I had a great time at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were top-quality. The atmosphere is fun and lively, especially with the arcade and games they have available—it adds a unique touch that makes the whole experience even better. A special shoutout to Jonatas, our server, who provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was attentive, friendly, and really made the visit memorable. Overall, amazing food, great drinks, and an awesome place to relax and have fun. Highly recommend!

Went on a Sunday evening with a group of friends to try their restaurant week promo of $45 three course meal, Mon-Friday + Sunday. The place was surprisingly mostly empty, maybe because it was Sunday. The food was really good. From the 3 course we tried beet humus with pita, fried calamari (both appetizers), burger, dulce de leche ice cream and passion fruit sorbet. There was not one thing that wasn’t good. The burger was juicy and huge, the hummus was tasty, the ice cream was sweet. We ordered 3 flights of their draft beers, which is a must try if you like beer and it was only $15. They have lots of sitting, hightop tables, long diner style; multiple board games like uno, monopoly, jenga and such. They also have a section for air hockey, the claw (surprisingly easy to win), and hit the clown. We enjoyed the ping pong table and there was also table soccer and a beer pong table. Honestly overall seems like a great place for a big group looking to have a chill party game night. Service was good and the food arrived quickly to the table! But after closing the tab we decided to stay a bit longer to play some cards cause we were genuinely enjoying ourselves. One of my friends asked for the drink menu again and it never arrived but we saw everyone cleaning and I guess getting ready to close, even tho there was 1 hour left until their closing time. We got the hint after a bit of a wait and decided to leave. Regardless of that last part, the experience was great overall and we all enjoyed ourselves enough to decide we wanted to go back at some point (:

I visited this place for the first time and I really loved it!! I can say that this place has everything that you are looking for, I went with my boyfriend and the server was so nice, and helpful, she suggested us one of the beer flights so we could pick our favorite beer, at the end we ordered a mega pint of that one, we also tried their famous giant soft pretzel and pigs in the blanket as appetizers and the smokehouse burger for share, we also got a dessert, profiteroles are the best!! This is a really good places for enjoy with your friends and family. You can play jenga, ping pong and more!

We first came here just for the drinks and just for dessert, but now it feels like we’ll be coming back all the time. Jonathan, who served us, truly lifted our mood and made our whole evening with great drinks. Great atmosphere, fun staff, and amazing drinks.

I had a really good time at this place with my family, my grandsons had fun in the arcade, and the food and drinks for Oktoberfest were amazing! The service was absolutely great, our waitress was so helpful and friendly! I will totally come back.

I was there this past Sunday to watch the US Open and the service was great especially outside. I love the new addition of the big screen but I would make this my game time bar if they put the volume on the outdoor big screen. I found it odd that they didn’t put on the volume not to mention it would attract double the crowd

Cons - too brightly lit inside - not much of a vibe. Music selection is also super generic / lacking any personality. They also close too early on weekdays (11pm), & the kitchen closes even earlier (9:30pm). All of those complaints aside - this place is craft beer, traditional German beer, AND Belgian beer heaven. All sorts of amazing beers on tap, many of which I have never seen on tap before. There is nothing like this even remotely close by. Very clean inside, very courteous & friendly service, & reasonable prices, esp. considering how wealthy this neighborhood is. They are also attached to an adjoining cocktail bar, which serves NO beer, & is almost pitch black inside. Maybe they could merge the two of them & split the difference, vibes-wise ?

2 stars because of predatory tipping practices. They automatically charged us gratuity for our large group but didn't tell us, so after paying they gave us the iPad with the tip options, basically baiting us to double tip. Totally fine to automatically charge gratuity for a large group, but when you don't mention that and then show the tip options menu for 20%+, you know exactly what you're doing. Otherwise, a chill and reliable spot that's good for a casual get together for drinks and standard American fare. Just beware!

Excellent Nachos and Zuchinni Fries. Ginormous pretzel was tasty but I wouldn't say worth the money. The games were fun! Definitely a great place for friends to gather. Great service

Came in from out of town no plans for Super Sunday so my husband did some research and found this place and bought tickets for open bar superbowl party for 2hrs. Everyone at the door was so welcoming and inviting they walked us over to table which was perfect for the 3 of us. So many TV's in the area the whole place was decorated so perfectly for Superbowl they really went all out on every detail I would definitely recommend this place for game days. The board games at each table are a nice touch for fun times with friends and families. Food was great drinks were great service was excellent so glad we came in

Such a fun place to go for drinks with a small or big group of friends. I like the menu options for food and beer. It's a very casual and laid back place, fun games, free popcorn, nice staff. Great place to sit outside and vibe in the summer or watch a game at night. We got the fries flight. The flight was pretty good but the zucchini strings are too thin and were too oily and the regular fries were a bit cold. Good concept though!

I've been living in the neighborhood and coming here for years and have never been disappointed with the cocktails and food. The burgers are some of the best!! Staff is ALWAYS attentive and fun. The minute we walk in, we feel welcome and at home!! My Zyr vodka mule is perfect!

Came for giant soft pretzel, stayed for the beer. Wife loves soft pretzels, and she found this place looking for giant ones - of which they have a big one! Beer selection is great, and food is quality. Ate here spring 2024 (getting caught up with Yelps!) (Went back to Upper East Side location in October 2024, just to get a giant pretzel, takeout.) We ate at a hitop table in bar, but the rest has lots of picnic-style table seating and lots of games and TVs - great place to catch a game, I am sure. Was loud and boisterous at times, did not bother us, just a note for anyone looking for a quite date spot - unless you are able to use the crowd to drown out the world and be in your own pocket. I am sure it is a great place for a group of friends to meet up.

Came here for a quick impromptu happy hour after work. The place is very spacious (indoor and outdoor seating options, which is nice) and offers a lot of different beers both on tap and in cans/bottles for a decent price (even when it isn't happy hour, which is an added bonus). Staff was friendly and helpful with the relatively large group we had with us, but would have liked to be checked up on a little more frequently than we were. Didn't get the chance to try any of the food, but the menu descriptions definitely had me interested enough to get me to come back at a later date.

There's indoor and outdoor seating. When walking up to the host she asked us which we prefer. We chose to sit outside and she said we can seat ourselves. Our server wasn't the best. Very monotone and when asked a question about the menu, I couldn't tell if she was being rude or just didn't know how to answer. We also waited a bit to have our orders taken and then again to receive the bill. The food: I got the Mac and cheese. I rate it a 3.7/5. It was good and unique. I wouldn't say I was in love with it but it was a nice change in routine. Very cheesy and filling. We got the nachos as an appetizer. 3.5/5. Good nacho combo, also filling. Only "complaint" was the nachos were kind of soggy but that's just what happens with melted cheese and meat on it. My partner got a sweet and spicy chicken sandwich. He rates it a 3. Unique sandwich but, again, nothing outstanding about it. Overall it's an okay little lunch spot, nothing spectacular about it. Service could've been better. Out door seating is nice. Total was about $57 before tip.

I really wanted to like this place. I enjoyed the drinks and atmosphere. That is...until a customer was allowed to bring in a pet (non-service) dog and put them on the table. This behavior was encouraged by a staff member who came to ogle at the puppy instead of enforcing basic hygiene standards. Another customer brought in a pet dog that was often blocking the path to the restroom. I won't be returning.

Amazing place. The bartenders are so attentive. They make excellent drinks. I'm you like beers, then you will love the options here! Get some free popcorn!!!!

Very friendly staff, low key atmosphere on a Sunday afternoon. The pretzel is big, three people can easily share it. It's pretty salty but easy to brush off. Sauces all tasted pretty well on it. The wings were OK, most of the sauce was at the bottom of the tray. The underside of the wings were pretty naked. Seemed like they just poured the sauce on top of the wings instead of flipping the wings in the sauce. Solid food, but I'd probably sub something else for the wings next time

Conveniently near my work, Treadwell was our chosen spot for dinner one weeknight. The seating is long benches, more suitable for big gatherings. But the vibes were immaculate, with wooden embellishments and string lights. There were tons of TVs playing, perfect for those sports game days. The lady taking our orders was very blunt but efficient. I wish I was informed more about the Happy Hour drinks, as I thought the "Cocktails $9" from the HH menu meant any drink from the Cocktails section. The new-to-happy-hour me wasn't sure, but now I know the hard way from the bill. Their Happy Hour menu was very limited anyways though, so I wouldn't go just for it. My Stained Glass Window ($15) was not $9 for Happy Hour, but it was deliciously sweet. I can taste the candied cantaloupe in it, although the rum is also begging for attention. I'd recommend. The Chef's Burger ($18) was ginormous, but that was all there was to it. The bun was the worst bun I had for a burger. It was crumbly, and super fragile! It started to tear as soon as I took one bite. There was a wonderful black pepper aioli drizzled on that gave this burger umami, and the patty was indeed cooked medium rare to my liking. The fries cannot be ignored either, as they're the addicting thin kind, and salted well! The workers stopped by often to take away any empty plates as soon as they saw. If you're looking for a standardly priced bar food spot with plenty of varied drinks to choose from, this is your place.

Treadwell is a great stop for drinks and a meal or snack. There are fun games inside to play at your table or arcade games. The staff is friendly for your typical "NYC" experience and always makes coming back an easy decision. The pretzel is to die for and the assortments of beers on tap and cocktails were great.

A chill spot to hang with a group of friends in Battery Park City. Lots of tables (seat yourself), fans on during the summer, TVs, games, and arcade games. There is a tiny arcade room. Great ambiance except the very dark bathrooms, I could barely see a thing. They do have a great beer selection! I thought the food was just okay... I'd rate it 3/5 overall? I got sliders and "fries" and was disappointed when I got wedges. The sliders were nothing special and the "fries" weren't bad, I just wanted actual fries. Would come again when in the area with friends!

Phenomenal place....love the staff unbelievable personalities of all sorts. What else can I say that doesn't exist here. Neighborhood bar and quick eats Love the people I meet night in and night out. I hope when someone reads this that you come in and enjoy the atmosphere this place gives.

Held my Corporate event here last week for a team of 40, Mariana was the absolute best and made sure everyone was taken care of. Recommend this spot for big parties and small, the staff is really sweet!

One of the best meals I've had in a long time in NYC. The Oktoberfest turkey leg with the avocado sauce was off the chain. Second favorite was the fish tacos, lots of fish, perfect taco shell. Mac & cheese and mashed potatoes, both hit the spot. The pretzel was giant, definitely took leftovers home. Our server Jacob was a present and delivered everything quickly. The super charming manager Yamir stopped by to make sure everything was up to par. The restaurant was 4/10 busy but I really enjoyed the calm atmosphere. I don't really do sports but my family does, and this is a perfect place to bring out of towners with something for everyone.

Being a German descendant is always good to find a spot where you get to find quality food, and ohhhh boy it took me to some childhood memories. Great chef you guys have, takes the time for those dishes to come out with perfection at all times. Love the service provided by the staff. They were more than attentive and new the menu and sold it very well. Santiago is a keeper to this place. It's a very casual place. One that most definitely I would come back again and enjoy. Overall, when you work in the food industry, you want to receive back what you give to others.

Love Treadwell! Have been to all of The locations a bunch of time and I love it! Your favorite neighborhood bar with amazing food and great staff. Definitely try the new Cool Runnings cocktail and my all time fav the lemon chicken with potato wedges. Fun games to play with friends. A must try for sure

I felt like I was at a school cafeteria but for adults. Huge space, big screen televisions everywhere turned to all different sports, and park benches for seating. I love this place. Service wasn't great, but the ambiance and food are so good that it makes up for it. The food is standard bar food with the exception of how amazing it is. The food is amazing! This place is packed with professionals from nearby buildings. Also they have the most amazing napkins. Far out of the way for me to frequent often, but when I'm ever in the area I will stop by.

5 stars for the vibe and pretzel, but 2 stars for the cider and lemonade. The cider just tasted sweet and bland with no flavor or tartness. The lemonade was too sweet and not enough lemon flavor. BUT the inside is huge with ping ping and other games and many different sports on the TVs, and the outside seating is so nice for May weather! Also loved loved loved the enormous pretzel that was super soft and the amazing dips, but pricy for $24.

Honestly, I wasn't sold on this space when I first came in as sports bars aren't usually my vibe but I will say over the last 3 months I have found myself becoming a regular. From the friendly, attentive staff to the surprisingly well executed food menu. They have plenty of beers on tap, great happy hour deals and well crafted cocktails. It's become my favorite neighborhood bar!

My second time here and it did not disappoint. This time I went for dinner with a friend. I ordered the Roasted salmon and it was delicious, the staff were super nice and offered me a few choices from the regular menu, la Cascada drink the bartender recommended was the best of all of them... The the fish tacos a must try! My friend also really enjoyed the big pretzel. Overall 10/10 Love the atmosphere and the staff. Looking forward to returning.

This was a cool place to come in, play some pinball, watch the game and have a great meal. We saw they had some pinball games and wanted to play before we started our night out. They didn't have grenadine or Amaretto, so that's the reason for the 4 stars, but other than that a cool place.

This establishment is the absolute best. Specials everyday! They are pro service dogs, which is very big for my friend. The staff is extremely sweet. All around the most fun and accommodating place in NYC. Mark my words it is a gem of spot.

The vibe is fun and it's a good sports bar. Classic cheap beer but don't expect a lot of options. The food was .. I don't even know where to begin - we got nachos and if you can see the picture, it came in individual chips. We got the smoked pork on the side to accommodate diets. Each nacho was stuffed with avocado but the fact that we paid $15 for 15 chips was crazy and probably the worst nachos I've ever had - a dish that's traditionally hard to mess up. The pretzel was massive but the flavor wasn't there, it tastes like a giant over cooked piece of bread. I'd go back for the drinks but would never order the food again.

Treadwell has been on my list since I have moved to the neighborhood and I finally came here last night! I didn't realize how big it is - there are larger table options, games in the back, arcade games in the front. Overall really cool place If you want to chill with your friends and eat bar food. They have a pretty extensive menu - beer on tap, wine, cocktails, apps and entrees. My friend and I got the fries, the pretzel with everything seasoning and artichoke dip. It was pretty good but the pretzel was dry and over time it was getting more and more dry. I got the Sierra Nevada beer on tap and really enjoyed that - had a mild fruity taste to it. Knocking off one star because of the bathroom situation which I won't go into detail about. I would definitely come back for a happy hour or quick bites.

This Treadwell is a go to spot for many of us who play volleyball/live in the BP neighborhood. It's one of the many closest bars with open seating indoor and outdoor (someone said it feels like an adult cafeteria, it can't be more true!), big TV screens for sports, and two big ping pong tables. It's an awesome place for a group of friends to hang out! Though there are a couple of items that Treadwell should consider improving. For example, I personally had one of the worst $22 jambalayas (do not recommend it for anyone because it was so salty and nasty, sorry Treadwell). Apparently, the wings aren't good neither. What's more, Treadwell can be a pretty hectic place, so make sure you order your food all at once with your friends. Otherwise, don't expect to find the waiter/waitress in sight for a while. So what's good? Well, I heard the appetizers and burgers are good. Surprisingly, my favorite foods at Treadwell are the salads, and I highly recommend the Avocado Quinoa salad. Oh one more thing, would you please open earlier than 4pm?

Been here a few times and frankly my experience has been inconsistent leaving a mediocre review. The first 2 times I visited, the service was ridiculously bad. 1/ Considering we ordered a bottle of Prosecco, it should have been relatively quick yet took 40 minutes. Mind you, they first brought 1 glass then took it away. Did it again, finally then brought the bottle. 2/ The avocado toast was delicious until I bit into chunks of red chill fakes Redeeming grace, the burger & French toast today was fantastic!! Highly recommend! If you live in the neighbourhood, it's an easy visit but wouldn't go out of my way to head down here.

Hello, yesterday I came to treadwell to try the amazing chef's burger and all I can say is that it's been the best hamburger I've tried in a while. The meat was on point (medium well will be your greatest of the latest option!) I had my hamburger with a huge glass of a lager beer which my waitress Valeria recommended me. In the same way, the service was great since Valeria was really helpful with any kind of inputs and advices to make my experience at treadwell so awesome. I'll highly recommend everybody to go and have food and a drink or two at treadwell!!!

Great food, staff and fun. Numerous TVs to watch a game . ping pong tables are fun after a few shots and cold beers.

Treadwell is such a fun good vibes spot. With all the tv entertainment as well as arcade games and great food & cocktails, it is the perfect bar to have a fun chill time with friends. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, we always have a great time here. Definitely recommend coming here and asking for Jose! He's the best bartender :)

Good vibes but the bottomless mimosa is a SCAM!! Only let us have 3 drinks each even thought we were 20 minutes under the 90min limit. Annoying but the atmosphere was great with plenty of space and a ping pong table, such a fun day overall. Staff was great other than that.

Treadwell had done it again. This is the yummiest dish I have tried. The warm potato salad is everything! it has bits of pickles and bacon. The Dino Rib itself is juicy and tender . Literally fell off the bone ! I was never a beer drinking until I stumbled upon this place. They have a great selection of beers ! " a beer for everyone" from sours, to IPA's, stouts and ciders ! You can't go wrong. Service A+ ! They also have Happy Hour cheers !

Get here! Location near Battery Park walking distance from 911 Memorial. We were seated quickly by the window. Shortly after food arrived, we moved to a wider table. The Mac & Cheese Trio is a definite must! It was a mix of seafood, chorizo and 3 cheeses. Wurst Sampler was filling and the potato salad was nicely paired. The Chicken Sliders were decent. Not a fan of the Jerk flavor but the Brisket and Pork were yummy. Good beer options from local brewers. Staff was nice with quick service. Overall happening vibe. We will be back!

I ate the burger and it had good flavor. The egg really made this dish shine. A bonus of this place is their arcade in the back. Although there aren't that many arcade games, it still makes the wait for food pass. The service was great, but nothing extraordinary. There are also card games and jenga to play while waiting. Overall this is a great place to watch a sports game or get a bite while in battery park city.

This place is a bonafide good time. With long beer hall like tables this place is great for groups of all sizes. On game days you can catch most all sports on the TVs throughout the hall. For outdoor seating there is a great patio space and side tables for more intimate settings. The food was good and the prices fair. We ate the Avocado Beet Salad and the Smoked Wings which paired well together. I will go back to this spot in Battery Park.

We decided to come here because they have tons of TVs. We wanted to watch Monday night Football. They only had half the TVs on the football game and the other half on American Nina Warrior. ?? We ordered 2 pilsners from the bartender. He gave us 2 Hefeweizens. Not sure if knows the difference. They did not have the sound to the game on but had some weird music selection instead. I don't think I would eat here. As we saw a couple letting their dog eat off the table right next to us like a person. His own plate! I didn't know you could do this inside a restaurant in NYC. Disgusting. This place has great potential Just poorly managed.

There is never a wrong time at this location. Everyone is amiable and attentive. I don't often go because I have a busy life, but when I do, everyone treats me so well. I was there last week, and although the place was quite busy, the staff took care of me. The beers are delicious, and the burgers are the bomb! I highly recommend this location. I will be back soon!

Grabbed food here with a few others for dinner. I got the braised beef brisket tacos. Thought the food was decent and flavorful, but not particularly special. It wasn't bad by any means, but the portion was a bit small for $20 and I feel like there are better places around at that price point.

The food wasn't bad but this was some of the worst service I've experienced since the pre-Covid days! We sat for 15 minutes before our server came up to us, she didn't take our order but said she'd be right back. 5 more minutes pass so we had to get our own beers at the bar. They have a lot of good German Oktoberfest beers on tap. We finally ordered food. We shared the sausage sampler, it came with three sausages, sauerkraut and potato salad. We also got the fritters, tasty potato filled balls. It took quite a while to get the check since our server wouldn't make eye contact. Overall the food was good, the service terrible.

I usually come here after work to grab a beer and appetizers from the happy hour deals. always good,attentive and fast exactly what im looking for after a long day in the office. Came on Saturday morning with the fam to try the new brunch...AMAZING!!! even tho the place was packed they managed to get me a table. drinks were a little too sweet other than that 6 starts if i could. highly recommend!
