Not sure why this only has 6 other reviews at the time of writing. This restaurant is in the Michelin guide! For just 50,000 Dong for Michelin recommended bun cha, this is a no-brainer to try.
There was sliced meat and patties in the broth, which is citrusy, garlicky and savoury all at the same time. The bun noodles were bouncy and the accompanying herbs of shiso, coriander and mint all added an extra dimension. The meat is charred and it flakes off into the soup, the bun takes up the broth flavour really well.
It’s your standard tiny plastic stool affair with the furniture and the floor is littered with herbs, tissues etc from before. But that’s all part of the fun!
Staff are fast and efficient.
There were a few locals inside, which is always a good sign.
Would definitely come here again!
