Place is busy but pretty quick and clean. The service is has always been great and the majority of the food is decent for the prices. I will say, the Mexican had more of a Tex-Mex flavor to it, it’s not bad, just different.

Service and atmosphere are wonderful! Not stingy with the ranch, which was nice. The staff clearly care about the place in many ways: cleanliness, friendliness, sevice and even each other. That was very refreshing! However the food was just okay. The fish sandwich was salty and overly hard/greasy and the least edible thing we tried. The soup were incredibly salty, like a condensed Campbell's with no water added. The salmon was overcooked and the asparagus undercooked. The onion rings and fries were good. Prices are really reasonable so I'd possibly give in another chance if I were in the area.

Our service was outstanding. Our server new her menu and then some, she was so friendly . We ordered rubber sandwich, steak and eggs, the rainbows breakfast sandwich, gravey and biscuits, chili cheese fries. The potato salad was too sweet and the onion rings were over cooked other than that the Food was excellent

Wow what a surprise this was l, nostalgia, dining with quality food, and quality interior “ Great Prices” I enjoyed special prime rib slide sliders! I was looking for a really good burger in downtown Henderson and I must say that this restaurant had great burgers! The service was fast, friendly, and professional. I never had to search for a waiter for drink refills and everything came out fast and hot! The burger was a very reasonable size, the price was not too bad and the burger was cooked exactly as I ordered it! The homemade chips were fresh and perfectly cooked, I literally cannot complain about any of the food! The only gripe I would have may be the seating area and seats. It could be updated but everything was still clean and I enjoyed the experience a lot! Definitely would recommend!

To be honest, I never knew there was a restaurant at thr Rainbow because I had never been here before. I was very pleased with Triple B's! There was another local casino we would visit for inexpensive but delicious food and this place is definitely my new spot. Thr service was great and servers were quick and attentive. Though the seating area is small, it has a large restaurant feel. I ordered the porterhouse medium rare, it was cooked slightly over that but a delicious steak nonetheless. The green beans were fresh and crisp and let me tell you, I don't know what they do to their gravy but I could DRINK IT! I haven't had such a delicious gravy in a very long time. The Thanksgiving burger was very delicious as well. The same gravy on my mash was on this burger and the house made cranberry sauce just gives it that extra oomph! Very, very good burger. First time was definitely a great time, I'll be back to try the rest of their menu. Thank you Triple B for a good experience.

Actual Rating 4 ⭐️ I’ve been to this place several times over the years. It’s in a little casino on Water Street Henderson called the Rainbow Casino. Atmosphere 4 ⭐️: the casino has got a vintage feel, maybe 70’s or early 80’s. You’ll walk through a smoky casino to the diner that will have Smokey Robinson playing on the sound system. Actually the place isn’t that smoky and you can’t smell any of it in the diner. But the feel is nice, and the music from that era is great. Cleanliness: 4⭐️ this restaurant has a very clean dining room. And the tables get cleaned off right away which adds to the overall look of cleanliness. Service: 4⭐️. The service was very good and usually is. It is usually busy inside so when there is a wait it isn’t too long but most of the time we are seated right away. And even though it’s busy the food usually comes at a decent time. Food Quality & Taste: 4⭐️ I’ve never come for lunch or dinner, only breakfast. So I’ve only ordered off of the breakfast menu. I’ve ordered different things and everything is of decent quality and good taste. Price/value: 4⭐️ I’ve included my bill because I thought the food is really good value. The amount of food that they give you is pretty good. It’s seems when I go to other places for breakfast the bill is $30-40 dollars these days. Summary: A good experience each time. And even my 16 year old daughter loves it. We’ll will keep coming back.

Food was fantastic as always. We come here often and have never been disappointed by the food. Our favorite servers are Humberto and Janel. We haven't seen Janel in a while and she came by our table to say hello and she is always such a breath of fresh air and so sweet. Really nice that she remembered us too! Humberto is so attentive and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. Thank you for your great customer service tonight Humberto!

4:45 pm visit on December 6th Review #58 of 2024. We popped in for a quick bite before the Christmas parade on Water Street, eager to sample their well-reviewed burgers, which are priced quite reasonably. We were seated around 5:15 pm, and the staff was impressive. Our server, Christy, was friendly and attentive. Our food started arriving around 5:50 pm. The place was bustling, but the kitchen did a great job of sending out orders as they came in. My wife quickly received her garden dinner salad, and it was spot on. The kids shared a Neapolitan shake and absolutely loved it. For my meal, I ordered the Fish & Chips, which were tasty but a tad on the oily side. I also had the triple cheeseburger, which was incredible, especially with the caramelized onions I requested--it really elevated the flavor. The kids enjoyed the chicken tenders, which were bursting with flavor. The mozzarella sticks had that delightful cheesy stretch, although the kids found them a bit lacking in taste. The chicken wings were perfectly breaded and had a great flavor. The crinkle-cut fries were crispy and just right. My raspberry tea was a bit on the sweet side, so my wife had to dilute it with some water. The portion sizes were generous, especially given the prices. All in all, we had a great experience with both the food and the service. Andrew assisted Christy and did an excellent job, and Mirlaine (sp) was a delightful hostess and cashier. We would definitely return in the future, but at a less busy timeframe.

We have been here many times and the service and food is always good. They are very accommodating. These casinos are typically visited by locals so when we come in from out of town and in a large group, it can get very difficult but they always handle it perfectly. The food is always good and they have some great specials. This was a Friday visit so Fish & Chips were on the menu and I really enjoyed them. The dipper fries were really good and they always have a variety of new options. Janelle was awesome and made us feel like locals ourselves. Totally recommend coming here.

This diner is located in the Rainbow Casino. Our waitress was super nice and upbeat and the food came out pretty quick. The best thing we had were the crinkle fries. The Rueben had fatty meat, not a fan. The fried chicken ranged from over fried and sat too long to undercooked and not crispy. This place is a breakfast spot vs dine in dinner spot.

Bad food & terrible customer service. This restaurant is always busy due to cheap prices. I placed a carry out order but I should have checked it after I received it. Attached is a photo of the order of pancakes I was given. I brought them back & asked for the manager. A seating hostess came by & took a picture of the pancakes. When I asked what that was about she said that she's going to show it to the chef because "he never believes us when we tell him about this". When the manager finally came by, he looked at the pancakes & said "that's not good", picked them up & I never saw him again. I had to ask a server if they would find out what was going on.

This place is located inside the Rainbow casino which is about a half a block away from the ice rink. I tried The Logger sandwich with crinkle fries and everything was yummy. The sandwich was like a Philly cheese steak except for there was Ortega chilies on it. The fries was perfectly crispy and because they didn't make enough fries, they brought me more on another plate. The ranch was bomb and the service was awesome! Yes, I got coffee refills.

We've been here a few times. Today we went for lunch. Is he busy but fun atmosphere. Our server was great. We loved her sense of humor. The rest of the staff look like they were really enjoying their job too. A song came on and they were all dancing and singing to it. I started with the Bavarian pretzel which was huge. I had the meatloaf which came with a salad. The wife had the big tex BBQ burger. All the burgers are doubles and come with a side. The meatloaf was very tasty and moist. It came with mashed potatoes and vegetables. You just can't beat the value of this place.

I am glad that I discovered this restaurant in the back of the Rainbow Club Casino. Great value and old school ambiance. I really appreciated the service I received from both Josondra and Jeanette. Thank you to Jamie, the evening manager, for stopping by table to add to the high level of service.

Great food, inexpensive, and great casino food comps. A major reason my family dines here for breakfast is the amazing service - from food servers, drink runners and table busses - all are on their game. Server Andrew Jackson (real name), is outstanding. He thrives in his role as a "hometown style" server who could easily transition to any high-end restaurant in this town. Great job Andrew and the entire team!

Just left this place and let me tell you DISGUSTING! Daughters side of ranch came with pieces of someones salad in iit (We didnt order any salad) Asked for well done burgers and they werent well done sent them back to hear the blonde manager with glasses practically yell at the waitress Jo that they are well done, as she fingered through the food and complained LOUDLY to the cook about how we were wrong, YES WE HEARD HER! So RUDE! NEVER AGAIN!!! THEY ARE GETTING REPORTED FOR THE RECYCLED CUP OF RANCH DRESSING They served us. ai would give no stars but had to leave 1!

Came here on a Sunday for Memorial Day weekend...this place was hopping at 1030 am.... I know why now...the breakfast menu!!! For a whopping 5.49 I got two sausage, two bacon, 2 eggs, hash browns and toast from the local bakery..I know.. because I know....and hub got biscuits and gravy. Service great and it was nuts...it was packed and they still killed it...great food. Later went to the bar and got treated like royalty...if this is not the best kept secret, I don't know what is.....

No doubt they have very good food, but because of an isolated and unmitigated trash customer service experience I just received, no question, I'll never return. And they won't care and laugh it off because they are volume-based, and that's okay too. Because the wonderful thing about capitalism is my money works just as fine elsewhere ;-)

Inside Casino. Hamburgers were okay. Nothing great. Chili was just beans. Flavor was mediocre. Won't be back.

There's a special almost every day. Tuesday is Mexican for sure. $14 for a large plate of shrimp scampi which comes with a large salad. Ordered an order of onion rings. The 2 of us shared and was full! Clean place located within Rainbow Casino. Good and attentive service. We were checked on quite often. Will definitely come back for their prime rib special which is on the weekend. $25, includes tip, is worth a good evening for 2 ppl.

This place grossed me a bit. It made me realize just how spoiled we are in Los Angeles! We were here for Christmas dinner as we had just arrived to Vegas for a show. The food was so affordable compared to other spots, so of course we appreciated that. We ordered off the holiday menu. The food came out on super dirty plates, and the utensils were no different. The place reeked of cigarette smoke, which is obviously not their fault. It's like yeah duh, Andrea, you're at a casino in Vegas lol. I get it. I'm glad we had a spot to eat on Christmas day, but I would never go to this place again. I don't live in NV, so it shouldn't be a problem.

They are getting back on track I'm not sure when they figured out they would have minimal return customers serving nothing but burgers they have expanded the menu a bit. Decent diner options now back on the menu.

The place is clean and the wait staff was very friendly. Service was great too! I didn't try a shake or desert this time, but I'm told they are great! If you're in the area it's definitely worth stopping!

I've been coming here for years. The food is hit or miss, unfortunately. Sometimes you get a cook that cares about getting you hot food & sometimes you get a cook that doesn't understand fresh, hot crispy... lol. I guess it depends on who is cooking.The service has always been great, and the severs have great attitudes. The ambiance is cool ppl laugh & and enjoy their friends and / or family.

You might want to fix your website. I keep trying to see your daily specials and obviously something is a miss.

Surprisingly delicious! Food was very good and filling. Staff was friendly and attentive. The place does smell like smoke when you walk in but otherwise not bad. Hidden gem tucked away in the Rainbow Casino indeed.

Terrible service, I've sat here for over 20 min half eaten dinner and not a single check in on me to see if to my liking. I get the bill dropped by another server without a word if I would like anything else. But my waitress is too busy chatting up with the regulars, I guess

Just had the Bloody Mary Burger with Priceline cheese and this was probably the best burger I've had here. It is awesome! If your here and they have it on the daily specials, be sure to order it. You'll thank me!

My family and I love this place, we go here quite often. The food is great, the service is excellent and you can't beat the price for the experience.

Decent food at a very decent price. Service was good but at times you do have to make an effort to get a server's attention. It gets very busy in there. But everyone is always happy to serve. We always leave satisfied. The onion rings are addictive!

Stick with the burgers! Got a coupon for a free dinner of chicken pot pie over a biscuit, and I kid you not...I could NOT cut through the biscuit!! Hard as a rock! No exaggeration! Now I know why my dinner was a FREE coupon. Chris our waiter was great though! Very pleasant and accommodating. Last week, tried their Cuban burger and it was yummy! Hoping tonight was just a rare occurrence! We will try again cause we like this place!

I am still a big fan of this establishment even after it switched ownership. They are now called Triple B. It used to be, during the height of the pandemic, they opened at 11:00am for breakfast and lunch. Now, they have opened their doors to welcome patrons for breakfast. We were very happy to know this and today, we went back earl in the morning to enjoy our normal thing to do during days off, have an early breakfast. The food is still made the same way and it still tastes delicious and is still hearty. We were served by Mandy and Alicia and both ladies were attentive and kind. Our coffee cups were topped off immediately without us having to ask. It's still one of my go-to breakfast place and I still highly recommend this place to everyone. Cheers!!!

This place doesn't exist we went to the casino, walked all around, and we're finally directed to the existing restaurant when we inquired there a very rude hostess, replied with a blank look, and then finally said oh they change the names. This is the new restaurant due to their rudeness, the noise and the size and appearance of this new restaurant we elected to go elsewhere.

Just moved to this side of town. We've been looking for places to eat out at. Normally live closer to the i15 so there's lots of restaurants in the area. This restaurant is a nice find. Clean friendly staff and great food. Haven't had a bad meal or experience yet.

Huge portions for a great price. They don't have a kids menu, but all my kids enjoyed what they got & since they're normal portions we had plenty of leftovers! My 5 year old got the spaghetti & meatballs, my 7 year old got the foot long chili cheese dog & my 14 year old tried the lobster mac & cheese (as did I!) We were there on Father's Day, so they had a different menu than normal. All the staff were attentive & helpful. Food was feel good, comfort food. My husband got a sloppy joe burger. The burger was just your typical hamburger patty, but that sloppy joe topping was *chefs kiss*! Overall it was a great meal, super affordable & we had a great time out with the fam!

This place has seriously good burgers. I used to frequent this spot when it was still just, for lack of better words, the restaurant in the rainbow when they had the best breakfast special in town. Now that they've rebranded under 'Triple B Burgers', I frequent this place when meeting my family for a quick lunch during the workweek. We've all ordered different burgers, but have stayed to just that on each visit. It seems like many reviews mention being disappointed in other menu items so I can't comment on that but each burger is a double patty and a fresh bun, the side potato options have all been delicious and we've been very happy every visit. The staff is friendly and as long as you can get over the smoky casino stuff you're in for a delicious, diner style meal.

Went in and had the pot roast the other night. Great service and tasty food. My daughters fries were cold but they took care of her asap.

Breakfast is the way to go here! Any other time of the day not so much.... Pancakes, fried steak and eggs, triple b breakfast platter are all perfect and the price is well worth it. Get their rewards and they send you weekly coupons for a different breakfast for free each week. Service is hit or miss but can be overlooked by the price.

You can't advertise it as being cod if you are selling and serving tilapia. Both the fish and chips and the fish tacos claimed to be cod and they were definitely not. Instead of big chunks of moist luscious cod both of our meals were made with flat, dry, sort of filet shaped 1 to 2 ounce flavorless mystery fish. Most likely tilapia. Bait and switch. Pun intended. I even asked the wait staff prior to ordering if it was really cod. I was assured that it was. Nope! But the chips were good. And the ice water was cold.

I'm old school Vegan ... You always gotta go to the spots that do it right & good all the time ...

Breakfast was average at best service sucked why would someone have to sit at the counter for 8 minutes before even being acknowledged Server went by like 10 times and ignored my inquiry into ordering food 3 times bad experience

Been there 3 different visits because of buy 1 get 1 free meal coupons. Took us 3 visit to learn never to go again. Each visit was the same horrible incompetent service. Each time we had to get our own silverware and napkins from the waiter station. Each time we could not get any refills on drinks. Each time was at least a 40 minutes wait for food? The last visit we had to sit at the bar and waited 14 minutes to get menus, another 7 minutes to order drinks, another 31 minutes to get a Caesar Salads with Crispy Chicken. What came was a much earlier prepared bulk collection of Romaine lettuce tossed in a bland Caesar salad dressing with some old grated Romano cheese sprinkled on it and 1 single chicken tender cut into 7 pieces. For $7.99 each. Apparently, the way to get anything close to service is to be a local that knows waitress names so you can shout! 3 visits, 3 abysmal experiences, 3 strikes - we are out. Locals who patronize this dump must have service expectations below sea level. We and our family, friends, and business colleagues will never be back.

Food is almost as bad as the service. They consider their customers to be a detriment and are unhappy to serve them. A shame that the servers argue about who has to get drinks and utensils for their customers. Avoid like the plague!

I'm so sad.....my husband and I moved from Henderson a few years ago. We are about 90 minutes away now. We decided to go over to our fave restaurant that we used to visit almost every other night at the Rainbow. Needless to say I thought some thing might have changed as it wasn't as busy or bustling as they used to be,. We used to have to wait 30-45 minutes to get a table and we did! The menus is no where near what it used to be. I did not enjoy my meal at all, nor did my husband. Bring back the old staff, old menu and the old cooks. PLEASE! We won't go back. 1 star as our server was good. Anthony I think was his name.

We ate there on Saturday 11/07/2020. I had the chicken fried steak & eggs and my husband ordered the meat lovers omelet. Both our meals were delicious. We also ordered biscuits and gravy to split. The gravy was delicious and the biscuits were like cold hockey pucks. They looked like they didn't rise like a good fluffy biscuit does. We did order our meal at 11:00 am, but I think those biscuits were not very good. I did notice they didn't offer biscuits with any other breakfast. Maybe if they offered more biscuits they'd be fresher.

Waitress was super nice and knew the menu. It is exactly what the name is... Burgers and hotdogs. Burgers were good. Coleslaw was good. Came with Burger, Slaw, tots or fries and drink for $11.00. Glass was always full and friendly staff. Decent time wait for your food. I would go back.

Stopped by for a quick bite and was really surprised. They have remodeled the whole place and it looks great as well as really clean. The service was quick and very friendly. The burgers were fantastic, really well seasoned and cooked perfectly. I had mine with the tots, let's just say I'm hooked. My friend had the Henderturkey it comes with turkey burger, stuffing and cranberry sauce, I am trying that next time for sure. We are looking forward to going back and trying some of the other new options.
