8 Best Miami Gay Bars & LGBTQ-Friendly Bars

"Twist is probably the most famous gay club in Miami. The two-story spot on Washington Ave with the giant Pride flag outside has been one of the landmarks of Miami gay culture since the '90s and it’s still going strong. The inside layout can be a little confusing, with several different rooms and bars to choose from, and it’s usually packed with people dancing to the various DJs and drag performances that seem to be constantly happening. But with no cover charge and very generous drink specials (2-4-1 on pretty much everything), it’s easy to spend a whole night here taking shots with strangers." - isabel maza

Twist Review - South Beach - Miami - The Infatuation

"This classic gay club is still one of the best LGBTQ nightlife spots on South Beach. Walking through this place feels a bit like going to one of those carnival funhouses with a series of small, crowded rooms. Each one has a different vibe and personality, but they’re all usually full of dancing people, some of who won’t be wearing shits. As a result, a night here can feel like bar hopping without having to actually walk more than 15 feet." - Ryan Pfeffer

Google
No food had but sure it would be first class like all the staff serving drinks. This place has pop dance rooms, house, Cuban, trance and hip hop. A large outside area to chill. Really recommend a visit to this club was a bright spot in South Beach to dance and have fun! It gets bust midnight onwards. Security staff are friendly and approachable.

I recently visited Twist, a gay nightclub in Miami, with a friend. We were thrilled to find out there was no cover charge for entry, which was a great start! The club has a spacious layout with various areas, though each space is relatively small. There are two floors and an outdoor area where you can smoke, which was a nice touch. Each environment had a unique vibe, with different music playing in each bar area. One of the highlights of the night was a comedy drag show, which was fantastic and added a lot of fun to the experience. The atmosphere was lively, and we enjoyed the drinks we had. It wasn’t too crowded when we visited on a Sunday night, which made for a comfortable experience. Overall, it was a great night out, and I would recommend Twist to anyone looking for a fun and diverse nightlife experience in Miami!

Google
Fun vibe! 5 different areas with different music (including 80s and reggaeton) and it felt like we kept exploring in a maze of fun! Each bar was well decorated, we had a blast and glad we came here instead of typical Miami clubs. No touristy BS - you will get free ice water, no cover

Google
I came in here after spending 2 nights at LIV. As my initiation to Miami nightlife, this is the spot. There are 7 bars within the complex and tonight we were ushered upstairs where George took care of us. He was attentive, energetic, and welcoming. I’ll make sure to stop here again why I return back to Miami.

Google
Staff is very abusive!! I called the police because they charged me for 3 drinks and my friend ordered bottle of water so they felt insulting so they called management and kicked us out like criminals and they reimbursed the money after we called the police. This is very an abusive that has been going on for too long abusing the ilegal employees. They need to do better and stop the power thing over customer since they need their money to survived.being abusive toward people won’t grant you legality in this country. Thank you .

David E Lozoya

Google
The owner was extremely professional, I thank him for his present experience with me and honestly professionalism toward the vise. Please visit for an extremely last light experience. The best club, especially Diego as your bar tender ✨ second floor for the full experience in Latin ❤️❤️

Google
I honestly never thought I’d have to write something like this — not about a gay bar. Not about a place that’s supposed to be a safe space for people like me. But Twist, you let me down in a way I won’t forget. I came to Twist thinking I was walking into community, safety, and acceptance. Instead, I was disrespected, targeted, and ultimately removed — all because a straight man came into our space, made false claims about me, and somehow I was the problem? Let me be clear: I’ve been through enough in my life. More than enough. I’ve survived trauma. I’ve fought to exist authentically. And I never thought that in 2025, I’d be writing a review like this because a queer space failed to protect me — not once, but TWICE in two nights. That straight man — who didn’t belong there to begin with — felt bold enough to target me, and Twist’s response? To believe him. To silence me. To push me out. I don’t know who’s running things over there, but this ain’t community. This ain’t pride. This is complicity. Do better. Protect your people. Because if a queer bar can’t show up for us, who the hell will? Disappointed, hurt, and not afraid to speak the truth.

Google
I had a horrible experience at this nightclub. I was denied entry despite presenting a valid, federally issued ID. The bouncers claimed it “wasn’t acceptable,” yet let in others with similar IDs. It became painfully obvious that the issue wasn’t my ID — it was that I’m Asian. Discrimination like this is unacceptable in 2025. No one should have to experience this kind of blatant bias when trying to enjoy a night out. If you value diversity, fairness, and basic human decency, stay far away from this place. There are plenty of venues that actually respect their patrons.

Yelp
Twist is amazing! Great bars, good pours and a super fun atmosphere. Plus, the Twist security team saved my buns! Unfortunately, I was pick pocketed (out of my front pocket). I can only blame myself, because there are signs warning of pick pockets the security team is actively monitoring the crowd. I stepped outside to cancel my credit cards while my boyfriend reported the loss to security. Unexpectedly, a security team member approached me outside with my wallet! I assume that the pick pocket took my cash, dropped the wallet, and a kind soul gave it to the staff. They obviously had communicated across security to make this happen, and I am extremely grateful that they took the time to find me and return it. What great professionals! There is humanity here! The security was so kind, supportive, and professional, especially Joel, who walked us through the reporting process. Thank you, Twist, for the miraculous return of my wallet and also a very fun evening! You're the best and deserve a round of applause!

Yelp
We were after an after dinner cocktail and did not want to deal with Ocean Drive, so we pulled up Twist on Yelp and made our way. A big draw for us, even before arriving, was "never a cover, always a groove". While we are not the "groove" type of folks, we are also not the paying a cover type folks either! Twist is multi-level and faceted, featuring a small bar downstairs, an outdoor terrace space with bars and then an upstairs dance floor. We hung out downstairs, as we were in before the dance floor opened, but about 15 minute to 11:00 PM, folks stated flooding in and heading upstairs. Service at the bar was solid. The bartender was friendly and helpful, and quick. Overall, a tad divy, but it's still a vibe. We enjoyed our cocktails and the company!

Yelp
There a lot of mixed reviews about this place. It's been a couple of years since my last visit. Stopped off to meet a friend for drinks around 10:30/11:00pm. There wasn't a line yet which was nice and they do have security that scan check you when you walk in. Just from looking at it from the outside, it doesn't look much but once you're inside it's a while different vibe. There's bar right when you walk in which seemed to be more mellow. Plus it's pretty early for them as they stay open till the wee morning hours. It's like a maze walking through the place. There's different room with a bar. Some are big enough for dancing, there's a smoking area I believe. Also, it's two story so wandering through was fun discovering a new room with a bar. If u remember correctly each room was playing different music. So you have a while different club each time. Vibe was fun. Like mentioned we were there pretty early to their standards. Majority of the crowd tends to end up here around 1 am.

Yelp
Very fun visit! Non stop dancing, great music, great vibe!it's a very chill place! Love that's there's different areas and rooms with different kinds of music playing. Bartenders are fast and friendly. Restrooms are clean. Use a ride share, parking is a challenge and expensive in South beach. Never a cover! Would definitely visit again!

Yelp
HOLY SHIT! This person needs a hug OR a back hand bitch slap. Either one will do... I HOPE this person is not a representation of Twist because what a mean, disrespectful, arrogant person.
google avatar

Katherine K.

Yelp
I had such a fun time with my friends here. The bartender was really friendly and we loved chatting with him. His drinks were strong and the happy hour deals are soo worth it! Granted we didn't really explore many of the rooms since we were there before there was crowds, but we had fun just sitting and chatting with people. I didn't read the reviews of this place beforehand, but we didn't have anything stolen or anything like that. If I do ever come back, I will definitely keep that in mind and be more cautious.
google avatar

Yelp
Never a cover always a groove. This is your staple dive bar, it has been an institution in south beach. It's no frills bar, for drinks and dancing with your friends. Not luxurious, just fun.
google avatar

Satin D.

Yelp
This is a nice little gay bar it has three floors with different music and different vibes of people, a place your should check out if your in town and its next to burger king and another gay bar called Nathans the drinks are good music is fun and place is clean met alot of cool people too.

Yelp
In a world full of bottoms, there can only be one Queen. And that's Carlton. Thanks for taking care of us all weekend girlypop

Randella M.

Yelp
Really has taken a dive. Last time we were there we noticed bugs crawling all over the bar and a fishy smell in the hallway. See (smell) for yourself. Maybe the owners will take a break from the drugs and give the place a long overdue renovation. Head over to Wynwood or Uber to Wilton Manors.

Yelp
Can I give less than 1 star? The way women are treated are here I will not stand for it. Who runs this place? Please reach out to me because the way this place is run is not okay. Sexist 100% and did not feel safe with the staff. Shut this place down or get new staff Just found out this might be the owner!!! Hold up no fucking way this man is allowed to run an establishment Shut this place down or honestly just don't come I promise you, you are wasting time money and your overall well-being Also hardest dress code in town

Yelp
I had a fun night out with my friends here. There were many rooms with different music and bars. The karaoke room was probably my favorite. The only thing I didn't like was the straight man who thought he could grope me, a straight woman, at a GAY club. I went there to dance with my gay friends, not get groped by creepy straight guys. Lesson learned. Nobody's safe - not even in Miami gay clubs.
google avatar

Stephanie A.

Yelp
Loved stopping in for a drink. Definitely a safe space and a good time! Can't wait to try this place again when in town!

Joey P.

Yelp
Lost my phone here and the owner and bartender were so sweet they were so sweet enough to charge my phone and return it to me the next day when they opened exactly at 3 PM!
google avatar

Amanda Patricia G.

Yelp
A good place to dance and meet new people. It has several sections with different types of music so you can choose the one you like the most

Nick P.

Yelp
Won't accept digital ID's. I have been to several bars in the area that can and will accept digital ID's as Florida Statutes say you can. The dark haired girl in the front was absolutely rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional. Her attitude was so rude to the point I wouldn't recommend this bar even with a physical ID. Nathan's Bar down the street is better, cheaper, and the staff was much more pleasant. I took a picture of the representative and the security guard and the security guard knocked the phone out of my hand. If they're following policy, why does it matter? DON'T COME HERE. For a place advocating for equality, this sets the standard back. Completely ridiculous.
google avatar

Tony H.

Yelp
One of the last few actual gay clubs where there is still not a huge amount of straight annoying females who have invaded our safe spaces while they think it's in support it's not
google avatar

Yasmin T.

Yelp
This bar is unprofessional and rude security berated my friend on her bachelorette. Would recommend treating prospective customers with respect and kindness.
google avatar

Maggie B.

Yelp
Twist lives up to its name. It was a beguiling maze of various bars and rooms, each with a distinct vibe. One bar was playing top 40 hits. Another had classic 90s dance jams. Some had seating, some were standing room only. There was definitely something for everyone! The bartenders and other patrons were friendly. Definitely recommended for a fun dance night out.
google avatar

Shanelle S.

Yelp
Fat nightclub with 7 different rooms playing different kinds of music. There seemed to be something for everyone - whether you want a more chill vibe in a bar with oldies music or a more popping experience with Latin or EDM, you'll find it. There was a smoking area outside. No cover charge. The line when we arrived at 1am was short and moved quickly. All the emoloyees were nice and efficient, from the bathroom attendants to the bartenders to the bouncers. My group of girls and I really enjoyed this spot, and it didn't feel as scene-y as some of the other clubs in Miami Beach.
google avatar

Kenny C.

Yelp
Upset with the fact that they're assuming people are drunk even on the line. Basically our experience was lining up and having a them push out the line to not let us in because apparently the group is drunk.

Janice I.

Yelp
Absolutely love it here, the ID guy at the stand needs to figure it out though, maybe fix his eye sight or study more. Investigating ID's that aren't fake isn't cool.

Alexis T.

Yelp
Yesterday evening, I visited Twist with my girlfriends and was truly impressed by the sheer number of rooms the place had to offer. Eventually, we found ourselves in the outdoor bar area, primarily due to the room being packed with people. What caught our attention was the bartender, who was juggling taking orders, emceeing, and even queuing up songs for karaoke. His versatility left my friends and me in awe, and he somehow managed to ensure every guest felt good and had all they needed. The way he made everyone feel a sense of belonging, security, and positivity was truly remarkable. I'm planning to return, and I'm really hoping he'll be there once again.

Mike B.

Yelp
THE ONLY BAR IN SOUTH MIAMI BEACH THAT DOESNT ACCEPT DIGITAL ID's. Every other bar I went to in the area does. The girl working the front with short dark hair isn't friendly or professional. Don't waste your time. Nathan's Bar is a gay bar in the area who does accept digital ID's, drinks are cheaper, and the staff is so much nicer.
google avatar

Siddharth S.

Yelp
No cover, no dress code, and different rooms with different music and vibes!! Happy hour from 3-9pm with 2 for 1 drinks, which is INCREDIBLE for South Beach. My group and I came here for pregaming the other bars/clubs and would highly suggest that to others too! The staff here is so nice too - special shoutout to Charlie!!! He was so amicable and friendly, made our experience so much better at this place. He made conversation with us, made funny jokes, made great strong drinks, and was overall the perfect bartender! I got my favorite AMF here and because of happy hour, both drinks were only $13! What!!! That's the best deal I've ever gotten somewhere for a strong drink like that. So impressed with this place, even at 4pm it was decently crowded and the music/lighting made it so fun. Highly recommend checking out this place. Cheers!
google avatar

Chrid H.

Yelp
Do not trust this place. My BOA debt it card was switched with someone else's, pretty sure it was organized by the bartender. after I realized the next morning, i had several unauthorized transactions.

Jon G.

Yelp
Haven't been here in 17 years. Place looks renovated, friendly staff and great drinks Will be back again. Great place.

Yelp
It's a fun gay dance club / bar that's been going strong in South Beach for 25 years (they just celebrated the anniversary). It's filled with guys like me and my partner that have a little mileage but might look decent in a speedo, and some gorgeous guys who look ridiculously hot in a speedo. It's not particularly wild as dance clubs or gay bars go, surprisingly given the location. Club E11even is a good bit wilder (but straighter) and Palace Bar is a good bit more flaming. This actually has a neighborhood-y feel at times; the last thing you expect in Sobe. Outside it looks like just a storefront, except for the throng of Uber pick-ups and drop-offs. Inside it's all dramatic lighting and tropical colors in a sort of labyrinthine layout. Valuable tip: Flirt shamelessly with the doorman / bouncer if it's some sort of special night, and you'll get in faster (both my partner and I dialed up the volume and double-teamed him, hehe). The bartenders here tend to be hectic but friendly. The staff always seems to be in a good mood. Drinks are never watered down. Like almost every other beach establishment, there'll likely be 18% tip already added automatically, so chuck the vanity, get out your spectacles and even the cell phone flashlight if needed. If you're as cheap as me, you're allergic to being tricked into tipping twice. Thumbs up on Twist though, cheap ole' Joe and cheap ole' Doctor C both love the place.

Lisa U.

Yelp
Twist is not a safe place for women or people of age. My friend's mother was tired. I took her out of twist at 11pm and put her in a car. As I left, I told the manager, I was putting my friend's mother in a car. She was very clearly not young. We were not drunk and dressed in well. He insisted I wait in the huge line. He KNEW I was taking an amazing and yes, older woman to a car, ensuring her safety. He punished me for it. I am truly shocked. This actively discouraged patrons from making sure women and our parents (of a certain age) are safe. It would not have been ok for her to find the Uber her son ordered alone. It would also not be ok for a woman that was drunk to get a car alone. If someone that was inside, knew they could not put a woman or mother in a car without being out to the back of the line, this greatly discouraged safety. This is almost criminal. Twist was always one of my favourites. I will never go again. Shame on them.
google avatar

Nick D.

Yelp
One of the most popular gay clubs in Miami with seven DJs and no cover. Love the music however must say that one of the rooms had carpet and this was quite outdated and gross as you can imagine

Annie R.

Yelp
Nice people. honest and kind. I lost my phone and they make sure I get it back. Thanks again. Annie

Glorianne C.

Yelp
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TODAY WITH THE SHORT HAIR LADY! I've been there multiple times before with my CONNECTICUT id and now today she decides to refuse it??? When it's a legitimate ID. ABSOLUTELY A WASTE OF MY TIME. SMH. Need to get someone who actually knows what they're doing
google avatar

Olivia L.

Yelp
We went to twist for New Year's Eve and it was great! I kissed a cute girl, my friend got blackout and kicked out because the drinks were so strong, and the outdoors was a nice place to be during the novel coronavirus pandemic!
google avatar

Vikrem P.

Yelp
Trash bar. Terrible music and annoyingly enforced dress code inconsistently applied to patrons.
google avatar

Leila R.

Yelp
Came here on a Sunday night with a friend who wanted to introduce me to one of their fav South Beach dive-y gay bars. How this place is considered "dive-y", I don't know because it is HUGE and very labyrinthine. I loved the vibe from the minute I interacted with the bouncer at the door. Very welcoming and inclusive and just walking past the front bar, several patrons said hello and started chatting. My friend and I went to the back bar where they have go-go dancers after a time. There is also an upstairs bar, but it had not opened yet when we arrived. The bartenders in the back were gorgeous (natch) and almost immediately, the "show" started after we grabbed a barstool. The show was emcee'd by an abfab drag queen (as you would expect) who was not only interactive, hysterical, and engaging with the crowd, but just knew how to have fun and push the boundaries just enough. The go-go dancers were ridiculously hot, like you cannot believe there are such perfect male specimens in existence who can move their hips like that! When we first got to the back bar, we were one of the few there, but in a matter of 30mins, the place was packed! It was like an instant party and was so much fun! The drinks were a bit pricey for $10 you-call wells, but they make them strong and with the added entertainment, well worth the price! I can't wait to return the next time I'm in town!

Yelp
Fun gal dance club with multiple rooms with different genres of music. No cover too! Come as you are. Dance like no one's watching.

Zack M.

Yelp
Was having a pleasant and enjoyable night until a "security person" escorted me out for no reason at all... Two star's because the owner reimbursed me for the drink that he threw out for no reason; Regardless, baffled with the flashlights and extreme un-classy escorting procedure as if I was falling and stumbling #offended #Joke #AVOID

Lauren F.

Yelp
ATTENZIONE PICKPOCKET ALERT!!!!! I was in Miami to celebrate my bachelorette. Friday night my phone was stolen from my purse. Whoever took it immediately turned it off so I wouldn't be able to trace it. Shawn (security staffer) did go around to the different bar areas to ask if the bartenders had seen my phone and took me to a different area to fill out my contact info. For the record, I spend a lot of time in DC so I'm always careful in big cities and keep my belongings close. I just happened to be using a new purse instead of my usual lululemon fannypack so there was no zipper to open. I wish I could give a good review, but having your phone stolen while on your bachelorette is really disappointing. A lot of my photos weren't backed up so I've lost countless pictures dating all the way back to 2021 (lesson learned). This bar has a lot of potential, but could really crack down on protecting patrons from crime. Sure, phones are replaceable but memories are not.
google avatar

Robby D.

Yelp
Had such a fun time here with friends. The bar expands across a variety of rooms with a couple different dance floors. There are also a lot of bars so you typically aren't waiting too long. Be careful with your cell phone- many people get theirs stolen. Keep it in your hand or front pocket! One of my friends was the victim of this and then we found quite a few others who had the same thing happen to them. Verizon said they get people weekly because of this club.
google avatar

arthur t.

Yelp
I had a really fun time at the club until my phone got stolen. Ironically I warned my friends about the potential of theft, but ended up being the victim. Don't let your guard down, especially around 2:30am-3am. It felt like at that time, new groups of shady looking folks started trickling in. I made the mistake of wearing pants with shallower pockets that night, and I took my phone out once, so the thief probably saw where I put it. I would suggest putting your phone in a zipped satchel or something, that's probably safer.
google avatar

Dave O.

Yelp
Coordinated phones being stolen. Myself and 3 friends had their phone stolen last night. Total nightmare. Please be careful. Exactly what this other commenter said "definite coordinated phone stealing scam happening at the club and management seems to be flippant about it."
google avatar

Brad R.

Yelp
I was thrown out as a first time customer being accused of doing cocaine by the security manager. Never touched coke in my life. He comes up to me and says he saw me put something up my nose and without trying to reason with me he throws me out. I spent 200+ on drinks and I tried to ask for the club manager and they refused to get him for me. After waiting outside, I catch up to the club manager when I see him outside by pure chance and explained the entire situation and told him to check the cameras and even check my person (I never left the camera view at the front so they can clearly see I never tampered with anything). He says he was going to check for me. After waiting approximately 30 minutes I realized he just made me look stupid waiting outside and never made an effort to come out and talk to me. Unbelievable how they can just assume anything and ruin a night. When they threw me out I was in plain view in the middle of everything and it was an easy observation for them to clear me to go back in. Thrown out for allegedly snorting cocaine unbelievable. And to add to that I came with two first timers as well. I'm in the process of becoming a police officer and to have That accusation against me made me so disappointed and furious because that's against my wishes and well being. I work so hard and this was during Labor Day on one of my only days off to enjoy. I can't even imagine the look on the security managers face if he did check the cameras. There had to be some sort of motive to kick me out because it didn't make any sense to me.

Patrick K.

Yelp
Cute place, multiple rooms, friendly staff.... Definitely make it a stop when visiting south beach

Trevor W.

Yelp
This was my very first time at Twist and my last. A patron last night was sexually assaulted by the Manager on Duty via putting his hands down the patrons pants and grabbing their genitals. Said patron escaped to the corner of the bar where I happened to be sitting with tears in his eyes because of what happened. When I asked what was wrong, the patron told me what had happened to them. I have family members who have been sexually assaulted, so the minute this was said I asked the patron if we could talk to the Manager (at this point we did not know the assaulter was the Manager). When the Manager walked up and the patron informed me that was the man who had assaulted him, the Manager immediately kicked us out without so much as a wisp of help from them. When we were escorted out by security both security people looked at us and said many patrons AND employees have been complaining about the same Manager, but ownership refuses to do anything about it. So I called the police with the approval of the patron to have this rectified. When the police arrived, the front door security told them that I was personally belligerent, aggressive and was doing drugs in the bar. When asked for proof, they had none. When the police officer spoke to me, in front of the security, it took him 2 seconds to know the security was lying. The officer then asked for the Manager to come outside, at which point security said no he was busy. He is accused of Sexual Assault, the police are here to investigate and security STILL doesn't help with the situation. It took the police physically entering the premises for the Manager to finally show up and speak to them. Needless to say the patron is suing them over this incident. I'm here to purely let anyone who is interested in going to Twist to NOT and save not only your money, but yourself, as security, Management and ownership do NOT care about you. If you want to go out and party at a gay club, go to Palace. They have a much friendlier staff, better drinks, food and better prices. Not to mention they are bigger than Twist and have a better show. UPDATED: If you look through the reviews even as recent as 2 weeks ago, you see several patrons noticing staff sexually harassing individuals and when they didn't comply, security threw them out. Absolutely disgusting and ownership should be ashamed.

Joe Z.

Yelp
Got in line last night with some friends from out of town. Was excited to show them Twist as we are all gay and there is limited LGBT bars in Miami! The door person refused my legitimate Florida ID and refused to take my credit card, school ID and pictures of my passport as a second form. We were all really bummed out by the whole experience. I've never had trouble getting in and have been several times, this was just a rude door person (short haired woman) i suppose.
google avatar

Marlon M.

Yelp
I am probably going to be suing this place for assault and battery. It was my boyfriends birthday weekend and one of his workers decided to place his hands on him and call us degrading names just because we where not moving as fast amongst the crowd from the second floor into the bottom floor. His worker pushed my boyfriend and made him hit face on a wall and called us degrading names and the manager pretty much just gave us a slap on the hands and dismissed my complaint. So see you in court twist, so sad as a Miami native and had spent over thousands of dollars on you bar thought the year on your bar and come to party. I would never ever set a foot again until management is set and I feel like justice has been served!

Yelp
Love this place! 5 stars and counting!!! This is my place to unwind and let loose! The atmosphere is amazing, the people are friendly, and the drinks are great! What could be better than that!

Yelp
I was here on Friday night (March 18th). Where I ended up being ROOFIED and my phone stolen. I had two drinks and all I remember is using the bathroom to pee and the next minute I'm outside the bar with two Puerto Rican men who were trying to figure out my hotel and room number. I knew I was in a bad spot because I kept blacking out and coming to, I was disoriented, couldn't form full thoughts, couldn't see straight, or use my hands. I'm 30 years and i have never felt like that off of two tequila sodas. The two suspicious men got me to hotel which was only a block away from the Twist and thankfully the phone they stole had my room key in it, this bought be time because we couldn't access the lobby. As one man left to get my room key from my stolen phone two people staying at the same hotel as me recognized me and somehow I was able to tell them I needed help. They saved my life! It took some time for me to piece together what happened that night. The reason I'm giving Twist bad rating is because this apparently is a reoccurring problem there. Another reason is because the door man (older man, gray hair, larger set, sits in a chair checking IDs) saw me being taken away by these two men and he did nothing. I know this because I went back a couple days later to try to see if I could remember more details from that night or see if I recognized those two men and when the door man saw me he said he remembered seeing me that night breathing heavily(in a mocking tone), then continued to check my ID. I was taken back by how quickly he disregarding the whole thing that took place right in front of him.
