Two Hearted Queen - Boystown

Went in on a Saturday morning to get some coffee here, was suggested by many blogs as one of the best coffees in Lakeview. Was not disappointed. Me and my partner tried their Queen of hearts, Queen of the night. QOTH was just pure joy to drink. QOTN has a very interesting flavour. Its a mix of mocha and peppercorns. Not for everyone! But do try their scones especially their cherry and orange one. They are freshly baked and just melt in your mouth. P.S: The ambience was just * chefs kiss*

This place is the best!! I love that all their sandwiches are vegetarian-friendly at this location. They have the best coffee, food, and customer service! The staff is always so accommodating and kind.

Enjoyed my stop in. Interesting drink options - though standard options were available too. Staff was helpful. Would stop in again. The banana was great!

I wish I could give this coffee shop more stars because I used to love the Roscoe location, I like to support local shops, and this location is now very close to my home, but unfortunately I am left slightly disappointed each time that I give this location another chance. I always wait an unreasonable amount of time for a barista to take my order (not waiting for the coffee, just for them to take my order!!). Additionally, the atmosphere is lacking warmth and functionality, and the prices are unreasonably expensive.

I like the atmosphere and I'd love this to be my happy place for a Sunday morning coffee but the coffee is good, not great, slightly overpriced. Scones are good, not great and the offer of pastry is limited. Only paper cups - I hate those!

I never leave bad reviews. I’ve patronized Two Hearted Queen several times and each time I was treated with complete disinterest. The hours are limited, so one would think the staff may put some effort into being at least friendly. Nope. After multiple visits (to both locations) Baristas have that stereotypical “too cool for school” vibe. The prices are outrageous AND the baristas stare at you when you get to the tip screen at payment. It’s really a shame, too. It’s not one bad apple. It’s the culture of this business. Too bad it won’t last. It’s not that difficult to “lead with kindness.”

The staff here is so kind, I’m so happy this business took over the empty space. They really care about the community & they make great coffee!

We tried this place for the first time today. We're definitely going to be coming back! The staff was so incredibly nice. The scones were delicious and the coffee was on point! They also had treats for my pup! Highly recommend! Hope more people will consider choosing this over the big chains in the neighborhood!
