We came for the bottomless brunch thinking both food and drinks were unlimited — turns out it was just the drinks. The promo title was really misleading, and we only found out when we asked for more food.
That aside, the food was genuinely great — tasty and full of flavour. Ambience was lovely too, with good Filipino music playing in the background. Service was a bit slow, maybe because it was quite busy.
Good thing we got a discount, otherwise the full price wouldn’t have felt worth it given the confusion. Still, a nice vibe overall.

Hi Rex,
Thank you for taking the time to reply. I appreciate the passion and effort you clearly put into your concept and food, which I did enjoy, and made sure to highlight in my review.
That said, I think it’s important to acknowledge the perspective of a first-time guest who genuinely felt misled. While I now understand that “bottomless brunch” typically refers to unlimited drinks in London, not everyone may interpret it that way, especially when the title doesn’t explicitly clarify that food is not included as part of the “bottomless” offering. Clearer wording in the promotional material could help avoid this kind of confusion going forward.
As for the pricing and value, I didn’t dispute that I had a good amount of drinks, and yes, the food was delicious. But my review wasn’t about quantity; it was about expectation versus reality, and how that affects the overall experience. Regardless of discount, transparent communication sets the tone for guest satisfaction.
I wish you all the best, and again, I do commend the creativity of the Boodle Fight and the good food. Hopefully, this feedback can be taken constructively.
