"Dinner service is available, but daytime dim sum is the real reason to go to Renton’s Triumph Valley. (A second location is slated to open in Shoreline early this year.) It’s best to arrive before opening time on weekends to avoid the long lines of people who agree that this dim sum is some of the best in the metro area. Don’t skip the crispy shrimp rice rolls, salted egg yolk mochi, and pan-fried dumplings with chive, shrimp, and pork." - Jay Friedman

"Triumph Valley is a Renton Chinese restaurant that specializes in both hot pot and dim sum. And while the tables are set up for a broth-based meal, you should come during lunch to eat some great dim sum. Order the deep-fried chive, shrimp, and pork dumplings that puff up like dainty profiteroles, and make sure the stuffed Chinese eggplant overflowing with flavorful shrimp paste hits the table. And if you really want to do it big, get their garlic fried crab, which is an entire crispy crab caked in fried garlic." - kayla sager riley, carlo mantuano

Google
Great dim sum with a few offerings I don’t normally see at other dim sum locations. Pretty busy on a Sunday, but after 2pm it died down quite a bit. Good value for the price. Will definitely be back.

Google
Overall good experience. Youre greeted with a tea when you arrive and the order was easy to make. The crispy tofu was a highlight of the meal. Definitely recommend getting it.

Great Dim Sum place! The staffs are great and friendly, you can order food from a tablet it is very convenient. Will likely come back with friends and family!

If you’re looking for top-notch dim sum in Renton without making the trek all the way into Chinatown, Triumph Valley Dim Sum is the place to go. They offer a wide variety of classic Cantonese favorites—from perfectly steamed siu mai and tender beef tripe to crispy chicken feet and fragrant congee. Their baked buns and egg tarts are outstanding: fresh, hot, and beautifully golden on top, just like what you’d find at a busy dim sum parlor in the International District. Beyond the impressive menu, Triumph Valley Dim Sum also delivers friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere. The prices are surprisingly low for the quality; it really feels like a Chinatown spot that just happens to be in Renton. Whether you’re a longtime fan of dim sum or trying it for the first time, this restaurant is an excellent pick for a weekend brunch with friends and family. Don’t miss their steamed pork ribs or any of the fresh rice noodle rolls—they’re consistently delicious and keep you coming back for more.

Google
This is a solid dim sum restaurant. I came here at 12 pm with some friends and we had a good time. The shrimp dumplings were very good, lots of meat and dumplings were pretty thin. Soup dumplings were some of my favorites. Chow mein was also a good side with the mapo tofu. The golden salted egg yolk bao was the only disappointing dish I had. Just lacked flavor that some of the Vancouver restaurants have. Definitely stop by if you want good dim sum without driving to Vancouver.

Google
Triumph Valley Restaurant occupies a former steak house just south of a Clarion Motel on East Valley HWY. The tablet ordering pad is an efficient way to place Dim Sum order after being seated. Your order is filled within 10 minutes and there was little wait time on the day of our visit. All the varieties of Dim Sum were served hot and FYI- condiment jar of chili oil sauce is blistering hot. Deep Fried varieties were crispy and fresh cooked. We thought the shrimp and chive steamed dumpling and bean curd shrimp wraps were very good. The Shrimp Rice Rolls were also very good. Shrimp were crunchy and the rice flour roll had a smooth slippery texture. Pricing is reasonable and portions on some varieties of dim sum are for hearty appetites. Some of the walls were stained with food splatter. The Dark brown and black colors of the former restaurant is a slight distraction. Fish Tank looked lively with fresh shrimp and lobster. Lots of parking and reservations on weekends are suggested.

Google
Delicious food, I like the Singaporean style stir-fried vermicelli here, the dumpling dishes are very big and fresh, especially the roasted duck is very delicious, reasonable price

Google
We visited with high expectations, but we left disappointed. The flavors were good, but the food was excessively greasy, leaving an oily aftertaste after just a few bites. On the bright side, the restaurant is spacious with easy-access parking, and the customer service is excellent. Despite these positives, we won’t be returning to Triumph Valley.

Yelp
Came on a Sunday around 1:30PM, man, was it busy?! Took us an hour to get seated for a party of 2. We ordered almost immediately using their tablet so it was easy. We ordered the usual dimsums and some of them were served quick! But once we dug in, you can tell they were not freshly steamed/made. They were just lukewarm and probably was just left in the warmer. My favorite beancurd wrapped pork/shrimp roll was quite a stark difference /disappointment compared to my last visit (see my first review). Compared to my last visit, this time the outer skin was darker and just dense instead of crunchy. Though, the shrimp filling inside was nice and well seasoned. Also, imo, their red bean paste sesame ball can be a little sweeter to bring out the nutty taste of red bean paste. Again, i'm still not a big fan of their chili oil. Wish it was a little more fragrant and savory than just tasting like oil and red pepper flakes. Not a deal breaker but wish it was better to tie it all together.

Ginny C.

Yelp
Dim sum was so good with some special house items like the crispy shrimp roll and mochi with salted egg yolk. Those two dishes were the star of the day. The other items were solid as well. I liked the shrimp rice Rolls and fried shrimp balls! Can you tell I really like shrimp? We walked in and signed up for the yelp waitlist on the iPad. I came in at 2:10pm and it was after the rush but there were still some people waiting jn the lobby. You'll get a text when the able is ready and they'll call it out as well. I was worried that some items would be out since I came late but I was able to order everything I wanted. My table had an iPad and I was able to put my order in directly to the kitchen. Super cool and efficient! 10/10 would recommend :)

Yelp
Pretty good dim sum! I feel like my standards for dim sum are high having grown up in SF and lived in Chinatown for a handful of years with my grandma. Sui mai is good, cherng fun is good and the chicken feet are hella tender. The satay tripe is OK, a bit sweet and portions for the tripe are on the smaller side compared to the Bay Area. The egg tart exceeded my expectations and is likely one of the best I've had. Very flaky, perfectly sweet, and the egg custard is a tiny bit on the watery side. Missing the traditional dim sum carts as they have an iPad you can order from but there's pros and cons. Overall, would come back and prices were fair! ~10 dishes for $87

James L.

Yelp
Really good dim sum and seafood. Today we had all dim sums and fried crab with dried garlic, was so good. Recommend. Will come back.

Maitreya M.

Yelp
If I could give -5 stars I would. This place is so downgraded and they seem to have no Customer Service as all. I order the brisket and the meat still has blood in it, not cook or even well done. Will never come back. I should spend my money somewhere else and wont feel sooo upset like this. Totally bad experience!

Dena F.

Yelp
Tramp valley has been on my wish list for a bit so I I decided to stop by for takeout dim sum, while in the area. I ordered bbq pork buns, custard buns, purple sweet potato buns & sticky rice in lotus wrap. All were quite good, although I didn't expect the bbq pork buns to be steamed. The hostess was very nice and helpful. Definitely plan to return to dine in next time.

Katie N.

Yelp
This was my second time here for lunch and will be coming back. The food comes in large portions and is ethentic in taste and flavors. It's super easy to order on their iPad that's located at each individual table with pictures for those who don't know what certain items are called. The interior is spacious. I believe they have a hot pot option though I have not personally tried it. There is lots of parking and the customer service is quick and friendly. Overall, a great place to grab your dim sum, that taste good and a reasonable price.

Ian M.

Yelp
This restaurant was one that I found on Yelp close by to my hotel and SEA-TAC airport that boasted great reviews on their dim sum. The restaurant is huge and can accommodate a lot of families, but I came off hours and there were five other tables seated. I ordered a lot of food for one person (on purpose) so I'd have yummy leftovers for later. Even though other Yelp reviews mentioned the size of the dim sum, I was surprised when delivered. Not only were they delicious and perfectly made, but also enormous...! After ordering food on a Tableside tablet, the servers bustled about ensuring all the diners had what they needed to fully appreciate their meals. I'll definitely be back and I'll be bringing reinforcements to help with the large portion sizes! When walking towards the dining area you will walk past dozens of tanks holding fresh catch in them. Everything from crabs to lobster and fish. I'm sure more than one child has been fascinated to stand there and watch the creatures....!

Cera-Lyn S.

Yelp
Food was great. Got there early before open and got seated right away. Service was fast in beginning and then slowed down. Great place for large groups. The eggplant with shrimp was my favorite but overall would return. Recommend getting there before open to avoid long wait

Shigeki T.

Yelp
Good selection in the menu, everything we ordered came out fast, freshly cooked and delicious. The menu tablet makes it easy for non-Chinese speakers like me to choose and place order.

Wennie H.

Yelp
Usually come here for the dim sum and it's always good...came for a family birthday celebration and food was okay. Food was greasy, flavors were meh. Not sure I would come back for dinner. Service was a toss up, we asked for gloves and the server said there weren't any (as she had gloves on), asked another server and he brought us one pair. All in all, it was fine and the space was adequate for our large party.

Alissa F.

Yelp
This place is always packed. Get there early on the weekend or definitely expect to wait. This isn't your typical dim sum with the carts being pushed around, everything is made fresh to order. Ordering is a breeze since each table has a tablet along with the pictures, but the WiFi connectivity issues kept interrupting making it harder to get our orders in. Let's get to the food. Everything we had was good. Full of flavor, cooked well and the portions are huge. That being said it is a little on the pricier side for dim sum. Service was just ok, we had to hunt a server down for our water to be refilled, but that wasn't too big of a deal considering how busy the restaurant was. Definitely check this place out if you like dim sum.

Declan H.

Yelp
Came here for a dim sum dinner and was happy with how quickly we were seated for being a larger party. I wouldn't say the food was amazing, but it wasn't bad at all. Service was a bit hard to get a hold of but the staff were nice and helpful when asked for something. I wish the soup dumplings were better - I have had better (from frozen) at home. However, everything was well priced and despite getting almost the entire dim sum menu, the final bill was very reasonable.

Rachel S.

Yelp
Food was amazing. Everything we ordered was outstanding. Highly recommend. Service was fast and servers are nice. Ambience is relax but could be a little loud. But the food did not disappoint. For sure one of my favorite Chinese spots.

Kimmy L.

Yelp
With few Cantonese options on the Eastside, my family has been venturing to Triumph Valley for dim sum (which is what they're known for) and dinner. Dim sum is extremely popular on the weekends, and so make sure to get there right before opening (they open at 11am) to avoid having to wait in the long line that forms out the door. Dinner is less popular though and so it's much easier to grab a seat. The GOOD: - SHRIMP DUMPLINGS (HAR GOW) - of the dim sum dishes we've had, these are the BEST! They come in a set of 4 and are large, plump, and juicy. - GOLDEN CUSTARD BUNS - these buns are super fluffy on the outside and hot and gooey on the inside. Don't bother trying to cut these in half because the filling will squirt out. - SALTED EGG YOLK MOCHI - these are basically the mochi form of golden custard buns. The mochi is nice and crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside and the custard filling is hot and just a tad sweet. Definitely worth a try! - FRIED TARO CAKES - these cakes are like radish cakes, except they have a crispy sesame outside and some Chinese sausage mixed into the taro, giving the dish extra savory and umami notes. - GARLIC PEAVINE - the leaves are super tender and cooked with lots of garlic. No complaints here, except they might not always have it available. The OKAY: - STEAMED BBQ PORK BUNS - while the outside was nice and fluffy, the inside filling was too sweet -BUDDHA'S DELIGHT- this vegetarian dish has lotus root, tofu, celery, onions, zucchini, carrots, black mushrooms, and wood ear mushrooms tossed in a pink fermented bean sauce. This dish was decent overall, but could have a stronger fermented bean flavor. -XO RICE ROLLS - this dish has been a hit or miss. The first time we went, it had lots of XO flavor (which is basically dried scallop). This last time we went, the flavor was lacking. -XO FRIED RICE- similar to the rice rolls, this dish didn't have a lot of XO flavor. It also didn't have any protein other than egg white. The EH: - SEAFOOD AND TOFU HOT POT - we are big fans of seafood hotpot, but unfortunately, there wasn't much seafood to be had. The broth/slurry was also bland - OYSTER AND PORK HOT POT - again, as big fans of seafood, we were looking forward to fresh oyster stew. However, the oysters were chewy like firm tofu- I'm pretty sure they were dried originally and rehydrated in the stew which was disappointing. The dish also lacked pork belly. - BLACK PEPPER BEEF VERMICELLI - this dish looked interesting and wasn't like anything we've ever had before. It's basically a huge pan of crispy vermicelli folded over beef, peppers, onions, and bean sprouts. While we liked the crispy noodles, the dish itself was quite tasteless. Service is decent and the waiters try to be attentive as possible, but with such a large restaurant, you may need to be patient during dim sum hours. Triumph Valley has an EXCELLENT health rating which is the highest health rating possible. Their tables, floors, and restrooms are clean. Would definitely recommend this place for large parties as they have extensive seating. Overall: 3.5/5 for food, 4/5 for service, 5/5 for atmosphere

A A.

Yelp
The food is good, but the lady that led people to the table at the waitlist desk is bad, We need a big table, there is a empty one, but She keep it for a hour later's reservation, ok, that's fine. Later, we saw a big table's people almost Done and paid the check, we ask her if we can get that table because no one in front of us. She said: It doesn't have to be for you guys. Bad service, mandatory 18% service charge

Brianna F.

Yelp
90+ degree Seattle Friday? A perfect day for dim sum! Walked in a little after noon today and there was no wait. We were seated almost immediately and got to ordering on our table's tablet. I love that you can order right from the tablet - there are photos and item descriptions and you don't need to wait for the staff. There's also a button to request water or request a staff member if you have additional questions. We only got a few things - shrimp and chive steamed dumplings, chicken feet, shao mai, and df shrimp bean curd rolls. Overall super tasty food and quick service. Will definitely be back again!

Ben K.

Yelp
Food was amazing. Love the self-service ordering. It was packed when we got there so there was a little bit of wait but overall, it was an enjoyable experience and good food.

Aindra T.

Yelp
If you're going for dim sum on the weekends, you better get there early or expect to wait a long time! But a great option if you don't want to drive to international district. The food is great, although sometimes it does take a while to come out after youve ordered. We've experienced this during dim sum as well as for dinner.

Tawnya L.

Yelp
The BEST dim sum I've ever had. This place had strong reviews and they were accurate. 6 of us went on a Sunday. There was quite the line up of people waiting for tables but we were able to add our party to the waitlist and were in position 13. Our wait was 23 minutes (not bad!). We were seated and service was fast. You order on the iPads and food is brought very quickly. There are not any carts here. We ordered 18 dishes and stuffed ourselves on the glorious food. There was more than enough and we took away 3 boxes of leftovers. The total bill was $180 which is incredible considering the enormous amount of food we ordered. Our favorites were the shrimp balls and the shrimp tofu least favorite were the egg tarts which were not custards enough and heavy on the egg. The only drawback is the seating can be cramped. This place converts to hotpot at night so those tables (especially in the center) have little to no leg space.

Kim Y.

Yelp
Came here right when they open. There was already a line. After we got seated, I noticed the iPad right away and ordered. We got our sticky rice pretty quickly but it took over 1/2 hr to get the rest. I had to ring for help. That is unacceptable for customers to wait that long. The food was okay but nothing too special. We had the salty egg mochi and it was ok. I didn't like the so-called crunchy exterior. It was more hard than crunchy. I wouldn't order that again - in fact, I would probably not come back.

Brenda S.

Yelp
The image speaks for itself. Although the line is outrageous, the food is absolutely worth it. The hargow was extremely savory and the rice paper was soft. The shui mai is meaty and you can tell that this place doesn't skim on their size. Their chicken feet is soft and tastes clean. My favorite would have to be the pork bun that is in a pear shape. The filling is meaty and the outer layer is a crispy mochi style bun. It is probably one of the better dim sum places outside of Seattle in my take. And the best part, you do not need to drive up to Seattle to enjoy great dim sum.

Kevin E.

Yelp
We recently held a birthday celebration at this restaurant. The host suggested one of their pre-planned menus with 10 courses. They allowed changes to better satisfy our preferences. The bar area was set aside for our party at no additional cost. The dishes were very large. They were tasty--family from Richmond, BC (a Chinese food capital) commented on how good everything was. They have large TV screens for showing picture reels. Everything went well. We would definitely recommend this venue for anyone looking for good Chinese food

Mary N.

Yelp
Updating my review as they have implemented so many changes and I've finally curated my order down to my favorite dishes. Pro tip: if you come here on a weekend, try to get here before they open as food will take a while to come out and even longer when you're on the waitlist. I LOVE the radish cakes here. It is definitely fried with less dough and more radish creating the perfect ratio. The chicken feet is my favorite, so well seasoned and delicious. Don't pass on the shrimp rice rolls, they're so much better than the ones with the Chinese doughnuts in them. The eggplant with shrimp is another must as well. We also ordered the fish fillet plate the last time we were here and it's seriously so underrated and I would highly recommend. Ordering has been easier with their tablets so you never have to hunt a waiter down.

Van N.

Yelp
I love coming here for happy hours. The drinks is so good and they make them look all so pretty . And for $6 you just can't beat it. Always get their tofu and cod fillet and house special clams.

Quin N.

Yelp
So many options to choose from! And theyre all so wonderful and tasteful at that. Not to mention, inexpensive (compared to other dimsum spots haha). My family and I usually come by on a weekend and always consequentially end up waiting for over 1-2 hours for a table. I personally think the wait is well worth it for the price and quality. Would recommend to go with friends. I really enjoyed their shumai. Will come by more often!

Carol T.

Yelp
Gosh the wait is crazy, even for middle of the week Wednesday (granted it was summer and also a holiday). The amount of tables vs the amount of wait staff was not enough, some of the food we received was lukewarm at best. Still not as good as some dimsum places in downtown Seattle, but a good option if you're nearby. One notable thing is their crispy dough wrapped with rice rolls, this was done so well! The inside stayed crispy and the rice roll is super silky. The price point for this particular dish was good as well. Don't think I'll be back any time soon, their pork and shrimp dumpling was disappointing, not much distinct flavors, just tasted like pork.

Smaly K.

Yelp
There was a pretty long wait when my cousin and I came, probably close to an hour wait. We came for dim sum, and my cousin liked it, but I felt like I've had better. It wasn't anything great to me. And service was slow that day. It took a while for anyone to comd by after we've gotten our food. Maybe it was an off day. Their menu sounds tasty; maybe I'll give it another chance.

Chara C.

Yelp
excellent food all around, okay service. lots of drink and food options. peking duck portion was small but good.

Sarah S.

Yelp
We came here as a party of four on Saturday, and waited about 20 minutes for a table. We enjoyed our time here-it was comfortable and our dishes were excellent. We wish we could make reservations and also provide black vinegar bottles for their tables!

Jordan L.

Yelp
Went here with my family. The food was pretty good. I don't think it's the best dim sum I've had but it's not bad when you want that dim sum fix. My only quarrel was with the seating. I sat at a larger table but I was in the middle and had little to no leg room because of the appliance in the middle and the people behind us were sitting pretty close as it is. So if you're tall, try to sit on the ends. I'm not even tall, but I definitely wasn't comfortable.

Ellie N.

Yelp
Din sum dishes here are even better than Vancouver! It is a hidden gem for lovers of authentic Cantonese cuisine! Their shrimp wonton soup is a standout, featuring tender, expertly crafted dumplings swimming in a rich, flavorful broth that warms the soul. The inviting atmosphere enhances the dining experience, coupled with attentive and friendly service!

Sunny Y.

Yelp
Good diversity of dishes! Service is efficient, and as can be expected from a dim sum place the ambiance is quite a lively experience. Gai lan- steamed plate, has quite a bit, cooked pretty well. Egg tart- light and flaky, a bit oily. Custard is very soft. Mochi Liu Sa Bao- nice crispy outer layer, purple mochi and lots of egg inside. It's actually really well done, and best eaten when hot- stays pretty toasty since it is enclosed. Make sure to save lots of room for this one- it's mochi and very filling. Radish cake- classic. Sticky rice- lots of large chunky cuts of meat inside. Might try the rolled noodles instead next time.

Willis W.

Yelp
Best Asian restaurant in Seattle!! Delicious and authentic Cantonese food and great service! I love their wonton soup and Shrimp rice rolls, and so many other choices! I highly recommend this place and definitely want to visit again! FIVE STAR!!!!

Babette C.

Yelp
Came here on Labor Day because we saw that the Seattle Times said this was the best dim sum in the Seattle area and we love us some dim.Of course that was a stupid idea because everybody was there. We decided to wait the hour it took to seat us because everyone waiting was Asian, so that means it's good. Luckily a lot of people gave up, so we got a text saying our table was ready when they said it would be ready. Nice job on the algorithm predicting our seating time guys. As for the dim sum, it's okay. All of it was good, but not as good as the stuff we'd get in San Francisco or LA where we're from. My favorite bite was the deep fried pork dumplings which is the shape of a pear and it looks like it's almost baked. The mouth feel reminded me of an apple dumpling but with tasty pork filling. It even tasted like there was a little cinnamon in it. Don't get me wrong, it's all good, but so far my favorite place for dim sum in Washington is Engimono in Tacoma which has cleaner flavors. The deep fried shrimp balls tasted like they were cooked in old oil here and I felt like every thing we tried, Engimono did better. But I might come back if I'm in the area if only to try the other dishes we didn't have this time around.

Hieu N.

Yelp
I cannot imagine is how bad their service here. They keep chatting, and ignore the customers who waiting for the seat. She lets me go in without notice what table and then she keeps talking with other server. We had to stand in the hall way about 15mins. Then she recognized she forgot us, without saying anything she lets us seat. Their servers don't know how to talk they just keep silent.

Shay B.

Yelp
Food was just OK. The Chinese bok Choy was good. We didn't care for the Mongolian beef or noodles or the fried rice. I heard the egg drop soup was ok and also heard great things about their dim sum but I have yet to try it. I was with a party of 13 which half for kids and the service wasn't great. We had to wait around for about 15 minutes and then go find someone to seat us. Then, when we were ordering, they just seemed irritated and weren't really helpful. After we eventually got our food, they never came and checked to see how it was. They provided us our dishes and left promptly and out of the three times that they came and brought food there was one different person each time.

Kathy N.

Yelp
Busy spot with decent dim sum. We waited 30 min for a table. You get on the waitlist using an iPad at the front desk station. Once seated, you order off an iPad and they bring you the food. Checkout can be done by calling for the waitstaff through the iPad. The food came out in waves, noticeably the fried foods first and then the steamed. We ordered 9 dim sum items and then the salt & pepper squid which was almost $20 for a total of $76.2 before tax ($84.52 after tax). Salt & pepper squid was golden but not very salty and the squid was soft and tender. Custard buns were bland but creamy. They were big buns with a super soft dough. Egg tarts had such a deliciously sweet and creamy filling; I recommend this one. They use a pastry shell instead of cookie crust which I like because it was flaky but the dough itself was a little bland and dry. I also really liked the steamed rice roll with shrimp. The dough was chewy and stretchy, I loved it. The chive/shrimp/pork pan fried dumpling had ample filling but came out cold. The fried shrimp balls were massive and had good shrimp flavor but I wish it came with the creamy dipping sauce that you normally get at other dim sum spots. I would say skip the stuffed tofu w/ shrimp. I wasn't impressed with it because at other spots it will come in a sweet sauce, which this didn't. It was also quite bland so the lack of sauce didn't help. Lastly, they fried it a little too long and/or used a firmer tofu vs a softer kind so it wasn't creamy like at other places I've had. Overall impressions of the food: big portions, not very salty Service: staff was very nice. I feel like they didn't go above and beyond but interactions with the staff felt very minimal to start with so it's not a complaint

MyAnne K.

Yelp
Triumph Valley is my new favorite dim-sum place. I am VERY impressed with the food and options the offer. I love shrimp everything so I ordered every dumpling with shrimp in it. TV does not disappoint. The dumpling dough is super thin and translucent. The ingredients are so fresh and flavorful. The Hong Kong style duck was FANTASTIC! Hands down my favorite duck ever. The service quick and prompt. I love this place. I'll be back again and again!

K J.

Yelp
It's just "meh." It is what it is, for where it is. Not terrible, not great. WYK...YK. Getting to the table is likely the least positive experience. The longer than normal wait time makes the food a little more disappointing. Overall food comes out quick and sometimes you need to waive down a server. Been there several times and will go back. It's just "meh."

Callie C.

Yelp
Food is just ok & is not worth the 40 minute wait. Beef chowfun did not have much beef, tasted like salt & lacked the "fun". The noodles was hard too. Dimsum dishes are just so so.

Sean B.

Yelp
This was the first time we have been to this restaurant. All I can say is that we were not disappointed. We arrived right after 5pm when they opened and were the first people there. The staff was very friendly and welcomed us, swiftly showed us to a table, and immediately brought us a pot of tea. The dinning rooms are clean, quiet, and very tranquil. It was an over all very pleasing ambiance. We ordered chicken fried rice, Shanghai sweet pork loin, chive and shrimp dumplings, Shanghai soup dumplings, and the salted egg yolk mochi. Everything we ordered was phenomenal, but the two stand outs were the salted egg yolk mochi (these are a must order) and the chive and shrimp dumplings. Everything was of amazing quality, great flavor, and was of significant portion size. We would definitely recommend Triumph to anyone looking for quality dim sum or hot pot. We will absolutely be visiting again.

Yelp
I'm going to preface my review by saying that they are on the pricer side. Prepare yourself to pay more for less. Otherwise, their menu has a lot of variety. If you're in the mood for dim sum, this place will satisfy. Their tofu skins and and chicken feet is nicely marinated; while their chow mein will please anyone with a hangover, a good amount of grease and seasoning. Their shrimp stuff eggplant is nicely put together, the eggplant is sautéed with a fused with a decent size shrimp. Their tripe and pork ribs with taro pairs well with their steam rice; the tripe is cleaned thoroughly with not a lot of chew, and their pork ribs doesn't require much effort of the mandible. Quick service, everything is ordered through their touchpad; little interaction from servers. We came at around 11am, so the wait wasn't too bad and the noise level was fair enough for me to hear my wife talk. I'll come back soon and try their soup dishes and their roast duck since!

Yelp
Was here for Mother's Day - I had heard this place was busy, so I decided to arrive at 9:40 (20 mins before opening). There were maybe 30 or so people waiting in line outside at that point, and then triple that by the time the doors opened at 10:00. From there, it took 30 mins for us to reach the front counter just to add my name to the queue, and then another 45 mins to be called and seated. Not too surprised about the wait time seeing as there aren't many dim sum options in the area. Each table has tablets for you to see pictures of each item on the menu and order them yourself. The food is on the pricey side and the selection isn't large, but they do have some items that I haven't seen elsewhere such as the deep fried taro shrimp. The dim sum was actually quite amazing, almost as good as Vancouver/Richmond BC tier. Tried over a dozen items and especially enjoyed the siu mai, deep fried taro shrimp, sticky rice, and custard buns. I appreciate that they didn't tack on a charge for tea, which is what some other places do. They did automatically add on 18% gratuity for our party of 8, which would've been fine had the service been decent - servers were rude and stressed, it looked like they couldn't handle the busy service well (they later admitted they were short staffed in the kitchen). Really enjoyed the food and don't regret coming here, but at $6-$7 per dish coupled with the long wait, I think I will stick with Chinatown/International District dim sum joints in the future.

Yelp
Note- they no longer serve hot pot which is not accurately updated on their website. Chow mein was crunchy and not finished. Chicken in the fried rice was under done and boiled. Pork in the deep fried dumplings was slimy. Would definitely recommend mama's dough instead

Yelp
AH-MAZING! My family has been raving about this place for years and I'm so glad I finally tried it. I saw it listed as best dim sum restaurant in WA and had to come. This place deserves it. The restaurant ambiance itself seems traditional, while fun and elegant with their metal egg gold seats. The service and ordering system seems high tech and easy to use. And my favorite - the FOOD was super yummy. Tasted like expected or better. The rice rolls tasted fresh, the salted egg mochi was flavorful and different, and the siu mai was tasty.

Yelp
Went in on a Sunday 1:30pm, private party closed for anything but steamed dim sum. I could see staff were under stress apologizing, what a boss!

Yelp
Who knew there was some dim sum on West valley highway. The food was very good, good value on the pocket book. The restaurant needs some updating inside and out. The only major disappointment was that the dinner menu had limited dim sum, it seems that the full dim sum menu is served at lunch. Attentive servers that were always a step a way. Will be back for another try.

Yelp
Had lunch here today and I was kind of disappointed that food wasn't as good I had it last time. Food was lackluster. Waited awhile to get our bill. I like the fact you order from the device at the table and send in to kitchen that way. Anyway. We had a good time nonetheless. Hopefully next time we are back will be better.
