This was an absolute horrible experience. First, we pulled up and couldn't find the place because there was clear illuminated signage. It was dark (night time) and I couldn't make out exactly where the establishment was at first or second glance. If we didn't walk up to investigate just to see if the place was in the area according to Google maps, we never would have found it. Next we sit down and the waitress is totally just not caring to work I assume. She never gave us a menu until we asked, then in the middle of our order took a call instead of finishing our order first. She wasn't knowledgeable of the menu at all which all workers should be. Now to the good part. The food comes out and practically every taco is cold. My friend had a braised beef taco with an added egg. It was ice cold. She asked the waitress to fix the issue. The waitress looked like she was speaking a foreign language and just sat there looking crazy for a few seconds. She finally took it and she put in what I believe was a microwave or something to "reheat" it versus making a new taco, which completely blew my mind. And guess what? It was still cold. The nightmare continues, this waitress just didn't seem to care because as customers walked in no one was there to greet them. There is a possible staffing issue. A customer even went to the employee only kitchen area to grab her because she was gone for so long and he was picking up and order. She seemed totally unapologetic about ever misstep, never apologized once and didn't seem to care to. Message to owner/management, don't let people who don't want to work represent your brand/business. This was an absolute horrible experience through and through, from the food to the customer service. I've worked in the restaurant business at this was unacceptable.
