Had an amazing experience at Two Hand. The service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and fast. The food was absolutely delicious, made with fresh ingredients that you can really taste in every bite. Plus, the prices were super reasonable for the quality. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be there, which made the whole atmosphere even more enjoyable. We tried seasonal mushroom soup, soba noodles and lemon poppyseed waffle. Highly recommend

Google
We went to Two Hands for brunch, and it’s such a lovely spot. The atmosphere is charming, and the food is absolutely amazing. Everything is beautifully presented, and the service is great. The quality-to-price ratio is a solid 10/10 😀

Today was the perfect Monday morning to finally stop by and dine at Two Hands while heading to my office (which is conveniently a block away). Upon entry, I was greeted and served by friendly staff. They were very attentive! I ordered a Flat White, and honestly it’s one of the best Flat Whites I ever had to date. It’s bold, strong, and smooth. It’s just the right level! As for breakfast, I ordered the Build Your Breakfast which came with two eggs (I opted for scrambled), sourdough, and bacon for additional side. The dish was deliciously prepped well. Their menu has plenty of other healthy options, sweets and pastries, and coffee selections. They also serve breakfast, lunch, kids menu, and drinks. Overall, I enjoyed my Monday morning, and I plan on coming back to try out their other food and drinks!

Google
Two Hands in South Williamsburg is a real find. The space is beautiful — lots of light, big windows, and a mix of stone and wood that looks great without feeling overdesigned. The food is excellent too. I had a salad with charred broccolini and salmon that was fresh, full of flavor, and just really well put together. Portions are generous, prices are fair for New York, and the menu has plenty of good options without being overwhelming. We were there with a very high-ranking VIP and had a few special requests ahead of time. Alicia, the manager, handled everything perfectly, and Liv at the door made us feel welcome the second we arrived. Even with the motorcade, armed security detail and all the extra attention, once we were inside, it all felt easy and relaxed — exactly what we had hoped for. Couldn’t recommend Two Hands more. Plus, they take reservations, which is a real bonus around here.

We went for breakfast on Monday. It was not busy, the foods were excellent and service was super.

Google

Google
Came on a Tuesday morning and was MINDBLOWN! Service was great. Seated as soon as we came in. Water was offered and brought as we were seated. The servers and knowledgeable and friendly. The iced matcha with oat milk and simple syrup was solid. But the chicken bowl was OUT OF THIS WORLD! Love the flavors, textures, brightness and how the flavors complimented one another ! Definitely coming back!

Google
Regret not trying this place earlier. Incredible chicken sandwich, very unique flavour combination. Loved their chicken & market bowl as well. Espresso banana bread is remarkable if ordered first thing in the morning (gets slightly dry by lunch) Every sauce that comes with the dish is actually complex in taste and clearly house made (not the same mayo everyone else makes). The only item that was just good not great is Breakfast burrito - a bit bland in flavour.

Yelp
Having visited more than two handful of times, I would recommend this spot for their coffee, smoothie, and straightforward menu. The menu is not overly exciting (with one or two exceptions) but the food is executed well - no surprises. You know what to expect and it's made fresh. If you can't think of any where to go, this is a safe and solid choice. Staff are very nice and helpful. The space accomodates a decent amount of people. It feels airy, bright, and cozy at the same time.

Yelp
Based on the reviews, people seem to have a mixed feeling about this place. However, I had a lovely experience and can confidently say this is one of my top favorite brunch places in Brooklyn! My girlfriends and I tried the following dishes: 1. Smashed Avocado Toast (6/5) - we were sharing every dish and this was my top favorite! Loved how fresh and tasty smashed avocado was and the portion was pretty decent for one person as well. 2. Lemon Poppyseed Waffle (6/5) - this waffle was a truly one-of-a-kind. The texture was soft like cornbread and it tasted amazing with cream and fruits on top. Beautiful plating too! 3. Banana Walnut Bread (5/5) - I have to say this is the best banana bread I've ever had. The cream on top tasted heavenly. Since it was more like a dessert than breakfast, I would also consider a takeout. 4. Salmon Quinoa Bowl (4/5) - combination of soft texture (salmon, avocado, and boiled egg) and crunch texture (pickled radish, sliced carrots, and cucumber) was nice. Portion was pretty big! *Great service. We went to the wrong location and were 20-30 minutes late, but they were able to keep the table for us. *This is a small restaurant and I recommend making a reservation. *Domino park is about 1 min away by walk.

Yelp
Came here as a party of 6. The staff were all nice, but the service was slow. It took a while to place our order and get the waitstaff's attention throughout the whole dining experience. I ordered a flat white and I think it sat on the counter for so long, that even the latte art became mush (picture is how it was brought out). I wish at that point the waitstaff had better judgement to make another one so that was pretty disappointing to me. In terms of food, I got the Chicken Harissa Bowl and shared the mushroom soba noodles. They were both good and we enjoyed our food. Note that you can get the sauces on the side if you want to customize how much chili oil in the food. Having come to a few times, I think it's okay if you're looking for a neighborhood spot. And last thing is they do the tip on your post tax amount, so be aware if you kind on the principle of things

Yelp
Solid brunch spot with healthy and hearty options. Both my friend and I ordered the Zoe's market bowls + bacon - it was all the ingredients I wanted for a nutritious meal after a dance class. We also got the potato wedges with aioli - just ok but I think it's bc I don't usually like wedges and would prefer fries. I appreciate how each dish comes with fresh herbs - cilantro and dill on the Zoe's market bowl and chives on the aioli. We all especially liked the blistered tomatoes. Overall, great brunch spot in a cute setting. Space is tight but that's New York!

Yelp
such a cute rainy day cafe! Two Hands is the only spot I've seen with mimosas done right! Also, the food was so filling and of course my eyes were bigger than my stomach, I took most of it to-go. Our server was super attentive. We came at 4 and didn't realize they closed at 5pm. We didn't feel rushed to pack and up and leave which was sweet of them. This was my first time at Two Hands and I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
Overall great spot with delicious brunch foods. The servers were nice, the food was tasty and everything came out quickly. It's a bit pricey for what I got, but the food was still good, so I'd consider coming again. The smoked salmon on toast was delicious, and I loved all the herbs on top. The runny eggs on the seasonal scramble was also cooked perfectly and the scramble itself savory. The drinks aren't really anything to boast about.

Yelp
Oh woweee I loved our visit to Two Hands! Exceptionally flavorful, very kind and friendly with a bright and comfortable dining room, I would highly recommend. We started with an espresso martini, Bloody Mary and tea. Each drink was well balanced, nothing wild and very satisfying. My partner chose the unlimited Bloody Mary special and happily enjoyed 3. I opted for a matcha to follow my espresso martini and was very pleased. The menu selection is well balanced with decadent, sweet and treats for all! Absolutely would love to try more. Licked every part of the avocado toast and gluten free bread from the plate!

Yelp
I live right by here and stop in often for coffee to go. The staff is always so kind! All of their food is great too, love that they have breakfast options all day and there is something for everyone. It's a beautiful and airy space and they have outdoor seating in the summer. Highly recommend stopping in for a coffee or smoothie to go or for brunch!
google avatar

Yelp
Cute brunch spot, a lot of healthy options. Totally recommend it. Would definitely visit again!

Yelp
Only got the lavender matcha to go because I happened to be in the area, but am so glad I did! One of the best lavender drinks I've ever had (the flavoring is so natural it's almost floral) and the matcha itself is decent. Restaurant is so close to the waterfront, perfect place to stop before or after a walk.

Yelp
I love this place soooooo much. Best açaí bowl in the city. I also love their avocado toast, and they make a solid cappuccino too!

Yelp
I really like Williamsburg. It gives the Manhattan of Brooklyn... everything you will likely need without having to cross the bridge. When I was there I needed a nice place for brunch in the morning and that's when I came upon Two Hands right along the river. The small but quaint restaurant had a lot of wonderful lighting from the large windows which gave it a beautiful feel. Even though it was very warm outside, sitting inside facing the sun was really nice. It had a very elegant feeling but at the same time very welcoming. The server was very relaxed and chill as I came in accidentally knocking a water container on my table and continued to be very welcoming throughout my visit. I'm usually not one for unique takes on my breakfasts items but I've got to say the lemon poppy seed waffle was good and I would order that again if i could All the food options on the menu looked so yummy and it had taken me a while to decide what to get but your girl loves her waffles. I would have gotten some mimosas but I wasn't trying to go too hard this time just a chill breakfast. I came in around 9am but it was not busy. I did see a lot of people coming in and out for pick up or to go orders.

Claire G.

Yelp
The most standard, inoffensive brunch place on Earth. Good coffee, good wait staff, good vibes. My salad thingy (pictured) was delicious. I tried a few bites of my friend's poppyseed waffle, which was insanely good. Not horrible, not mind-blowing: Just fine! Plus, this location is near the river so you can go for a nice post-meal stroll if you please.

Yelp
Love love love. Beautiful ambiance. Bright. Modern. Clean. Food line art. I wish I had the nerve to go take pictures of everybody else's plates of food because they really are gorgeous. Service was fantastic friendly fast everything you would like and it is right at the corner of Domino Park so terrific location in Williamsburg along the water.

J T.

Yelp
overall very good service, very pleasant staff. I ordered an iced coffee to go but they gave me a cold brew which is not the same. it was ok but a bit too bitter. very pretty place, lots of natural light.

Yelp
Great little place. We visited for breakfast, nice menu choices, delicious food and coffee, good service and lovely atmosphere.

Yelp
Really wasn't a big fan of this place. The location is great and the food LOOKS good, but it was lacking in taste & there was a tiny bug crawling on my plate when I got it. Service was ok. I probably wouldn't come back

Yelp
I know why it's 3stars here. I entered and sit down after I regarded to the waiter they didn't bring anything. It wasn't crowded at all. I stood up to order at the entrance. (There're menu at the cashier. ) They also confused with other menu since I know what they're serving. We didn't get any glasses for the water :'( till we asked. Croissant is so good!! I highly recommend. They have 2bathrooms they put good smells inside and outside. One bathroom (left) is family friendly and bigger room than right. I attached photos. It's gorgeous decor and nice vibes perfect day for brunch/ coffee/alone with your friends/family :) A Waiter changed after sitting an hr. She was quick and paid attention to us. 4stars. Def come back and highly recommend. I saw other table had a soup it was quite large it looked so good. b32 and Q59 buses are Infront of Two hands.

Yelp
I dont know how anyone rates this place lower than 5 stars. A banger- every time. Talk about comfort food done in a way that doesn't make you feel bad right after
google avatar

Yelp
One of my favorites in the Williamsburg neighborhood. Located on Kent near the waterfront the cafe is bustling and feels just like a Melbourne style brunch spot. The menu has a lot of Aussie favorites like scrambled eggs and avocado toast, as well as sandwiches and a good selection of coffee/tea. They have gluten-free bread too which is a plus and lots of vegetarian and plant-based/vegan options. I've found the service to be pretty good here too, usually staff are attentive and the food comes out quickly. There is a long line to use the restroom but that's kind of an aside.
google avatar

Yelp
My go-to breakfast spot in Williamsburg! It has that healthy, delicious, and fresh vibe reminiscent of Los Angeles restaurants, which is quite rare to find in New York. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel great every time I step inside. And don't miss out on the Gluten-free Mascarpone cheese banana bread to complement your coffee after breakfast--it's a game-changer!

Yelp
Odered a chai latte w/ oat milk to go. It was not there very long. The inside was welcoming and there was outside seating. I walked in b/c of the sign on the street and I wanted a hot drink after a yoga class on a nice day. It's a short walk from the Trader Joes nearby. It's definitely somewhere I will return to sit down and have a meal. Pro - location is right around the corner from the waterfront where it's a short walk to view the Manhattan skyline and see Long Island city nearby. Best way to get here is via ferry. Subway station are a few blocks away. On the corner Cons - not a big place but not necessarily a con b/c it's not tiny. It's a great place to sit down and eat.

Yelp
This lemon poppy seed waffle was the perfect amount of sweet to enjoy outside on a sunny day.

Yelp
I'm visiting New York City and I came into Two Hands yesterday as I was exploring Brooklyn and had a really great experience! My server was really sweet and attentive. He even offered some suggestions of fun things to do around the area since I'm visiting! I think his name was Jared? I'm giving this place 5 stars honestly because the service was so great and the food was yummy too! I would probably rate the atmosphere a little lower though. The store just seemed to be bombarded by delivery drivers all the time I was there. My drink came out really quickly but my food did take some time and my guess is that it was because of all the delivery orders. All the servers were super nice though but if they weren't with a table they were dealing with drivers. Hope they can get that situated so they can have more lovely moments like I had with other people!

Yelp
I recently tried Two Hands, the Williamsburg location and found it to be very tasty! The inside is very cute and has lots of natural light. I tried the eggs royal (a weekend special) with lox and my boyfriend has the salmon bowl. We both split the banana bread and ordered coffees as well. The coffees were standard, but I must say, the nana bread, though an $11 slice of banana bread was sooo worth it! The espresso topping was amazing and paired so nicely with the coffee. The eggs royal was also tasty and while I feel there could have been more lox, the overall taste was good. I also tried a bite of my boyfriends salmon bowl and I'd say it was what I expected, nothing crazy special, but it was satisfying. Our server was nice and good about explaining how we could use the inKind app (an app I downloaded that gives you restaurant credits). I'd come back for the location and banana bread

Yelp
On May 8, 2024, I went to Kent Ave., Brooklyn for a short business meeting. Referred by a local gift shop employee, I stopped by Two Hands Restaurant at 262 Kent Ave., Store 4, Brooklyn and ordered a chicken bowl to go. The menu price for a chicken bowl was $17. At the front desk, a tall girl with freckled face took my order and told me the total was $18.51. She showed me her pad for the total charges ($17 plus tax); I tapped my credit card and signed on her pad without marking any tips. The girl did not give me the receipt immediately; she told me that I could sit anywhere while waiting... Then I was sitting right outside of the restaurant waiting for my order. Within 5 minutes, another girl delivered my order to me. She called my name and I said, "Thank you." With these two girls, I had a total of less than five sentences of communication; they both appeared serious in their demeanor... The receipt was found in the to-go bag (photo attached). From the receipt I saw $4.07 was charged for the tip; that was 23-24% of the order price. So, the total charge was changed to $22.58. I was quite surprised and absolutely not happy about that. First of all, I consider that the behavior of adding money to a credit card without the customer's consent, especially after the customer's signature was completed, is stealing and not acceptable at all. Second, if charging tips for any services is the policy of this restaurant, that should be disclosed to all customers by either the hostess or shown in the menu as a clear warning. Least of all, the girls could kindly require some complimentary even though the service is robotic. Third, tips have multiple levels. When a restaurant charges more than 23% of tip for a to-go order, I think this place is so eager for money as to be unusually greedy. Meanwhile, the owner of this restaurant is risking losing his business reputation for lacking common decency. Finally, about the food (photo attached), the chicken was very dry and hard to chew. It seemed like it might have been cooked days ago. The kale salad underneath tasted like cardboard. Obviously, it was not mixed enough with citrus. I gave this place one star because I ate the sweet potato in the bowl. I thought that it was a good idea to fill up my stomach even though the rest was almost inedible.

Yelp
Had a wonderful brunch here! The space is so bright and cozy. We stopped by at prime brunch time, 1pm on a Saturday, without a reservation. We only waited around 10 minutes. The taro latte ($5) is so tasty and just the right amount of sweet. The eggs royale ($17) was delicious; the eggs were perfectly poached and I loved the smoked salmon. The breakfast burrito ($15, sausage an additional $4) was also a great choice and I loved the mushroom and potatoes inside. Unfortunately I was still hungry afterwards, but everything was so tasty!

Yelp
I really liked my experience at Two Hands! I went on the recommendation of a friend, so when another friend was visiting me, I suggested this place. We went, the food and coffee were both lovely, and the location itself was very cute and charming. I would definitely come back, and I would recommend others to visit as well!
google avatar

Yelp
Location is right next to extraneous of Domino Park. Easy to start your brunch there and hit up the park. We had avocado toast along w a breakfast burrito. The food was solid for brunch. Service was SO amazing for our group. We had two toddlers in high chairs and they made it so easy with their staff attentiveness. Would recommend for those looking to eat brunch in Williamsburg!!!

Yelp
Eh. I heard this place was good but after visiting, I don't understand why anyone would come here. The food was bland and service was slow and inattentive. There's a variety of healthy and fresh options on the menu but it's like they have never heard of seasoning. I have no interest in coming back ever.
google avatar

Yelp
Super cute casual brunch place in NY, perfect for catching up with friends over breakfast/coffee and chatting the morning away surrounded by bright and homey vibes.
google avatar

Caroline D.

Yelp
I had a delicious breakfast here the other day - I ordered the lemon poppyseed waffle & the taro latte, which were both fantastic. The waffle was filling, yet surprisingly light, and the crème wasn't too sweet. The taro latte tasted like a purple marshmallow - but I'd probably choose to get it iced next time. It's a bit pricey, but it's a decadent treat if you're in the area.
google avatar

Tiffany G.

Yelp
I ordered the Zoe market bowl to go via doordash. I specified that I wanted to pick it up at 11:30, but they made it by 11, so when i picked it up it was already cold. Also, i specified scrambled eggs, but they gave me poached... definitely not the best service and I didn't get what I paid for. The meal itself was ok. A little heavy on the vinegar for one of the veg.
google avatar

Tazeen L.

Yelp
Solid brunch spot with friendly service and outdoor seating. Standard but well prepared fare- had the eggs royale and both yolks were properly runny, the sourdough was chewy and the avocado was generous. Overall food was a 3.5 and overall experience helped round it up...
google avatar

Michele A.

Yelp
I love Aussie-style breakfast, and Two Hands is one of my favorite places to have brunch. Today I ordered brunch for takeout in Williamsburg, but I have been to other Manhattan locations with friends or family and also had a pleasant experience. The avocado toast and breakfast roll are delicious options. The coffee here is highly recommended, so my flat white was delicious.

Gracie P.

Yelp
Insanely rude staff. Came here with my sisters and her two children and was greeted by staff that immediately made us feel like we were unwelcome. Once we sat down, one of us got up to go wash hands and the server rolled her eyes and us. We had to ask if there was a problem. We got up and left because why spend money at a restaurant that makes you feel unwelcome. Will not be back.

Yelp
Good food and drinks. SHITTY service. when I went to use the restroom, this guy from the kitchen rushed out and scolded me for allowing my dog to pee and said "it's not cool!" and proceeded to slam the door on my face. 100%. Unnecessary, rude, and straight up mean. Apparently a puppy - NOT MINE- (owner is an Asian female) accidentally peed on their already dirty a$$ stained black carpet in their entry way. SO IT WASNT EVEN ME - how f*cken racist!! I actually heard her profusely apologize, which I guess, that went nowhere. 1 - that's plain racist bc I'm not even the owner of the dog. 2- Two hands is a dog friendly place, accidents happen. 3 - hope he didn't spit on our food. Not sure how to respond to the response to my comment so doing it here. Let me clarify, the racial comment I'm making is because 1 - the dog is not my dog (I am an Asian female which happened the owner of the dog also was) 2 - I wasn't even there when it happened 3 - why are you focusing on profanity vs the inappropriate actions of your chef. If you're genuine about discussing, why are you not DM'ing me. No one should be treated the way your chef treated me! I am not condoning the behavior of a dog urinating on the carpet. My response is to the actions of your chef that were out of line. He came out of the kitchen to scold me - I wasn't even there! Did he think I was the person with the dog when that happened? HE DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME A CHANCE TO SPEAK BEFORE HE SLAMMED THE KITCHEN DOOR FACE AND WALKED AWAY. That is NO way to treat a customer. You're essentially saying your chef scolding and slamming the door at me is justified? This is absurd. Needless to say, I will not returning; seems you have turned this on me for complaining about the actions of your chef and focusing on the action of a dog

Yelp
There was a recent crime wave in the neighborhood, and these poor guys had their front door smashed in. If you're shopping around Williamsburg along Kent, give Two Hands your business! I happen to think their breakfast burrito is among the best I've had, and their service is friendly and down-to-earth. It's also a very good place (there aren't many!) to eat by yourself and get some work done. They take good care of you, and the menu is strong and eclectic, the coffee good.
google avatar

Yelp
Good casual lunch spot. Nice service. Classic pricey lunch, but I wasn't disappointed. Didn't knock my socks off but there's variety in the menu, everything is fresh, and wait isn't outrageous, so I'll be back. I got the avocado toast which was delicious and got the spicy blt sandwich for takeout another day, that was too spicy but the side salad that came with it was absolutely delicious.

Yelp
Posting this review more to share information that to rate...tough to rate given I have just had limited experience. I have carried out a couple time and think the food is very good. I get Acai bowls mainly, and they are one of the better ones I've had. Good size. Lots of toppings, and it all works very well together. It's a beautiful looking place, so tried to have brunch there once with my wife and it was a disaster. We were quoted a 20 minute wait and told there was no one ahead of us. At about 20 minutes we saw a table get up. Then another. Another one. And another one. (Truth, not a DJ Kahlid impression). At about 45 minutes we inquired. We were seated a few minutes later. Brought water about 5 minutes later, and told the server we could order. She said she would be right back. About 10 minutes later, she wasn't, so we left. Clearly the staff was spread thin, and we were patient with that, but this went beyond. And it had emptied a lot by the time we left, so seems like there is another level of disorganization happening there.

Yelp
Two Hands is one of our favorite places to get breakfast on a Saturday morning! I'm obsessed with the Lemon Poppyseed waffle. Also we love Haley! She always brings the sunshine and is so kind :)

Claudia A G.

Yelp
Great food - and Hayley M was fantastic ! We had the scramble egg and banana bread breakfast !

Elizabeth M.

Yelp
This Two Hands location is perfection! I look forward to going for the best latte, breakfast and service. Hayley in particular is exceptional! Complete ray of sunshine that's always warm, welcoming and attentive.

Yelp
My go to neighbor brunch place. Very enjoyable. However, I strongly dislike the new avocado toast. The avocado is not "smashed" and there is cucumber and edamame on it. I do love the açaí bowl. And the staff is great.

Vera H.

Yelp
Haley - queen!!! Truly so nice. Obsessed. give her a raise!!! Such a lovely experience.

Yelp
Okay brunch place in Williamsburg. The eggs royale came with two slices of toast topped with arugula, avocado, and a side of salmon. Nothing special, but it got the job done. Not sure why, but as other people have mentioned, the service here is really slow. From asking for condiments to getting the bill, it's was just super slow!!
google avatar

Christina B.

Yelp
I love the two hands in the city so it's really very sad that the service here is just really lacking. We went in to order iced lattes to go and the girls working here just acted like it was the biggest inconvenience for them. They a really long time to get us our order and were busy talking to eachother and ignoring us.The cafe was also empty at the time on Sunday. Coffee is SO good here and I've never had an issue ordering at the other location so I'm just disappointed that the service is so rude here. I hope they change for the better
google avatar

Sasha H.

Yelp
It can be a bit cramped, but it is still one of my favorite cafes. Their menu is just *chefs kiss*. Their staff is always friendly. There is usually at least a little bit of a wait, but it goes faster than you'd think and the staff is really nice about it. Their wait staff skews a bit young/green/awk, but they get the job done and are always super sweet. Cheers to a lovely, earnest cafe. Zero obnoxiousness here

Yelp
The gals love Two Hands!! Great for weekend brunch, great customer service, and great food! My personal favorite is the seasonal scramble!
