I give this place thumbs up! Cake was beautiful and the taste was amazing. You never get them both. Pretty pricey but I see why. My daughter loved her cake. I LL buy cake from here again and again.

Horrible with custom orders. I was attracted to this place because of the reviews. As we were doing the initial consultation, most of my ideas were basically ignored. I was guided towards decorations and styles they typically did. They do what's easiest for them but not what the customer wants. I wanted to taste the cake and the girl pulls out one of their cupcakes. DRY DRY DRY! This place is great for a quickie cake, but not very imaginative or friendly. Needless to say I found a professional baker who respected my ideas and the result was timely and delicious! This lady has the Tribeca address and attitude without the skills to back it up!

Horrible. I can still taste this sticky ultra sweet disgusting after taste in my mouth. I'm writing this with one hand and chugging water with the other. Incredibly overpriced for the quality. The shop itself is cute and there's a wide variety but I tried both the banana foster cupcake and the whoppie pie and was blown away by how BAD they both were. Did not taste fresh at all. I've had better baked goods from bodegas. I'm so dissapointed. The customer service is really bad too. The lady who helped me acted like I was imposing on her time. It's your job, lady...

Don't try to order anything "custom" from this place. By the time you get through the conversation with them, you learn that there really isn't much "custom" they allow you to do to anything other than a vanilla cake. They had the nerve to say they are "professionals in the industry" and do what they think is best. So you're saying every other cake I've ordered custom in New Orleans, San Francisco, Seattle, or even Los Angeles was done by non-professionals? I'd bet they'd disagree.

Red velvet cupcake cold, dry and kind of hard to chew. Flavor was just like a regular cupcake you might get from supermarket. Cute stuff for Halloween. Will not recommend if you want quality.

This the place to go for a sweet tooth craving. Also great for last minute birthday or holiday gift ideas for any friends or family members that love sweet things. There cupcake and chocolate fare are of the highest quality and the presentation is beautiful. HIghly recommend.

We ordered a Humpty Dumpty cake for our daughter's first birthday party! It looked phenomenal and tasted superbly. I could not have imagined it better. Thanks Tribeca Treats!
