Interesting spot that has been set up on the ground floor of 25 Lusk, the fine dining restaurant. They have a rotating concept that changes periodically, and at the time of writing they were focusing on tequila. I really liked their cocktail list, as it was unique, with some interesting concoctions. I went with the Corn is Gold and enjoyed the blanco and anejo mix with the corn punch. It was easy drinking, with some subtle sweetness and nice depth. The sweet corn garnish that was wrapped in gold flake was a nice touch. Be sure to check out Rooftop 25 if you want some sunlight instead.
