Amazing tuna food.
Service far away from excelence.
I do not want to be disrespectful, their food and hundreds of tuna variations is really good.
Tuna cutting experience? Yes, huge tuna on the table, cutting, watching, learning for 2 hours. My feedback for improvement:
- when your experience is only in spanish language, tou should inform about this when people are buying on english version of your website
- when you have 30 hungry guests arriving at 19:00, letting them starve for first 2 hours of experience (only with two spoons of “amouse buche” directly from the tuna on the table) is pure not caring about the guests
- when hearing feedback about two hours starving in person, you could act better. But we ve got not really polite care and immidiately we felt hostile instead.
- so we ate all the courses and left.
I heard, that this is “spanish” tradition, but I do not agree. I ve experienced this only in Barcelona. And even here, I was in amazing restaurant with amazing service, with amazing hospitality (slow & low with Michelin star).
So dear Tunateca, Balfego has amazing product, try to have amazing hospitality as well.
You can definitely do better.
