Came in for a lunch special while I was in the area. The staff were friendly and greeted my quickly upon entering. The pad Thai was delicious and the medium spice level was just right. I would go back for sure if I was in the area.

The food is very good. It’s authentic, which means it’s incredibly spicy. Even the mildest version has a kick. Do yourself a favor and get the coffee or the tea. This place is kind of small, but can accommodate crowds. It’s located within a shopping center so there is plenty of parking.

Friendly staff and punctual assembly and readiness of the food I got tonight. I am pleased with the flavor of the pad Thai and the chicken wings. I got the chicken pad Thai and my partner got the spicy shrimp pad Thai. I would absolutely order from here again! The chicken wings in spicy were so delicious and flavorful. I appreciated the complementary mango sticky rice included in my order since they have a lovely promotion this month for take out orders of $35+. The mango sticky rice was delicious.

This place gives me delight for adding variety to medical center food scene. We checked it out for dinner, and we ordered Tom Yum chicken, spring rolls, chicken satay, hot basil, Thai tea and sticky rice with mango for dessert. All dishes contain fresh spices, and the ingredients tasted fresh. Tom Yum offered a sweet, sourish, spicy hot taste that was delightful for this cold weather. The spring rolls come out fresh off the wok, and it was crispy and flavorful with their dipping sauce. Chicken satay was tender and juicy and tasted great with their peanut sauce that cames with it. It is definitely a great variety of flavor for new food experience. Will comeback!

Wow! I went for the 1st time and the food was phenomenal. The veg eggrolls have crunchy mushrooms and the wings have roasted garlic. The drunken noodles were delicious. Not only was the food so good, most importantly, I LOVED watching the owners interact with the locals. So many regulars walked in during my visit (always a good sign) and they each had a separate connection with the owners. They all knew each other personally and I absolutely respected the owners for that. To be loved by your community is the highlight compliment you can receive. Awesome restaurant and people! ❤️❤️

As I sit here eating my delicious leftovers, I felt compelled to write a review for this wonderful Thai restaurant. The staff were very attentive, friendly, and prompt. The restaurant itself is quaint and incredibly clean. I had three dishes: Tom Kha soup, Pad See Ew, and the sticky rice with mango. I received everything in a timely manner. The food was so fresh and flavorful. The spicy level on my soup and entree was perfect. I am thrilled to have a Thai restaurant so close to home that offers delightful, authentic dishes.

Yummy! Chicken wings are so good. I ordered pineapple rice, medium spicy.(a bit too much for me, try mild in my opinion). I would like to go again.

Google
We really enjoyed this restaurant and are happy to see a Thai place in our neighborhood. Everything tasted quite fresh and was packed with flavor. The som tam and Tom yum were our favorite dishes. When we arrived, the owners greeted us warmly and made sure we had a comfortable place to sit. They made sure to check in on us throughout the meal too. Overall it was a great experience and we will be coming back to get their lunch specials 😋.

Yelp
Loved this place the first time I tried it, and it continues to be a staple place to go! This time, I tried the pad kee mow with beef and drunken macaroni. I got it without spice, and both dishes tasted delicious with a nice basil flavor. They tasted actually very similar and basically have the same ingredients. I opted for no spice but I think it'd be more delicious with just a little added spice. The portions are huge and always so delicious!! 10/10 recommend supporting them!

Yelp
New Thai restaurant in the med center area! This restaurant is located in a shopping center between a barbershop and a gas station. They area kind of gives shade tree but once inside the restaurant the vibes are good! The woman at the counter is very friendly. I ordered the Thai basil with white rice and some veggie egg rolls! Very fresh and well seasoned! The egg rolls come in a 4 pack and they are definitely cooking with fresh oil because they were great! As pictured you get a good sized portion of food! I will definitely be back to try more things on the menu!

Yelp
Super excited that this new Thai restaurant is in the neighborhood. I can see this becoming the new neighborhood Thai gem. Tuk Tuk is located in a pretty sketchy strip center so I wouldn't recommend going late at night if you are the cautious type but other the area is harmless with plenty of parking. The inside area has a lot of seating and the restaurant was super clean. I came during lunch so I ordered off the lunch menu with included a veggie eggroll. I ordered the l-2 pad see ew- medium heat! The medium heat was described perfectly! The spice was just enough where it didn't make nose run but enough spice to complement the dish. The pad see ew was very tasty for its price point. I will be back! The staff were super friendly as well.

Yelp
A fairly new Thai restaurant in the med center! Owned and run by the sweetest Thai couple, I came over here to discuss catering options for our company work event. Though they don't have a written catering menu, we discussed options for large trays of food! It averaged about $90/large tray and $55/$60 for small tray depending on the protein! We ordered a large platter of Phad Thai, a large platter of Phad Kee Mao, a small red curry, a small pineapple fried rice and a small Tuk Tuk fried rice! We also got 5 orders of fried dumplings and 5 orders of veggie eggrolls! It fed ~50 people with lots left over! Everyone raved about the food and how good it was! Some folks asked for the info so they can go back themselves! I think everyone enjoyed the options! The restaurant is newly remodeled so very nice! Owners are so friendly! Support local businesses - this place was authentic and delicious!

Yelp
Literally the best since I've been in HOU. Amazing food, staff & experience. I had the best time on a solo date & they took very good care. Attentive & courteous. Pleasant conversation & excellent food. Of course I'll be back!

Yelp
4 out of 5 stars but bumping it up since it's a new small, local business! Spotted this little restaurant in an area devoid of Thai (and Asian in general) food and was quite excited~ FYI, "tuk tuk" are those 3-wheel taxis that shuttle people around in Thailand. The menu has papaya salad, mango sticky rice, crab fried rice, green curry, and pad thai / pad see ew / pad kee mao options-- my favorites that I like to gauge a Thai place on. They have nice lunch special options priced around $11-12 too! I ordered a takeout order of the Pad Kee Mao with Beef lunch special, and it was ready super quickly! And even after the 20+ minutes until I sat down, the noodles were warm and still a soft + chewy consistency. "Mild" spicy definitely has a kick, so you've been warned! The flavor was super savory and spicy with a little sweet. The beef wasn't overcooked, and I liked the little bits of vegetables and egg. The basil flavor was awesome :D The lunch portion was pretty sizeable; I can't imagine what the dinner portion looks like (big!). The lunch special came with a little vegetable egg roll which was tasty and the wrapper still somehow held up through steaming in the container, but it wasn't anything that I would specifically order a la carte. So happy Tuk Tuk Thai Kitchen is so close to the gym, looking forward to more perfect post-workout meals! If you're in the area, definitely stop by. The area can be a little daunting/sketch at night (day time is fine :P), but the little restaurant is clean and the people are friendly. Check them out for some tasty noods-- I'm coming back more and to try the other menu items!

Yelp
Food was very good. Served hot and fresh. No wait for a table. In a small strip shopping center.

Yelp
Have yet to have anything that I consider disatisfying nor nasty they are amazing my coworker wanted the sticky rice !

Yelp
Saw door dash deal and ordered few curries, the location is little sketchy and wouldn't dare to go after dark. This is newly renovated location, interiors were decent. When the owner(male) saw I had a discount on the order he had an outburst which looked very unprofessional and has zero sense of hospitality. Apart from this all the curries were watery and tasted identical, taste was decent which is why two stars. The protein portion in the curries is bare minimum, for price point, location, quality it's not worth going back or recommending the place.

Yelp
Preface: I've traveled throughout Thailand and have had Thai food from around the world. Since the first week it opened- we have been loving the food here. I have tried Thai food from all over Houston and most of it is horrible. There is more to good Thai food than spice level. This restaurant- maybe out of your way but you should try it out- it is a hidden gem. The curry is excellent. The fried rice is fresh. The egg rolls are good. The Tom yum is good. Everything is fresh! Not only that- the service is amazing. The shop is clean and well kept too with plenty of dining space. I don't recommend many restaurants in Houston because I have high standards, and this one has met them.

Yelp
Great food, and awesome service! I ordered the chicken pad thai and it was delicious! I also recommend the mango sticky rice!

Yelp
The food is pretty good here. Our favorite was definitely the drunken macaroni, it was unique and tasty. The vegetable yellow curry was ok, not bad but not something I would order again. The service was good as well.

Yelp
Sharing my review on Yelp (previously posted) My family and I tried this newly opened Thai restaurant in Houston near the Medical Center. This is my honest review on the following items, etc., Inside: the restaurant was very clean, not overly decorated, very open and has plenty of light coming in from the outside, and have plenty of sitting. Outside: there is ample of parking spots and easy to find. Service: owners were very friendly and welcoming and answered questions we had. Food: we ordered a couple of entrees, appetizers, and Thai tea and water. Most of our entrees we ordered with medium spice level. Chicken egg roll and pork egg roll - we had requested for the egg rolls to be extra crispy and they came out perfection. Both eggrolls were filled with meat, no fillers. I do prefer the chicken egg rolls. Chicken satay - came in 4 skewers, chicken came in the traditional skewer and was moist and tender, and I absolutely loved the peanut sauce that came with the satay.. probably one of my favorite highlights. Moo ping - came in 4 skewers as well, it was charred beautifully and was tender, and it came with its own sauce, but I didn't get to try it since I preferred the peanut sauce from the chicken satay. Shrimp Tom Yum Soup - my heart was so happy to see a lot of mushrooms and fresh shrimp (cooked of course) included with the soup. The broth was like a warm hug, but I would say I would like the temperature to be a little hotter. Spice level tasted mild to me but my spice tolerance is pretty high. Pag See Ew Beef - if I knew that we could add more noodles for an extra charge I would have. This noodle dish is one of my favorite and go-to Thai dishes whenever I go to one, so I will be very critical on this one. It was delicious for sure, but I was looking for the smokey taste that was missing on this one. Spice level on this one tasted mild as well. Pad Thai - it was a solid choice, you can never go wrong on this one. It had plenty of noodles and chicken. We also requested for the noodles to be put to the side and they honored this. Spice level on this one tasted mild as well. Crabmeat Fried Rice - I actually really enjoyed this one. I wish I was able to eat more of this, solid choice for sure. Spice level on this one tasted mild as well. Panang Curry Pork - (not pictured), another dish I wished I ate more of, it was another solid choice. I really enjoyed this one, creamy, and the spices were all there. Mango Sticky Rice - it was warm and not too sweet. It was a perfect dessert to have after all the food and the heat. It's soothing and like a warm hug. Thai Tea - it was so good! You have to try it. Definitely recommend and would love to come back to try the other items on the menu.

Yelp
*AMAZING FOOD* -- Great service -- Sketchy Location I had the best green curry of my life. My son loved his drunken noodles and his girlfriend loved her pad kee mao. I felt bad for the owners that there were people in front of their establishment drinking lean and smoking pot. Hopefully that was just a one-off. Go with a guy and don't wear your diamonds and you'll be fine.

Yelp
We got the hot basil and pad see ew, plus the fried shu Mai app. All so so good. This place is close to our place and delivery was quick, so we will definitely be back!

Yelp
Hidden Gem! Everything we tried here was excellent and full of flavor. Everything made is authentic Thai and customer service was flawless. Would love to come back here if I was in the area.

Yelp
The pad Thai was the only standout dish out of four. The green and Massaman curries were thin and lightly spiced. The interior is clean but spare. It is located in a strip mall close to NRG and south of the (Texas Medical Center) TMC. The take out order was ready in a timely manner.

Yelp
I'm enthralled about this solid and delicious Thai option near my home in the medical center. My family ordered take out on a Sunday night. We ordered ahead online and our food was ready on time as promised. We ordered the tofu pad thai (delicious, not too sweet) the chicken pad see ew (yummy and savory, although lacked a little bit of wok flavor), chicken red curry, shrimp tom yum soup, chicken pad kra pao, and mango sticky rice. The food was great but the mango rice was a highlight (sweet and perfectly delicious with strong pandan flavor!) Everyone in the family expressed approval of our new go-to Thai takeout spot!

Jennifer C.

Yelp
Friendly, quick service. Food was very good. Mild curry is still spicy. Clean pleasant space with traditional menu.

Yelp
Excellent food. Family owned. Great place for lunch or dinner. The Pad Thai was one of the best I have had. Great service too.

Yelp
This is my new favorite take out place. The curries, the pads, the apps are all excellent everytime. They portions are big and prices reasonable. The workers are so nice and I love the little mom and pop vibe. The food here never disappoints.

Yelp
The food & service were both amazing! Such a hidden gem. The atmosphere was very clean & welcoming. Will be back :)

Yelp
Really great pad see ew and pad kee mow. We ordered hot because most places say hot but it it's not actually hot hot but this one is so be cautious of that. Overall really great food and service is really nice.

Laura D.

Yelp
Friendly service, delicious food, came out hot and fast. I got the Tom yum with shrimp- perfectly seasoned, spicy and delicious. I also tried the mango sticky rice and it was amazing! I can't wait to come back and try some more dishes :)

Yelp
My first timing trying this restaurant. I ordered the pork egg roll, steamed chicken dumpling and pad Thai. Absolutely loved the dumpling. Pleasantly surprised how good the egg roll was. It was cooked perfectly, mostly meat and hardly any "fillers" which I appreciate. Will definitely order those again. Pad Thai wasn't quite to my expectation, however I still enjoyed it. Will be back next week!

Brittany F.

Yelp
Cute new little spot and the food was fiiiiiire. Got the panang curry. My bf got hot and he was low key sweating. Mild was still a bit spicy for me but you can have no spice. We also have the veg egg rolls. Crisp was so good. Thai tea was perfect. Loved the whole little vibe, service was great.

Andrea ..

Yelp
Loved the food! my colleagues and I thoroughly enjoyed this place! The red curry is sooooo good! (I highly recommend it!) Thai spice is the hottest and only recommend it if you can't handle it. I got the hot and it was great! My other co worker got the gosh bowl and enjoy it

Janet P.

Yelp
On a Wednesday afternoon, we went to Tuk Tuk for Lunch. My husband ordered the Penang Curry with Chicken, and Tom Yum Soup; I ordered Pad Tai with Shrimp and a Sweet Mango Rice Pudding for dessert. Everything was good except the shrimps that came with the Soup and Noodle Dish - they tasted nothing, and the textures were like chewy wood stripes; and the Pad Tai noodles was too saucy, not my taste. So all and all, I would not go back for any Shrimp dish anymore!

Lailah B.

Yelp
Live in the area and wanted to check out this new place and It was sooooo good !!!! Ordered the spicy pad kee mow, chicken dumplings, and tuk tuk fried rice and it honestly was very delicious and authentic. The food came out super fast and the portions are HUGE. Definitely did not disappoint and definitely will be going back ! The owner was so sweet and so cute and she gave very honest reviews of everything we asked. If you've never been you should definitely try !!
