I had the opportunity to visit this place yesterday with my coworker, and I was very satisfied. I was looking for something different yet healthy and comforting. It offers a healthier option to barbecue without all the heavy carbs and greasy cheesy macaroni. Don’t get me wrong; I love barbecue and all the sides, but I can’t always consume unhealthy food anymore—it doesn’t agree with me. I appreciated that they had really good healthy veggie sides to pair with the smoked meats. I ordered the jerk turkey, which is a lean cut of meat, along with a baked sweet potato—an option you can never go wrong with—and the broccoli salad, which was fresh and quite good. To drink, I had the mango punch, which was light and refreshing. My coworker ordered the ribs, which were succulent, flavorful, and tender. I preferred my coworkers ribs over the jerk turkey, but she also enjoyed a cucumber salad that was fresh and seasoned with dill. While dill isn’t my favorite seasoning, if you like it, you should definitely give it a try. Overall, it was a good meal, and the the complimentary pickled onions and pickles was a nice touch! If you’re in the area, please check them out. They have two locations, which is great.

Great place for a BBQ meal or sandwich. The food was amazing and the staff very friendly and helpful when I had questions about their menu. Will be my go to place whenever I'm in West Palm Beach.

Had to leave a review just because of how nicely she plated my food and how good the portions were!! Make sure you try all their sauces to dress up your meat they are all very good with lots of variety. Also the guava and cheese bread pudding is a absolute delight, don’t sleep on it I definitely recommend! The food is good and a decent price especially for downtown.

Food is great all over West Palm, and this place stands out. Fast casual, spare ribs are amazing. Brisket is most tender I have ever had. Staff are so sweet and helpful. Yum!

Pure joy at each bite,the food was a delight The sauces are fired I love the mango! And the farmer cocktail was delicious It was above my expectations!!! I will come back for sure

OMG Amazing tender meats. I had the 3 rib lunch special w/2 sides then added some brisket.. The meats were so tender and delicious and the BBQ sauce was delicious . I got the sweet bbq sauce and loved it, also given another barbecue sauce that was yellow.. it was also delicious.. Super friendly staff, I ordered online, pulled up front, threw my car flashes on and ran in/out of the restaurant.. EVERYTHING was quick (from ordering to pickup), and ready when I arrived.. I work within five minute drive of this place and I will be going back again during lunchtime !! Even walking into the place the smell is exceptional..

The tropical BBQ market serves six different types of meat. It is located in the center of West Palm Beach on a side street. I had a pulled pork luncheon plate which included pulled pork and two side, cucumber salad and Cole slaw, I could have had just the side for my lunch but the pulled pork was included. The pulled pork was little dry by there were six different flavors of barbecue sauces, sweet, mustard, fire which was really hot, coffee flavored, and white. I tried them all and liked the heat from the fire. Overall there was enough to justify the cost of 13.00. The customers walk up to the counter to be served. The ceilings are high but the floors are beat up. There are four tables. It looks like they could fit more if they wanted. There was counter seating along the windows. I would return next time I visit Palm Beach.

Wow! I haven't had Ribs in a long time. Succulent, great BBQ taste. I ordered for delivery and they came fast and hot. The mash potatoes are real, not instant. So, make sure you try Tropical BBQ Market!

Superb, the best full slab of ribs I've ever had, and I travel all over the contiguous United States as a truck driver.

We enjoyed some appetizers as part of the Sippin' Santa Pop-Up Bar at Juicy Cocktail Bar, which is next door. The service was quick and the staff were friendly and attentive. The decorations and ambience were fun and festive. It was our first time enjoying the restaurant and Sippin' Santa, but we will definitely be back if they continue it next year. It's a good chance to walk around downtown West Palm Beach.

I was very surprised about this place. There's only a very select few of BBQ places I'm willing to go to and they're all in Alabama. However, I have to add this spot on my list. Great customer service and great bbq. The brisket was tender and went well with the mustard sauce they gave me. They weren't kidding about that habanero sauce, it was so good but very spicy, so beware if you're not a spice lover! The cornbread was so good, I thought about going back to get at least a pound more of it All in all a good bbq spot to try if you're in the area.

Was walking back from one of the local holes and saw this place and decided to stop in. It is hard to find good barbecue in W Palm. This place was great. Excellent food and good prices

I love the food here ..it's clearly Americanized and sometimes that's just what you need. The curry is delicious don't let the reviews fool you, also portion size is decent. My go to for lunch and the ambiance is cutesy!

Love this place! Had the pulled pork bowl which was delicious. Good amount of food with balanced portions. The sweet treat was my favorite, the guava strawberry muffin was so good!

Ordered the pork ribs, 1/2 rack, $22.00. They were undercooked. Asked to have them reheat it to cook a little more and THEY REFUSED!!!!! We were NOT going to eat undercooked pork. We took our food home and reheated. Very rude manager.

Great quick option downtown. Tropical's sit down restaurant is too notch and is this counter service style place. You can't go wrong with a James Beard nominee, the chef's Florida/Caribbean take on traditional BBQ is fantastic. Love the brisket here and at their other location.

They are a sister station to Tropical Smokehouse on Dixie, but the food is even more amazing! Service is quick ambience is aesthetically pleasing definitely cannot be disappointed here.

Great, quick bbq location in downtown West Palm. I typically prefer the main location on South Dixie but this is a great option for lunch in walking distance. Just wish they were open later!

The place was clean and the service was great. I would advise checking the menu options before you go because the menu options aren't what you would typically expect from a bbq place. I tried the brisket and the pulled pork. The brisket visually had a good smoke ring and crust, but was tough and surprisingly bland. The pulled pork was pretty good, but needed sauce. The sauces weren't bad, just not my flavors. Try it for yourself and see if you like it. I would rate it a 3.6 but you may love it. Best of luck.

Terrible! Food portions and prices are absolutely atrocious. Went for lunch and walked out hungry and 25 dollars lighter. Food was average at best. Service at the counter was good. That's about all the good your gonna get. I hate to throw a bad review on new establishments but sorry. Save your money. I don't mind paying for good food considering the location, but you can get what they give you in a lunchable from Publix down the road. Not sure I took any comfort watching everyone order and get their food and walk to their table or out the door knowing they just got robbed

Amazing food. The brisket hands down is the best, not dry, great smoke ring and taste but not camouflaged witu a bunch of seasonings. They let the true BBQ flavor be the star of the show. Don't get me started on the cheesy grits.....let's just say I am thinking about my next meal already, lol. One of my favorite things to get is the loaded sweet potato.....butter, chopped brisket, queso, crunchy onions .........so yummy. The sauces are great as well. You will not leave disappointed. Oh yah, the services is great!!

Let me hust start off by saying don't believe the hype. I visited this place based purely on the hype I saw all the media coverage so I went ahead and paid them a visit I ordered the combo plate with ribs and brisket with corn bread and coconut Pepsi also ordered the jerk turkey let me just say I was highly disappointed the ribs was bland at best there was no season absolutely none the meat was tender borderline over cooked but lacked the real bold south florida bbq flavor the brisket on other hand was nice and also tender had decent flavor definitely nit rhe best I had definitely not the worse basically its mid level brisket food enough to eat but definitely nothing to brag about now let's get to the "jerk" turkey man oh man the jerk turkey gets 2 thumbs down it had absolutely no jerk flavor or spice or any kind of kick to it definitely flat bublix supermarket has better jerk turkey in the deli I was highly disappointed it did however have a nice smoke flavor and was decently moist ver good for a SMOKED turkey breast but being sold as jerk turkey should definitely be considered for false advertising. The best thing of it all was definitely the coconut peas and cornbread even though the peas didn't taste like coconut they were very flavorful more like and old school original flavor I enjoyed gracefully with the perfectly cooked cornbread only thing was missing was some white rice overall definitely is a miss not a hit.

Chef Rick is a savage! Great owner and great service. Only thing better than him and his staff is the Curry Chicken!
