The Best Places To Have Dinner For Around $30 In Echo Park - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"Triple Beam’s massive slices start at $7.50, and whole pizzas—which can serve up to four people—start at $26. It might not be as cheap at Little Caesars, but it’s the most affordable place to get pies topped with roasted fennel with goat cheese or potato, sage, and truffle. People have been debating about their favorite topping here for years, but it’s actually the crust that makes the pizza at Triple Beam special. Crunchy, flaky, and cut into big squares, their Roman-style pies have inch-high edges that snap under each bite. " - Nikko Duren

Triple Beam Pizza Echo Park - Review - Echo Park - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"Our favorite pizza place in the city, we would drive long distances (read: from the Westside) just to grab one of Triple Beam’s Roman-style slices. Luckily, if you’re coming from Dodger Stadium, you don’t have to be so dramatic - the second location of the Highland Park pay-by-the-slice joint recently opened in Echo Park. Like the original, the menu changes seasonally, but if you happen to be there on an asparagus pizza day, get it." - Kat Hong

Nancy Silverton Triple Beam Pizza Starts Cutting in Echo Park Tomorrow - Eater LA

"Good news for Echo Park today: Triple Beam Pizza has arrived. The Roman-style square-cut spot that started in Highland Park managed to offer some low-key service hours during last weekend’s Echo Park Rising festival, and now it’s ready to go for real. While Matt Molina, Nancy Silverton, Randy Clement, Joe Capella and the crew are taking today off to make a few tweaks, diners can expect to find some dinnertime slices starting tomorrow evening. To start, Triple Beam Echo Park will only do hours from 5 p.m. until around 10 p.m., though they plan to jump to dinner and late night service very, very soon. They’re also providing pizzas for those inside the Echo music venue right next door. Eaters who haven’t yet experienced Triple Beam Pizza in Highland Park can expect a pretty simple process, wherein long, square-ish pizzas of various flavors are presented to customers who then make selections based on size, indicating with their hands how much of the thin pizza they want to enjoy alongside a few salads, some focaccia bread, and beer and wine. Much like the original, this new location is rather small, with a few tables inside and a small patio right up front. Ownership says this is far from the last expansion planned for Triple Beam; the group is keen to grow the company’s footprint all over the city, as well as their already busy catering arm. Meanwhile, more and more pizza overall continues to flood into Los Angeles, including a pan-regional newcomer called Patxi’s doing deep dish and other varieties down at L.A. Live." - Farley Elliott

Great pizza here! Crust was just crunchy enough. Tried the jalapeño, pineapple, and prosciutto. Though it was great, I do wish there were a few more toppings on the pizza. My kid had the pepperoni and it was great, lots of toppings. I do very much appreciate the free water options. One small recommendation is to have someone walk the seating areas to clean up on occasion as it was a bit cluttery during our visit. All in all, I would eat here again and do recommend.

I absolutely love this place! Quality ingredients combine with quality service and the results are a phenomenal pizza that's second to none. I have nothing but positive things to say about Triple Beam Pizza. I'm always happily reminded of my time in Italy and Sicily when I eat here because the ingredients are so good.

Ordered on doordash and LOVED IT!!! My girlfriend is allergic to peanuts and vegan and they SLAYED!!!!! We had no idea the chorizo had peanuts beforehand but the pizza makers came in clutch. Thank you and we will be returning customers ! <333

Google
Pizza was great. Got the acorn squash pizza and the flavors were great. I would probably opt for more than the quarter that says feeds one because it’s not a lot but still good. There is no indoor seating, but a few tables outside to sit at. Quick service, I’d come back.

Quarter Bolognese / bolognese, cream, mozzarella, basil, extra olive oil, salt, parmesan reggiano - 5 ⭐! Quarter Roasted Mushroom and Shallot / roasted mushrooms, shallots, garlic, mozzarella, fontina, black truffle cheese, oregano, thyme - 5 ⭐! Triple Beam Pizza is a fast casual pizza concept from food guru Nancy Silverton. I am already a fan of her tasty gelato. I would love to try her fancier places around LA but haven't been able to yet. But a fast casual pizza concept is right up my alley. I was very happy with what I ate when I visited the Silver Lake location. The pizza is quite different, fun, tasty, and unique. It is a style of pizza known as "Roman" style which is not common in LA. Roman style refers to the square/rectangle shape and an overall thicker dough/crust. The dough was excellent. They serve their pizzas in quarter sizes which makes it easy to order a variety or a smaller size if you aren't as hungry. Two quarter-size servings was a filling, satisfying lunch and gave me a chance to try two of their pizza combos. The ingredients were high quality, tasted fresh and had great flavor. I tried their bolognese as well as a roasted mushroom and shallot. Both were amazing. The bolognese is a signature dish of theirs and was impressive. I love a good mushroom slice and the roasted mushroom and shallot quarter felt like a decadent version of a mushroom slice. Again, I could easily eat a whole pizza. To go with the quarter pizzas, I had their house ranch and marinara. The way they cut their pizza makes it very easy to dip in the tasty sauce. They have a beautiful skylight and a wonderful mural. I enjoyed my meal on their small patio while watching cars and people on Sunset Blvd. I parked on the street so I am not sure how the parking works for the store. They are in a trendy, fun part of Silver Lake and there are lots of nice places in the general area.

Excellent food. Tried the vegan margherita pizza and the cauliflower side. Both were amazing.

Google
The pizza is pretty good here. Which is saying a lot given how many good pizza joints we have in the area. (Masa being just down the street or Wood further down) Pricy but good. I like their selection of soft drinks too. The patio seating area is like stadium seating. It can be a bit grody at times since a lot of the homeless come chill there, or super crowded on an event night next door at the Echo. But grab and go is always the usual plan for most people.

Google
Very good thin crust with fresh ingredients that are well applied but not overstated. Three sizes for 1-2,3-4 and 5-6. I noticed that you could mix up pizzas. Cool vibe and reasonable.

Yelp
I checked out this Triple Beam Pizza location recently, and I had a good experience. I went during an evening when it was not very busy, so ordering went quickly; I found the service to be personable and efficient. There was both indoor and outdoor seating available. I ordered a big pepperoni slice, which I thought was a sizable slice for one person. The crispy crust and favorable pepperoni were solid, and I could see myself going here if I needed a dependable slice or two of pizza in the Echo Park neighborhood!

Yelp
I'm not a person that leaves Bad reviews. We take chances trying new places, but I feel obligated to leave this review in order to save someone from wasting their money as I just have. Let me set the stage. It's my birthday and I've been sick, terribly sick, for the last few days without an appetite until this morning. My sister sent me a DoorDash gift card knowing that I'd be spending my birthday solo as I'm afraid to get anyone else sick and still not feeling 100%. I'm a celiac so I was super excited to try the gluten-free pizza here. Ordering was very easy. Delivery was very quick. This pizza is garbage. I ordered $91 worth of garbage. I cannot describe the level of disappointment. I ordered the mushroom and fennel and added sausage and pepperoni to it. It's garbage. I ordered The Potato to try something new and with plans to make some over easy eggs, and bacon in the morning and have it for breakfast. It's garbage. This pizza is garbage. I have no idea how the reviews are so high and positive. Maybe their regular crust is delicious but to call this pizza pizza is a stretch. It's dry flatbread with a stingy amount of cheese and admittedly fresh but somehow bland toppings The descriptions on the menu make the pizzas all sound delicious but to say that they are misleading is an understatement. Buyers please beware. Try a slice first, maybe go in person first. Search other recent reviews first but please proceed with caution if you are excitedly trying something new for a special occasion because these two half pizzas just made a bad day worse and pizza isn't supposed to do that. Pizza is supposed to make any day better. Costco gluten-free supreme pizzas are better than this pizza. I 100% guarantee you that I wish I had gone to Costco. I am putting the rest of this pizza where it belongs, in the garbage

Yelp
Short: Solid pizza for a reasonable price. Easy pickup and ordering, great for a quick bite. Long: Called to pick up from Triple beam Pizza and the whole process was extremely easy. Friendly staff and a nice location. The pizza is good however not great. The best by far was the sausage fennel and goat cheese, all of the ingredients pair together so well! The san marzano tomato with fresh mozzarella was my second favorite and was definetly worth it to add pepperoni, it provides an extra flavor! The cheese pizza I was disappointed with, it lacked flavor and depth and seemed almost bland. Everything else I would highly recommend! Definetly a great option for picking up for a pizza night!

Yelp
Last minute stop, first time here and definitely not disappointed. The food is good, the vibe was chill, we sat right in front and had a good view for some people watching... and the service was impeccable!! MELISSA helped take our order; she was friendly and made this place feel welcoming and warm. 5 stars for melissa she is great at her job.

Yelp
Checked out this pizza place in Echo Park for some stuff made fresh. It was good enough to make our mouths do gymnastics. Triple Beam Pizza is one of the hipster spots in these parts. Good prices for a good amount. There's even a few vegan ones among these. Basically this is mostly a takeout place but you can eat on the porch they got. It's got already made pizzas or you can order a new one. There's not that long of a wait. Also they have beer. It's $6 for a can of craft brewery stuff. About the only complaint for here. The pizza is priced much better though. It's $7 for a quarter of a pizza, but it's still a pretty big portion to be honest. The Vegan Formaggio is made with extra virgin olive oil, maldon salt, marinara, and vegan mozzarella. Even stretched like the real cheese. This was some good ass stuff. Have to say it's one of the many pizza places around here but it seems to be the best. It's an opinion that's shared by many it seems because this place can get crowded. There's a few pizzas here for vegans.

Yelp
Pretty good! Came here on a Wednesday night and it was still packed. Parking just along the street. My boyfriend loved his (i believe sausage/mushroom/fennel and another with goat cheese). I got the san marzano one but on gluten free crust. The crust was a little bland for my liking, and i wish there was more cheese on it, but i was happy to have a gluten free option!! Service was good too. Not much seating though so not ideal for big groups!

Yelp
Pizza is delicious. Service here is quick and staff friendly. I forgot to take a pic but I love to order the prosciutto with pineapple...half is always perfect for me. Flavors are bright and tight! Pizza hits good especially when you craving and hungry for some local pizza. Wait is never long for me...and I like to eat outside and people watch on the sunset.

Yelp
Loren was a friendly person to take my order since it was my first time ordering pizza from here.. able to have patience to explain my options.. I like her personality and able make it easy

Yelp
These are flatbread appetizers. Look at the slices they served me. It's like they took someone's leftovers and put them in a box. They're not even continuous slices. So disappointing. Was still hungry after I wolfed down 3 slices so I went home and heated up my Thanksgiving turkey dinner leftovers. If I served this to anyone of Italian or New York descent and told them it was "pizza", they'd probably punch me in the face. Sorry. Just keeping it real. Sure, they tasted great, but this doesn't register in my pizza universe.

Yelp
Let's start with the Garlic Knots. They were delicious 10/10 would recommend. And don't skimp on the dipping sauce. It's a little sweet for my liking but not too too acidic (yes. I know it's a tomato sauce, but if you've read this far you know what I mean.) Next, the Fennel Sausage, goat cheese, and asparagus pizza. If you're going for something a little different and don't want all the tomato, start here. It's such an interesting pairing that is surprisingly GREAT. Last, the classic pepperoni. Great pepperoni to crust ratio. I'm not being mathematical here, but they seem intentionally placed... Or I've been watching too much of The Bear, on Hulu.

Yelp
I remember this place being better. The best thing was actually the little salad that comes with the Korean BBQ pizza. Literally, though, the salad was delicious. Korean BBQ Pizza: Gimmick. It's just a regular BBQ Chicken pizza. Pepperoni Pizza: Somehow bland. Garlic knot: Dry, bland. No buttery or garlic flavor.

Yelp
I ordered the mushroom pizza and Caesar salad. The pizza stood out with its exceptionally crunchy crust, which perfectly complemented the savory flavors of the mushroom toppings. The Caesar salad was fresh and made for a well-rounded meal. Especially coming from visiting Doughbriks with my friends recently (not that great), this pizza place in the city is well-deserved, making it worth a trip. The quality of the ingredients and the skill in preparation make Triple Beam Pizza a must-visit for pizza lovers.

Yelp
Never dined in, always picked up. Pick up can be tricky since it's on a busy street, so recommend going with someone else to help pick up the pizza while you double park. Pizza is always made ready within the time frame they supply. They're consistent with every pizza we've gotten. Our favorites is the Fennel and Sausage. That's the best one in my opinion. Next up is Acorn Squash. It is worth it to add their pepperoni if you want meat on it. We always try to come back for pizza whenever we're back in LA.

Yelp
SERVICE - located near many shops and restaurants in Echo Park - street parking available nearby - outdoor seating only - very small interior only meant for ordering - staff are very friendly and provide good recommendations - pizza served quickly MENU - variety of classic and unique pizza flavors - vegan and gluten free options - well priced ($8 per quarter) FOOD - vegan margherita (7/10): square pizza topped with marinara sauce, cashew mozzarella, marinated tomato, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Between the two vegan options, this one seemed more basic but is still well made. The cashew mozzarella is lightly sprinkled over the base and adds a creamy aspect without the unnatural starchiness of vegan cheese. The tomatoes and basil have a fresh contrast to the cheese. I added red pepper flakes on top for more flavor. WOULD I GO BACK? Yes! It was a good quick and inexpensive option

Yelp
LA has finally done it! Pizza that an east coast transplant can appreciate when coming home. It's not east coast style pizza. It's LA style pizza. The mushrooms were out of this world. Cannot say enough about how good this was. If you love mushrooms, do yourself a favor and get this pizza

Yelp
Triple Beam has raised the price of a Fromaggio (Plain cheese pizza) from $24 to $31. July to august

Yelp
My wife and I have been searching for a good pizza place for years and ta-da!!! We found one right here. We were told by my wife's coworker that this place has pretty good mushroom pizza, and sure enough it was spotted on! We enjoyed every little bite of it. It had tons of mushrooms that blended well with the thin crust. The dough was crispy outside and warm and tasty inside. We also enjoyed how the crust at the end was very thin that we were able to eat the crust! (Usually we leave the last end crust not eaten lol) So why 4/5 stars, not 5/5? That's cuz the pizza was little bit salty after eating like 4 slices of pizza. Next time, I need to choose the option not to put "extra salt." we didn't know that defaulted salt amount was that salty. Parking lot was very limited and we struggled to find one even for to-go. I don't think they have one and you have to circle around the streets until you find a street parking lot. The area seemed little too busy too so I didn't feel safe to eat at the restaurant. But for to-go, it's an excellent choice and we would definitely come here again!!!

Yelp
Some of the best pizza I have had in LA. For a moment, I thought they only had sparkling water on tap, which was concerning - what is this Europe? No worries, they also have still on tap. Ordered the squash and the prosciutto/pineapple/jalapeño. LOVED the squash.

Yelp
So good! You can tell that good ingredients are used for their pizza. Their specialty pizzas are always so good!! Potato's and sage..oof.

Yelp
This review is for take-out only. Who does not love pizza, especially gourmet pizza. We were introduced to this place by one of our coworkers who loves pizza. It is a small place on Sunset Boulevard in Siver Lake. There are several chain restaurants around LA. The menu is quite simple, pizza, salads, some side dishes, and beers. Their pizza is thin, crunchy , and square pizza with various toppings. The full size is about 12x10 inches, cut into 12 slides. - roasted mushroom and shallots, with mozzarella back truffle cheese and thyme ($26 for full size): savory, earthy but not overwhelmed hint of truffle - Acorn squash ($26 full size): thin slide of acorn squash with mozzarella cheese, honey crushed red pepper. Sweet and spicy. - pinnacle, prosciutto, and jalapenos ($33 full size): spicy, sweet, and salty with crunchy thin slide crust. We also had green bean and spinach salad, which is very fresh and savory. The green bean was slightly roasted, crunchy, mixed with fresh spinach, garlic toasted hazelnuts, shallots, well balanced with champagne vinaigrette. I did not taste the champagne but the vinaigrette is well balanced, not to sour or sweet. One order of salad is about $10. We ordered 3 full size pizza and 3 salads, served more than 10 adults with some leftovers. Everyone is full and happy.

Yelp
Chefs Nancy Silverton and Matt Molina bring a personalized version of Italy with Triple Beam Pizza to Los Angeles. Unique pizza combinations, scratch made with the freshest ingredients, make Triple Beam my go-to pizza. The Focaccia breads are outstanding. Their prosciutto and stracciatella cheese melted in my mouth. Even if you're full, Nancy's fancy gelato and the Brookie for dessert are hard to bypass, so don't. I repeatedly purchased the Bourbon Vanilla and Passion Fruit flavors. You can buy the NF gelato at Whole Foods too. One of the best things about Triple Beam Pizza, besides that it's delicious, is that the staff is amazing. They are all about customer service, genuinely, and going the extra mile. The crew at Echo Park and manager Jericho are personable and friendly. They care about quality and your experience. Triple Beam delivers perfectly too. Ciao

Yelp
A great spot for a late night bite! Absolutely loved the thin crust pizza and the overload of toppings was amazing! We got the vegetarian option with mushrooms and shallots which was delicious Amazing service and the pizza was ready super quick! Would recommend!!
google avatar

Cynthia D.

Yelp
I'm not vegan or vegetarian but their vegan margherita is hands down my favorite! Yes the cheese doesn't melt quite like regular cheese but they make it taste so yummy that you forget that it's vegan! We usually get it to go so can't say much about the ambiance besides a quick pickup and not that many tables from what I recall. Love that they have a pop up location in Silver Lake next to a wine shop because it's closer and easier to get to for me, plus we stop by the wine shop to get a bottle every now and then. I'd honestly rate 4.5/5, reason for missing half a star is due to their pricing but I guess inflation can't really do much about it so 5 it is lol

Yelp
Love this pizza so much. The crust is tasty & holds up with the toppings. The sauces and other ingredients are quality. Very good green olives with a nice deep flavor. The potatoes pizza was sooooo good, too. Really good flavors and a cute box.

Yelp
We ordered take out and all the pizzas we got were great. Loved the arugula and scallion one we got with balsamic glaze and the zucchini pizza. Both were on gluten free crust as my friend has an allergy but I didn't feel it took away from the flavor, and I'd definitely order again if I was back in the area!!
google avatar

Yelp
The pizza here is really good. Packed with flavor. Parking is a nightmare around the area, there's not much room for eating there if you wanted and the pizza is a bit on the thinner side, but still very good. Service was slow at first, but we still received our pizza in a timely manner. The pizza is a bit overpriced for what you get in my opinion, but still worth the experience. I'd most likely return if I'm ever in the area again.

Melissa G.

Yelp
I'm sorry but as a New Yorker who moved to LA I actually HAVE had great pizza here (LA pizza cafe on fletcher among others!)...but I was truly shook by this overpriced slice that took too long to make and tasted like middle school cafeteria pizza aka Elios. You can do better on your quest to find pizza on the east side. Would never go back here.
google avatar

Savanna G.

Yelp
Easy place to grab a slice or various sized pizzas. I like the crust of this pizza - it's thin and crispy. I love the prosciutto and pineapple pizza. Fast service and several places to sit but I recommend taking the pizza and walking to Echo Park Lake!
google avatar

Yelp
Everybody knows this is the best place for pizza in town- the hip spot if you're willing to pay a bit more for organic ingredients and creativity. The star of the show is the acorn squash pizza. It's got squash, honey, red pepper, white sauce and Parmesan and you can add prosciutto. I recommend ordering extra honey drizzle and extra red pepper on it. The gluten free crust is crispy and incredible. It's not too much extra (if I was president I would make it illegal to charge more for gluten free). The restaurant is small but seating is available and the murals are adorable Greco Roman inspired and the stacked pizza boxes are very cute. Ratings: Ambiance: 7/10 Ease of seating/ speed of service: 10/10 Vegan options: 10/10 Gluten free options: 10/10 Low carb options: 2/10 Overall deliciousness: 10/10 Pricing: $$ Parking: no, add 6-10 min Liquor License: not sure

Yelp
One of the best pizzas I've had so far in LA... maybe ever? If you're looking for wood fire oven thin Italian fine dining pizza, this isn't exactly that. But what makes it good is the originality and innovation -- the crust seems to be focaccia, not your typical dough bread crust. The flavors of pizza are all innovative and different, I had the acorn squash pizza and it was really good. I've had triple beam a couple times now and the crust tastes chewy and satisfying. The acorn squash pizza had a sweet tinge to it - from the honey and overall it was an enjoyable, tasty, delectable experience. Would highly recommend trying pizza here if you're in LA!!!

Yelp
Wow. Found my fav pizza place in LA. By far the BEST of the ones I've had. I had pizza all over north Italy (where thick square pizza is claimed true pizza) and the thin round style from Naples (also claimed to be the real Italian pizza). This, I have to say blasphemously, tasted even better than the square northern Italy pizza (the comparable type to this). Triple Beam's pizza has several ridiculously good qualities: 1) The bread is like a thin focaccia bread, so has air bubbles allowing it to be light, airy, and crispy. (They probably did add quite a bit of oil to it as it has a moist taste: but not really caring about the calories when indulging on pizza day lol). But emphasis on the THIN, so it doesn't feel heavy and its crispy. YUM. 2) Their flavor choices / pairings, are unique and gourmet (reminds me of Italian pizza, aside from their offering of pineapple with prosciutto which Italians may revolt at lol). Their ingredients are equally FRESH and high quality tasting (no canned pineapple sir/madam). The mozzarella tastes so fresh. 3) The pricing! 1st, I've never seen a restaurant that actually offered their food for the same price on the delivery apps as if you ordered directly via phone/in-store (they typically add on a few dollars to compensate platform costs). Triple Beam's price was the same on Door Dash as their menu! Awesome! So fair, and THANK YOU! Thank you for being kind to your consumers. 2nd, their pricing of the pizzas, I consider it fair and the options provided, delightfully smart and considerate! I can order just a 1/4 of each pizza flavor, try more pizza flavors, all for fairly the same price as if I was ordering 1/2 or a whole pizza! Their single slice (which honestly is enough for 1 meal) is literally just 1/2 price of their 1/2 pizza or 1/4 of their whole pizza...+.50 cents difference for some flavors (which I can definitely live with for the option of having more flavor choices in my order). This is probably feasible b/c their pizzas are squares rather than whole pies. So no more having to buy myself 2 whole pies just so that I can have a 2nd flavor option. Other insights are that the ones reliant on ingredients, like the mushroom shallot pizza, is generously jam packed with ingredients (meaning I can't even see the pie), while the more sophisticated ones like prosciutto pineapple are elegantly, tastefully decorated. Finally, this is the first pizza EVER in my life that I got delivery (then waited another 40 mins) and didn't feel the need to reheat my pizza in my airfryer. Unlike other Americanized pizzas heavily reliant on and covered in cheese for flavor (which needs to be hot to be enjoyable), their pizza cooled down was delicious still (can be like a savory light, crispy focaccia bread you get from a bakery). Of course, certain flavors with more cheese covering on it/heavier, are still tastier reheated (airfryer 320F for a few minutes does wonders for reheating pizza, makes it like freshly made). I got: 1) San Marzano Tomato Fresh Mozzarella (was my favorite! The most light yet just right seasoning. Keeping it simple really tastes the best! Aside from very fresh + plentiful basil leaves, there seems to be a slight drizzle of olive + chili oil? Delish!), 2) Acorn Squash (3rd fav, just right slight sweet + savory) 3) Pineapple prosciutto Jalapeno (2nd fav b/c I love pineapple pizzas & that combo Prosciutto is a saltier meat tho) 4) Roasted Mushroom Shallot (4th fav b/c also love mushrooms) 5) Bolognese: this was delicious reheated, cooled down it was a bit saltier. Honestly they were all delicious and aside from #1 choice, the others are ranked due to personal ingredient favorites & purely b/c have to rank. Or else 2-4 are same level. Highly highly recommend. Muah.

Yelp
What I look for in pizza is to make sure that's sauce is on point, and this pizza did not dissapoint. I only tried the pepperoni pizza I was just on time, so didn't try anything else. Wait time is normal about 15 to 20 minutes. It was around lunchtime so it wasn't as crazy. Over all good pizza

Yelp
Really good pizza. Surprisingly not that greasy. Will def come back. Parking is tough, but it's echo park so nothing new.

Yelp
Great service and great food. The staff is very friendly and I can see this becoming a very big community staple restaurant that I will be visiting again soon.

Yelp
I wasn't expecting much from Triple Beam Pizza, but it definitely exceeded my expectations. The restaurant is small with no indoor seating and just a couple of tables for seating outside. You order your food at the register and the pizza is made fresh after placing your order. Since we had just eaten lunch but I was in the mood for a snack, I decided to opt for their "Big Slice" which is a "slice" of pizza cut into three more manageable pieces ($6.95). You can also order pizza by the whole or half. I decided to go for their Acorn Squash pizza and boy am I glad I did! I loved the sweet and savory combo of the honey with acorn squash, mozzarella, cacio de roma cheese and crushed red peppers. The crust was perfectly crisp and I loved every bite. The pizza does get messy with all the honey though, which will definitely drip down your hands, so make sure to grab some napkins or come with wet wipes or you'll be left with a sticky mess. I didn't see a restroom inside so I definitely walked down Sunset with some sticky hands afterwards. Nevertheless, if I found myself in the area again, I'd definitely be back for more.

Yelp
Their acorn squash pizza is so good. I will never forget my first bite. I have ordered from here since and now when I think about pizza, this is the first place I'll think of. Triple Beam acorn squash is where it's at. The pepperoni is good too, the peps curl up and are crunchy. Margarita is okay too but nothing beats the acorn squash. Also had their cauliflower appetizer and it's not bad.

Yelp
I really wanted to like this place as I enjoyed the first time I visited it months back. Buuuut, the customer service was atrocious this time. Prompted this actually. Annnd they discontinued the Bolognese Slice?!?!!! WTF?! That's craziness! Haha. It was the only slice here worth driving to the east side from the west side for. YIKES! Anywho, the young human (tattoo of stars or something on her collar bones) who "helped" me was as helpful as a cat doing dishes. Eeeek. #respectfully COME ON TRIPLE BEAM!!! Do better! You're sooo much better than this experience! 3 stars for pizza as I love pizza. A negative 5 stars for service! An update-- What's overwhelmingly saddening is the super snarky and negative correspondence I received from Charlotte S. (An employee, I think) after posting my experience above. I tried to screenshot this but it was erased before I could share it with the Yelp community. Super unfortunate. Super appalling! All and all, I still stand by the solid pizza... But these types of practices in regard to service are very unfortunate! I hope no one else experiences what I have and this nudges the team into better habits. "I yield my time..."

Yelp
A very underrated pizza parlor adhacent to the Echo concert venue . I grabbed a quick slice before my show tonight and it was made burnt the way I like it ! The only issue with this place is it closes too early - 10pm most nights is a tad early - most pizza places stay open late for when these concerts finish so they can get the rush on the way out !

Yelp
Trimble beam never disappoints. Every pizza I've tried from here has been incredible, you really can't go wrong. This was my first time trying their vegan pizzas and was honestly expecting them to be less good than their non-vegan pies but I was pleasantly surprised - both vegan flavors were just as good!! The chorizo and squash was great, so flavorful and didn't miss the dairy at all. Not usually a fan of vegan cheese so I was super stoked that they opted out on the fake cheese while somehow still hitting on the creaminess and decadence that cheese would usually give. The pomodoro sounds basic, but every ingredient was perfect and came together as the perfect, simple pizza that hit the spot!

Yelp
I got their cauliflower pizza via delivery on DoorDash and I think it was pretty good. Crust wasn't dull or too chewy as I've seen other places lack on the Cauliflower crust having a cardboard consistency. Loved their Roasted Mushrooms & Shallot pizza thought it was very flavorful and light. Didn't have me feeling too heavy or bloated afterwards. Brussels Salad was also refreshing too! Def would reorder from this spot (:

Yelp
Great Roman style pizza. Crisp crust, tasty cheese and perfect amount of saltiness. Some of the best I've ever had. Really great.

Yelp
Food was amazing! One of the best pizzas I've ever had. Mushroom one is my favorite, it was very moist and the selection in the menu is different from regular pizza places.

Yelp
Last weekend, my family and I went on a trip to Los Angeles to celebrate my big sister graduating with her Masters Degree in Clinical Rehabilitation & Counseling from CSU LA! :) -- Leslie did us an honor and served us great food & service! The food here was bomb, fulfilling, and authentic! Thank you for making our short family trip sweet

Yelp
The food was great! Would definitely recommend the mushroom & chalet pizza and the San Marzano pizza, my two favorites. Customer service was good, patient with new-comers. Could use a little more seating. Regardless, great restaurant! :)

Yelp
Overrated hipster pizza. Decent topping selection but we went for the traditional pepperoni pizza. When the pizza delivery arrived, the box felt so light. I spent $40 for a basic pizza inclusive of tax and delivery. I will admit the crust was decent with a foccacia type crust: light, pillowy, and chewy. Overall the pizza was underwhelming. Not hearty at all. They skimp on the cheese. Pepperoni were tasty but not generous. We were not satiated at all. I would have rather bought 2 Domino's pizzas for the same amount of cash and felt satisfied. Don't believe the hype, not that great.

Yelp
If you like thin crust pizza, this is the place for you. Came here on a Thursday night. Foot traffic was consistent but wasn't super busy/packed since you order inside and wait outside for your food to be made. Service is pretty quick too. Our food was ready in less than 15 minutes. We ordered half acorn squash and half pineapple, prosciutto, and jalapeño pizza, and garlic knots. The honey on the acorn squash pizza was a nice touch topped with more red pepper flakes. Edges of the crust was on the hard/crunchy side. The pineapple, prosciutto, and jalapeño pizza had a slightly thicker crust and tastes how you would expect it to. Garlic knots were not as flavorful as I thought they would be but were still soft and fresh. The knots also came with a container of sauce for each so ratio for the sauce was perfect. There is outdoor seating in front of the restaurant. For parking, there is a parking lot down the block that is walking distance or metered parking on Sunset Blvd.

Yelp
Real good pizza. The crust is strong and crunchy and the price isn't bad either. I will say the garlic knots aren't anything crazy. They're real big, but they don't really taste like much. Just tasted like a big dinner roll.

Yelp
We just finished a dinner of two half pizzas from Triple Beam Pizza: one was fennel and sausage, the other mushroom and shallot. Both were made with gluten free dough. In our family, Nancy Silverton is highly esteemed, going way back to her La Brea bakery and more recently Pizzeria Mozzarella. We have used and enjoyed her cookbooks often. So eating these pizzas was especially disappointing. The crusts were heavy and unappealing. The toppings were bland and uninteresting. We tried a few of the wedges and gave us. We thought about saving the remainder for leftovers, but we agreed it wasn't worth it. They went into the trash. Maybe the regular pizzas as better, but if you're looking for GF fare, look elsewhere.
