"When couple Charlotte Nycander and Matan Levy aren’t preparing some of the best hummus on the continent, they spend time at their urban farm on the outskirts of town. Here they develop and practice sustainable farming methods, exploring how to extend their environmentally conscious way of living to their work. What they grow on the farm turns into vibrant toppings, pickles, and condiments for their bowls, scooped up with freshly baked flatbread. My new favorite restaurant in Malmö. The food is legit Mediterranean deliciousness and menu changes seasonal for lunch and dinner. Both Matan and Charlotte are graciously friendly hosts. Check out this cute gem near Saluhall.

Wow. What a hidden gem. I didn't expect a smaller cozy place like this to be located in a new building right next to Malmö Live building. The food is "smaller plates to share" style. We ordered 4 plates for 3 people, and it was about the right amount of food. The sea bass was especially amazing, but top grades to all dishes we had. The shrimp was yummy and spicy. The only disappointment was the house white wine. But I will definitely be back. And what a great place to grab a bite prior to a show or concert. But book a reservation as the restaurant only seats about 20. Note that you have to get the larger "feast" menu if you are six or more people.

Went for lunch with my husband. There were quite a lot of people which gave me the impression that it was going to be good. We had to wait a few minutes and we were sat at a table with 2 other people. The owners of the restaurant were very friendly and they answered some questions we had. The restaurant is called Two Forks because one of the owners if the chef and the other is the farmer. I thought that was very clever. The food was very tasty and I want to go back to try the dinner menu. The owners said that that’s the best!

Delicious, vegan-friendly Middle Eastern food. If I'm going to pay a little extra for hummus, I appreciate their use of high quality ingredients for a more elevated experience. Bread felt fresh out of the oven and was a delight to eat. Friendly service and a cozy atmosphere, albeit without much sitting room. Would definitely come back.

Excellent and unique food, the best restaurant in Malmö with fresh warm humus and different food combinations. Service is on the highest level, followed with warm human interaction. List of drinks is covering all the tastes including wine, beer and different cocktails. Duck breast is something that I would recommend to everybody.

I left a critical review at another restaurant after a bad experience, this is no way to end an evening so here I am leaving a positive review to a place that deserves it. After eating here multiple times throughout the year I can say that they are consistently great. Fantastic and lovely staff, perfect harmony in their dishes between hummus, toppings and available bread. The place is clean, modern, and gives me the feeling of visiting an old friends home. Cozy, nice and tasty.
