To my surprise this huge brewery was not packed, with plenty of empty tables to choose from! I don't usually go to breweries because I don't drink beer or care for sports. But my partner recommend the food here, and I was in the mood to try a new spot for dinner.
Here's what I had:
TRIPLE ROCKS - $6
Three (3) Mac + Cheese croquettes and chipotle mayo.
This was presently well on a bed of arugula (yay free side salaed!), and I thought it was pretty tasty!
COCONUT-MEATBALLS - $7
Five (5) Small beef + pork meatballs, Coconut-ginger broth, Thai herbs, Fresh Jalepenos.
This was much sweeter than expected, but good! I honestly wish it came with a side of white rice because of the broth, hehe.
ARUGULA BOWL - $8
Organic Arugula, Apples, Shredded parmesan, Candied walnuts, Lemon Vinaigrette.
I added the Salmon for an additional $6. I was very impressed with how the salmon came out. It was crispy on t he outside, and moist on the inside. I'm always afraid of the salmon coming out dry. The overall dish was so good with the different tastes of both sweet and savory. I really enjoyed this dish!
I figured since I was here I should get a drink. Since I don't drink beer, I figure a cider will do:
GOLDEN GATE CIDER - $7.50
This had apples in it and it tasted pretty light. I was too full to finish it, but hey, I gave it a shot!
I like it here, and would come back with a larger group. Service was very great, and the staff here are friendly. I'm happy that even though I don't drink beer, I know I can order food that has great quality.
