Edit to add: My favorite bowl of Bun Cha I had in Hanoi. Came here at 9am for a bowl before the taxi to the airport! I loved this bowl of Bun Cha! The pork pattys were so flavorful and the pieces of sliced pork were less fatty than I've had at other places which I appreciated. The broth was perfect and even had a touch of spice compared to some that are much sweeter. The lettuce and herbs were so crisp and fresh! Loooove to unlimited chopped garlic and chilis on the table. The service is absolutely no fuss but not rude at all. They get you seated as soon as one is available. If there's a line when you get there, it will go fast. Total Vietnam charm!

Delicious and authentic bun Cha and spring rolls. It's a great meal to share in a group. You can customize your broth with more garlic or Chilis. It was delicious, not too heavy, and cheap!

Great bun cha! A lot of locals, no frills, just one thing - bun cha! Would recommend, went to a different place with better reviews the next day only to keep thinking of how good bun cha thuyet was and regretted not eating here again. The place is quite packed.

This is a basic food place so stars in relation to cost! But the smokey pork slices, sweet sour soup and plentiful green herbs on the side really tasty. Sit where there is space! And for faint of heart no dodgy tummy after. Well worth it!

Don’t get fooled by the bad rating, this is the best bun cha in Hanoi, no questions asked! Locals eat here a lot and the 4* rating is just the competition trying to bring it down. Must visit!

A place to enjoy the traditional flavor of Bun Cha. The price is from 50.000 vnd per person to fill the stomach. Staffs are quick and not friendly, maybe they are too busy. The space is small and a bit dirty. The ventilation also needs attention No parking is available

Only one dish on the menu - the Bún Cha. Delicious pork in a slightly sweet broth with noodles, salad, and garlic + chilis and spices available for heating it up based on your taste. The service was great and food was quick. I'd definitely come back - great price for a Michelin recommended restaurant!

Best bun cha I've ever tasted. The smokiness from the charcoal-grilled pork infuses the sauce and delivers with every bite. Herbs to freshen the palate and brighten the rich tastes, pickled veggies for texture, and unsweetened tea to cleanse the tongue. Simple brilliance.
