"This no-frills food truck is a local staple for its Nashville-style fried chicken. Don’t expect much in the way of ambiance or Instagram-perfect portraiture here—it's limited to a trailer, picnic tables, and a Porta Potty—but that’s just because the emphasis is on the food. Four heat levels help patrons navigate the menu, ranging from “wimpy” to “fire In the hole!” Salve your burnt taste buds with some homemade sun tea." - Jenna Scatena

Finally got to try Tumble22 after hearing all the hype from my friends, and I have to say—it’s absolutely worth it! I went for their chicken burger and ordered the highest level of spiciness, and it did not disappoint. The flavor was bold, the heat was intense yet enjoyable, and overall, it was a super satisfying meal. I also tried their dirty fries on the side, and they were a pleasant surprise. The chicken toppings added a unique twist that I hadn’t seen before, making them even more delicious. The outdoor patio was a great spot to enjoy the meal, and the overall vibe of the restaurant had a true Texan feel to it, adding to the experience. Definitely a place I’d visit again for some amazing spicy chicken!

here is what you need to know before coming to this location: they have two restrooms for both men and women Good sink good soap okay customer service but the strategic location gets slammed and can get very busy with very limited parking so keep that in mind in fact the parking is extremely limited so keep in mind when you put in it to go order they would rather you take it to go to free up your spot for the next person as quickly as possible because this place can get slammed compared to the other locations even more so than others despite that they can get to your order pretty darn quick and I got to mind pretty darn quick I find that this is the only place that I get any kind of fried chicken from it does not upset my stomach and I believe it's probably has something to do with Wade and do the chicken the way they fry it and also the way that they spice up the chicken to your liking plenty of indoor and outdoor outdoor tables with linear TVs and a nice little atmosphere to take pictures with but the challenge is once again this place gets slammed with lots of students to go orders and can become very quickly packed before you know it I mean get a parking great but a parking's going to be 80% of your battle for this location also handicap accessibility outside is fine but inside there's no handicap accessibility really it's pretty narrow fun fact it's actually used to be a different restaurant just a few years ago that serve some of the best breakfast so ask for the food I'm a huge fan of just getting a boneless chicken thighs Korean style stupid hot so it's both ridiculously hot and flavorful along with lots of their pickles and huge fan of their broccoli salad which you can get for less than 10 bucks as a combo which makes this a very affordable option compared to most places also plenty of options for the kids and family in lots of different options for tenders sandwiches and my Lord their sandwich of the month with their pecan combination is the most unique sandwich I've ever had quite possibly ever and so flavorful highly recommend this location all my friends and family also the special Asian fries marinated and multiple different kinds of sauces and spices with shredded chicken which is the only real option for really most affordable but will fill you up and maybe even have a meal to go highly recommend that item too Last but not least a shout out to the customer service here who puts into hard work to keep up with the orders to just keep coming at this place while keeping a smile and trying to accommodate not easy Last but not least the pies oh my lord their chocolate pecan pie is to die for I cannot recommend it enough but I've also tried pretty much every one of their other pies which are just as good depending on your palate and sign up for the rewards program and or app so you can put in to go orders easy for pickup and skip the line and accumulate reward points for free food and awards for your birthday

My granddaughter was craving her favorite dish, Mac and cheese, so I decided to try a new restaurant to give it a shot. The ambiance was lovely, and I ordered the 1/4 white with Mac and cheese, fries, and candied bacon deviled eggs. The chicken and fries were absolutely delicious, but the rest of the dishes didn’t quite impress us. She took a tiny bite of the pasta and quickly pushed it away. However, she absolutely adored the string fries. And to top it all off, the key lime pie was a total hit!

Google
This was some of the best chicken I have had in Austin! There was enough variety for everyone to get something that they liked and they had a decent amount of indoor and outdoor seating. I highly recommend ending off your meal with their homemade pies; the chocolate chip pecan pie was one of the top 3 pies I’ve had in my life! The staff was kind and responsive; especially because we had a pretty large party, she was very accommodating and helpful! The restaurant itself has a homey vibe and is also dog friendly! I would definitely recommend to try this place out if you are in the area!

Google
I tried the 1/4 bone in chicken, it was just typical fried chicken, nothing really stood out. Family tried the OG, their most popular and met their expectations. Place had a very cool atmosphere to it liked the lighting and pet friendly patio with a giant TV screen to watch sports. Staff could smile or use more enthusiasm though, felt like they didn't want to be there 🤷. Nothing really bad, guess just had high expectations

Google
I ordered four items: a Cobb salad, The Southern, 1/4 of bone-in white meat, and the Szechuan fries. The Good: The portion sizes are solid for the price, especially by Austin standards, and their happy hour menu is a nice bonus. The Cobb salad was fresh, and the chicken was flavorful and tender—no dry, stringy bits here. Their spice level actually delivered, not too intense, but just flavorful enough to keep me coming back for more. The Not-So-Good: I loved The Southern fried chicken sandwich, but it fell victim to the all-too-familiar issue: the bread instantly disintegrated, making the whole thing fall apart. As for the Szechuan fries, the flavor reminded me of a wasabi-honey combo—something I actually enjoyed—but unfortunately, the fries turned into soggy, potato sticks almost immediately. Overall: I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at Tumble22. With great portion sizes, delicious flavors, and a vibe that definitely makes me want to come back, I’m giving it five stars. I’ll definitely be back for more—just maybe with a few tweaks to my order next time.

The joint was a nice place out of the ordinary. We enjoyed our dishes outside where the twinkle lights were lit, warm and inviting, just like the food. Our server Trey was knowledgeable and welcoming. We will definitely be returning with family from out of town 🥰

Ordered quite a few sandwiches of different heat levels since it was my first time. Hot is my go-to. Great portions, amazing flavor and quality!!

Yelp
I don't know how Tumble does it, but my chicken sandwich (the OG) comes out perfectly crispy and stays crispy even way after I begin to eat. The OG is tje perfect combination of spicy chicken breast with amazing flavor, complimented by sweet coleslaw and pickles. The only downside is that the bread can get a bit soggy from the coleslaw but that's typically how it goes for most places that put coleslaw on burgers. I'm not sure what's in the cheese sauce but the Mac and cheese is a no-skip every single time. This location can be tricky with parking so keep that in mind when you visit. While it looks small, I like that they have a heated patio on top of the physical location. The inside does get really loud and can be sort of cramped but I'm not knocking stars because the food is just too good. I will say our server did not visit super often to refill drinks or give the check (I opted to not take the little bit of my sandwich to go because I didn't want to wait for him another time). I have had great service before and our server this time was still friendly so no points off overall.

Yelp
we order carry out~ salad with chicken (not spicy) nuggets was wonderful, could have used additional dressing/sauce tho, really good with feta, various lettuces certainly large enough to share! The chicken sandwiches (3 were ordered, all spicy ) were devoured. Generous in size possibly the bun was larger than needed was the groups comment, but the chicken was tasty, cooked perfectly AND the spice was plentiful Chocolate pecan & Buttermilk pies are worth it and the slices also easily shareable. Never had tried Buttermilk pie but the description of custard took me in and it didn't disappoint & neither did the crust....yummmm The chocolate pecan was ordered by my SIL, looked delicious also, my husband makes this type of pie and it's one of my All Time Favorites. TUMBLE 22, great & we will be baaaaack

Bella G.

Yelp
This chicken sandwich was ridiculous. It came with spicy fried chicken, coleslaw, pickles, and duke's mayo on a buttered bun I'm not the biggest fan of coleslaw but it just elevated this sandwich and added a nice cooling aspect because that chicken was spiiiiiicy The flavors were just so great and I thought my spice level was perfect. The spice levels are: wimpy, hot, mo' hot, dang hot, cluckin' hot, and stupid hot :) Also, keep in mind we got the LIL' sandwiches... THERE'S A BIGGER SANDWICH THAN THIS ON THE MENU!!! #crazy I love Texas sizes. Thank you Texas for your big sizes and thank you Nashville for your beautiful hot chicken ‍

Yelp
This place has a clear culinary point of view and does what they do very well. It's all about the chicken and the egg. The chicken they're most famous for is their fried tender, though there are other options. They even had meatless options. But the restaurant is a celebration of the chicken tender, which they do very well. What could compliment the chicken better than the egg. And which came first? Here, it's the egg. Their deviled egg ("heavenly egg") is their most famous appetizer and it is extremely good. Our server was hip, made us feel at home, and took good care of us. We had the deviled eggs (five halves - so I guess the chef gets a half, lol). They were creamy, well seasoned, had a little kick, and were liberally topped with candied bacon. Yummo! We are big deviled egg fans and have had many variations. These stand up to the best! My wife had two chicken tenders with a side of fries. Two was plenty. It's like a whole chicken breast cut in half lengthwise. Crispy, moist and flavorful. The fries were standard though not excellent. She says next time she'll try a different side - probably the broccoli salad. I had the cobb salad with chicken tenders. I highly recommend this. It's not available with blue cheese dressing, which is usually my preference. But I wouldn't change a thing. It was perfect. So delicious! And it also comes with a whole deviled egg (two halves). It's not exactly a healthy, low calory salad. It's a cobb. It's a bowl of decadent flavor. But it's amazingly delicious and you still get to check the box of, "I'm making healthy choices; I had salad for dinner." :-) For any chicken you order, there's a scale of heart level (spiciness). I choose, "hot," which has a detectable but lower level of heat. They offer several degrees higher than that. My wife had "mo spicy" and she has a pretty high tolerance but it was too spicy for her, so we traded out one tender each, to balance the heat. They're spiciness chart is as much about the source of the heat as it is about the level of heat. "Mo spicy" has ground, dried peppers of some sort dusted onto it. It was very unevenly dusted, and in some places downright coated. It was a very flavorful spice mix. I really enjoyed it. But don't go for 'mo unless you're really prepared. I loved it, but it made me sweat a bit. My nose ran and my lips burned. But I couldn't stop eating it, lol! I tried a drink there that sounds wierd but I really liked it! Their bar advertises, "stiff, cheap cocktails" (clever marketing). I had the 60/40. It's a beer glass filled 60% with Modelo on draft and 40% filled with a frozen blood orange margarita. Sounds crazy. But dang it was good. Bright and refreshing. I will absolutely order that again next time I'm here. And I'll order another cobb with hot chicken tenders. But since that comes with a deviled egg, instead of ordering an appetizer, I'll save room for their buttermilk pie, which looked amazing.

Yelp
First time visit for me with friends (party of 8) and this spot did not disappoint. Our server was attentive, fun, and polite. The food was on point and portions were generous. I went with the OG chicken sandwich paired with a Big Larry (dangerous). The ambiance is casual and chill. Overall solid experience - I do recommend!

Linda S.

Yelp
Best chicken I've ever had!! I love that there are different levels of spicy, from "whimpy/painless" to "stupid hot". I'm definitely more of a whimp lol but my husband definitely loves a good kick and loves their spice! The chicken is always tender and perfectly breaded, their coleslaw is phenomenal and I freaking love the fries!! Highly recommended

Alex W.

Yelp
Ya know. I really wanted to like this place. I had heard nothing but incredible things about this restaurant, especially for their chicken of course, but I was left wanting more with everything. I got the Korean BBQ OG and I do not recommend it at all. The bun was too soft for the style of chicken I felt it was holding. On top of that I request for the heat level to be a 4 and felt that no spices had been added at all. On top of that, the gochujang was decent but I felt lacked any depth of flavor. The main redeeming factor is that the chicken was moist. I also ordered their Szechuan fries. Don't get them. Fries were soggy, lacked salt, and there was little to no overall flavor. The outside would be fun with a small group. I went back again just to make sure it wasn't a hoax first time but had the same experience with the OG tenders. Maybe I'm just a hater but I feel there is probably better chicken in the area. I hope so at the very least.

Jennifer E.

Yelp
I was in the area, Googled fried chicken, and found this location. I had never been here before and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I got the two boneless chicken thighs and a mac and cheese side. It also came with the best pickles I have ever had. It was terrific. I was concerned about the hot part, but you can order without hot. I sat outside on the patio, where they had heaters and tents over the patio. The menu is a QR code. My server was friendly and attentive. This was previously Magnolia Cafe before they closed this location. The parking lot is tiny, but I came at an off-hour and was able to park. I will be back!

Michael M.

Yelp
Unique take on hot chicken and deviled eggs. Service is always on point, also the buttermilk pie is a must for every visit!

Megan M.

Yelp
Very solid chicken with great flavor. I liked that you can choose the spice amount. Mac and cheese was very cheesy and creamy.

Pax S.

Yelp
The staff here is incredibly attentive, both inside and out, making our three-day stop before ACL a great experience each time. The drink selection is fantastic--highly recommend the Big Larry, Adult Lemonade, and the 60/40. As for food, I tried the Lil O.G., half Cobb salad, Szechuan fries, dirty fries, and a side of potato salad--all were outstanding! The outdoor seating is comfortable, thanks to the misting fans, and they always have sports games on, adding to the vibe. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Diana M.

Yelp
Amazing, fresh chicken and incredible service! We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and while it was busy they seated and served us very quickly. Between two of us we got a 3piece tenders, and a 12 piece nuggets with Mac and cheese and fries and everything was fantastic. The chicken was not greasy but perfectly crispy and the spice was incredible. We got the Serrano and habanero spice rubs and they did not disappoint! We will be back.

Shakita P.

Yelp
Where do I begin?! We had to wait a few minutes for a parking spot. It's pretty small. We were greeted promptly to be seated upon our arrival. Our server, Raffa, welcomed us with a complimentary order of Dirty Fries for our first time at the restaurant. They were yum yum delicious. Fries topped with queso, chicken, and pickles. I know, I know...you gotta try it! We ordered chicken tender and nuggets kids meals, the 1/2 chicken meal, and the salad! Everything tasted great! Wasn't very spicy, so I should've gone up a spice level. The owner and entire staff were friendly and accommodating. The place has a very chill and laid back feel. Indoor and outdoor (covered) seating. Found out they have a location in Houston and coming to Dallas in the near future!

Ali B.

Yelp
I'd heard so much hype about Tumble 22, so when I tried it, I was very excited. Honestly, I thought it was just okay. The fried chicken was good, but it didn't quite live up to the hype for me. I ordered the mac & cheese plain, which was a bit underwhelming. I think I missed out on the full-flavor experience by not ordering the dirty Mac. Also, as a big ranch girlie, I wasn't blown away by their ranch. Overall, I thought it was good, but I'd say it didn't quite meet the expectations everyone set for me. When I give it another try and I will make sure to try different menu items!

Gina C.

Yelp
Man oh man, I just love this place!!! Anytime my partner and I are craving "grub" or "homie" food, we always go to Tumble 22. We have been here so many times! Our go-to is the jumbo chicken tenders with some spice. SO good - honorable mention to the honey mustard and ranch sauces. We love to share a large mac, side of fries, and side of potato salad. The food is consistent, so juicy, perfect crisp on the chicken -- something I definitely can't replicate at home. Additionally, the staff is always so kind and friendly. The restaurant vibes are laid back and clean, and I love the decor inside. Plus, the lights on the patio are such a cute addition - and warm enough to sit in the winter!!! PLUS this place has an unbeatable happy hour for drinks and food! Their frozen blood orange margarita is super good (& strong!!). I can't wait for it to get warmer and start ordering these again. Highly recommend - great place for a date, to bring family, and to bring friends!

Jackie F.

Yelp
Amazing food the spices of the chicken is to die for. They even give you a choice of how hot you want it. Try the dirty fries they're amazing....we will be back

Aimee L.

Yelp
The people were nice and took my to go order!!! Wrong chicken, grilled instead of crispy, no sauces, wrong pie,,,, no dressing for salads . Suggest ordering in house so you can correct!!!!! Very frustrated 85.00 later

Lianna T.

Yelp
More than just a fried chicken spot - as the outdoor area is surrounded in hanging lights, making for a lovely atmosphere (not what you might expect at a place that specializes in fried chicken!). Fried chicken is delicious, and the cole slaw side was also a standout. We didn't have room for the desserts - but they look absolutely outstanding, and we will need to return. All behind the counter are quite kind as well.

Jamie P.

Yelp
Parking lot is a bit small, but you might get lucky or find some down the street. We stopped in on a beautiful day and enjoyed their patio. We got the Lil Larry frozen (I can see the hype), the loaded fries, and spicy chicken sandwiches-OG and southern. All of the food was really good and the lil Larry was surprisingly strong. Our server was attentive and kind. Go grab a bite and walk town lake- or Vice versa.

Amy F.

Yelp
Vegetarians, we can now hang out here with our carnivore friends! I got the Lil OG with the plant-based chicken and it was really good! The Lil OG is about the size of a chik fil a sandwich and it's the only one you can make plant-based. The pecan toffee pie is insanely good. Would come here just for the pie. Parking is limited so you'll have to do street parking but it's not the worst.

Thomas B.

Yelp
My wife is a fried chicken lover, it's her go to food. As we were moving out of the West Lake Hills area to Lakeway, for work, we wanted to try one more new place - to us. I'm so grateful we found Tumble 22. The service, eating area, and food were all divine. Parking can be a bit tough, but it's well worth the hassle. And it's Austin, where is parking not tough? First, they have decent size outdoor seating area that is covered, dog friendly, and features a TV if that's your thing! They also feature indoor seating for those less humid inclined. We were seated promptly and our server was amazing the whole time we were there. She provided exceptional explanations of the menu in terms of the true spice level, and we were provided a complimentary appetizer as first timers which was a very pleasant surprise. The most important part: the fried chicken. Absolutely amazing! Hands down, this is top tier chicken. Not only that, their spice levels actually include spice. I can't tell you how annoying it is to go somewhere that claims their food is spicy only to be met with a pinch of salt as the actual spice. This place makes some actual spicy chicken and it's delicious. The sides were on point, and their margaritas hit the spot.

Keay A.

Yelp
. Talk about super crispy, super flavorful chicken! I highly recommend the spicy Korean BBQ--some of the best fried chicken I've had in Austin in a long time. The perfect balance of heat and sweetness in the sauce takes it to the next level. Every bite was a delight, with a satisfying crunch and juicy, tender meat. If you're a fried chicken fan, this place should be at the top of your list.

Eric K.

Yelp
Excellent chicken sandwich! Big step up from Chick-Fil! Nice patio. Casual butt table service. Good place to watch the game.

Alex L.

Yelp
Tumble 22 has some of the best-fried chicken I've ever had. On top of that, all the sides I've tried were also delicious too! I love the 1/4 dark meat combo with two sides, it's the perfect amount of food. The best sides are the mac and cheese, coleslaw, and broccoli salad. Everything tasted great. The service was good too! They were super welcoming and friendly. Always happy to come back.

Mirna P.

Yelp
Update!!!! Still the yummiest chicken!!! Sam took care of us and it was delicious as usual!! It's always nice to stop by and feel like I'm a usual here. The staff is super friendly and accommodating to groups! Cheers to a great job!

Brigid P.

Yelp
We came here for lunch on a rainy day. Too bad because the patio looked nice. Service with quick and efficient. These chicken sandwiches are humongous! I am pregnant and trying to avoid even worse heartburn so I just got the painless but the patty was soo big and soo juicy and the bun was perfectly toasted and coleslaw and pickles a lovely touch. French fries were way underwhelming, like come on you have good chicken, get some good fries. Mac and cheese had a nice little kick to it and was creamy but noodles were overcooked. I'd definitely eat it again, the happy hour food and drink prices looked awesome too!

Michael R.

Yelp
I have picked up food there several times and they always miss something. I asked for ranch for the chicken bites and on the side for my salad. They forgot both.

Jonathan K.

Yelp
We arrived on a Monday afternoon, and were quickly seated. They have lots of benches inside and seating, and was great AC on a hot day. Spice Level (Hot)- in this location, it seems that it was not that hot. We barely tasted the heat, and it seemed that they didn't even put any spice on it. At other locations, their hot might be a little spicier. At this specific location, we would have gotten the next level spice. Dark 1/4 (Mac Cheese, Cole Slaw), Hot- chicken is delicious, juicy, and super crispy. For the price with the amount of food, this is a great deal, since it comes with 2 sides. Mac and Cheese was delicious, creamy, and gooey, which was a great contrast to the fried chicken. Cole Slaw overall was good, but nothing memorable. The OG, Hot- HUGE chicken, super juicy, and an overall great sandwich. Wish that we got a spicier level, because "Hot" did not have enough spice either. Maybe if it were spicier, the sandwich would taste even better.

Julia M.

Yelp
The chicken was fine, but my order of the Korean style burger was overwhelming. It was pretty difficult to eat since the sauces made the buns soggy and it kept falling apart :( the fries were ok

Lisa G.

Yelp
Awesome! Amazing! Received great service from Logan. The chicken was soooo fresh. Will def be back!

Craig C.

Yelp
We went tonight for happy hour 33% discounts and had jumbo chicken strips and collard greens and 1/2 chicken salad with ranch dressing. Service was a little slow but once waited on for was served quickly and food was hot and tasty. We will come back for sure. Very limited parking.

Kathleen W.

Yelp
We ordered a broccoli salad, mac n cheese, 3 boneless thighs, tenders and a chicken sandwich. By golly, fried chicken places in Austin are done right and we both quickly ate the food we ordered. The food is all delightfully crispy and flavorful. The sides are so fatty in all the right ways and tastes so good~

Kyle H.

Yelp
I came to lunch and had the sandwich of the month (March). It came with pickled jalapeños, pepper jack cheese, onion rings and sausage gravy. It can be messy so opted to hold the gravy. - Chicken sandwich - 5/5 - filling and flavorful Pros - excellent chicken - good happy hour (see pic for menu) - fun monthly chicken sandwiches - patio which is dog friendly - friendly service (they brought my dog a water bowl) Cons - parking it tough right in front but there's additional parking across the street so don't forget about that if you can't find parking out front Overall, would highly recommend for a casual dining experience. Not too expensive and filling. The happy hour is also a great deal for both food and drinks.

Iris H.

Yelp
Maybe my fav spicy fried chicken? It's legit super spicy, choose your degree wisely. It's soaked in spicy oil, which I really like - unlike many other places that use powder to make it spicy. The skin is always crispy, sometimes maybe a bit too oily but hey it's fried chicken! I love their Tuesday picnic set, very good value. It also travels well, the skin stays crispy. The wait is pretty long for dining in so I think delivery is a good idea, or pickup.

Angela L.

Yelp
Was with a party of 6 and we were seated outside immediately! Outside was really pretty with lights and benches to sit on. I got the 1/4 dark with Mac and cheese and potato salad. The meat was really crunchy and flavorful. The Mac n cheese was really cheesy and heavy but I rely liked the potato salad the most! I also got sweet tea but it wasn't as sweet as I liked. This place is also really cheap. My meal with a drink came out to $15. I like coming here with friends or ordering from UberEATS from here.

Em T.

Yelp
I wanted to add another 5 star experience. After a very hangry day after a UT football game (I was so done y'all) my friend and I went to tumble 22. Our waiter was Calvin and he was SO. SWEET. even when I was in a bad mood he was able to lighten it up. Our food came in like less than 10 minutes, and again, it tasted heavenly. Calvin was an extremely considerate waiter and just overall locked in why I love this place. Please go try it out !!

Stephanie M.

Yelp
Great HH alert! Love to come here for HH from Monday to Friday from 4 pm to 6 pm they have an array of regular menu items for $6 each. We went with the Lil OG Dang Hot with fries, the chicken tenders with loaded mac and cheese and the OG Cluckin Hot. If you really love spicy you can totally handle the Cluckin Hot. Everything was delicious as always, but I would recommend to have the waiter show you your order before they submit it to the kitchen. There was a small misunderstanding that we wanted the Lil OG instead of the regular OG, but that's fine. We love the food here so I wasn't a big deal. Also first time trying the loaded Mac and cheese...I highly recommend it! Very creamy and cheese. Large portion too.

Jane O.

Yelp
Outstanding chicken sandwich, dirty fries, deviled eggs, and buttermilk pie. Giant portions at a great price. Fast delivery from Favor.

Manny R.

Yelp
Absolutely love the food! Such a great balance of flavors and considering the price point, Tumble 22 is a must go.

Yelp
The chicken sandwich is great! I got it Hot. Which is the lowest of spicy. And it was spicy but not too much. I also got coleslaw and collard greens. I highly recommend both of these. The French fries taste like fast food fries. Beers are over-priced. $5.50-7.50. Service was pretty good. Outside, they have a fire pit wall in the middle of the seating area. I liked it. Even though it was cold and rainy. Not a true area heater though.

Yelp
People love to talk about Dave's Hot Chicken. Yeah, there's not need for that in Austin. Tumble 22 is shockingly good. Not just their sandwiches; fried chicken meals are also fantastic. Friendly staff and good vibes make it even better. on the downside, parking is a little tricky

Yelp
Great food we need one in Bee Cave Texas To drive 45 mins for some good chicken but traffic is bad

Yelp
Great service, amazing food, and fun vibes! I love the taste of Tumble 22 Chicken. It's got this seasoning on it that just takes it to another level. The mac and cheese is to die for and the butter cake was worth it! I can't wait to come back and try more items on their menu!

Yelp
Yummy! The chicken here is awesome. Very flavorful and huge pieces. I didn't care for the Mac n cheese tho. Kind of bland. The waiters were super chill and funny. I enjoyed them. Very cool looking restaurant. Overall it's a dope little chicken spot.

Yelp
A fun lunch spot after a pickleball tourney. Great atmosphere, strong drinks and delicious chicken. It will be our new go-to spot when we are in ATX.

Yelp
Our first time to Tumble 22 and it was amazing. Best hot chicken we have had in Texas. Not only are the flavors spot on but they had all different kinds of chicken. Bone in, boneless thighs, strips, nuggets, you name it!

Yelp
This place is fire ! (See what I did there? ;) I've been to Nashville and had the famous Red Hot chicken and I wasn't sure what to expect when I hit up Tumble 22. A friend of mine said this is the place to go so there already were high expectations. So, we took some friends who were visiting from out of town. I got the medium hot I think. And it wasn't tooo bad heat wise. Still could taste the flavor and I'm telling you, it's delicious! The fries that they make that have special stuff I. It were also really good. It wasn't super busy when we went so that helps but yeah I would say you are winning if you go to Tumble 22. Great service, decent atmosphere, great hot chicken!
