Truth & Tonic debuts with healthy breakfast and lunch at the Venetian | Eater Vegas

"Located inside the Canyon Ranch Spa Club at The Venetian, this breakfast-and-lunch spot takes cues from old-fashioned apothecaries, emphasizing the healing benefits of ingredients and prescribed culinary “cures.” Executive chef Pete Ghione created a menu of nutrient-dense superfoods and adaptogens, and every dish lists calorie counts and whether it is gluten-free or vegan. Menu highlights include roasted cauliflower with a house-made Caesar topped by a chimichurri shrimp skewer; a Maine lobster club with heirloom tomato and crisp bacon; grilled aubergine with marinated eggplant; roasted portobello mushrooms; whole-grain banana and avocado pancakes; a chicken-avocado wrap; and a sesame-tofu spinach salad. Cocktails feature pressed juices, herbs, and organic/biodynamic/natural spirits, wines, and beers, and coffee is sourced from Caffè Umbria of Seattle. The restaurant is open daily from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m." - Susan Stapleton

Finding healthy food options in Las Vegas is not for the faint of heart. I knew we would be having some over the top dinners while in town so I did some research ahead of time to find some lighter lunch options. Truth & Tonic wasn’t easy to get to but was totally worth it. Tucked away on the 4th floor of the Venetian inside the spa, we had to check in with security in order to even get there. It’s a small casual cafe but they were able to seat us right away at noon on Friday afternoon. My husband and I each ordered the grain bowl, mine with a poached egg and his with chicken. The bowl was light but satisfying and my egg was perfectly poached. The menus is mostly vegan and vegetarian but there were also several meat options available. Really enjoyed this spot for lunch and would happily go back.

Google
I ate here everyday when visiting for an expo. It was conveniently located in the north tower, the same one I was staying in. Their food is out of this world! As a vegan, I truly appreciate how vegan friendly they are, which is understandable seeing as they used to be only vegan. There isn’t one thing I wouldn’t recommend! I’m looking forward to attempting to recreate these dishes once back at home. I dream about their toasts! Would love to see a dinner menu in the future.

The Truth? It is in fact, hard to find, but SO worth the effort. The vibe is clean, healthy food focused. The dishes are artfully presented and packed with flavor. We typically eat vegan or vegetarian in restaurants, and this place does not disappoint. Wait staff, like Niki, are helpful, courteous and engaging. We will eat there many times during our week long stay! (The salad looked better, we tossed it all together so we could easily share it).

Google
**Inside the Venetian Spa** Holy MOLY! This was the perfect brunch 😭 The staff? So kind! The food? Crazy delicious! We got the Coconut Milk French Toast, the Breakfast Egg Tacos with a side of scrambled Just eggs. You will need either a Venetian hotel guest key or an ID to access the Canyon Ranch spa where Truth & Tonic is. It’s a vegan / plant-based paradise! The juices are amazing too.

“Truth & Tonic is a hidden gem inside The Venetian! I went there two mornings for breakfast during my stay, and it was such a great find. The avocado toast with a café latte was simply amazing—fresh, healthy, and flavorful. Loved the cozy vibe, definitely a perfect breakfast spot in Vegas.”

Google
As a vegan, I am really grateful that The Venetian has this cafe. While working a conference this week, I was a little stressed about how I was going to nourish myself while working in a hotel/convention venue where restaurants sometimes have a plantbased option but not always super healthy. Truth & Tonic was my saving grace! They have a little something for anyone seeking wellness while in Vegas: next to a spa, beverages with a good variety of boosters, like ashwaghanda and mushroom powders to name a couple and healthy, delicious food. Here's what I got: Breakfast day 1 - overnight coconut chia oats with fresh berries and a matcha latte with a mushroom booster. YUMMY!! Breakfast day 2 - Half order of chilaquiles with black beans and tofu scramble on top and half Green Beast Smoothie (all flavorful and satisfying). Lunch day 1 - Edamame/hummus breakfast toast w/salad. Delicious and nourishing - the salad was a surprising addition - so good. Lunch day 2 - Half order of the Chilaquiles above and half of the green beast smoothie. Dinner day 1 - Quinoa Salad - a big delicious surprise! So good, I ate the whole thing, which overfilled me (no bueno - lol...). Dinner day 2 (took to airport) - their Vietnamese Salad (took one bite at the airport while watching flights go by on the tarmac - sooo good I'm going to try and make it at home. (tip for anyone on the go: because the place was packed with thousands of conference goers, I took my ,lunch and dinner with me both days - so worth it!)

Google
I had the Coconut Milk French toast with scrambled tofu on the side. The French toast was pretty good but a little dry. Definitely could have had a bit more maple syrup. The tofu scramble though was super salty and not enjoyable at all. Both my friend and I had iced chai lattes (mine a dirty chai). The first attempt was completely without flavour and looked to be made with water. They offered to remake them and when they came back they had a lot more spice in them but it just burned the back of our throats rather than having the signature chai flavour. My drink appeared curdled and again watery and hers was also watery and purple in colour?? We were completely confused and each time we mentioned the issues everyone acted like this was normal.

Google
Probably the best health food cafe in Vegas! I would love to come here every morning, so many plant-based options! Coffee was amazing as well!

Yelp
This might have been my favorite food on The Strip during my last trip to Vegas. It's not super easy to find if you're relying on Maps, but I'm here to help.... Once inside The Venetian, head towards the Canyon Ranch Spa on the 4th floor. You'll need to show your ID to security in order to get onto the elevators if you're not a hotel guest. From the elevators on the 4th floor, go down the hallway marked for the 200 suites and at the end of the hallway, you'll round a corner and see this lovely cafe. They only serve breakfast and lunch, so plan accordingly. We went twice in 2 days and were impressed by the vegan and non-vegan options. From the french toast to the incredible breakfast tacos and delicious coffee options, we loved it and it was worth the trek. The service was friendly and we left full and happy!

Yelp
A perfect find while in Vegas!!! Vegan friendly food! Located in the hotel of the Venetian in the spa area. Pricing is affordable and worth every cent. Orders to go and dine in options. We had breakfast avocado toast options.

Yelp
I've been to Vegas more times than I can count and the Venetian is basically my second home. Somehow, I had never stepped foot in the gym because I was usually either drunk or recovering from being drunk. This trip I shocked my liver by staying sober and hitting the gym at 6 AM. The workout was fire but that's a review for another day. Post-workout hunger is real and staying on track with a diet in Vegas is like trying to avoid slot machines, they're everywhere and they're tempting. I spotted this spot right after my workout and the menu looked promising. I went for a breakfast burrito to hit my protein goals because priorities. The staff was genuinely friendly, the service was fast, and that burrito slapped. Even the little side salad was good, which almost feels illegal in Vegas. The place had a cozy, welcoming vibe, plenty of seating, and was super clean, basically the opposite of Fremont Street at 2 AM. The only downside? I dropped $28 on a burrito, but that's the price of admission in Vegas. Worth it though. I'll be back next trip, hopefully not hungover again.

Yelp
Simply delicious! High-quality food at a reasonable price. I couldn't decide between the cashew butter toast and the French toast, so I got both! My favorite was definitely the cashew butter toast--it was warm with the perfect ratio of tender toasted bread and crusted edges, and topped with grilled bananas & tasty berries. Not sure if it was 100%, but the syrup tasted like real maple and the adorning candied cashews were decadent. Further, in my opinion, cashew butter is superior to many other nut butters. I also enjoyed the mixed greens that came with it. The French toast was of equal quality, I just don't prefer the flavor of cinnamon that was evident in this dish. The coconut milk also added another dimension of flavor, and contrarily to the cashew butter toast, the bananas were not grilled. The eggs that came with the French toast were great! They seemed a bit short staffed but service was still decent. I'd highly recommend Truth & Tonic--they have many excellent-looking options!

Yelp
Made a reservation for Saturday morning. It can be a little difficult to find but ask staff and they can help you. Delicious vegan options - vegan just egg omelette with vegan cinnamon muffin and delicious mimosas. Would 100% come back here again. Very cute and wall art is nice.

Yelp
Food was great. Enjoyed the Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast. Cherry tomatoes was slightly cooked, fresh avocado, smoke salmon was fresh. Bread was soft with a bit crunch to it. Service great, very friendly and topped off the waters. Ambiance was small and very hard to find. It is DEEP in the hotel of Venetian. It's like walking through and pass the salon to get to it. It did feel exclusive to go to it though, haha.

Yelp
Vegan options!!! Loved this little spot. Drinks were amazing. No reservations so we waiting until a spot was open. About 15 mins and we had spots at the bar. We got the holy Trinity tacos with e tacos of different types. Land lovers vegan beef and vegan chimichurri chicken. I had the vegan option. Super delicious. Should have ordered. More. Even got a vegan carrot cake slice to go. Small spot. Easy to find in Venetian.

Yelp
You need to come here. The food is soooo good! Had the vegan avocado chicken wrap, vegan bao, and hubby had the breakfast burrito. The food was delicious, portions are very generous and service was excellent! Also had a line ale cranberry mimosa which was delicious! Highly recommend this place for a healthy yet delicious lunch.

Yelp
Great soyrizo vegan breakfast burrito. It was flavorful, fast, and accompanied by a delightful side salad with pomegranate seeds. Yummy

Yelp
Came here with some friends for a healthy brunch after a long night out, and it was exactly what we needed! It's a bit hard to find -- it's inside the Venetian on the 4th floor near the rock climbing wall. It's also a small restaurant but has lots of space and good lighting. Service is friendly and prompt. The food itself is so fresh and delicious! I got a fresh apple juice, the smoked salmon avocado toast which was so delicious, and the coconut milk French toast to share with a friend. Everything was fresh and nicely seasoned. Would definitely come back for a detox and healthy brunch!

Yelp
I saw a review on YouTube about this place and I've been wanting to go and try their vegan options. We tried it this weekend while in Las Vegas celebrating my son's 14th birthday and wow! It was worth the scavenger hunt to find it! Lol! My son had the All American Breakfast with a Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie, my boyfriend had the Breakfast Burrito, I had the Vegan Breakfast Tacos with a Macha Tea, and we shared the Coconut Vegan French Toasts. We all agreed the meals were delectable! The restaurant is small, cute and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in town... and now we know how to find it!

Yelp
Venetian doesn't make it easy to find this place. A literal hidden gem near the spa. Small but worth the wait. There's plenty of vegan and non-vegan options alike on the menu. All of the ingredients are fresh and the portions are generous. I wanted something light but filling and this place came highly recommended. Staff was friendly and suggested I try the oatmeal with blueberries and walnuts. It was delicious and not overly sweet! My mom tried the French toast and said it was light and airy.
google avatar

Alison S.

Yelp
Despite the wait and chaos of wrong items, once we finally got our food it was delicious I think they had like two people working and a host. Because the wait was so long we opt for to go and ate by the pool. I ordered breakfast tacos and they forgot to put my salad. My friends order was a burger that was completely wrong. And the couple in front of us got the wrong order. Seems like it could be a really great spot but they need to have more staff

Yelp
Truth and Tonic is located in the SPA area in the Venetian and as a claimed wellness cafe -- it lives up to its name! We had the vegan tacos and the coconut milk French toast and they were both rich in flavor. You could taste the healthy ingredients. We stopped in for breakfast and didn't feel slumped afterwards. We felt great. Additionally the staff were very attentive and had great attitudes. Would definitely come back.

Yelp
Truth & Tonic is a dream for anyone following a vegan diet. While the full menu is omnivorous, the vegan dishes are so hearty and DELICIOUS. The food & juices I had were so good that I went twice during my stay at the Venetian. From the Venetian Resort side of the hotel, I went down to the 4th floor and followed the signs to the Canyon Ranch spa and found it. I recommend reading directions from the Venetian's website ahead of time to easily find it. The first morning, I had the vegan breakfast tacos and a recovery juice. Divine. The second day, I ate the soyrizo burrito and a green juice. Just a note that their soyrizo burrito didn't seem to have soyrizo in it, but rather a breakfast sausage that I actually preferred - so that worked out beautifully! T&T does not skip on the amount of hearty Just Egg and Sausage they put in their vegan food. As a nursing mother this makes me very happy because I'm hungry all the time. The fresh pressed juices were what I would expect from a place like this - not super sweet and full of flavor. Truth & Tonic hit all the notes for me with service, quality, and portion of food. Seriously, the servers were super attentive and checked in at the perfect intervals! They are open at 7am so it's a perfect place to grab breakfast. I would stay at the Venetian again just

Yelp
This literally is a hidden gem--it took me forever to find it tucked away on the fourth floor of the Venetian shops. Thank you to the tickets tonight guy who clued me in to an elevator that would take me there. I thought it was a 100% plant based cafe, but they had eggs and other non-plants on the menu. Still, the vegan breakfast tacos and the breakfast burrito were solid choices. Both needed more flavor, which was achieved by adding hot sauce. Both also came with a refreshing side salad; I especially liked the crunch and sweetness of the pomegranate seeds. The one down side of my visit there was that they had Fox News on the TV, which, to me, was antithetical to the 'relax and rejuvenate' theme that the rest of the cafe was going for. I would go back, nonetheless, and make sure I'm not in line with the TV.
google avatar

Lianna M.

Yelp
It was nice to find a place with many vegan options, but it was an adventure trying to find the location! My group probably took a half an hour trying to find the place once we made it to the Venetian. I recommend asking workers where to go if you're trying to come here. For the food, we got banana bread, overnight oats, vegan banh mi, vegan breakfast tacos, and vegan scramble. The best was the vegan scramble for sure. Had the most flavor out of everything we ordered. The banh mi tasted fine, but the bread was very cold and seemed frozen. Not the ideal bread for a banh mi. The banana bread took a very long time for them to bring out. We were confused why it was taking a long time. The other menu items we ordered were fine. The cafe is nice, but it was just super hard to find! Not sure if we were the only ones struggling to find the place!
google avatar

Kelcey M.

Yelp
We have eaten here three times now when we stay at the Palazzo/Venetian. The items are a little more on the pricey side but the quality and taste of the food it worth it. We are not vegans or vegetarians but enjoy having a good "healthier" option for a breakfast or lunch. Service and atmosphere are pleasant and tranquil. It is a bit tough to find if you are not familiar with the hotel. Just follow directions to the Canyon Ranch Spa and there will be more wayfinding from there.
google avatar

Jessica P.

Yelp
Truth & Tonic was our first stop when we arrived at Las Vegas. It is $20 for parking and it's located inside the Venetian Resort on the strip. Set some extra time to make your way to the restaurant plus additional time for security clearance (30 minutes). After that, the security guard will give you clear instructions on how to make your way up to the restaurant. I was able to try both the "Soyrizo Breakfast Burrito" and the "Vegan Chicken Avocado Wrap". Both were amazing in flavor and I would definitely recommend trying both with a partner to share. The inside was small and the waiters were really nice. We had a late reservation but we never felt rushed to leave and we felt very welcomed. Definitely a must try vegan spot!
google avatar

Tiffany T.

Yelp
I got a latte w/non-fat milk and an All American breakfast with three egg whites, chicken sausage and sourdough. This place is good, clean food. Potatoes and egg whites were cooked perfectly. The house made jam had a mild taste without tons of sugars, definitely recommend. Service was great and fast. Restaurant was a little hard to find being located on the 3rd floor of the hotel, but it was worth the journey.
google avatar

Karolina K.

Yelp
This place is no longer fully vegan, but they still have plenty of plant based options which I love and are so much healthier than other restaurants inside this casino
google avatar

Lea F.

Yelp
My hubby and I were happy to discover Truth and Tonic while staying at the Venetian. So happy that we opted to eat there for both breakfast and lunch every day during our visit. We basically tried out their menu! As Vegas is the land of big buffets and rich food, Truth and Tonic is a big relief for vegan and healthy eaters like us. The portions are generous and worth the price. The servers were also really friendly and accomodating. The only bummer was that they stopped serving ramen and I was really looking forward to it. But I highly suggest the vegan chicken, soyrizo breakfast burrito, avocado toast and banh mi. Note: They are open to the public but located in the guest floors of the Venetian. From the 1st or 2nd floors of the North Tower, head to the Guest Suite elevators, then ask the guard for access to the 4th Floor (next to the Canyon Ranch Spa). We went around in circles looking for it the first time.

Yelp
If you're looking for tasty food that's actually healthy, check this place out inside the Canyon Ranch Spa at the Venetian. Everything's super fresh, beautifully plated, and leaves you feeling great after. Not heavy at all--just really good, clean food.
google avatar

Sophie D.

Yelp
I was very pleased with the vegan selection, it was the first time I've had French Toast in years. Juices and mimosas were great. I wish it was open a tad later but it's perfect for a nice brunch. Interesting spot in the Venetian, very hard to find but worth the hunt
google avatar

Miguel L.

Yelp
Delicious chicken chorizo breakfast burrito. Coffee was well very tasty but expensive at 7 dollars for 16 ounces. I did get a refill which made it less expensive
google avatar

Lana S.

Yelp
I love this little cafe, it almost feels like a secret cafe hidden down the hallways of the hotel near the spa. We've come here for breakfast on all of our last several Vegas trips. It's a very bright, cheery little cafe and have a great menu of healthy options to start your day. It's a little disappointing that it's no longer entirely plant based as of recently, but there's still plenty of great vegan options. I'm obsessed with the breakfast tacos, made from Just Egg and vegan sausage. I can't but order them every time rather than try a new item. My husband always orders the French toast, which comes with a generous portion of fresh berries. And we usually order the avocado toast to share as well as a smoothie or juice. Service has always been efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!

Yelp
"Positive energy is all around you. Perhaps you are the source" says Coffee. Truth & Tonic is a great place for vegan, vegetarian, or if you enjoy eating healthy. You'll find them in the The Venetian Resort, hidden at the Spa. Interior is bright and clean with plenty of seating, Menu offers artisan house baked goods like banana bread, coffee cake, and blueberry muffin, they have boujee toasts, a nice selection of breakfast items including egg tacos and burrito, some really nice salads, wrap and sandwich. For a healthy and light breakfast, Organic Strawberry and Cashew Butter Toast ($18) is perfect and wonderful! The toast has grilled banana, maple syrup, and candied cashews, so yummy and not too sweet! It pairs well with hot Japanese green tea (16 oz, $7) which is calming and soothing. Service from staff is welcoming, attentive, and friendly!
google avatar

Yelp
The food and smoothies were amazing. Great vegan options and they do all the drinks and smoothies one off. The vegan chicken wrap was very tasty with proper vegan cheese. Did the Inflamation Berry smoothie and would totally get them both again. I grabbed everything to go, and they do have nice cafe style seating. Will say it's a bit interesting to find this place. I would suggest following the signs for the spa or cut through the gym. It's at the top of the stairs near the rock climbing wall.

Yelp
Truth & Tonic is a healthy option for food inside of the Venetian casino in Las Vegas. This restaurant is next to the spa on the 3rd floor and you have to go through the guest elevators to get to it. The food was out standing and the service was amazing. The vegan burrito was full and was also delicious. The vegan tacos were perfectly portioned and delicious as well. I definitely recommend this place as it is very good and the service is exceptional.
google avatar

Sasha G.

Yelp
Ok firstly, I've seen quite a bit of reviews stating this is an all vegan cafe, just for clarity lol it isn't (which is not a problem btw) it's just a bit misleading when you go to social media and that's the focal point for this place. It is tucked away in the Venetian, if you park in the garage, head to the guest elevators and speak to the guard, they will take your ID information and send you to the 4th floor, it's right by their gym and the pool area. We loved our food and the waiter was phenomenal and attentive.
google avatar

Yelp
This place is basically impossible to find. It's very complicated in the hotel. Google ahead of time directions and then call restaurant directly. I had to call back 3 times until I found my way and the staff was so friendly every time. Everything was absolutely delicious. Got a treat myself meal with smoothie, French toast and breakfast burrito. Everything felt really fresh, good quality and tasted wonderful. The smoothie was truly one of the best I've had. Wish they had even bigger sizes. This place was great because it offered sweet and savory options at one of the better price points I could find.
google avatar

Yelp
Best vegan restaurant in Vegas for sure, even though it can get hell ass expensive. It's even expensive just getting here, since it's in the Venetian and only those staying are able to access it. Truth & Tonic has drinks and food certainly worth shelling out something. Amazingly fresh for around here. You can find lots here to satisfy a healthy plant based breakfast and lunch. After a good ass night we needed replenishment at breakfast. It's up on the fourth floor next to the Canyon Valley Spa. This is limited mostly to guests of the Venetian. It's pretty small to be honest. The portions are too but they pack a lot of power into these. First we got a couple smoothies. It's $12, so kind of a lot, but these were fresh though. I got the Blueberry And Avocado. This is made with açaí, almond milk, avocados, blueberries, and either soy or vanilla plant protein. Good and filling. We also got some breakfast stuff. It was $18 each. She had the Egg And Soyrizo Burrito, which was a big one. This was made with avocados, Good Planet vegan cheddar cheese, and Just Egg plant based substitute. I had the Tofu Just Egg Scramble, which was a pretty good amount. This was Just Egg with vegetables, and came with breakfast potatoes and toast. A couple of good meals. These each came with endive, pea tendrils, Persian cucumbers, and watercress. Good value for the food to be honest. This stuff is expensive to get and they could have charged for it even more. For sure check it out if looking for the best vegan options in Vegas because it doesn't get any better. It pretty much requires a stay at the Venetian, which is the most expensive thing about it. The food is certainly worth something to get something good that's all vegan.

Yelp
The healthy choices here are amazing. I'm thankful it's inside The Venetian for when we stay here. We ate here two mornings in a row. The first time, Manny was our server. He was friendly and we had a nice conversation with him. He skills as a waiter were impeccable and above what you'd expect at a casual restaurant like this. He told us that his restaurant in the Venetian "The Grill" was closed for renovations, so that made sense. It's nice they offered him a position here while the renovations occur. On our first visit we ordered two vegan breakfasts, and ciabatta vegan shrimp avocado toast as well as a matcha latte and coffee. Everything was top rate, but the matcha was VERY green. Manny had them steam some more almond milk and add it to it, that made it perfect. On our second visit we got the Coconut Yogurt, Açaí & Blueberry Compote and the Organic Oatmeal and another Matcha Latte. The matcha was again very green and I asked for more steamed milk as the prior day. While Manny was not our server, he was working. At the end of our meal he came over to chat and wished us well in our travels. A true gem for The Venetian. When we return we'll be seeking him out at the reopened The Grill, even if it's just for drinks if there's nothing on the menu we can eat there.

Yelp
This place is extremely difficult to find. There should be much better instructions on their website. Go to the second floor of the hotel and ask the security guard to let you into the building, as this restaurant is located in a private area. Then go to the fourth floor and walk towards the spa. The service was great and our waiter was wearing a mask, which I think is awesome, especially in a tourist spot. The place used to be all vegan, but is mostly vegan now. Everyone, vegan and non vegan, liked their food. I got the vegan breakfast tacos, and it inspired me to make breakfast tacos at home. Slightly expensive for the sizes, but filling. The mojito was also delicious, although it felt kind of weak. Not sure if I'd go back unless I'm staying in that hotel due to the difficulty getting in, but if it were easier and slightly cheaper I would.

Yelp
I came to Vegas and was set out to find some good vegan food and Truth & Tonic definitely knew what they were doing when they curated a fully plant based menu. Located inside the Venetian resort, we found Truth and Tonic on the 4th floor of the Venetian tower. Such a colorful menu of salads, "eggs", sandwiches, and breakfast options, it was hard to choose what to get, but I went with the Lions mane crab salad sandwich, organic oatmeal, persimmon and tangerine salad, and the sparkling blueberry basil mimosa. The salad was probably the freshest one I've had in awhile, and the crab salad sandwich was rich and filled with fresh ingredients. The blueberry basil was a little underwhelming, tasted more like a regular mimosa, but the service was on par and made me definitely want to come in again!

A hidden gem on the strip. If you want to get away from the buffet and cafe style breakfast, this spot is great. Delicious juices, smoothies and dishes. Even some great cocktails. If you don't start drinking at breakfast you can't drink all day.

Yelp
This cozy little spot in the back of the wellness center inside Venetian is a must! Everything is vegan, although if you didn't read the menu too closely, you probably wouldn't know. Their main focus is to use fresh ingredients and they also use Just Egg (if you haven't tried it, this makes a vegan egg with mung beans into a eggy scramble or frittata, omelette, quiche, etc. and you'd be none the wiser). We tried: Italian frittata, side of sourdough toast, hemp pancakes, egg tacos. The frittata and tacos both come with some fresh salad greens which levels up the presentation and taste buds IMO. Everything was very yummy including our coffees: cold brew & oat milk cappuccino. Service was great even throughout the busyness. There weren't any tables when we arrived but the bar was open seating so we watched for an opening (this worked out great for us). But, if you plan on going, you can call and ask about a reservation especially if there are more than 2 in your party. Kudos to the chef, everything was delicious! -free parking -level 6 has free EV charging by the elevators (Venetian garage) -range of alcohol to choose from, full coffee menu, teas and cold press juice options

Yelp
The only thing I dislike about this place is that it is a bit hard to find! You have to get past security and everything!! But it is worth the trek and once you find it once, it will be locked into your memory. But once you do find the space, it is open and airy and the staff is always super welcoming. Start off with a coffee or mimosa. I enjoyed the avocado toast. We tried the crab cake sandwich and pancakes as well. I also had the sparkling blueberry basil mimosa! Everything was delicious. We cannot wait to come back and try the rest of the menu. Free parking!

Yelp
Food is good but the hostess is also the server so you have to wait a while. There was a line forming to be seated when I got there and there was no one walking around in the restaurant, I guess she was in the kitchen. This was at 9:45am. I waited for over 10 minutes but there were others ahead of me, not sure how long they waited. There were empty tables for the people in line, it's just that there were no one there to seat us (and the sign says to wait to be seated). Also I noticed their tables don't get cleaned up right away after diners leave. It's comfortable and quiet there. They serve healthy juices and many people come up to the window for that. After we ordered food, we did wait a while before the food come out, this was after 10. The waitress does disappear for a while, multiple times, when we dined there. A few times I needed her and she was no where to be found. I wonder where she could be? This is a pretty small restaurant. We went on 5/7/25 morning. This place is a maze so you have to go through multiple longggggggggg hallways to get here. Just keep asking for directions as you go. You'll get there eventually

Yelp
Truth & Tonic is located in the spa between Venetian & Palazzo. You don't need to use spa services in order to eat there - you just have to walk through the spa entrance like you own the place! It's a bit of trek to get through the gigantic hall, but once you get to the rock climbing wall, you are where you need to be. This cafe is quaint with watercolor cactus wallpaper. It's small, but not too small. However, the food is where Truth & Tonic really shines! Their menu is all vegan. I had to second guess that when I saw a crab cake sandwich on the menu. Then when I tasted that sandwich, I had to triple check because that imitation crustacean patty was magnificent. It's very difficult to distinguish from regular crab. In fact, with the batter coating and pull-apart texture, I'd venture to say it's better than most crab I've ever had. Additionally, it was served with a healthy, richly colorful little side salad. I downed it all, with barely any leftovers to take home. What I did take home, I didn't save for long. I craved it within a couple hours time. We ordered the strawberry cashew butter toast for my son. Once I cut it up, he had no problem devouring most of it, though I helped with his salad. The toasts were lusciously sweet and sticky. They're the perfect little balanced, dessert-type meal to order for a picky child. My mom was with us, and tried one of their gluten-free frittata options. I tried a bite myself, and it had a very distinctive curry taste in the JUST egg mixture. That said, it was absolutely fantastic, and the green salad topping the frittata accents its flavors beautifully. Overall, all of my party adored our visit to Truth & Tonic. We just wish there was another location off-strip that we could frequent more easily!

Yelp
Truth & Tonic was a must visit for me for brunch. I can't eat eggs so I'm always interested in places that do vegan eggs. I admit that I thought the vegan scramble came with some other things but it's okay that it didn't. The Jam the bread came with was delicious, not overly sweet! I also really enjoyed the salad. It is a bit pricey for what you get but it is a hotel restaurant on the Strip, it's definitely to be expected. D For two scrambles and a coffee plus tip, it came out to $44.

Yelp
Best service by Francisco! He gave us extra leftover dessert to take home and were able to still seat us even though we were late. Cute high tea experience with unlimited tea and scrumptious delights. All the food was really filling and the ambiance of the place is cute. Hole in the wall but will definitely want to come back! Directions: search canyon spa in the Venetian. We got confused since we started in the grand canal shoppes and the spa is technically separate from the Venetian hotel.

Yelp
Very good vegan cafe inside the Venetian hotel. It is located near the fitness and Canyon Ranch spa. Service was superb and the food was delicious. They do have limited hours so make sure you call first before heading over.

Yelp
I came here for a healthy gluten free breakfast. It was a pleasant walk down a nicely decorated hallway from the Palazzo and ended near the climbing wall. There were differently shaped woven baskets hanging from the ceiling providing light I enjoyed looking at. Service was prompt and friendly. Between my few options (I had hoped for more), the strawberry cashew butter toast was recommended and it did not disappoint. I got it on gluten free toast. I find it my instinct to eat things like a sandwich with my hands, but it was clearly a mistake as the toppings began to fall. To truly enjoy this monster of a breakfast toast, a fork and knife are required. The bananas are warned to perfection, slightly caramelized, and melt in the cashew butter. The strawberries provide the perfect sweetness and the cashews add crunch. It was scrumptious and filling. I also appreciate the petite salad that it comes with. I really wanted to taste the vinaigrette so I needed to request a bit more. To my surprise the sous chef took a hands on approach to recognize I needed some help and promptly brought it to me. To my surprise it was green in color and just another drizzle elevated the dish for me. The salad was refreshing with cucumbers and radishes. Service was excellent and the food was delicious! I saw chia oats on the menu as well. If you could offer this with gluten free oats or even just chia (naturally gluten free) this could become a nice options for guests.

Yelp
I rarely give a five-star review unless I have thee perfect experience - and Truth & Tonic definitely earned it. Truth & Tonic is, I believe, the only fully-vegan restaurant on the strip. This restaurant offers delicious, plant-based options you can feel good about eating - which is a necessity after a night filled with alcohol and greasy fast food! Since I couldn't make up my mind, I decided to try both the Coconut Milk French Toast and the Breakfast Egg Tacos. Both were equally amazing. The french toast was sweet and fluffy topped with fresh fruit and just the right amount of maple syrup. The taco were made with JUST Egg, vegan cheese, and plant-based sausage. They were topped with pico de gallo and chipotle aioli, which added the perfect amount of spice and flavor without being overbearing! Staff was friendly and service was quick! Even though it took a good 30 minutes to find this place and we had to have security check our IDs in order to obtain access to the hotel elevators, it was well worth it! I plan on making Truth & Tonic my go-to breakfast spot for my monthly Vegas trips! *** DO NOT try to locate the restaurant using maps - it should be straight ahead upon entering the lobby to the guest elevators, but I would recommend asking staff to make sure you are headed in the right direction!

Yelp
Open for breakfast and lunch, this 100% plant based cafe has beautiful food options for vegans and non vegans alike. We tried the avocado toast with edamame hummus and tomatoes and "feta". The tomato's were very acidic in the marinade but tasty if you like a strong flavor. The French toast was delicious and had lots of fresh fruit. Fascinating how they make it without egg! The coconut yogurt was also delish and the granola was crunchy and complimented it well. We also had a fresh juice. We didn't try the "regular breakfast" options that were made with "Just Egg" but if you're vegan I'm sure they'd be fun options!

Yelp
What a great vegan restaurant. Too bad it's located in a residential tower but you'd never know because it was packed. Our host Jillian was a bit scattered but the food was phenomenal. We ordered Breakfast Tacos, Soyrizo Frittata, Pancakes, Anti-Inflammatory juice, and Tea. I was so shocked by the beautiful plating and the fact that JUST EGG actually tasted like eggs including the vegan cheese. The whole mean was palet pleasing. I was shocked. Now the panni-cakes were my favorite. Made from hemp, I was shocked at how moist, airy, and sweet they were. I ordered the juice too and it hit the spot, so refreshing! I didn't like the soy sausage and felt it needed a stronger seasoning blend. All-in-all it was a delectable and delicious meal.
