The 22 Best Restaurants in Malmö, Sweden | Eater

"When couple Charlotte Nycander and Matan Levy aren’t preparing some of the best hummus on the continent, they spend time at their urban farm on the outskirts of town. Here they develop and practice sustainable farming methods, exploring how to extend their environmentally conscious way of living to their work. What they grow on the farm turns into vibrant toppings, pickles, and condiments for their bowls, scooped up with freshly baked flatbread. Working as a pop-up solely at lunchtime, they currently reside in the kitchen at Soi 29, outside of the restaurant’s regular hours, on Thursdays and Fridays. [$]" - Alisa Larsen

Two forks is a great lunch spot. I had the Steak hummus bowl whilst my companion had a vegetarian option. Both were yummy, as was the bread served alongside it. I also had a cola which was delightful. Service was fantastic. This was ideal ride fuel for my onward journey up the coast to Helsingborg.

High-quality food done really well. We had the seabream, hummus and aubergine, along with two different orange wines. Everything was cooked beautifully and flavours delicious, with touches of something a little unique. Ambience was great and friendly service. It was a little warm inside without AC, which is the only reason we give the atmosphere 4/5! Would definitely recommend to others and return.

Extraordinary! The coral mushrooms with onion confit purée and the beef tartare were mind blowing! and the sea bream was…just WOW! the hummus anchored it all together for us! Bravo!

We spontaneously decided to come here as a couple and managed to get a seat at the bar. The restaurant is cozy and beautifully decorated. The service is very friendly and attentive. We ordered a variety of dishes from the menu. Every single one was outstanding! The chef and staff are passionate about food, and you feel this, when you are here. This restaurant alone makes a visit to Malmö worthwhile! We will definitely be back when we are in this city again. Highly recommend!

I would give the food score a six out five. Needs more genuine restaurants like this in Malmö. The Sea-bream dish is a must-try

My new favorite restaurant in Malmö. The food is legit Mediterranean deliciousness and menu changes seasonal for lunch and dinner. Both Matan and Charlotte are graciously friendly hosts. Check out this cute gem near Saluhall.

Delicious, vegan-friendly Middle Eastern food. If I'm going to pay a little extra for hummus, I appreciate their use of high quality ingredients for a more elevated experience. Bread felt fresh out of the oven and was a delight to eat. Friendly service and a cozy atmosphere, albeit without much sitting room. Would definitely come back.

Went for lunch with my husband. There were quite a lot of people which gave me the impression that it was going to be good. We had to wait a few minutes and we were sat at a table with 2 other people. The owners of the restaurant were very friendly and they answered some questions we had. The restaurant is called Two Forks because one of the owners if the chef and the other is the farmer. I thought that was very clever. The food was very tasty and I want to go back to try the dinner menu. The owners said that that’s the best!
