"Two Boots has run into trouble in Los Angeles too: It recently closed one of two locations there, and the last remaining one was temporarily shut down by the LA County Health Department in November." - Carla Vianna

See I love pizza. I'm from NY so I know what great pizza tastes like. I don't care who that comment triggers. What I also don't care for is paying 5 dollars for a slice of pizza. That being said, Two Boots pizza is really good and the size and topping options are worth the price. There's and music venue right next door so it's a prime people watching spot if you enjoying humanity and culture.

The best gluten free pizza I’ve found so far in LA! The toppings are fresh and unique, and crust was cooked perfectly. A lot of places have a hard time with cooking GF to the right doneness (mostly over cooking it into an almost rock hard, inedible cardboard) but two boots did it perfectly! The super Newman is my favorite. I love the funky artwork on the walls too. It reminds me of local pizza places I’ve been to in New Orleans, Austin and Dallas.

This is the place to try if you want to try a unique pizza with a wide arrange of toppings to choose from. Two Boots names their pies after movie characters or tv show characters! How cool is that?! You can order a whole pie in three different sizes or you can get individual slices of different pies to try out new flavors. The pizzas are made with a thin cornmeal crust & they offer vegan options as well. The toppings are what make the pies unique. Parking can be found off of Sunset behind Two Boots in a public parking lot. This place is open till 12 am & is a must try!

I used to love this place, but I feel as if cold slices of pizza with barely any toppings just doesn't cut it anymore. It's best to order a fresh whole pie. For sea food lovers, the Bayou Beast is a must. For veggie lovers, I recomend the Grandma Bess with a side of jalapeno pesto.

Delicious slices with creative toppings. Definitely a quick and easy place to stop for a bite before a show. Find myself at the echo pretty often and always enjoy cruising next door for a piece of pizza. Worth checking out if you're hungry and in the area.

This pizza spot is the perfect pie shop for your thin crust slice needs. Not only are they open late, their pizzas are pretty on point when it comes to quality and taste. Conveniently located right next to the venue The Echo, this place attracts the concert/club-goers after shows are done at either The Echo or Echoplex. They are super affordable and have a cool outdoor seating area as well.

Quick, tasty, well done thin crust pizza by the slice - and whole pies as well. Nice setting, good prices, good atmosphere. Part of that atmosphere is due to the mural covering an entire wall of the place. It's colorful and nicely intricate. It's also the very first and only time I have ever seen a mural in pizza joint calling out a Higgs Bosun atomic particle!

So far I've only tried a couple of different types of pizzas, and nothing too crazy: one just a pepperoni and the other the sausage, and I just thought they were OK. And a friend right about their sauce--too much dried oregano or something, it's very old school and not in a good way :/ I'd never even heard of Two Boots when I lived in NY back in the late 90s, but I'd tried my share of NY slices and they were way better than this. That said, it's a reliable stop for a cheap quick bite if you're in the area to catch a show at the Echo. No beer, though--boo.
