"This Sterling Heights essential specializes in Sichuan dishes with peppercorns that leave your mouth tingling. It’s also one of the few spots featuring vegan and vegetarian-friendly fare. Returning patrons will rightly tell you to go straight to the fried squirrel-shaped fish, but Trizest also has exceptional mapo tofu, spicy popcorn chicken, sweet eggplant with ginger and garlic, plus some deep cut standouts like menu item 14 — a phenomenal side of pork with spicy garlic sauce. On top of its reputation as one of metro Detroit’s most popular Chinese restaurants, Trizest is also ideal for large group gatherings. Want to take your meal home? Order ahead online." - Danny Palumbo

"This Sterling Heights Chinese restaurant specializes in numbingly spicy Sichuan dishes including a handful of vegetarian-friendly items. While classics like General Tso’s chicken are rightfully tempting and delicious, return patrons will tell you to skip straight to the fried squirrel-shaped fish and peppery Sichuan dishes like lamb and vegetables tossed in a spicy bean sauce. The big, circular tables with Lazy Susans encourage sharing." - Brenna Houck

Everything beside the cold appetizer were not good. Crispy squid, the batter is too hard and dry. I don't know how they make it like that. Probably frozen then dump it in the fryer. They do not know how to fry things here. Cumin beef the seasoning wasn't cook all the way through. I think they sprinkle 5 spice powder at the end and therefore you will taste raw seasoning. Service is pretty quick and they check on you but the food is meh. You really have to pick the ones that they have experience in the menu otherwise you will end up wasting some money

Recommend dining in and sharing dishes (family style). A few of my favorites are the Perfume Fish, Crispy Spicy Fried Fish (Dri StriFri Spi Fish), Mapo Tofu, Peapod Tips, Ginger-Garlic Sauce Eggplant (Eggplant w.Ginger G.S), and the Szechuan Green Beans (Sich GN.Bean). They also serve traditional american Chinese like General Tso's Chicken or Beef Lo Mein so there’s something for everyone. We tend to come here for comfort food after a long day of activity to find some balance, but it’s always a great time sharing food with friends! So happy our good friend introduced us to this place and look forward to visiting again soon.

Google
My food was okay but my plate was severely chipped and quite sharp. See my photo. Aside from the safety issue, it was rather ugly and I don't know why they wouldn't just throw the plate away. I mean how much can a plate really cost?

Google
This place was good and I enjoyed the food here, however, it was a bit oily and was not as flavorful as I expected . The portions are huge and the restaurant is spacious. If they reduced the oil and added a little bit of a flavor profile, this food would too notch. The prices are very reasonable for the portions they offer. I would recommend everyone to try this place and decide for themselves. Service seemed basic yet competent. They don’t have excessively friendly servers like a typical American restaurant but they are busy bodies and get your order right. Overall a good place to visit with family.

Extremely yummy Sichuan food - 10/10, can't recommend enough!

Google
I love this place. I am a regular now and love to try new things but also frequently get my favorites. There is usually always the same server who is very sweet but today I had someone different who was also very nice and attentive. I always get the potstickers and either the garlic cucumbers or the sichuan green beans. Today we also tried the garlic and ginger broccoli. Depending on who I’m with, I get the squirrel shaped fish with sweet and sour sauce. This is a staple here but it’s not something one person can finish. The portions here are big so I would recommend coming with a couple friends and sharing stuff so you can have the whole experience. Everything I’ve tried here is amazing. Even classic Chinese favorites have so much more flavor and are so fresh as opposed to your regular Chinese takeout. The orange chicken has pieces of orange rind and the lo mein is another favorite. Come here and it’ll be your favorite restaurant.

Google
The best szechuan chinese food in the area. Friendly staff and good service. They kept checking on us and made sure our drinks were topped off. The food was amazing and the portions were large. Everything was excellent. The vegetables were fresh and not overcooked. The sauces were good and not overly thick. The only thing I would point out was it was a lot less spicy than I was told, but everything was delicious. Highly recommend. This is going to be a new regular for us.

Google
A taste of home honestly. The squirrel fish was really crispy and tender at the same time and the sauces were amazing. The beer duck is also a must try!

Yelp
My toddler children are super picky eaters. But one thing they'll never refuse is the lo mein. It has to be only from Trizest too! We have to buy two orders of it. I think they love the texture and flavor. We've tried other places and they don't like it. We usually order the salt and pepper shrimp, sichuan green beans with pork, and sometimes the general tso chicken. The chicken can be a hit or sometimes sometimes it's dry - but yesterday was really good crispy on the outside and they're on the end. The green beans are always on point no matter what the shrimp flavor is the shrimp sometimes it's a little softer than expected, but it's still good. We wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who wants to try good Chinese. If you choose to sit inside, it's spacious and sorta has been updated. Good for a casual meal and good for groups as they have large tables.

Yelp
mapo tofu 2.5/5 Had some flavors and kick of spice to it. the fragrance was good but still lacked flavor overall and could only taste some of the spice it had. braised pork 2/5 The braised pork on the first bite was good but after it was very oily and started to have a weird bitter after taste, which could have been due to the use of reused or old ingredients. korean -chinese black bean paste noodles 1/5 Probably the worst I have ever had as the black bean paste sauce was very of putting as it had a weird sweet flavor to it that shouldn't be there. The noodles used were overcooked and not the correct noddles that was supposed to be used.

Yelp
The only down side is they didn't refill our drinks or rice when it's empty and almond chicken was not good at all. Otherwise, the rest of the meal is delicious and we ordered everything with no spicy sauce - Seafood in a Pot, Cold shaved beef, Cucumber garlic, green beans with minced pork, dried stir fry spicy fish, beef lo mein, mapo tofu, eggplant with garlic sauce. Busy dining place and great for family gathering. Also you have to call to reserve a table for party more than 6

Yelp
Excellent authentic Chinese food. I was sent here by a friend who is first gen Chinese American and enjoyed every bite.

Yelp
Between the ongoing road construction and power outages in the area, I hesitated to drive the long distance to Sterling Heights for lunch. However, I was in the mood for Chinese food, and according to Yelpers, this was the place to be. Tucked into a run-down strip mall, I found it difficult to locate this place. Compared to the photos that I reviewed, the restaurant seemed like it underwent a renovation. Gone are the old carpeting and boldly painted columns. When I entered at lunch, there were a few tables occupied, but soon afterward, the restaurant was buzzing. I had already reviewed the vast menu online and the photos on Google and Yelp, so I knew what I was ordering: salt and pepper squid, double-flavored squirrel-shaped fish, and orange beef. The salt and pepper squid was deep-fried and served with peppers on a bed of lettuce. I enjoyed the lightly coated, lightly seasoned squid and the refreshing bites of fresh lettuce. The squirrel-shaped fish filet, cut to resemble a squirrel's tail, is deep-fried and served with both sweet and sour and savory sauces. I rarely see this on the menu, so I had to have it. The orange beef was flavorful and fantastic. All portions were large, reasonably priced, and well-seasoned. While a number of the dishes had fire icons next to them, none of them were overly spicy. Or maybe the server could tell that I am a spice lightweight. The server was super friendly. I appreciated how she managed all the needs of the various tables. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the meals were prepared.

Yelp
This is an authentic Sichuan Chinese restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious. The service is very good also. We let the waitress choose for us which was a great choice because we would not have been that adventurous otherwise. Highly recommended if you're looking for something unique.

Yelp
Trizest is a gem for anyone who loves authentic Chinese cuisine. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, but the absolute standout for me is the squirrel fish. The presentation is stunning, and the flavor is simply unmatched--perfectly crispy with a sweet and tangy sauce that keeps me coming back for more. If you're looking for a place with delicious food and bold flavors, Trizest is a must-visit!

Yelp
I've been to trizest many times, and it does not disappoint. I just found out about this place a couple months ago and I've been here already a few times. If you love spicy food, this is the place for you. The service is so kind. There are two employees that we always see when coming here, and they are always so nice and helpful. The food comes out so quick too and so fresh! The food comes out family style and the portions are excellent. We always have food to take home. The environment is quiet and never too busy when we come in. This restaurant is very different from the traditional Chinese restaurants. It has an authentic Sichuan style! My husband and I love coming here. Again, if you love spicy foods as well this is the place! The popcorn chicken is one of their popular foods and it's delicious! We haven't tried anything we didn't like yet!

Yelp
Tried this place for dinner over the weekend and was pleasantly surprised. Had good service and thought all the ingredients were fresh and much better than other Chinese restaurants in the area. Really enjoyed the pot stickers, won ton soup and lo mein combo. The lo mein noodles seem soft and homemade and the chicken was juicy and not dry. The Mongolian beef was ok but probably wouldn't get it again. Was on the bland side and didn't have a lot of green onions.

Yelp
We finally had the chance to try Trizest after receiving a recommendation from a friend. There aren't a whole ton of authentic family style Chinese restaurants in Metro Detroit, especially ones that specialize in Sichuan cuisine. We stopped by for a weekend lunch and Trizest wasn't particularly full - maybe only like 2 or 3 other parties. We ordered a couple of dishes: Sichuan Style Green Bean w. Ground Pork ($14.99) - These green beans had good blistered skin with the insides still al dente. These were mixed with tiny green onion pieces and small amounts of meat that's almost of a dehydrated texture. There's a bit of spice from pepper seeds. Mapo Tofu w. Ground Pork ($14.99) - I thought this dish had a bit of a one note flavor of chili oil. There was only the tiniest hint of mala and the black bean sauce didn't contribute much. There's a bit of ginger and garlic mixed in as well and a very small amount of ground pork to round things out. Overall almost a little too bland for a mapo tofu. Maybe undersalted as well? I think they rely a little too much on the chili oil and not layering the spices as appropriate. Squirrel Shaped Fish w. Sweet & Sour Sauce ($19.99) - This fish had great tenderness on the interior with a light exterior crisp. This was served in a very viscous, cornstarch thickened, sweet and sour sauce. It's much less red than I'm used to seeing in this dish. There was quite a bit of ginger added and the taste was very apparent, perhaps even a bit overwhelming at times. Spicy Cumin Beef ($20.99) - This dish smelled the best coming out with a super nice fragrance of cumin and spice. The beef is wok fried, with nice texture more on the dryish side, and a good exterior. There's some ginger flavor and a ton of green onion and chili peppers mixed in. This was the spiciest dish on the table by far - the only one that got me sweating a little. The restaurant has a mandatory 20% service charge and this information is not given in the menu which is kind of skeezy. We only saw on the receipt when the bill came back. Our party was only 4 people which usually doesn't trigger this charge at most restaurants. Trizest is one of the only Sichuan cuisine restaurants in Metro-Detroit, so it's always nice to see one. While the food isn't the best I've had in this cuisine, it's enough to satisfy.

Jennifer B.

Yelp
They definitely have vegan options, but make sure you confirm no pork, fish sauce, or other animal products. I was surprised at all the "vegetarian" items combined with animal products. And if you order a lunch special all your side choices are animal product filled except white rice. I ordered the mapo tofu with no pork. It's silken tofu (a lot of it) in a an oily chili garlic sauce. Fairly spicy. Service was good. Location good. Plenty of parking.

Yelp
My parents and I were long time customers (10+ years) of this restaurant. I live in San Diego now but I always get their squirrel fish when I'm in town. However tonight they lost long time customers. We ordered the squirrel fish and the salt and pepper squid to go. Imagine our surprise when we got home, and the squid, which is $21, contained 10 of the smallest desiccated pieces of squid I've ever seen in my life. That's $2.1/scrawny squid piece. I've included a picture with a spoon for size reference. We called the restaurant and let them know. Instead of an apology or some sort of refund, the chef cursed at my mom on the phone. The complete lack of accountability and unsolicited vulgarity, was astonishing to witness. I understand shrinkflation is a reality but for $21 that dish was an outright ripoff. We won't be ordering from or dining there ever again and I don't recommend anyone patronize an establishment that treats its customers like this.

Yelp
My favorite restaurant for AUTHENTIC Chinese food. I love the Squirrel-cut fish. The seasoning/heat level varies from one end of the fish to the other. i.e. Something for everyone. Yes, they have an American menu if you seek food for laowai's. Service is attentive. Hot food, hot. Cold food, cold. Will I return? Yes!

Michael F.

Yelp
I'm torn because the flavors and textures are insane, but there's excess oil. Plenty of punchy ginger and fresh vegetables.

Michael T.

Yelp
Been here already multiple times. This time dine-in. Slow Tues evening. This place offers consistent authentic Szechuan cuisine. Water boil beef hit the spot and satisfied the craving. Tender layer of beef over bed of vegetables. Would have liked more beef but understand the hiking food costs. Sauce was tasty and addicting. Not too salty = key. Requested no MSG, which was honored. Twice cooked pork excellent. Exactly how it should taste. Oily and savory but again not dying-ly spicy. Paired very well with rice and honestly you want to keep eating despite being full. Again requested no MSG which was honored and salt level was on par with my taste preference. Ambiance was good. Service is what you expect for authentic Chinese restaurant. Not amazing but not and and waiters are attentive. They offer a variety of dishes with a good sized menu that is not overly burdensome and daunting.

Huyen V.

Yelp
Super fast and friendly service. Food is authentic and delicious. It is difficult to find a legit Chinese restaurant in the area. cumin lamb with potato 10/10 Popcorn chicken 8/10 Spicy fried fish 8.5/10 Perfume fish 8/10 Garlic snow pea leaves (9/10) to feel healthly Large portions also! Can't wait to come back and try more dishes!

Greg M.

Yelp
Started my meal with the pork wonton soup, and it exceeded my expectations. The broth was incredibly flavorful, with a satisfying depth that paired perfectly with the tender pork-filled wontons. It was a standout dish that left a lasting impression. Moving on to the General Tso's chicken, it was good, but it didn't quite reach the high bar set by the soup. The chicken was crispy and well-cooked, with a decent balance of sweet and spicy flavors, yet it lacked the same wow factor as the soup. Despite this, I'm eager to return primarily for the exceptional wonton soup. On my next visit, I'm tempted to try their sweet n' sour chicken to explore more of their menu. The service was notably fast and friendly, contributing positively to my overall dining experience. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy delicious Chinese cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere.

John D.

Yelp
Stopped in while running errands. The service, food and ambiance was excellent. I came in for lunch and had a dish I normally enjoy in SF's Chinatown. It was delicious! I had the dried (no sauce) spicy fish for my lunch and soon later in the evening: my dinner! Generous portions.

Lily M.

Yelp
Trizest Restaurant is an absolute gem! The moment you step inside, you're greeted with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The service is top-notch, with the staff being friendly and quick. You can always tell when it's a really good Chinese place when there's actually Chinese people that are eating the food! Now, let's talk about the food. Trizest offers a wide variety of traditional and authentic Chinese dishes. I ate their sesame fried tofu and cumin lamb, and let me tell you, they were amazing! The tofu was perfectly crispy on the outside, with a delicious nutty flavor from the sesame. As for the cumin lamb, it was tender and packed with aromatic spices. Overall, Trizest Restaurant ticks all the right boxes. Great ambiance, speedy service, and tasty dishes. You should definitely check it out.

Jessica K.

Yelp
Bit into a disgusting piece of chicken. Spit it out to find the chicken was literally gray. We got orange, sesame and general tsos chicken and all 3 had the same exact sauce. I was going to let it go because I had sides like the egg roll, fried rice and chicken lo mein. The fried rice had no egg no veggies, chicken in the lo mein was slimy and had a weird texture. Unfortunately I didn't expect the egg roll to be old. I took one bite immediately spit it out. I thought maybe I was just thrown off by the chicken so I had someone else inspect it and they threw it on the plate before it even got bit out of because it smelled bad! Took it all back because nobody was about to eat food that was over a week old. I know its that old because even my 5 day left overs don't smell or taste like that. Of course the old lady at reception was extremely rude. Said their food is always fresh and that we were not welcome back. Which is laughable because why the hell would I opt in to eat rancid food on my own accord? I came here because the reviews were raving. I still didn't have the highest of expectations bc I never do when it comes to Chinese food but this was absolutely disgusting inedible shit. Do better.

Elaine W.

Yelp
Most traditional Szechuan restaurant in town. Been here over 10 times now and everything we tried so far tasted amazing. Dishes are not overtly salty and crazy spicy like some other Chinese places. Portion and price are very reasonable. Service is lacking especially when they are busy. On certain holidays you have to make sure you call WAY ahead to place a take out order.

Todd J.

Yelp
Simply the best Chinese food I've ever had. Flame noodles are amazing (wear a bib). Gong Pao (Kung Pao) is amazing - peanuts and celery! The Wok chicken had amazing potato wedges in it. The dumplings were large, packed with meat, and came with amazing sauce. We could eat here weekly! Simply the best. If you like spicy food this is your place.

Angela G.

Yelp
I was in the mood for more authentic sichuan cuisine, and I think I found it here! For an appetizer I tried the Sichuan cold noodle. The noodles still have a good chew and combined with all the chili oil made it extra refreshing and tasty. I tried their spicy lamb and potato as well as the tofu family style. The lamb cuts were tender and combine really well with the potato slices. Very fragrant and absolutely worth getting. The tofu was fried and came out piping hot and smothered in a nice savory sauce.

Vivianna P.

Yelp
Honestly can't rave about Trizest enough. Always open minded with restaurants, but as a vegan, I'm often wary about flavor, restrictions; and just how vegan-friendly an establishment REALLY is. Although Trizest happened to me conveniently located to my employment, I genuinely would drive an hour to come again. Not only did they have a plethora of general food options, but their vegan list was extensive - and not just appealing with the tofu, vegetarian chicken, etc., but DELICIOUS. And last but not least, the interior decor makes it feel different from your typical lunch-hour choice but a restaurant that cares not only about their quality of food, but quality of care.

Ser L.

Yelp
We were very excited that there was a Szechuan restaurant so close to us. Unfortunately, the food was tepid. The egg roll was full of cabbage, the soup had spice without flavour and the chicken was quite heavily breaded. The service was great, but that is all. You can get a far better meal in the food court at 168 mart grocery store S7 Chongqing noodle etc, far more authentic and delicious flavours.

christopher w.

Yelp
Wanted to try a new Chinese restaurant as Mon Jin Lau has been really bad our last few visits. A Yelp search led us to try Trizest and I'm glad we did. Decor is very nondescript but also very clean and comfortable. Our waitress was awesome giving us advice on what to order that was unique, she did a great job!! We like our food spicy and they did not disappoint on this either. If you're looking for a nice simple restaurant with great food and service, give this place a try!!

Nicole F.

Yelp
This is the absolutely best Chinese food I've had in my life. All of their sauces are incredibly complex, not just sweet. The vegetarian selection is not only large, but full of plant based protein. And the hot jasmine tea was perfect on a rainy day.

marylee p.

Yelp
I picked it out of recommendations from Yelp and we were not disappointed. It was a very busy restaurant the weight staff were very good despite all the busyness. The food was excellent with large portions not that I need large portions. It was lovely.

Risako M.

Yelp
Food was alright not that great. Service was quite slow and unfriendly. But it's probably their culture? Ambiance was fine. So overall, average.

Eid F.

Yelp
Family owned restaurant located in the back of an old strip mall with barely visible signage from the main road. Definitely needs a face lift and a good scrub down. Good for families but not for a fancy dinner. We were seated near a few stacks of boxes of extra utensils and soy sauce. The 3 stars I gave were for the food. The food was delicious with decent sized shareable plates. They had a standard menu with all the norms and a separate lunch menu. We ordered a bunch of dishes but my favorite was the popcorn chicken (salt and pepper chicken). I would definitely return but for takeout only. Service was fast and friendly but only came to the table once at the end to drop off bill and fill up our water.

Elizabeth X.

Yelp
This is a local Chinese favorite - one of the few restaurants with more authentic flavors in the area. My favorites are the eggplant and fried fish! The soup was also so savory. My family and I come here a lot - the service is okay but the food is pretty good. Would recommend.

Jerome A.

Yelp
This ain't no American-Chinese BS. This Szechuan Chinese restaurant cooks up some of the tastiest dishes in the Metro Detroit area! You know you love a place when you go back to get the same damn thing every time, and this place is it for me. I love their spicy salt and pepper shrimp or squid, yibin flame noodle, eggplant with ginger and garlic, seasonal peapod tips, and mapo tofu with ground pork. I will literally get these items every single time I go! I've had the cumin lamb, squirrel shaped fish, and multiple of their vegetarian dishes and loved them all as well. I'm excited to try more of the items on the menu and know that Trizest will always be in the go-to restaurant rotation for as long as I live in the area.

Tony M.

Yelp
we ordered: 1) boiled spicy fish 2) crisp salt and pepper squid 3) Sichuan green beans with pork 4) lamb with cumin all were well prepared good prices worth the trip

Nao Saudade S.

Yelp
Been here for both dinner and the lunch buffet. The food is amazing and top notch. Everything was so flavorful and packed a punch when needed. I've been with a few friends and everyone raved about all the dishes. So sad they discontinued the lunch buffet!

Aracely C.

Yelp
We wanted to find a new Chinese restaurant where we live because the handful of restaurants we have tried were not real Chinese food. We were excited to see this place was Szechuan. We decided to go on a Saturday late lunch. The restaurant is located inside a little center mall. There are other businesses surrounding it, there is plenty of parking. Stepping inside the restaurant, it is very traditional. A lot of tables for big and small groups. The bigger tables have the lazy susans so you can do family style servings. The plates with the bowls and traditional Chinese chop sticks were already set up as you walked to your table. We were given menus and I wanted hot tea. We started to browse the different dishes they offered. My husband is Chinese, so I let him pick all the dishes and I'm not picky. We asked our waitress what she suggested that was spicy. We decided on two dishes and an appetizer. The restaurant was not busy, which was nice because our food didn't take too long to come out. Overall, the food was good, but it was not the best we have had. We were expecting more than what the pictures portrayed, which made me feel disappointed. The Szechuan flavor was barely there, and I wished it could have been more prominent. The portions were big and well served with enough protein. I think if we ever eat here again, we will need to emphasize that we want the dishes spicier and with more of the Szechuan flavor. I would come here again because it is one of the better Chinese restaurants in the area. I think they are other dishes that have potential and might be better.

Mike B.

Yelp
Truly the best Chinese in the area, especially if you're into spicy Sichuan cuisine. I've been many times, but this week tried the dried wok chicken (loved it -- fresh veggies, so many flavors, light), and went with my old standbys -- sichuan cold noodles and garlic cucumber. The typical American Chinese dishes are great here (almond chicken is especially good), but venture out and try something you haven't had before. The dining room isn't the fanciest -- it's a room with tables in a strip mall, designed for eating -- and the service can sometimes be a little spotty (dishes come out randomly), but pay no mind. You're here to eat. It's worth it!

Anna W.

Yelp
Trizest came highly recommended for some good Szechuan cuisine by multiple people, so I was thrilled to check it out. After trying it twice though, I will say that while it has helped satisfy some of my Szechuan cravings, there is still much to be desired. Let's talk about the pretty good first: as a lover of the classic cold chicken appetizer, I was excited to see that Trizest did a pretty good job with it. A little spicy, mainly savory, its a pretty generous sized, tasty appetizer that could easily be mistaken for an entree. My main caveat is that the bones are still in the chicken -- the bones are cooked so soft that the bone/ marrow tends to break all over the place (so for people who don't like to eat the chicken bone/ marrow, you'll have to navigate this dish a more carefully). In addition, I am quite a fan of the perfume fish, which is a classic dish of spicy, soupy fish that pairs deliciously with rice. This dish was humungous as well, and lasted me several meals. While I enjoyed the flavors, I felt that it lacked... spiciness? It had some of the mouth-numbing heat that I was used to, but it never built up to the point where I felt that it was a satisfying level of heat. I have also tried their stir fried green beans, eggplant with ginger sauce, and their squirrel shaped fish that I wasn't the biggest fan of. I felt that the green beans were too salty, the eggplant tasted mainly of oil (and wasn't spicy at all as advertised). For the squirrel fish it came highly rated on Yelp, but when we ordered it, we were disappointed since it just tasted like fried batter with some sweet & sour sauce (kind of like orange chicken)? We were hoping for more of the fish flavor that wasn't there. Maybe I'm ordering the wrong items? But overall, my impression of Trizest is just ok One more thing about the service: it was also just ok (they took their order only after we had been waiting for 20 minutes and had to wave them down). The moment we finished eating, they aggressively cleaned our table off in a rush (even though the restaurant was half full) which was a bit off putting

Jenny Z.

Yelp
I'd say this is great authentic Chinese food in the Metro Detroit. The dishes are seasoned well with the numbing Szechuan Spice. I recommend the eggplant (鱼香茄子). I love eggplant! This dish is one of my favorite for the sauce! In Chinese, we call this "下饭" or "Goes well with rice", or literally "Makes the rice go down". It's really delicious! My friend's must-order is the Crispy Squid with Spicy Salt and Pepper. The squid is cut with little spikes. The dish is garnished with jalapeño and the squid sits on a bed of lettuce. We also got Cumin Lamb. I like lamb for the flavor. I like to order the cumin lamb because it reminds me of Chinese skewers that you would find from hawkers on the streets. The lamb was cooked to crispy and chewiness. So satisfying! Finally, we ordered a cold dish: the Peppercorn Beef Tripe. This is the numbing spice that you would expect at a Szechuan restaurant! The beef tripe is cold in your mouth and then all of the sudden, you'll feel your lips and everything the tripe touches succumb to the numbing. The tripe is chewy like a tendon. Delicious! Everything came with a large bowl of rice. I noticed that the rice was soggy and clumpy, more like rice clumps rather than the grains. But it still serves the purpose of being a staple to the meal. The waitress was attentive to our table as well, making sure we were all set with our dishes and refilling our water.

Yelp
The food was good but everything was ala carte and expensive. If I was just feeding myself I might go back..

Yelp
Lots of vegan options!!! Great food for either dine in or takeout. We've been back a number of times

Yelp
We've ordered food several times and it is always delicious and is always made quickly and accurately, but it is a little pricey. With so many different options when it comes to Asian and Fusion restaurants in the area we will order from them again, but we probably won't do it often.

Yelp
The food was okay but for the portions you receive it is overpriced...No combination specials for dinner so your paying 20 for an entree with no eggroll...

Yelp
Service was quick and efficient. Food was delicious. The Mongolian Beef was a little heavy on onions but otherwise excellent. Egg rolls were fresh and crispy. General Tso's chicken was deliciously spicy as advertised, but the chicken was a little tough. Everything tasted fresh.

Yelp
I've been here sooo many times - even my wedding rehearsal dinner was here. When it comes to sichuan food, this place is our goto. Came here with a bunch of friends and ordered a bunch of dishes and almost everyone was superb tasting and goes really well with white rice. Food came out pretty fast after we ordered and it was a nice pace so the earlier dishes don't get cold. Overall, one of my favorite Chinese restaurants. Try to come with a lot of people so you can eat family style and try an assortment of dishes. You will not be disappointed!

Yelp
My husband's craving for Szeuchan food led us here. The takeout process was quick and easy. We ate at a nearby park. My bean curd and fish with pickled red pepper sauce was great and lasted three meals. It helped clear up my sinuses and I would definitely order again.

Yelp
Really good traditional Szechuan food. We liked the jalapeño chicken and the eggplant with garlic sauce. The service was good.

Yelp
Some of the best Chinese food I have ever had. I usually come here a lot and they never disappoint. I love this place.

Yelp
I love this chinese restaurant because it has authentic chinese food. I love spicy and they make such amazing spicy dishes, my favorite is the popcorn chicken. I recommend everyone to try this place. Of course since this restaurant has been opens for years and years, the decorations and layout is very out of date but that should not bother you since the food is delicious
