5 Exciting Things To Eat & Do In London Between August 13th - 15th - London - The Infatuation

"Order a spritz, close your eyes and you could be in Venice. Emphasis on the could, there. The reality is that you’re in Hackney Wick. Sorry. But at least you’re at new spot Two More Years. It’s got a massive outside terrace on the water, a DJ playing inside, and a decent biodynamic wine list (as well as loads of other drinks)." - jake missing

A delightful venue nestled along the river Lea. We visited on a Friday at around 5pm and were pleasantly surprised to find ample seating still available. The atmosphere is effortlessly laid back, with generous space that accommodates spontaneous visits, though I would still advise arriving early to secure a spot. The drinks selection is impressively broad, catering to all tastes with a diverse array of beers and well balanced cocktails. Our food arrived promptly and each dish was executed with care and confidence. A small but important note: be sure to take your table number when ordering at the bar to avoid any unnecessary back and forth. I look forward to returning.

Grate location on the riverside, lovely outside floating seating area loads of tables and seating inside. Good atmosphere we call in for a few beers before the football match, only a short walk to the stadium.

Coolest spot in the area. Great during the day for remote working and at night for the food, music (amazing DJs) and overall atmosphere. Lovely staff too.

Had an amazing time here for my friend’s birthday on Saturday night. Awesome venue and wicked location right on the canal — the floating deck is a great touch, and the warehouse vibe inside is spot on. Staff were lovely, drinks were great, and the atmosphere was perfect. The Lucky Chip food was next level — I had the double cheeseburger with bacon, fries with mayo, and popcorn chicken. Everything was cooked perfectly, with incredible flavour and texture. I even took my plate back to the bar to thank the chef personally. I’ll definitely be back — whether for the food or a few drinks with friends by the water. ❤️

Had a fantastic time celebrating my birthday here with a big group of friends a week ago! Jono and his team were so welcoming and attentive, which can be rare for London bars. The music was spot on (disco and house) and had everyone dancing. Booking was easy and quick too. Highly recommend!

Update 11/22 They have a new kitchen in and they are doing really good burgers its called Lucky Chip. This place is wicked, big open and airy. The staff are so nice and they have my favourite wine on tap! This place is already a staple of the wick, can't wait to get down here more often. They have recently opened a jerk chicken place in here and it is great, its a little pricey at £13.50 but you get a decent portion and it tastes great.

A great place for both casual drinks/food and daytime work, open from 9am until late—rare for the area. They have an excellent selection of beers (like Purity lager), local stout, and natural wine on tap, plus a great menu of Lucky Chip burgers. Thursdays are the best time to go there to catch the 2-for-1 drinks and cheaper burgers deal. It’s a lively place before West Ham matches (It gets busy, so tourists should take note). It’s dog-friendly, with a relaxed vibe and a young crowd, but still welcoming to everyone. The music is usually at a good level until some weekend evenings when theres a DJ. Only thing that marks it down slightly is the staff’s friendliness can be hit or miss, and the tipping function on the terminal is a pet peeve of mine. Overall, a solid choice for working, socialising, or grabbing drinks in East London in a very relaxed and trendy location.
