Tsui Feng Yuan

Possibly my favourite meal over my entire trip in Taiwan. All 4 dishes pictured were excellent! This place was bustling with locals and it is not surprising after having dined there. It absolutely lives up to the reputation alluded to by previous reviews. Highly recommended if you are okay with ordering in Chinese.

It is kind of disappointed to dine here. Especially the minced beef and cilantro soup ( 西湖牛肉羹) is just not good. The taro duck is Ok but not that much duck meat. The dishes just did not taste like the clean, bright, tasty Cantonese food I'd expect to have association with Michelin recommendation.

A very good Chinese restaurant specializes in Cantonese cuisine. It’s a traditional restaurant that serve really good food with great services too. The Yam Duck, Pork Ribs, steamed Fish, steam egg white are all delicious. They even provide Chinese dessert after our meal as compliments. Would definitely return. From Yo-yo

This is a must visit restaurant in Taipei for us. All dishes are top quality. We particularly love the Peking ribs, it is the best we ever have. We eat there every week trying different dishes but always order the ribs.

Really great Canton style food. The fried taro duck and the steam egg were probably my favourite. We ordered nine dishes but I didn't get pictures of all our food, sadly. It's not a fancy place but the food is excellent. I wouldn't bring a date there but it's great for family gatherings.

Recommended by Michelin. Ordered several of their popular dishes. The taro duck was okay, but the meat was dry and less, mostly taro. The shrimps were small and not much flavors. The other two dishes were average. The restaurant is dated and not as clean. Service staff was ok until we asked one of them to take a picture for us. When we asked her to take the picture closer, she rudely responded "do you want me to take it or do you want to take it yourself". We were shocked. Not good customer service!

Absolutely amazing. This kind of Taiwanese Chinese cuisine will always be my ultimate comfort food, and this place seriously knows how to cook. I honestly couldn't pick a favorite because everything from the taro duck to the vegetables were amazing! Taro duck is one of their more famous dishes — if that sounds like a dish you'd like, well, it won't disappoint!

Old and traditional decorations but with crowded people. Looks like normal food but exactly fantastic. About NTD 350/person, you will have a great meal for the lunch or night. And don't miss the fried rice, great and it worths NTD 150.
