"Avondale: Chef Rick Spiros, formerly of Bucktown’s shuttered Bento Box, will launch a new pop-up series called Sushi Riki with a prix fixe menu of inventive maki and handmade gyoza at Trogo Kitchen and Market, 2545 W. Diversey Avenue. Sushi Riki will open at 6 p.m. on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays throughout March, with only 20 seats available each evening.
