Love the ice cream. However, today they had a music playlist that was so wildly inappropriate. A business that serves families should not have music that has profanity. I hope the owners are aware of the music their employees are playing.

Yikes! The two young women who work here could rival sailors with their foul language. Cursing and gossiping about other people while at work is not only inappropriate but also so very unprofessional. And to do it in front of customers with young children is all the worse. When I gently said “language” to them in an attempt to redirect the behavior in front of my family, they simply ignored me and continued on with their gossip. Terrible employee behavior. The two stars, instead of one for the experience, is because they do have a lot of nice toppings available. Nonetheless, any business that operates with allowing employees to use foul language and gossip in front of customers without a care in the world isn’t worth it when there are so many other amazing business to support.

2024-June. Nice walk from parking lots surrounding the mall. The water feature is turned on during summer. This facility is beside the water feature. There was lots of seating around the water feature, so we got our yogurt and sat outside. The yogurt comes in different flavors and toppings (See video) and it's paid by the weight. It tasted good because it was hot outside. Bon Appétit 😋

Tutti Frutti is a nice stop on a warm day at Southlands. Several flavor choices to fit anyone's craving. The colorful cups and spoons are great for kids! Inside is a little small (there is no seating allowed inside but the seating is still there taking up unnecessary space). Yogurt stations could be maintained a little better. Topping station was clean. Staff is a hit or miss on being friendly or just there so you can pay and leave.

The frozen yogurt was good but there isn’t many flavors or toppings to choose from! The cashier girl was too busy with her phone to greet us when we got in or asked us if everything’s okay when we were done and wanted to pay, just weighted the cups, pointed to the total and went back to her phone... not cool!!

This place sells good ice cream. Although m, there could have been more options to choose from in terms of the types of ice cream.

Cute little place! Nice outdoor seating, and the fire made it bearable even in the evening in April. The froyo was really good. We would definitely come back!

Love the frozen yogurt flavors, good customer service

On one of those days where a dentist visit does some damage, treat yourself to some frozen yogurt! That's what I did! The experience here was enjoyable and the people behind the counter smiled and struck up some good/quick conversation. The frozen yogurt was your run of the mill stuff. I just got vanilla cause I wanted something to fill my stomach.Added a soft cookie, fruit, almonds and chocolate chips that came out to $4.68. Wasn't looking for a crazy amount and this did the trick for my so-called "lunch." I would certainly return and glad there is something like this establishment in Southlands!

Lots of topping options, everything was clean and tidy. Fruit toppings were nice and fresh. Check hours before you go since they fluctuate.

I like frozen yogurt and theirs is pretty good. It is nice to eat outside when the weather is nice. Service is hit or miss. Today the employee kept repositioning the spoons used for the toppings the minute we put them back. It was annoying.

I took my kids to Tutti Frutti after ice skating on 12/22. There were two young girls working. While my daughters were loading up their ice cream with toppings, one of the young employees was just oddly staring at them in the face as they got their toppings. It was weird and rude. She was unfriendly and extremely odd as she stared, almost as if she was trying to intimidate them into not spilling. I believe she was doing it because she didn't want them to spill toppings because as soon as they were finished, she cleaned the toppings area. The manager needs to talk to these two employees about proper etiquette and expected social behaviors when it comes to interacting with the customers. I would suggest the manager watch the video footage of that interaction. It was in the evening around 6:00 or so on 12/22/24.

It was terrible. I bought a yogurt took a couple bites and threw it all in the trash. It tasted as it was off. That is my third time trying it there and each time it's been a terrible experience. I won't waste my money there anymore.

Came on Friday with my family and the doors were still locked at 11:40am even though they open at 11am. There was a young boy who opened the doors with snobby attitude and when I asked him "when do you guys usually open?" he answered "later than this" all annoyed and was on his cellphone. So rude.

I love eating frozen yogurt. The service is amazing they talk nice. And ask what you want on the frozen yogurt. The ambiance is nice we are next to a place called Quench it is a nice shaved ice and drink place, it is not very big but there is seating outside. I recommend this amazing business.

I wish I can give a minus 5 stars. There's a couple blond ladies that are so so grumpy and their service is just terrible. Owners don't seem to understand that service for the client is everything. Train your people and then put a business and treat people nicely because we are paying for the ice cream. If you don't need to buy an ice cream avoid the pain of been treated poorly, and don't you dare bring young kids in, they will make faces to you and make the experience tense and awkward.

Hours online says open until 8:30pm. Walked up at 7pm - a full hour and a half before this place is supposed to close. Girl working saw us coming and locked the doors and turned off the lights. No hours were posted on the doors of the establishment or any signage saying they were closing early. Never coming here again.

Went in on a Sunday afternoon & was presently surprised!!! The employees were VERY kind! Answered all of our allergy questions & asked us how our day was and if we had any plans. They were busy to so it want like slow conversation lol the yogurt was delicious too :)

When we first arrived to this establishment, one of the staff said they ONLY accept CASH. As for the reason, I forgot what was it coz I was craving for something sweet after our Dinner few steps away. YES this is another Yogurt store, that is SELF-SERVE, and pay with the "weighing" system etc etc. All the toppings at the SELF-SERVE areas are full. From Fruits, Oozing Boba, the standard of Gummy Bears, Chopped Chocolates and Nuts etc etc... This establishment was kept clean and there are several seating areas be it inside or outside this Yogurt eatery. Ok Frozen Yogurt. Melt too fast for my liking. That evening was July 4th 2013. Time was about 19:35hrs ish. Opt to have 4 flavors, primary flavor was Goosenberry, Raspberry, Strawberry Filled and Chocolate. Had the Gummy Bears, Blueberries, Mango Oozing Booba, and Strawberry Oozing Boba. Decent Yogurt. Hubs even teased me, that those Oozing Boba looks and reminds him of Salmon Roe Eggs! Anyhoo, I just smiled. Order # : 64416 16oz Cup Self Serve 11.6oz @ $0.45 per oz, my Yogurt + Toppings Loot was $5.44. May return when needed if we are back in this Neighborhood and craving for Yogurt. That evening the server behind the counter and who took our transaction, her name is Lynnette. Tutti Frutti 23995 E. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I'm not really a froyo fan but I came here to try it out, my girlfriend gave me a run down of how it all works and off I went. The staff was super friendly, very pleasant. I chose fruity flavours and topped it with mini m&m's, mango boba and granola. It was good but very sweet. I think the boba tipped it over the edge but the coconut froyo was very sweet too.

Chelsey was very disrespectful and rude to me when I came in. She spoke in an every passive aggressive tone and kept rolling her eyes and staring at me. I felt very offended by her doing this when I didn't not have any sort of relationship with her. She then proceeded to kick me out of the establishment even though I was being respectful customer. I feel unsafe to ever come here again and would like her fired immediately!

I love this place. Delicious Froyo. Large assortment of toppings. We will definitely be back.

Delicious froyo (are we still allowed to call it that?) and lots of variety. The store was clean and bright, and you serve yourself. I also liked the topping suggestions printed above each flavor; nice touch. They didn't have any reasonably small cups, so you could end up overdoing it on both froyo and cost if you're not careful. But all in all, great place for some tasty treats.

I'm not sure why this place has such a low rating. I think it's a really good frozen yogurt shop. It's the same branding as MoYo's frozen yogurt in San Fran, just a different name. They have fun flavors like taro, lychee, red velvet, passion fruit, etc in addition to the basics like vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. Great selection of toppings (including bobba/pop-ops which are my husbands favorite) like fruit, candy, mochi, sauces, etc. There were a couple machines that were a little runny, so they don't get 5 stars, but that was really the only bad thing I saw. It was fairly busy when we went in on a Saturday night and the line moved pretty quickly and the service was pretty friendly. It is a small store like other reviewers have said, but most fro-yo places are, and there's a ton of area to sit outside in the commons area at the mall. I didn't experience the highschool employees, the employees there at the time were a little older, but I can't hold too much of a grudge against high school girls (we all acted that way at some point during those years.....hate to admit it, but it's true). Overall I like it, and I'll definitely be back multiple times this summer I'm sure.

Location.....wonderful. to sit outside, enjoying the water shows as the sun sets is great. Product.....flavorful. the green apple is not too tart and the strawberry not too sweet. Lots of topping choices to satisfy any craving. Personnel. ....super sweet. The girls at the counter are very friendly. Interior....clean and tidy.

This place is really yummy ...all the great toppings. A variety of different ice creams.... this is a definite must try

Went during posted business hours and the doors were locked. The employee was cleaning up and saw me, she just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders. Never going to return.

There are so many frozen yogurt places popping up here in Colorado, you would think everyone of them would be out to set themselves above the rest. Tutti Fruitti stands out but not in a good way. The girls working here seem to be highschoolers who I am sure have no training in customer service other than the owners here so you can't really blame them. They tend to say hi when you walk in but that is it. By the time I got to the cash register to check out I really felt like I was imposing. I kept checking the time feeling like I was that annoying person who came in right as they were closing but I still had an hour. I am not into ice cream or frozen yogurt or any of that business but when in situations like this I like sorbet like flavors. In other frozen yogurt places I haven't had any trouble finding some citrus flavors that go together well and all that. When I came here every flavor was a creamy frozen yogurt. Just not my thing. The toppings were better than many other places but the ones I like just didn't seem to fit well with the flavors they offered. My favorite part was the spoons. They are pretty.....

Frozen Yougurt was yummy always satisfied. But the young lady working was completely rude, did not even greet us when we walked in was busy on her phone. When it came time to pay she proceeded to take payment she made 0 eye contact and literally threw the card and pen at my sister to sign the receipt and then right back to her phone. Very disappointed in today's customer service won't be coming back.

Okay...kind of expensive. Definitely lacking customer service training, but good location.

My kids and I loved this place up until this past Saturday. We went in there and there were 2 high schoolers sitting behind the counter so busy talking between themselves that they couldn't be bothered to say hi to the customers. A couple of the machines really needed attention and the tables were filthy. To add insult to injury, they took it upon themselves to add a tip my receipt for themselves after I had left and the charge showed up on my account. I called the shop on Monday and asked to speak to a manager and they said the owner wasn't there but I could call her. So I called her and told her what had happened and she said that was unacceptable and that she would refund the tip and give me a free yogurt. She indicated that she would call me by Tuesday to let me know I could stop by the shop. I have not heard back from her and I suspect I won't. In a nutshell, if you do go there don't use your debit or credit card and if you do make sure they don't steal from you. Because of this, they lost some very loyal customers. I am sure I will be able to find another shop, as they are everywhere.

I actually really like this place! I came accross this review searching for their number. I'm not sure why it has such a low rating, especially for costumer service. I always get good costumer service when my family and I come in. Yes, they are always high school girls it seems to be, but they are always very nice and friendly. Theres always usually the same girls when I come in on weekends (a brunette and a blonde) and they are very sweet and always make coversation with me and ask about my yogurt choice. Also, everything is usually all clean, especially compared to other yogurt shops I've been to. Their yogurt isnt the best in flavor, it could be a bit tastier. They have a great selection in toppings. Overall this is my new favorite yogurt shop, close to home, and good service!

Don't waste your money. Tastes like McDonalds soft serve for a lot lore money. Teenaged female blonde working 12/8/12 in early afternoon couldn't have been any less friendly, acted like she would rather be having a root- canal than help customers. A smile would have been nice, maybe the management should re-think their hiring process.

I asked the employee in the store which yogurts were non dairy she said she had no idea she didn't make the yogurt. She was not helpful at all, they shouldn't have staff widowhood know nothing about the products.

Always friendly staff greets you when you arrive. There are a lot of kids that hang out near here and they have the sample cups by the cash register which is a good idea to control the kids and I certainly don't mind going over and grabbing as many cups as I need because I will buy there. Always a good range of flavors that will satisfy almost everyone. Lots of toppings and the fruit always seems to be fresh. My biggest issue, and why I don't give this place 5 stars, is the lack of comfortable seating inside. Granted it's a tiny place, however it could have some more comfortable furniture, especially for those of us that have to satisfy our frozen yogurt cravings even in the middle of winter.

The yogurt is overpriced. There are the same old yogurt each time. The staff is so rude, practically begging for tips. "Do you really want your change?" "You're supposed to say no." "Have fun you with change." Not to mention the the staff singing at the top of their lungs like teenagers. Very unimpressed.

Great yogurt that I cannot stay away from. Try the cinnamon bun yogurt. It is the best!

Rude service, girl who worked was clearly annoyed having customers there and more interested in her phone. Asked for sample cups and she handed me 2 cups.....there was 2 of us. Didn't end up getting anything because the one flavor I did try I didn't like and I didn't want to make the girl working unconvinced by asking for another cup. Won't be going back went to the cookie company and had a delicious cookie there instead!

My favorite flavor is Tart, but unfortunately they rarely have it available for some reason (out of five visits, they've had it once) so I end up leaving without getting anything most of the time.

This is the worst froyo I have ever had. Toppings were good but the yogurt was over flavored with a really bad imitation version. Not for me. There isn't a whole lot of seating inside either.

Several machines were broken, flavor selection isn't the best. Small area to eat fro yo inside.

Best yogurt i have tasted, and a variety of different flavors!!! there are also a lot of great toppings, especially the boba poppers!!! Yummy!!!!!!!

Went in spur of the moment during a rain storm. We didnt need yogurt but it sounded good. We got some taste cups and tasted 2 flavors, coconut and salted carmel. Coconut was like generic pina colada mix and the caramel might as well have been imitation maple. We decided not to get ice cream and we left. We got chased down and were told that we had to pay for the tastes!!!!!! Are you kidding me??? And because they gave us 4 taste cups, we had to pay for 4 samples!! We only had 2!! (I am not complaining about the $0.27 per taste, we have plenty of money to pay, it was just the utter shock of the situation ) but who in the world would conduct business in such a manner. Will never go back.

Awesome frozen yogurt and friendliest staff. Went to the movie and then out for a treat- best way to top off a family outing. Great selection of flavors and toppings, very clean and best ambiance for all ages! Can't wait for the hot summer months...will make this our go to place for family night with the kids. Perfect location in Southlands!
