"Debuting under chef Scott Pajak, who previously worked with Emeril Lagasse on the Las Vegas Strip, the restaurant's menu has been retooled with a roster of burgers and sandwiches including a fried shrimp po'boy, a buttermilk fried chicken sub, the HenderTurkey burger, and a Creole burger topped with chili gouda, caramelized onions, and andouille sausage. I noted offerings also include a foot-long hot dog and a breakfast burger served on a Belgium waffle, and the 10-ounce burgers arrive on butter-toasted brioche buns using hand-pressed Angus beef that aren't frozen; meals come with French fries or tater tots, coleslaw, and a kosher dill pickle." - Susan Stapleton
