"This Tuckahoe bar and grill is an ideal spot for sharing a few appetizers with friends — the fried pickles and truffle Parmesan eggplant chips might catch your eye — while sipping on those delicious pours of Harken." - Julia Gómez Kramer

Google
This spot really impressed me. The food was great the wings were really good definitely top 5 in the area easy. Went last night to watch the games got a great spot the moved some tables around to get us a better view of the game. Drinks were good beers were nice and cold. I asked to get a wing flavor that wasn’t on the menu and it was so good I hope they add it 😂 buffalo mixed with lemon pepper wow explosion of flavor. I will definitely be back to this place to try more of their food.

Google
Great food and great service! Now I know why many people consider these the best wings in Westchester but what I haven't seen people mention is how good their house ranch is too. Great happy hour deals at the bar.

Jay Reynolds

Google
Finally got a chance for a sit down meal here with my wife. She had been for an event prior, as was I when I attended my 40th HS reunion. We both liked it enough to return on a recent date night. We both enjoyed their buffalo wings, which are considered amongst the best in Westchester. I had a shrimp avocado wrap, which was outstanding. My wife enjoyed one of their house pizzas. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be returning.

Google

Google
We had a great experience! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Our server, Samantha, did a fantastic job—she was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her customer service was top-notch! Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend!

Google
Went on a rainy sat and was packed. Service was great and my mixed slider meal was a nice idea to get a taste of their 3 different burgers. The family enjoyed everything. No complaints and will be back.

Google
So good. Great great food, even better staff, the male server/bartender is just phenomenal in person and on the phone, thank you. This is the level of service you wish for every time you go out, and then some. Lemon pepper wings and pulled pork burger are fab

Google
Amazing food! I recently moved to the town, and every meal I’ve had here is great. The service was fast and the place seems fun.

Yelp
First time here and I will be back Wanted to grab a bite on a Sunday night Wasn't crowded but I imagine it would be a fun place with a crowd watching a game Our food was delicious and the service was great

Yelp
I wish I could rate them higher because the service and potential is so great but the food wasn't as good as we expected. We should have went with the wings because that is what they are known for but we had the nachos, Mac and cheese with jalapeños and chicken cutlet, and the Philly cheesesteak with garlic parm fries. We had the nachos first. The cheese sauce tasted like cheese whiz and wasn't hot at all. There was no spice or flavor in the turkey chili. I will say the star of the nachos were the tortilla chips. The chips tasted house made and were nice and crunchy. The Philly cheesesteak was pretty decent. The steak was perfectly cooked but I feel like the type of steak they used should be paired with a different cheese. It also wasn't hot when it came out. The garlic parm fries were amazing. They were nice and crispy and a delicious amount of garlic and parm. The Mac and cheese with chicken cutlet was bland. We added a side of their buffalo sauce on the side and poured some on the mac and cheese and it tasted like a buffalo chicken Mac and cheese - it elevator the flavor but we still weren't big fans of it. The service was 5 stars. The waiter was so attentive and accommodating. We would come back to try the wings and hopefully give them a better rating.

Yelp
If you're interested in barred Food wings mozzarella sticks that's a place to go mostly fast food they do sell salads and wraps. It's a local dive bar.

Yelp
Good ambiance, diverse menu & a few blocks from my house. Went here for the first time & had the bone-in wings buffalo and jerk. Both were really awesome & these wings are fantastic. I had a cider and the burger with Parmesan garlic fries. Burger was very good.My wife had the Philly cheesesteak. Finished with pumpkin pie. All was very good & I will be back.

Yelp
Nice enough little place with pretty good service, but the food and beers were very disappointing. Wings were bland and underseasoned and had a gummy texture to them. Blue cheese dressing was super thick, almost like paste, and tasted more like mayonnaise than anything else. Draft beers were warm and flat and tasted like they came from dirty lines.
google avatar

Charley K.

Yelp
Some of the best wings in Westchester -- flavorful with the right amount of sauce. I tried boned and boneless, with buffalo and Thai chili respectively. Both slapped. Bonus points for the homemade blue cheese dipping sauce. And don't sleep on the fried pickles. They were excellent. The prompt service and warm atmosphere pull it all together.

Yelp
Not sure why I have never reviewed this spot but there is a first time for everything! I come here every so often for the wings and their pizza. (My parents even hosted my 30th birthday here right before the pandemic). Very spacious spot for great food and drinks.

Raymond B.

Yelp
Ordered the chicken wings they were over fried and dry should have sent them back. Ordered the Cob salad it was ok bit kinda warm ,don't think we will go back.
google avatar

Yelp
Totally blown away by the Boneless Wings. Wings were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The mild sauce had the perfect amount of spice. The Tuck'd burger was good but nothing stood out. The Pork Chop Scarp was a killer dish. It had a nice kick to it. I would 100% go back for the wings and Pork. 4 Stars from me.

Kerry C.

Yelp
The food here is so, so good. My family orders takeout from this place a lot. Their turkey chili is one of my favorite things to eat in the wintertime. Wings are also great. You wouldn't expect such great food from a little hole in the wall kind of place but whoever their chef is, they know what they're doing.

Yelp
Tuck'd Away is a great name for this bar, because it is tucked away. Beautiful establishment inside, bar seating and restaurant area. We were there on trivia night and that was fun. We started off with some apps like Fried Calamari and pretzel bites. Then I had a chicken wrap that was delicious. The garlic Parmesan fries were okay. Not my favorite but I ate most of them. Mr girlfriend ordered the margarita pizza and had to send that back. It lacked any type of flavor. Everything else that are party ordered was also good. I'll definitely go again.

Yelp
Wings 10/10 Mac and cheese 10/10 BLUE CHEESE!! 10/10 Loaded fries 10/10 Service 10/10 I have now been here 3x and have ordered the same thing and it's been a hit!! They are my new wing spot! Their menu is loaded with great options... and it's family friendly. Go now!

Lizzie G.

Yelp
I always get this to go. The food is great and travels well, too. I would love to go and eat there to experience the service and ambience of the location. All the meals I have had from here have been great.

Laura S.

Yelp
Great wings, everything we ordered tasted really good and huge portions. The server was very nice.

Yelp
No other way to describe this place aside from Awesome... from the moment we walked in. Atmosphere is chill and staff are so friendly. Perfect bar for hanging out with friends or sit down for a quick family dinner. The food is always great. Came here to have a drink and watch a game we ordered wings burgers and fries and as always not dissapointed. Definitely recommend
google avatar

Yelp
Drinks and wings AMAZING. Quick eatery that is festive and welcoming.Drinks are superb. I had the Lucky Charm Martini
google avatar

Yelp
Good food, nice crowd. Quality drinks. Good place for the family to go and still see the game.

Yelp
Was craving a burger and this was solid for takeout. Wasn't anything special but it was cooked well and evenly. I really liked the side salad, because it was actual mixed greens with veggies, and was a decent size for a side. I also enjoyed their balsamic dressing. Cons: it was kind of pricy (because cheese is another $1.75) and they only put one--yes one--singular pickle on the burger and one slice of tomato but it was the top of the tomato. Mainly wanted to leave a pic of the burger because I couldn't find any good ones. If you're looking to have food delivered (the places in town with my favorite burgers don't deliver) I'd definitely recommend this.

Yelp
Fun little eatery in Tuckahoe, literally "tucked away" around the corner from Depot Square. Appetizers are amazing, we especially like the wings but all of the offerings are delicious. The main courses are excellent as well with a variety that will please anyone. The staff is super friendly as well, and they offer local beer from Broken Bow Brewery on tap.

Linda C.

Yelp
We have been going here since they first opened and have always loved the food and service is always impeccable. We actually came for happy hour this time. What a great happy hour. So many food and drink choices! We had the happy hour sampler platter it was amazing! We did switch out the mussels because one of our party doesn't like mussels and the owner was like no problem. This is one of the best happy hours around for food selection and drinks! Highly recommend!! Kudos to the owner Michael and his serving staff!!
google avatar

Yelp
Tuck'd Away is a low-key spot just across the street from the Tuckahoe train station. I love coming here because the service is awesome (shout out to Kevin!) and the food is good. I like how there is a variety of salads and pizzas. Since I'm trying to be "healthy", it's easy to order a small pizza and a salad - gives you a filling meal for a low price. Drinks definitely do not disappoint! Additionally, there is outdoor dining. I enjoy it because you can listen to the sounds of the wildlife along the river while enjoying your dinner.

Yelp
Overall food was good. After being sat down and asking for drink menu I was informed there is not one available. After waiting for 20-25 minutes waitress decided to come over. Poor customer service and Poor bed side manners. Second waitress saved the visit by being more vocal and modest. Also when ordering a mix drink, please be mindful you won't get want you ask for, don't recommend ordering an old fashion.
google avatar

Emily M.

Yelp
Absolutely fantastic hidden gem. It is a bit hidden across the street and around the corner from the train station, but I'm super glad that I found it. Service was excellent, and the food was incredibly impressive. I opted for the smoked gouda mac and cheese with added on blackened chicken, and I have to say it was one of the best mac and cheeses I've had in a very long time. I will definitely be back!

Sarah M.

Yelp
Chill bar with a ton of funny regulars. The food is tasty bar food. Good burgers and a a great cheese steak.
google avatar

Yelp
Great spot for drinks and food! The staff always makes you feel welcomed and appreciated.

Yelp
Happy hour drinks were Great!! Don't order the muscles they never washed them. They were full of sand. I had to order another great drink to wash all the sand down.

Yelp
Lovely, cozy little casual tucked away spot with good food, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. We came for a casual dinner with friends. They have a wide selection of on-tap beers and a lot of really great sides to choose from to go with the burgers and BBQ sandwiches. The bar was full, sports were on the TVs, but it was still quiet enough for conversation. We enjoyed!
google avatar

Chevon B.

Yelp
It's a cute little "tucked away" place in Tuckahoe. I dig the vibe inside, which is very intimate. It seems like a laid back place with little spaces to have private conversations in. It also seems like a good space to watch sports. They have lots of specials including happy hour, lunch specials and theme nights. I got the lunch special of wings and fries with salad and a soda for $10. It would've been an awesome deal had my wings been cooked or sauced right. The fries were homemade and the salad was surprisingly big considering it was apart of a special. They need to work on their tequila lime wings though. If I were them I'd talk to Lazy Boy Saloon in White Plains about their recipe and preparation. I'd try something different next time if I go back .

Rusana D.

Yelp
This is by far the best place for wings !!!! I come all the way from the Bronx for them. The staff is amazing ... Mike the owner is such a people person , great guy .... Love this place. I've been coming here for a few years already and will not change my wings location !!!! Everything on the menu is amazing ! The wings are just my favorite Eli & Sue
google avatar

Rashan H.

Yelp
Wings are top notch ... peanut needs a little more peanut and heat but still damn good. Not into fried. Appreciate the baked with the right cook and glaze combo ... a really BIG deal, they can cook. Hard to find so use the GPS.
google avatar

KC C.

Yelp
Grabbed dinner here with the family. Hadn't been here in a while and noticed the dining area was fixed up It wasn't busy for a Friday night, so we were pretty well distanced, even though it wasn't required. Ordered pub food, (reuben, cheesesteak and fish and chips), which we all enjoyed. Server was nice and definitely like the casual vibe and hope to get back here again.

Yelp
Hubby and I came here for happy hour one day after getting out of worn earlier than usual. We went straight to the bar and chatted up the bartender. I can't remember the specials exactly but they were decent enough for us to buy a couple of drinks and a few appetizers. Hubbs had a Chicken Pizza, I had Mussels and we shared Sliders. The drinks were good and we both had Mules. We had a good time and we would probably visit more often if the location was closer to our home.

Terri D.

Yelp
The food is decent. Service is good. Trivia night is a lot of fun.

Philip B.

Yelp
A really great spot in Tuckahoe. The wings were some of the best I've ever had. It's worth going for them alone. Great food and drinks. Warm friendly service. What more could you ask for in a local bar? Superb.

Samantha C.

Yelp
Where do I begin.. this is hands down the best bar I've ever been to. Drinks, food, vibes.. A+++ If you want specific recommendations let me know! But if you want me to name a few specifically: Shrimp avocado wrap Chicken wrap Wings (chicken scarp, Thai chili, teriyaki, Buffalo) Turkey chili Mac and cheese

S. M.

Yelp
I had their signature burger, medium well. This burger was so juicy. It was served on Texas toast as opposed to the bun, which I didn't even know because that was my first time going. The next time I went and I requested the sandwich, the waitress remembered me from the previous day. I'm ashamed to say, L O L, and she asked me if I'd like the Texas toast or bun, they'd ran out the night before. The Texas toast was wonderfully toasted and makes to sandwich great! I chose the sweet potato fries, nice and crispy but not hollowed out. I enjoyed the maple syrup. That was the dipping sauce. Oh, the chicken wings were on point as well. I had the sweet chili, I think it was called. Not dry even though requested to be a little well done.

Yelp
I can honestly and whole heartedly say that we received the best service in my 63 years! Celebrating a Westminister placement and this was an excellent place to do that. The food was wonderful!! The only negative was the psychic/comedian whose interaction with the crowd went to dead relations and diseases. Like who goes out for a good time to listen to that?
google avatar

Dano P.

Yelp
I feasted here a few times during my one month stay in the area. They are steps from the train station and have one of the best happy hour total packages I've ever encountered. Abundant quality food, great beer prices. GREAT shot prices. You will eat like royalty and pay like a serf. I plan on coming back here a lot when I'm in NY...it's that good.
google avatar

Yelp
a local place that is tucked away on a small but yet busy side street. Don't blink or you will miss it! ways saw this place and kept saying one day we should try it and kept pushing it off. Today a cold winter day was the day finally to come in and take a try. Open the doors and you feel like you are in a friend's basement. The dark yet modern decor lends to this tucked in feeling of a home. The bar tender/owner was very welcoming and accomidating. Saturday Happy hour from 3-5, what a great deal!!! For starters we had pretzel bites and the fries mozzerella wedge. The fried mozzerella bites had a nice Panko crust and soft gooey mozzerella cheese in the middle, served with a side of marinara dipping sauce (could have been a little warmer), the pretzel bites were belly satisfying, a crispy outside with a warm soft center, these had a choice of sauces so we had the honey mustard which was a home run and a cheese sauce. Cheese sauce was ok, I would like to see it kicked up a notch with a beer cheese sauce and a little creamer, but needless to say none were left on the plate. Now on to lunch. Great thing about this place is that you only need to get 3 wings of any flavor so it allows you to really dive into the selection of 12 varieties. so we had the honey bbq which was very good and had a nice flavor of honey but not to over power the bbq flavor, the Thai chili wings which on the lesser spice side of some others but really nice flavor. Hot wings, so I am a candlelight person and enjoy their hot wings and these gave it a run for the money not just in the heat side but these had more flavor, the complexity of the wings is really had yo describe but would have them again. also had the spicy peanut which was really good flavor but honestly should have started with these first! The wings come with real thick blue cheese which is hard to find in smaller restaurants. We shared the Mac and cheese which is made with shells (personal downside I prefer elbows, lol) but all kidding around it was very good, you get a huge bowl filled with these shells covered with this golden flow of cheese!! My wife loved the crunchy topping just need a little more (adds a nice kick!!) The general menu is a good mix of food and sandwhiches and salads and everything it between. Service is with a smile and personable

Julie J.

Yelp
Local treasure. Excellent drinks, generous pours, delicious sliders and wings. Friendly service.

Yelp
Where have you been all my life! I pass by this place every day on the way home from work and only visited last night. It is a comfortable bar restaurant, with a nice bar and friendly bartender who makes great kick ass drinks. Many variety of good strong and healthy sized drinks on happy hour menu as well as appetizers. I can recommend the Cosmo's. My husband and I shared the sampler for two - $15. It was very hardy and filled us right up. You get mussels, chicken wings, fried wontons, pretzel bites, two sliders and spinach feta quesadilla. The portion is big and more than enough for two w/o dinner. They have at least 10 types of wings so you could order what you want as well as the mussels as marina, fra diavolo or bianco. I liked that there were choices with the sliders too. The bar and restaurant were doing a nice business yet the food came out quickly and was hot. I will definitely return for happy hour and will also like to come back on a weekend for lunch. BTW, nice, new and clean bathrooms. UPDATE, I've been back for lunch, dinner and several more happy hours and it's still great. Lunch specials for $12 include a huge salad, soup, entrée and non alcoholic beverage. So full after eating lunch. Dinner menu has a variety of options, all satisfying, reasonably priced and delicious.

Yelp
Stopped in for some late lunch after a long drive from Boston. The service and food was great. My family and I really enjoyed it.

Yelp
Finally, we can eat out again! First stop...Tuck'd Away... I ordered the taco salad, added a black bean burger to it. Was amazing! We love the wings...get them naked with different sauces. Sliders, Mac & cheese, chili...so many favorites. Time for everyone to get back to the "new" normal, follow safety precautions, support our local businesses and ENJOY!
google avatar

Alexandra G.

Yelp
The good is great, the drinks are great, and the service is great! Went on a Friday night around 7 PM with our toddler son and was unsure if it was going to be too bar-ish. Turns out it's super kid friendly. The menu had a ton of things I wanted to try but I went with the Honey Chicken wedge on a wrap. Oooo ma gawd...it was so good!! I literally dream about it at night. Our server was super attentive, which is key when dining with an 18 month old and the owner even came around to ask about our experience. We will definitely be back!
google avatar

Shawn N.

Yelp
Just ordered from Tuck'd Away. New to Tuckahoe, and the food around here compares to great restaurants in the city. Kinder service too. Ordered the 16oz burger with juicy pickles and delicious ranch. Sweet potato fries were crispy and mouth watering with the syrup sauce. The Cobb salad was amazing too. Timely delivery. Will order again. Thanks Tuck'd Away!
google avatar

Vinay G.

Yelp
This place has not done anything wrong and actually continues to do everything perfectly. Every time I try something new, it's incredible, the turkey chili, the Cobb salad, the mozzarella wedge. All amazing. But the WINGS! They are the best anywhere, and I really consider myself to be a connoisseur when it comes to my chicken wings. They always make them exactly right, including all my ridiculous requests (super well done, all flats, changing the spice level of the sauce). Thank you for being the best and for always being reliable. PS - their homemade blue cheese is to die for.
google avatar

Sherry L.

Yelp
We somehow managed to hit up another Tuesday trivia night in Tuckahoe. This time on accident. Tuck'd Away is a family friendly bar and grill, with a seemingly bigger dining space than it appears on the outside. Food was nothing memorable - the typical bar fare. I thought the service was outstanding though, and the host of the trivia night did a good job of keeping us engaged even though we gave up really early on.

Yelp
I didn't eat or drink here. Decided to come because of the overall 4 star Yelp rating, when in search of "happy hour" near by. To start we walked in to a Mother, Father, and their two under 5 years of age children sitting at the bar. When they saw us walk in they were like "c'mon kids we have to go there are people here now" we just chuckled and told them we really didn't mind; I mean after all it was ONLY my boyfriend and I in the bar. It was about 4pm. Their happy hour was 3pm-6pm. I couldn't get over the smell of the establishment, or the dreary ambiance. It was overly dated and grimey. It was so nasty that I didn't wanna put my lips to a glass (for a drink). The waitress was busy talking to the family at the bar. When she finally came over to us (no drink menus because they don't have them), we told her we needed a few more minutes as we awkwardly were trying to discuss an escape plan. I wouldn't waste a second of my time, energy, or hard earned cash ever coming back to this place, even if they went up to 5 stars on Yelp!! They need to be on "Bar rescue" and completely re-renovate Tuck'd Away.
