"If you need to eat some dinner and grab groceries for the week, go to Tutta Bella on Westlake. This Neapolitan pizzeria is located directly above the SLU Whole Foods and we love their bubbly, charred, and delicious pies, especially alongside a bottle of wine and a couple of salads. And, each pizza is around $15 and is big enough to feed two. So if you’re shopping before or after dinner, don’t feel bad when you throw a jar of organic almond butter into your cart downstairs." - Aimee Rizzo

"Tutta Bella is serving a Peremoha (Ukrainian for victory) cocktail and donating all proceeds from the drink to Razom for Ukraine, a non-profit organization supporting Ukrainians in their pursuit of a democratic society. The drink is a mix of vodka, amaro, lemon juice, and ginger beer. The restaurant is urging people to donate to Razom for Ukraine’s fundraiser on Facebook." - Jade Yamazaki Stewart

We often go here for special occasions. The food is very good. Our most recent experience was not. We found a hair in the appetizer. The waiter took the food back, but was not apologetic. It then took an extremely long time for a main courses to come out. The waiter never checked on us and it was hard to track him down. This is the type of place where you expect exceptional service (to justify the high prices), but our most recent experience was extremely lacking.

We rented the upstairs room for dinner after a very small wedding ceremony. From booking to the actual event, this place is absolutely amazing. Staff are friendly, considerate and thorough. The room itself was decorated beautifully and extremely clean. We were served several courses of food, each one somehow more delicious than the last. In particular, this was the best penne a la vodka we have ever had. We definitely plan on returning and highly recommend this restaurant!

Everything was excellent here! The service was very nice and kind. Foods were amazing. We got calamari, seafood salad and mussels. As a main we got Rib eye and porterhouse for myself. I like the porterhouse(perfectly cooked for the temperature ive asked). Desserts were delicious and my favorite was san basque cheesecake. It was phenomenal(its not ricotta). The owner came to our table and he was so kind as well. 10/10 definitely will be coming back here!

Great culinary experience. Went early, service was excellent and was back in NJ, by 9.

The food was great, I really enjoyed each meal. The calamari was delicious and the Snapper was worth every bite very tasty. How could I forget I really liked the artichoke.

As tourists visiting from Switzerland, Tutta Bella was hands down the best dining experience we had during our entire stay in New York. From start to finish, everything was simply perfect. The appetizers were flavorful and fresh, the main courses cooked to absolute perfection, and the desserts—wow!—they were the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal. The flavors, the presentation, and the attention to detail truly stood out. What made it even more special was the incredibly warm and professional service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. We genuinely felt like valued guests, not just customers. Tutta Bella is not just a restaurant—it’s an experience. We’ll be recommending it to anyone visiting the area, and we hope to return ourselves one day. Grazie mille for an evening we won’t forget!

Lovely ambience.. Our first time here. We celebrated my son's birthday. Excellent service, amazing food, large portions. We ordered 2 main dishes and shared.

We celebrated our daughter and niece, and the whole event was perfectly executed, staff was so professional and hospitable, food excellent, we could not be happier. Special thanks to Blendi our waiter!

Yelp
We usually do not leave restaurant reviews but our experience Saturday at Tutta Bella Restaurant on White plains Road in Scarsdale was so outstanding we felt compelled to submit this review. We were a group of 20 celebrating my mother's 95th birthday. The owner and wait staff were terrific and even paid attention to the table of five children. The waiters were attentive to all our needs; delivered the dishes to the table appropriately hot; kept the tables neat and tidy without rushing us through the multi-course meal. The ambiance in the restaurant was very pretty and inviting. The food was superb. First course was a combination plate with mozzarella and tomatoe, artichoke, salad greens, and cheese. That dish was a meal in itself and was it delish. Next was a pasta dish, penne vodka. It was terrific. I didn't plan to have the pasta but after all the raves I had to indulge. The main course was different for each guest. I had Vitello Sorrentino and my wife had Grilled Salmon, my son Pollo Parmigiana. Each dish was excellent. The presentation was beautiful. The dishes were appropriately warm when brought to the table and tasted great. Portions were sizeable, much more than adequate. My adult daughter cleaned her plate, enjoying it immensely. Desert was assorted sweets. All in all, we will be back. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal and we highly recommend this Restaurant for a terrific experience. Allan&Arlene

Yelp
Delicious food but service could have been better. Would otherwise be 5 stars! Had to ask multiple times for simple requests (drink refills, bread, butter). Lovely decor and layout. Would definitely return while anticipating possible service issues.

Yelp
This place might be jammed but they couldn't care less about your reservation. We had a 7:30 reservation and they made us wait over 20 minutes. When we first arrived, they said it would be a 5-10 minute wait. Then they just left us standing at the front. When we asked for an update, they started getting rude. They said they told us they would try and squeeze us in and that they do their best when you book the same day. Last I checked, a reservation is a reservation. They made us seem like they were doing us a big favor squeezing us in. They didn't say any of this to us ahead of time. Service was not the greatest tonight. Based on the Business manager's reply to my post, it shows some attention to service (which I respect). To the business's defense, they did start pushing people to the bar after 20 minutes. We would have probably gotten a table 30 minutes after our reservation. My previous 5 star reviews of this place are still valid. I just wish businesses would be more honest with their timing. Even if you make a reservation for same day. We were NOT A WALK IN!!

Yelp
Ate in East Chester/Scarsdale, for the first time in 30 plus years. Actually dined in the same building in the early 90s. But last night was good and fun. The food and service were excellent, led by our waiter Nitty (Nitty from the city) Beautiful place with great food!

Dan S.

Yelp
Had a terrific dining experience last night at Tutta Bella. We were greeted warmly and seated at our table for 6. Genti came over and introduced himself as our waiter. He provided excellent service all evening. Apps included delicious zucchini flowers calamari and baked clams. Entrees included veal sorrentino, chicken martini, veal martini and buccatini ammatriciano. Meals were excellent. For dessert we shared biscotti, tiramisu and chocolate lava cake. Thank you Tutta Bella.

Yelp
Food was very good, service was attentive. Ambience was very comfortable. I lived the veal and we had a fabulous Chianti.

Yelp
This restaurant is a gem. The food, service, atmosphere is better than many restaurants in Westchester on every level. I find that the reviews less than 4 stars are absolutely ridiculous in their reasoning. The handicap accessibility May not be ideal for most but that has to do with the physical building, not the service, staff and or food. This restaurant is often busy as a direct result of their food, bar, service etc. ... the front of house has ALWAYS been accommodating in honoring reservation times. I have not ever noticed anyone waiting excessively. To be honest, most people would be happy to wait so they can go to the bar and have a drink with their amazing barmaid! I can't recommend this place more highly for a great all around experience!

Yelp
Nice early dinner - quiet atmosphere, food was delicious , service excellent, pleasant staff.

Yelp
Everything started out well. Waiter took our order timely. That's where good service ended. Never came back to check for refills. When we finally tracked down our waiter(passed our table numerous times) asked for a refill, his response was"I asked earlier and you said no". Who says that to a customer. We also waited over an hour for our meals(we sat down at 6:30 and didn't get our meals until 8:15)Brought this to managers attention and he was very argumentative with numerous people in our party. When food did come there was mix up on orders. They said it was one thing but when told no order should have been he said oh that's what it is( ordered chicken and when put in front of me said veal, said no ordered chicken then said yes that's what is). Food was subpar. Some things were cold or undercooked or watery(veggies cold and undercooked, angel hair pasta not cooked) They then started cleaning off table when half table was still eating. It seemed to want to get rid of us. Will never go back but I don't think restaurant could care less.

Yelp
Best restaurant in Westchester. Food is outstanding, everything is always fresh. Food quality and ingredients are exceptional. Service is very friendly and extremely accommodating, they go above and beyond. The restaurant's decorations are great, perfect for special occasions. I've been a customer for many years. Birthdays, anniversaries, wedding rehearsal dinners - all outstanding and memorable. If you want to have a perfect dinner or perfect party, Tutta Bella will go above and beyond to ensure it is perfect.

Yelp
Tutta Bella was recommended by a close friend for my Birthday celebration. I had a party of about 40 guests and I booked the upstairs party room with a one of their party packages. The room was decorated beautifully, the service was exemplary and the food and beverages were top notch....I have received nothing but praise from all of my guests and the event was handled in a most professional way....Definitely a return visit and now on the short list for future events.

Yelp
First, let me start off by saying that the service was impeccable, and the food was delicious. This restaurant is absolutely not handicap accessible as it says in yelp. My mother, who uses a walker, had to scale three sets of stairs to get into the restaurant and then to reach the only bathroom which was on the 2nd floor. This was a huge ordeal. It is inexcusable in this day and age not to have a bathroom that handicapped people can use. We almost had to go home on Thanksgiving because we didn't think we'd be able to get her up and down the stairs safely. Get with the program.

Cheyenne C.

Yelp
Attended a baby shower here. The upstairs room was very pretty with lots of floral accents draping the ceiling. Staff was attentive in bringing out the courses. I enjoyed the charcuterie and the appetizers. The chicken martini was delicious and perfectly cooked. The penne vodka was also very tasty. The upstairs bathroom was a bit small, and people from the party downstairs kept using it. Parking was also tough but there is a large lot across the street that was open for use.

Yelp
We had the best night at Tutta Bella! Our waiter, Blendi, was the BEST and really made the night perfect. He was attentive and had great suggestions as we were trying to decide what to order. We were there to celebrate the holidays with friends and he really made the night. The food and drinks were delicious. I would 100% recommend Tutta Bella... and ask for Blendi as your waiter :)

Candace G.

Yelp
Sadly I had wanted to come here for awhile, and after trying- I will never be back. We were treated quite differently than those who appeared to be regulars. All tables got a simple antipasti plate and biscotti with dessert- we received neither. Also, when you charge $6 for each soda, you really should advise the customers. We ended up with $30 worth of Diet Coke. I was feeling sick, and took maybe one bite of my food. Servers never inquired if anything was wrong, and never asked the rest of the party if their meals were ok. I'm only giving 2 stars because my friends enjoyed their meals, but they also felt service was quite cold and not welcoming at all.

Donna V.

Yelp
Went to Tutta Bella for a second visit last night. Started with a party of 6 that escalated to a party of 9. They graciously accommodated my last minute change. Once again they did not disappoint! Good was spot on delicious, hot and tasty. The service is amazing and always welcoming! Can't say enough.

Aimée M.

Yelp
The food here is always top notch and the service is amazing. It very close to home so we have dinner here frequently.

Yelp
As many times as I have passed by TuttaBella,I have rarely been inside to eat. Before the other day, I had only been here once some years back for an educational dinner. That all changed last month when I learned that my family made reservations here for Easter dinner. I'll be honest, I had mixed feelings - excited because I was going to rediscover restaurant, but also apprehensive since holiday service can be a toss up. That being said, I decided to go in with low expectations and keep an open mind. TuttaBella is located off Route 22, near where Scarsdale meets Eastchester. I heard that this restaurant is owned by the same people who own Sergio's in Pelham - I recently dined there and had a good experience, so I was hoping the vibes continued here. We were seated upstairs in what looked like a space that could double as a private room. The decor was mostly bright colors with a somewhat contemporary aesthetic - we were seated lining French doors that went out to a patio which gave way to a ton of natural light pouring in. They had a special menu for Easter, but I wouldn't call it a prix fixe as there was a good selection of apps, salads, pastas, mains, and sides. The bread basket shouldn't be overlooked - they had traditional Italian bread plus these crispy flatbreads brushed with oil and some tasty breadsticks. I decided on pasta for my main so I went light with the app and got the insalate tuttabella which contained bibb lettuce, pears, and gorgonzola in a light dressing. For my main I got cavatelli with sausage, broccoli rabe, and cannellini beans. This is one of my go-to pasta dishes in restaurants, and TuttaBella did a great job - there was good flavor and the addition of the beans really elevated the dish overall. Service was good - there were two servers that were taking care of us and they both did a great job. Working a holiday is tough, so I really appreciated all they did to make the meal run smoothly. Overall, I had a great meal at TuttaBella. It's some of better Italian food I've had in Westchester, and I would definitely return for another meal.

Yelp
What a lovely restaurant! I often do a girls night here with a few friends. The food is always delicious and comes as described. The servers are very friendly and attentive. Can't wait to go back!

Smeeth W.

Yelp
This place was a little hard to find and it was definitely a hidden gem. The foods and services are both dupe! I appreciate that we can order half portion which is perfect size. Their clam appetizer with white sauce is amazing.

Erando H.

Yelp
Amazing food, service, and ambiance. I have never been disappointed going here. Definitely recommend.

Yelp
If you really want a place with a nice ambiance, good food and quality service, this is the place to come, valet parking was super also . Definitely I recommend it , see you soon

Yelp
I have to update my review. I have been going to this restaurant for a few decades. it's been a favorite. No more. We dined here last night. Seated promptly and got menus. we ordered. People at the next table arrived after us and got their food well before us. When our food arrived everything was extremely salty. I ordered chicken parm. I could barely cut it. My wife and daughter ordered salmon. inedible. The bread sticks and crackers were stale. My last visit, a dish I always ordered was changed. The waiter said I should have read the menu. Something has changed. Not going back.

Yelp
Perfect place for parties. They go above and beyond. Food is amazing. My guests especially love the dessert platter. They have the 2nd floor party room or the small room next to the bar, perfect size for 40-50 guests.

Vera T.

Yelp
I've been here a few times over the years, and can't say enough good things about the food - DELICIOUS and the atmosphere - CELEBRATORY. A perfect place for a fun night out. The servers are attentive and professional - terrific experience across all fronts.

Elizabeth R.

Yelp
Had what started as a wonderful night for my best friends 30th. Unfortunately finishing the birthday dinner in the beautiful wine cellar was spoiled by the cake. We brought the cake from contes bakery that cost $150. Birthday girl was not looking forward to her 30th but excited for cake. Cake was definitely dropped at the restaurant and staff tried to fix it before serving it looking like this. We understand that mistakes happen -- but the way the manager and staff handled this was appalling. They placed the cake on display without acknowledging the accident. Even more disrespectful was after bringing awareness to the situation we were told we "we received the cake this way and were furthermore, not welcome back to the restaurant " . The hostility was unnecessary, but also exacerbated when the manager felt the need to come face to face with members of the group to attempt to prove a point, and without a mask. We asked that the restaurant just own up to the mistake, but they backtracked and insisted that the staff responsible would be reviewed on tape and then fired. We asked that no one was fired but the manager continued to insist this was the measure to solve the issue, which is not what we felt would make the situation right. Food, good but not great with HOSTILITY .... EXTREME SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. We are reasonable people and 20% tippers, but the management here is appalling.

G B.

Yelp
The food was small portions and average , absolute no accomodations for handicap individuals , stairs in the front are steep and weak , no first floor restrooms , restroom is 15 steps up to next level and steep , I had to leave and drive elsewhere for a restroom and return to the family dinner.

Novella N.

Yelp
My family and I never fail to have amazing nights here! The food and ambience are just perfect. It's close enough that we walk here most of the time, but they do have valet parking. Always order a bottle of wine and save room for dessert! Creme brûlée is my favorite by far!

Robert M.

Yelp
Elegant yet homey upscale Italian Restaurant. Excellent staff and atmosphere with good food. Nice deserts Ok portions and price.

Brian G.

Yelp
Delicious Italian food, excellent bread basket with crispy flatbreads! Bartenders are always welcoming also.

Amy P.

Yelp
I had a wonderful dinner there during restaurant week. Their restaurant week menu was the biggest one I've seen so far. So many choices! We started off with a hot antipasto, and the clams oreganata. The hot antipasto was excellent, with clams, shrimp, and Eggplant rolatini. The clams oreganata were fresh, crispy on top and delicious. For entrées, we order the cioppino, one marinara, one Fra Diablo. The cioppino was excellent, the seafood was so tender, lots of calamari and shrimp. The sauce was extremely flavorful and memorable. For dessert, I had the Napoleon, and my friend got the cheesecake. The Napoleon was extra crisp, perfectly fresh and just delicious with almond shavings all over the top and sides. The cheesecake was beautifully presented on a plate with raspberry coulis. It was creamy and delicious, A perfect ending to the meal. Our waiter was great, very efficient, nice, and had our drinks at the ready. I had a great bloody Mary there! Overall, it was a wonderful dinner! I will be back soon.

Ally B.

Yelp
This place is absolutely delicious! It's incredibly packed all the time. The food is incredible and authentic. There isn't one dish you won't like because everything is super fresh and delicious. The service is impeccable and the staff is so caring and attentive. I once requested a dish on a special menu that they didn't have and they were able to make it for me.

Lauren L.

Yelp
I have been coming to Tutta's for many years now and I feel compelled to say that their food and their staff are the absolute BEST in the area. When you come to this establishment, it is like you are going to visit your family for an amazing Italian dinner. The seafood is always fresh and absolutely delicious... we usually start with Oysters, Calamari and Baked Clams . You cannot go wrong with any entree on the menu and the specials are always incredible and well portioned. I posted a picture of our Christmas Eve dessert from last night, absolutely delicious as usual!!! Thank you to Granite for being the best waiter ever, we will come back time and again for this incomparable experience.

Bella C.

Yelp
Over priced. As the price grows the overall quality shrinks. The food is decent...but inconsistent....i had a lamb shank over risotto. The risotto did not use arborio rice...and others who ordered the lamb shank at my table received burnt or overcooked shanks. I guess better than raw meat. The stuffed clams were super tiny. I liked the zucchini blossoms albeit try less cheese, and the napoleon was really good also. If I spend $40.00 on a plate of any meal....I shouldn't have regrets. The wait staff was great...super professional and courteous.

Sal E.

Yelp
I haven't been here in a while but was very glad to have been here. when I saw stuffed zucchini flowers on the appetizer menu I flipped out. I haven't had that as an appetizer for years. They were more than delicious. We were party of six and three of us had the zucchini flowers, one had a shrimp cocktail, someone had fried zucchini, and one had pasta faggiole soup. For dinner three of us having chicken martini we're very satisfied. I had mine with mix vegetables the other two chose to have it with risotto. Someone ordered shrimp scampi over rice another had a fish dinner. now we get to the desert. You guessed it I flipped out again when I saw strawberries with cold zabaglione sauce that I haven't had and I don't know how many years. The rest of the group ordered different flavored Italian ice cream. Tuttabella Trattoria, I'll see you soon. also the service was great and the place was beautifully decorated for the holidays.SME New Rochelle.

Yelp
TuttaBella is just so classy. Friendly staff and delicious food. Always a nice time when we go.

Chris V.

Yelp
PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Recently attended a bridal shower & close to departure time the staff got rude to encourage departure BY 5pm, so they could turn the tables over to dinner service. Lights were being turned off as a hint to leave, a leaking vent and wet floor caused my Aunt to slip and fall face first. She might have a fractured arm, for there sake I hope not! Overall a bad experience.

Andrea K.

Yelp
We went to Serafina but felt so uncomfortable w the maitre d aggressive attitude and language that we decided to go to TuttaBella where we were treated so very well. My guest has many dietary restrictions and the servers and kitchen were understanding and gracious. I have lives in Scarsdale for 20 years and been here only a few times. The food is always excellent. I have had artichoke salad, branzino, pasta w eggplant, grilled chicken. Delicious and nice portions. Could use a decor update but restaurant biz is hard enough so I won't complain!

Ylli C.

Yelp
I had a party of 20 people last month. The food was delicious and exceeded everyone's expectations. Service was great, staff was friendly, patient, and happy to answer questions. Great and fun atmosphere. A gem in our neighborhood.

Samantha A.

Yelp
I have now been here on several different occasions. Dinner and family parties were both a great experiences. Staff is super friendly, food is well portioned and delicious.

Jg F.

Yelp
Amazing place! We went there for the first time and we'll definitely be back. Food and service are top notch, from the bar to the desserts. Chicken, veal, shrimp, pasta, we tried it all. And the portions were large enough that we all took food home.

Bella Z.

Yelp
I've ordered takeout from this place many times before and was always left very satisfied, but this past weekend I ordered food from them and it was terrible. Food was mediocre and was not made with TLC. Clams casino, for example, were rotten, I'm still fighting a stomach ache after two days. Food ended up in the garbage: won't be ordering from them again- which is a shame because I really did enjoy some of their menu items.

Evelyn R.

Yelp
We like this restaurant a lot. They always have good food and great service. The restaurant is also very pretty. It can get very busy on weekends.

Adam L.

Yelp
Food was excellent. Noise level was terrible for the first hour and then it declined. Ambiance is very nice. Service was slow and inconsistent. Was definitely not acceptable for a four star expensive Resturant. They are not able to service a full house and should consider reducing the number of tables. I felt three stars was very fair.

Marc K.

Yelp
Awesome service. Almost imperceptible piped in music, that they should just nix it. The lighting was sub average and my above average squint only resulted in a transient headache. The seating was a little bit tight but not so bad, not so bad at all. The bread basket was awesome, with some nice bread sticks that had a hint of Parmesan cheese and some wafer bread that also tasted pretty good. We started out with the Caesar salad which was certainly well above average with very little brown greens and a perfect amount of dressing without smother or stinginess. Thankfully, no sardines, and in its place a nice large piece of Parmesan cheese. We tried the calamari and it was nondescript and Sommer are inspiring but the marinara that it came with made up for that and had a healthy amount of garlic and taste to it. The veal Parmesan was served with a medley of vegetables Including potatoes broccoli and squash, they were well cooked and appropriately seasoned. The veal was pounded well And as tender as one could've hoped, The topping of cheese was well proportioned and melted to perfection. The amount of sauce was just right. I also tried the spaghetti Americana, appetizer size, which came with onions and bacon and a healthy amount of sauce. It was good, perhaps not good enough to order again Or as a full portion, but it wasn't unpleasant and provided for a good supporting act if you get my drift. My chronically disaffected son got the chicken Parm, and when I asked for feedback, his remark was I don't know. I'm not sure. What do you want me to say. And finally, leave me alone. In summary, I would say these comments, from a 15-year-old , probably means he liked it a lot. Anyways, I really was thinking about giving this place three stars, but I felt as though the choice of entrées, appetizers, desserts, the great service, and the food which tasted pretty good, made me feel as though this place probably would have a hard time disappointing even the most easily disappointed person.

Cheers T.

Yelp
Excellent Italian, friendly wait staff. Worth a trip! The veal dishes are nice and thin. The caperse salad is exceptional You will be surprised by how good it is!

Debbie F.

Yelp
Food is delicious and waiters were nice. HOWEVER manager/owner was very nasty. He yelled at my mother-in-law because she pointed out a leaky vent that was causing a puddle on the floor (which caused someone to fall). The owner/manager also shut the lights on us and started kicking us out earlier than the party was supposed to end. Absolutely ridiculous. Definitely spend your money elsewhere.

Virginia K.

Yelp
We went last night for my husband's birthday. I have lived in the area for many years and this was my first time here, shame to have missed out on this gem, the food was fantastic! I had the fig salad and my husband had the clams as appetizers, for our main dish he had seafood and I had a pasta dish that was like no other. The ambience of the resturant was lovely and they had plenty of room between tables to accommodate the Covid restrictions. Our waiter and bus boy were very attentive. I wish I got our waiter's name to give him a shout out. What a fantastic experience and I can not wait to visit again.
