Delightful and truly delicious. We went on a quiet week day evening for dinner and indulged in several items on the menu. The duck is a must-have! The atmosphere was calm and comforting, with dim lighting and a heater near our table. Prices were extremely reasonable for the portions, and the food was incredible (and authentic). Great service, too. Definitely becoming a NYC staple on our list.

We went for the brunch, really good food. They had a buy one get one mimosa. We ordered 4 plates. 1 fried chicken: very crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. 1 avocado toast, could have been just a little less acidic for my taste. 2 eggs benedict, also really good. I definetely recommend this place.

The place is small but super lovely and decorated with subtle elegance. We were greeted almost immediately when we entered and our table was ready. The staff was super nice, smiling and helpful, and although it took some time for the food to arrive--naturally, as the restaurant was almost full!--it was totally worth the wait. The pickle plate was delicious and both of our Khachapuris (one with bacon the other one with crabmeat) were heavenly, especially the one with bacon!! Not to mention that they're HUGE and stuffed with so much cheese that it's impossible to eat it in one sit. I've seen other people around us ordering different dishes and all looked appetizing so I'll go back to try other goodies as well.

What can I say?! I love this place! As you walk down and enter into this small hallway, it opens up into this charming and beautiful cozy, intimately well styled dining area. This place is absolutely perfect for get togethers and dates. The atmosphere is just so cozy and intimate that you do not feel overcrowded. The food was impeccable! We were served an American version of Walnut Shrimp with a side of creamy broccoli spread with a dollop of homemade mayonnaise. It touched the very soul of my taste buds. We had the buckwheat salad and I highly recommend the duck! The chef definitely adds his own unique touch to his dishes and you can tell it is all made with lots of love and passion. Even though it was our first time there, the owners greeted us as if we were regulars. They really took care of us making sure we were enjoying our time. I highly recommend this place even if you just want to check it out by having a glass of wine (btw they have a great selection of wines). Highly recommend it, you won't regret not going There!

I was greeted by very friendly staff, they walked me through to the main dining room, which was a lovely surprise - a green house with a glass ceiling! I ordered French chardonnay, which was exquisite (I drank it all night with my friends). Next we ordered shrimp and broccoli, LOVED it!! Followed by scallop and salo. Then, our group ordered almost everything from the menu. We decided to share everything and not one complaint was heard. Favorite dishes include wagyu tartar, the cured trout, duck breast, "there" fried chicken, and the cote de boeuf for two. I highly recommend this brand new place to everyone!!!

We had a group of six and decided for The Feast. It was worth every penny coupled with excellent service. each dish was unique and offered new flavors I have never tasted. add to boost, 4 wines with the feast added to the overall 6 course experience. highly recommended.

I tried out this place for restaurant week and I am sure glad I found this gem. We each got three courses each which in hindsight was way too much food for us because we were stuffed by the end. The shuba and the borscht were good starters but the main course and desserts were amazing. I got the pelmenis and my sister had the stroganoff which were both delicious. The dessert was something I've never had before called syrniki and they were amazing. The pancakes were a perfect combination of sweet and salty from some sort of cheese inside them.

Between the amazing decor, service and food, this place is easily one the best in LES! I literally love everything about this place. The scallops with salo are a slam dunk! I'm not a fan of scallops but I really enjoyed the texture and taste of these. The BEST dish hands down is the buckwheat salad with arugula ! Got totally in love with that salad and will order it all the time I go there. This seriously will be my go to restaurant especially because of their sky open roof- so much light during the day and stars at night! All the waitstaff were super friendly and efficient. I didn't feel too rushed and I also didn't feel like I was waiting around even when it got really busy. Oh...dessert. The Eastern European dessert- oreshky( i think this was the name) were sooo memorable. Long story short, this place is a GEM.
