZING! The staff is AWESOME! The atmosphere is faaaaabulous!

Iva Tuck

Google
Good selection of tasty cocktails. Atmosphere is more casual/bar-like compared to Bourbon and Branch and cocktails are just as good. Good for groups - lots of space around the bar, pool table - but booths are suitable for those looking for a more intimate setting.

Vera D.

Google
Tradition is Bourbon and Branch's more public "speakeasy", where you sit in cozy, dimly, film noir like booths to sip on artisanal cocktails. They were running a Tiki theme menu, so we ordered from there rather than their extensive book. I enjoy the cozy booths, and they're perfect for having pre/post show cocktails with another couple. Groups larger than 4 are best hanging out at the main bar. I've come here many times and enjoy the atmosphere and creative drink menu.

Google
Start out the evening with a pagan breakfast. The amazing bartender suggested slushee style. Yum! Pushing the flower into the slushee and eating eat frozen is one the most delicious treats!

Denise Dang

Google
Great place for mixed drinks and a great selection of whiskeys and scotches! I came here for a 7x7 hosted event and got to try a couple different drinks on their menu. The staff are very knowledgeable about their liquor collection and are great mixologists when it comes to cocktails. There's bar seating on one side of the bar. The other side has booth seating that can be reserved in advance.

Google
Great spot for cocktails with unique private booths. The crowd can be a bit pretentious on weekends with club music blasting ( They have bouncers working the door). This ruins the relaxed vibe of any good cocktail bar.

Amanda Medrano-White

Google
A great spot for well-made drinks. The scene is mellow, which is conducive for those who want to catch up with friends over thoughtfully made cocktails. The bartenders are very knowledgeable and can make you something off menu based on your unique taste. In addition to the pleasing decor, they always have amazing music playing. Sometimes the music can be a bit loud, and you find yourself shouting at your friends, but you can still appreciate the great selection of songs. It's also pretty cool to see the bartenders climbing the ladders to grab some rye and occasionally you'll catch some 'tenders breathing fire. Great location - easy to walk to from Bart. I think they're also owned by the same owners of Bourbon and Branch and Local Edition. I'd say it's the more relaxed of the siblings.

Google
Brought to you by the same minds behind Bourbon & Branch and Local Edition, Tradition is a speakeasy type bar located a few steps from B&B in the SF Tenderloin. The most interesting feature of the bar is that it offers booths that patrons can reserve ahead of time to create a nice private space for a group of friends to enjoy drinks in comfort. Speaking of the drinks, the menu is extensive and the bartenders are top notch. Just about any formulation of liquors, flavors, and preparations you can think of can be handled by the staff. One of my favorite things to do is to just provide the wait staff or bartender with a general idea about the taste of the drink I'm looking and then leave the rest to chance. It's worked wonders every time.

Yelp
Zombie Village serves tiki drinks and you should expect some strong alcoholic ones. Although it was a Friday night, around 8-9PM, we had no trouble walking in and finding a spot to sit and drink. Reservations available online for the booths. I ordered the Coco Pandan which comes with a popsicle. None of us could really tell what the flavor was but letting it melt into the drink turned it into something like a smoothie! It's extremely strong, probably the strongest one I tried here. It also doesn't help that it gets thicker so the alcohol taste kind of lingers in your mouth longer. Despite the strong drinks, the vibes are relaxing. There was chill, tropical music playing in the background but quiet enough where we could still hear each other. It's very dim inside and the further back you go, the weaker your cell service. Fun place to get the night started!

Yelp
Great atmosphere, friendly bartenders. They have tiki huts that you can reserve in advance (we didn't take advantage but might in the future). I love the starry sky on the ceiling. The drink menu is limited to a dozen or so tiki cocktails, but they will make you other popular tiki cocktails like the chi chi. This was our second tiki bar of the night and our favorite in SF so far. It doesn't serve food; you come for the drinks and the vibes. I would highly recommend taking a Lyft/uber/taxi at night as the location is in the Tenderloin.

Yelp
Came here on a Thursday night around 9:00 PM with friends and the place was almost empty. This is possibly one of the coolest decorated bars I've ever been to -- from the "starry sky" lights to the back walls that look like stone caves to the tiki hut bar and alcoves, I loved everything about this place. They have little alcoves with a table in them for groups to have a section all to yourselves, which I absolutely loved. The bartenders were helpful and funny, and when my friend spilled her drink that night, they cracked a few jokes with us and cleaned up the mess quickly. I got the Desert Oasis, and it was strong and not overly sweet! A generously sized drink, I loved the little umbrella and nopal that cane with it. All the drinks we ordered were beautifully decorated and delicious. We had such a good time here, I need to come more often. Definitely a cool bar to check out!

Yelp
Super duper awesome tiki bar ‼ Bathrooms a walk from the bar, but clean. Hospitable friendly professional staff Delicious perfect cocktails Average price ($15-ish approx) Yes lots of (crushed) ice , so what? Interior decor is spot on Tiki Very dark , could b romantic & could b chill w/ besties. I will most definitely absolutely without a doubt recommend this place & I would love to return‼

Yelp
One of the coolest tiki bars I've been to! Aesthetic - 10/10 So intricately designed from the floor to the ceiling! There are stars on the ceiling, an Ariel-style grotto, and intimate tables for a romantic getaway from busy SF. Words cannot explain the intricacies! Staff - 10/10 They had excellent drink recommendations since the drink list is quite extensive. If you're having a hard time deciding, let the bartenders know what you are looking for cause they will not steer you wrong! Our order: - Coco Pandan (10/10) - Seriously delicious with an Uber popsicle! It's a snack AND a tiki drink! - Disco Banana (10/10) - My fiancé loved this drink! Perfectly banana without being overwhelming or overly sweet. Check this place out! I LOVE tiki and this spot will fulfill your tiki dreams.

Yelp
Place is everything you expect from a tiki bar. Area is not the best part of SF so walking from our hotel probably wasn't the best choice. We made a hut reservation and were seated a few minutes late as they had to kick someone out. We got served pretty quickly but took a while to get the next drink order in. Drinks were tasty but a lot of ice. I would go back but only if others insisted to go.
google avatar

Andreea I.

Yelp
Such a cool tiki bar! The entrance is a bit hard to find, but the decor inside is amazing. The ceiling even looks like the night sky. They have very unique drinks, although I will say that they are pretty strong. I also love that they have small bamboo huts that you can reserve - it's the perfect date spot. If you do this they will also come take your order, otherwise you go to the bar.

Yelp
The TL has a great little tiki bar with fun shareable drinks! I will preface that between Christmas to NYE, the city is very empty so we were able to grab a cute private-ish booth with no trouble, but I heard this place is packed/lively on a regular weekend. If you want to grab tiki drinks on a night out, consider making a reservation for a big booth/table. They can make any cocktail NA if you ask. It's super dark with cute tiki decor which was fun. Great/kind service all around!

Yelp
Now this is the place where Shirley MacLaine and Fred MacMurray should've had their final tryst before she goes running off to Jack Lemmon at the end of "The Apartment". They have conveniently private alcoves presumably for illicit lovers but more likely for drunk louts who need extra insulation from the outside world. It's the darkly clandestine tone that makes this a classic tiki experience. This hideaway tavern is deep in the Tenderloin on Jones near O'Farrell, but the only trace of its existence are the palm trees painted on the light fixtures above the otherwise nondescript access doors. Once I entered, the surprisingly expansive bar beckoned. There were large tiki masks, dramatic lighting effects, stars on the ceiling, and the requisite periodic volcano effects (video: https://yelp.to/xVfodFVaBT). The right mood was indeed struck. The cocktail menu was appropriately evocative and a perfect match for the ambiance. Brian was a great bartender, friendly but never obtrusive, and he dealt with loud alpha types like a liquor sales rep with aplomb. I went for the $17 Coco Pandan, an alluring elixir of Barbados rum, coconut milk, pandan, and coconut rum liqueur accompanied cheekily by a tropical popsicle (photo: https://yelp.to/S39dFUjxDx). Made with lychee and coconut, it was a whimsical touch that brought a sweet element to the drink. My next drink was even better, the $16 Disco Banana with Martinique and Jamaican rums, lime, cinnamon, and banana. Topped with a banana chip, it evoked a balmy night at a Caribbean resort with Billy Ocean playing on the muzak (photo: https://yelp.to/tnRhFyKyP7). Brian was kind enough to top off my evening with a rum aperitif (photo: https://yelp.to/RfFtUvse60). COCKTAILS - 5 stars...well tested libations, the popsicle was ingenious AMBIANCE - 5 stars...the best traditional tiki bar setting in the city SERVICE - 5 stars...Brian was aces TOTAL - 5 stars...pure tiki delight RELATED - Exploring the Tenderloin? Yelp
Stopped by here for The Wiz on January 31st (I know, this review is LATE) and I'm so glad I did! The vibes are exactly what you expect from a tiki bar: dark/moody lighting, amazing decor, and cute little "huts" for seating. Oh, and yummy drinks of course! We stopped by around 6 pm on a rainy Wednesday so it was fairly empty. I grabbed the Coco Pandan to drink bc who can resist a drink with a popsicle!? The drink was a little stronger than expected, but u have no regrets! I will definitely be coming back in the future. Service: 4/5 Drink: 4/5 Atmosphere: 4/5
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing tiki bar ambiance! We almost missed the entrance, but the bouncer pointed us in the right direction. Perfect timing, since it started raining as we made our way in. We stepped into Zombie Village and were immediately in awe of the starry lights, tiki huts, hidden alcoves, and caverns. Surprisingly, it wasn't very crowded around eight on a Saturday evening, but it did fill up as the evening progressed. I had tried to make reservations ahead of time, but was unable to, but looked like it was open seating on a Saturday night. Drinks range from $15-20. We pretty much ordered almost every cocktail creation on the menu. We were most enamored by the Village Punch, which comes garnished with a fresh gardenia flower. I ordered the Coco Pandan, which comes with a popsicle and the classic Painkiller. Drinks were a lot of ice and not very strong (at least the ones I ordered), but they were tasty and not too sweet. I think I would ask for the drinks to be blended in the future. Overall though, we enjoyed our private alcove and the ambiance. Service was also helpful, made recommendations, and had our drinks ready within minutes. I also enjoyed that it was not terribly crowded. If you're looking for seating and ambiance, I would highly recommend checking out this tiki bar.

Yelp
Fun place and interesting drinks! Really cool atmosphere. I wish the drinks werent so expensive, I wanted to get more! :)
google avatar

Annabelle R.

Yelp
Ooooh damn it took a long time for our drinks! Roughly 20 minutes after we ordered at the bar. And if you look at my pics, that's how empty they were on a Saturday night (with at least 3 bartenders available). Ehhh.. were the drinks good enough to wait that long for? Nope. That, combined with their lack of care, there is no way I could give more than 3 stars. Nice atmosphere, especially the changing lights and themed decor, and little nooks with booth seating, the feeling of being in an underwater cave, as well as a small upper level which looked cool (this section was closed on Saturday night). But there was nothing really great about the drinks or service. We got the Desert Oasis, Doc's Grog, and Jamaican Zombie. That last one was spicy! (for me at least) We stayed till closing, and wow, they're pretty adamant and on top of getting everyone outta there BEFORE closing time. They worked harder and more quickly on that than they did when making drinks.

Yelp
Soooo... this is an odd place. Not that you would expect a tiki bar to be totally normal, but this goes above and beyond in the oddity department. First, finding the place is an adventure. It's in an unambiguously terrible part of town. Drug deals going down and I legit didn't feel safe trying to find the door. I grew up in south Florida when things were BAD and still didn't feel this level of "I really shouldn't be here" and kept looking over my shoulder. I did find the door (look for the bouncer) and got in with no issues. The bar was quiet. Really quiet, despite being a Thursday evening. The drinks were good! The vibe was nice! I had the place almost to myself (at 7:30p). Maybe it gets going later? Anyway, good drinks and friendly staff in a terrible area. I'd say try to go with a group and you'll have an amazing time.

Yelp
A damn fine bar. Good drinks never disappoint amazing tiki bar decor and selection .

Yelp
Made a reservation for the Zombie Village while on a weekend get away with some friends. It was a short distance walk from our hotel which was very convenient. I've been to many Tiki bars but i was not prepared of how big this place was. We were greeting by a very friendly wait staff who was setting up our table which was located in a tiny hut. (Each hut has its own table for your group) The hut was super cozy and the wait staff were very accommodating with our drink order and staff recommendations. Ambiance: While waiting for our drink order i walked around the bar to look at all the decor. The high ceilings have a illuminating night sky lights which look like stars and the back had a huge sitting area. Drinks: drinks here were very reasonable priced and a bit strong but that made the evening more memorable. Tiki Mug Options: I'm a big Tiki mug collector and they have a nice selection of tiki mugs to choose from. I'd get their collectable mug but it was out of my price range but i'll get it next time. I will for sure add this as my go to tiki bar on future trips to the Bay Area.

Yelp
Zombie Village was awesome. We went on a Wednesday so it wasn't crowded. We were able to sit in one of the cabanas and it was a great experience all around. The bartenders are friendly and the place isn't that loud either (at least on a weekday). The decor is amazing and I love the starry night sky. The upstairs was closed but it looked cool - wish I could have explored it more! The bar is essentially in the Tenderloin, so just be aware of your surroundings if you're walking to/from the bar. Or call an Uber.
google avatar

Brett G.

Yelp
Arguably the best tiki bar in the bay. Space: Beautiful design with cozy cabanas, a "sea cave" seating area in back, and a large bar with standing and seating space in the middle of a dark, somewhat psychadelic tiki bar replete with smoke machine, fish tanks, and lights. Great small cabanas can be a little cramped but are a cool concept. I like the privacy. Bar seating is a bit uncomfortable but there is a reasonable amount of standing space and seated space along with a few low tables for slightly larger groups. Drinks I love their painkiller, although it's a little less boozy than found elsewhere. The drink with the popsicle is so so but the popsicle is delicious. People have enjoyed all of the other drinks when I've brought them here. Service Fast and friendly. Overall a great place that works for post work drinks or a first date.
google avatar

Dakota L.

Yelp
Excellent service, came in on a random Wednesday and had a cool convo with the bartender about the origins of the rum we were drinking. When in Frisco, please stop by to see Alex.
google avatar

Courtney C.

Yelp
My favorite tiki bar in all of San Francisco! The lighting/decorations/ambiance is unbeatable. Sparkle lights with LED graphics on the walls, individual huts, a fish tank, and very cool decor on the second story. I also think the drinks are some of the best in the city. Very strong and tasty. Entering this bar makes you feel like you are on an island far, far away from the TL. I highly reccomend!
google avatar

Ari R.

Yelp
Zombie Village is an incredible Tiki spot in the Tenderloin. There is a large bar in the center with a thatched roof, amazing colored lighting, and Tikis. To the right are lovely, private A-Frame, thatched booths! We tucked into a booth and ordered. I had a Sparkle & Froth and the husband.. a rum old fashioned. Both were incredible. Exploring the bar, it is pretty unique but not as much stuff to look at as I thought. I would create warmer spaces on the other side of the bar and towards the back. It felt slightly odd. My favorite area was definitely the booth area. Still 5 stars and if you love tiki, you must go!!
google avatar

Cristina H.

Yelp
This bar feels like a mix between the Disney jungle cruise and Baja Sharkeez in socal. There are many alcoves to choose from, as well as what looked like an upstairs space and plenty of space around the bar. The only beer on tap is Modelo. Every drink we had was great and beautifully served. The service was great but it was also an extremely slow night with all the weather, they may have been two other parties max while we were there. I love the nondescript entrance. Def recommend to any tiki fans out there.
google avatar

Chris B.

Yelp
Probably the most immersive tiki bar in SF! Total sensory immersion... great music, amazing decor and five star tiki drinks! Bar seating or private rooms available. Bar tenders are knowledgeable and friendly friendly. Highly recommend this spot!
google avatar

Sahara P.

Yelp
I'm obsessed with tiki bars, and this one is a 10/10! It's absolutely adorable and easily one of the best I've been to. The two-story building is beautifully lit and filled with amazing decorations. The drinks were fantastic--I especially loved the scorpion bowl, which was perfect for two, even though it's meant for 2-4 people. So good! The Painkiller was also delicious. The staff is super friendly, and I'm definitely coming back for my birthday. A quick PSA: make sure to Uber here, as the neighborhood isn't walkable or very safe.
google avatar

Andrew T.

Yelp
Since I made a reservation here, I was put in a private booth that had a mini hallway that we had to walk through to get there. It was indeed private since the other booths were across the bar. There's also a section of the place where it can seat big groups in this "under water" area which was pretty cool. The staff was very friendly and she didn't forget about us even though we had a our private area away from everyone else. The theming here is beautiful and I definitely felt like I was transported to Hawaii. I ordered the Coco Pandan and the Disco Banana which were recommended as the least strong and most fruity drinks here. The Coco Pandan had a popsicle with the drink which definitely got rid of almost if not all the alcohol taste. The Disco Banana tasted sweet and you can definitely taste the banana. I really enjoyed both of these drinks. I will definitely be coming here again with a bigger group to try out their bigger groups. Also, this place is kind of hidden from the outside, so look for their tree logo sign.
google avatar

Sherelle L.

Yelp
Cute tiki bar, and pretty fair pricing. The drinks themselves were indeed sweet , but tasty! The presentation of them all were super cute and picture perfect! Now... the booths they have are super small and intimate. Like your knees going to be touching the person across from you.
google avatar

Morgan W.

Yelp
I've gone here three times, twice for bachelorette parties. The indoor vibe was more mature than the classic Tonga Room, and I think the drinks were better too. The area is a bit rough, and it was weird to walk here from Asia SF with a gaggle of out of town girls who weren't used to the brutal inequality and desperation of the Bay Area. I was caught between keeping folks safe and being respectful to those around us. In addition, one of my visits was during a rare SF heat wave, and it was just as hot inside as outside (the authentic Polynesian experience, but not one we were aiming for).
google avatar

Charles K.

Yelp
Fun atmosphere. I am a tiki bar connoisseur. This one has great atmosphere and good drinks. They do classics like painkillers and such.
google avatar

Seana A.

Yelp
This place is a hidden gem! We found out about it on Tik Tok. It is located in the Tenderloin. There are no signs. There is a gentleman outside who asks if you are looking for Zombie Village and id's you and then let's you inside. Upon walking in, the vibe just blows you away! I loved how it had a tiki bat set up and the lighting. Our drinks were phenomenal, and the staff was super friendly. They allowed us to take some pictures. We liked it so much h we can back the next night with our friends who live in the area. We all are in agreement that this is an awesome place and a great experience to ha e while in San Francisco!
google avatar

Dominic B.

Yelp
Came to Zombie Village a bit after midnight as our third stop after dinner and drinks at two previous stops. There were five of us and the night wasn't busy. When we arrived, we had our IDs checked, went in, and then made our way straight to the bar. The bartender provided us with a menu and was quick to take and make our orders. - coco pandan My drink was super cool. It consisted of Barbados rum, coconut milk, pandan, coconut rum liqueur, and even a mini popsicle! As expected from a tiki bar, the drink was sweet, flavorful, and fun. It was my first time having a popsicle in a drink and I was down. The atmosphere is super cool; dimly lit, tropical, and ocean vibes. They have these private-ish booths in the side, which I think you're supposed to reserve, but since it wasn't busy, we grabbed it without any issues.
google avatar

Luke E.

Yelp
This place is incredible! I had a hoot and a half when I was here, I'll tell you that much! The drinks tasted great and the high ceilings in the bar offer an amazing atmosphere that I haven't felt in many tiki bars. The illusion of being outside is much more believable in this establishment. Further more, the seating in this bar is ample and the booths allow for private conversations without feeling isolated from the world. The fella at the front, I suppose he's the bouncer, was extremely kind and friendly too. Overall, an excellent experience which unmatched ambiance and comfort.

Vincent M.

Yelp
Alex is the MAN and the drinks are amazing, ambiance is insane, the vibes are immaculate, and I want to become a regular here. I can't since I'm not a local, but I've been here the last two times I've visited SF and have loved both times!
google avatar

Andrew D.

Yelp
Really vibey tiki bar with great drinks. Usually tiki bars make their cocktails too sweet but this was the perfect amount and I would even say the coco pandan wasnt sweet at all but in an ideal way. The decor here was spectacular and the lights really make it. The only downside is that this is in the tenderloin but we went before APEC so they cleaned it up the area a bit. Thx Biden.
google avatar

Darylynn D.

Yelp
Reservations aren't needed which is nice. However if you make reservations you will get a private-ish booth. Otherwise, it is open seating where you order at the bar. It is absolutely a tiki atmosphere. The decor and the drinks make it a fun place to hang out at. I love the Coco Pandan. It is the only drink I have ever had with a full on ice cream bar AND pandan at that. It can get busy, but you can still enjoy the venue which is nice.
google avatar

Samantha L.

Yelp
Interesting aesthetics of the place but limited seating. There are small booth seatings that can be very intimate but you need to go early to claim one, even on a weekday. Parking: street only Drink: recommend the banana one if you like sweet drinks
google avatar

J C.

Yelp
Beautiful drinks, gracious and hospitable staff. The decor was next level tiki vibes. From the smoking tikis to the cute private booths, and start skies... you will not be disappointed
google avatar

Alyson C.

Yelp
All I got to say about this one is... STRONG DRINKS!! Which is a major plus if you're the type of person who gets annoyed when you can barely taste the alcohol because you paid $16 for your drink and would rather just take a shot. This cute little drink with a popsicle in it had a ton of rum and coconut liquor -- but it was delicious! Loved the coconutty popsicle too. Spot doesn't look like much on the outside, but be amazed by the twinkling, island vibe inside in the midst of the city.
google avatar

Too Much S.

Yelp
Great drinks. Love the decor with the huge statues and large projections on sculpted islands. Going early, you can get some great service and talk about the cocktail program, and even get tours of special areas they allow folks to reserve. Going mid-evening, it can be a bit of a zoo/meatmarket. Going late, it's a bit more relaxed, but service quality is a bit more mixed, depending upon the bartenders' fatigue level. The quick review: Definitely worth it but go early.
google avatar

Cortney B.

Yelp
This was a very fun experience with this being my first Tiki Bar. I can't tell you how much I loved the feeling I got from being in this bar. Everything from the music, the decorations, and the fog machine just melded so well together. Our bartender was very nice, and I greatly appreciate the kindness he showed me and my friend(especially with how drunk we got at the end). I really enjoyed the two drinks I had, and I would love to come back to try the other drinks on the menu. I had the birds of paradise and the painkiller. Both were very good with their own twists. Though if I had to choose a favorite, I really enjoyed the birds of paradise with it whipped cream that it had on it.
google avatar

Erica Y.

Yelp
We had a great time! Came on a Friday night at 7pm, and no wait. It was cool to sit at the small inlets where you can have some privacy. The whole bar looks really cool with some awesome details. The drinks were great, and the shareable alcohol was so fun to have together!

Chris G.

Yelp
Best tiki cocktails in the Tenderloin and my favorite spot in SF - worth the trip!! My favorite is the Sparkle and Froth. Complex, delicious and boozy!
google avatar

Meg T.

Yelp
Zombie Village probably had my favorite drink during our Tiki Week - a non alcoholic version of the Bird of Paradise. It came dolled up with whip cream and amongst all the other drinks I had during the week, the flavor profile once you mixed the whip into the drink was perfect. The biggest detractor was the paper straw which gave up the ghost after I mixed in the whip. The honey himself ordered a delicious Mai Tai and overall, between the fantastic under the sea light show on the walls and the beautiful blue lighting, Zombie Village was one of our top tiki bars during our Tiki Week. We will absolutely be dropping by again!
google avatar

Rachel B.

Yelp
Cool tiki bar and I can't stress enough to get a reservation so they can put you in one of the tiki booths. The booths for parties of two are very intimate-your knees will be touching, but my party of three had ample space. The decor was honestly the star of the show here for me as I'm not much of a rum drinker, and the tiki booth is so fun and intimate. My party shared a punch bowl, which was fruity and sweet. A fun place to go with friends!
google avatar

Connie H.

Yelp
My favorite thing about SF might just be the tiki bars. There are many and this one is definitely one of my favorites. Loves: + LOVE the twinkling stars on the ceiling + Decor is on point and you can pretend you're under the sea + Yummy drinks and very reasonably priced (most were $12-14 from my memory which is kinda a steal) + Cool, kind, engaging staff + Spacious so good for groups (Note: You will most likely be standing, but at least you're inside) I truly wish this place was closer to me, but now it just gives me another extremely good reason to visit SF. :)
google avatar

Elisha C.

Yelp
Wooooww... the Coco Pandan. Thank you Zombie Village!! 1) I could not believe I had a popsicle in my cocktail 2) If you've ever had halo halo, this was a halo-halo cocktail dream. 3) The ice they used was just right. like the kind that's crunchy but not overwhelming to your cocktail. Imitates halo-halo in texture also 3) presentation was so beautiful. With a a floral garnish. 4) the rate at which your popsicle melted with the ice was incredible. You could take a bite and take a sip. You could eat the popsicle and just have the rum as you chomp. So like wowww. I got melting popsicle and solid alcohol content to boot, with island vibes all in one drink. PS. If you're wondering, I did let my popsicle melt in my drink.

Nik M.

Yelp
Fantastic drinks in a true tropical getaway! A must visit when in SF, a great tiki bar

Cory B.

Yelp
Nice Tiki vibe, great Tiki aesthetic, very big bar area and private seating areas, drinks are strong! If you are walking after you visit - bring a few friends - rough area. But great bar!

Yelp
Their drinks are top notch at a great value! I came here at least twice now, and each time I came here, I was in awe. The tiki bar has the perfect tiki vibes; coming here is fun and refreshing. The drinks are at a good price, which is hard to find given that it is SF. My go-to drink is their coco pandan, which comes with a popsicle. This drink actually made me really like coconut and pandan. On a weeknight, there are plenty of open tables, but the tables can be a bit cramped since they could be small. I would recommend grabbing a seat at the bar especially if you are in a smaller group. Talking with your friends or even with the bartender at the bar can be super fun especially with the quirky and unique drinks. I love taking my friends here and recommend this tiki bar to those looking for an inexpensive and cool bar in SF to hit up!

Yelp
It's a decent spot to start your night or chill after work. The interior is really nicely put together/decorated and the ambience you want is there. The drinks were strong and pretty sweet...not overly sweet but they definitely packed a punch (I'm a tequila guy & IPA if it comes to beer, so I can't fully speak on the drinks big time). The only beer they had was Modelo and then the Tiki style drinks. I know it's a tiki spot, but another beer or two as an option would be nice. Some "bar" food would be nice while enjoying the drinks here as well. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs here. People perform better when they enjoy things they do so I appreciated that here. There wasn't much room to move around and the booths/ bar seats were pretty snug on space. I guess this place is pretty intimate. This would be a 5 star place for me if they had a little bar food, a few more drink choices and more space. Otherwise, this is as I said somewhere to start your night or end a workday maybe :)
