I cannot recommend Dr. Jones and her team enough. When it comes to my smile and treatment, I only trust her. She is an incredibly skilled orthodontist, and the results of my braces have been absolutely amazing. ​What truly sets her apart is her ability to clearly explain every step and make me feel completely confident in the plan. Oh and her office is so beautiful! It's super modern and clean! I am currently in the middle of my braces treatment plan with her, but I saw last time I was at her office she works with Oliv clear aligners. They also looked like another great option. All and all I am so lucky to have found her! I genuinely feel like she listened to my smile concerns and is giving me the smile of my dreams!

After two failed attempts to take my son to a dentist, third times a charm! My 4 year old had the most amazing experience with Dr. Jones and her staff as his first real dental/ortho consult and appt. New things scare him and they took the time to make him feel safe and comfortable…from playing a movie during his appt to letting him handle some of the dental kit tools, it really helped. I’m looking forward to his next visit and to hopefully switching my care over to their office as well. 🥰

I had such a wonderful experience today with Dr. Jones and her team. She took excellent care of both my daughter and me so kind, gentle, and truly professional. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel completely comfortable from start to finish. The office is spotless, beautifully organized, and filled with a warm atmosphere. You can really feel their love and dedication in everything they do. I highly recommend them! 💕👏

My experience with Dr. Jones has been nothing but high quality. Dr. Jones and her team have been so attentive and supportive throughout my orthodontic journey. I got lingual braces and the treatment took approximately 1.5 years - and throughout that time, her team became more so like a family with the attention and care they brought to every visit. Her office creates a unique modern environment, but also very fun and calming. I would recommend this practice to all my friends and family! The results not only showed in her work, but also in the confidence that the team brought to my life. Smiles all around from now on!

I recently started my lingual braces with Dr. Jones. I had braces before, but my teeth shifted back since I didn’t wear retainers, so I was a bit nervous starting again. From the very first appointment, Dr. Jones made me feel comfortable—she genuinely listens to my concerns and carefully considers my needs. She also has great aesthetic taste and knows what works best for me personally, rather than just following a standard procedure. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and caring, which makes the whole experience smooth and pleasant. I just got my braces on and am already excited to see the results. The entire team is wonderful, and I highly recommend anyone needing orthodontic care to check them out. Even though they are relatively new, they’re already doing an excellent job.

I didn't expect much scheduling an appointment for some work dental work, and truthfully I had been avoiding the issue till I HAD to address it. I've never been "excited" to have someone stare into my mouth. But once I walked into Dr.Jones' office I was quite surprised! It was really a stunning office and was met with the kindest office staff. You can tell they take pride in their establishment. Alright, beautiful office aside, the important thing is getting my teeth squared away. I met with Dr.Jones and she was extremely personable and put all my concerns at ease. The consultation went smoothly and the follow up communications with her and her staff was fantastic. Next steps were clear, planned in a timely manner, and everything completed perfectly! Overall great experience, would highly recommend, should have faced my fears and gone sooner! :)

I hate that I have to make this review, but I'm really disappointed in Dr. Jones. I'm obviously not privy to whatever drama led to her leaving Lakeview Smiles and taking the ortho staff with her, but I'm a good example of patients suffering from the fallout. After having four appointments cancelled with Dr. Jones and subsequently spending an additional 12 weeks in lingual braces, you can imagine my horror when I come in for my long-awaited appointment and am told that my orthodontist has quit with no notice to start her own practice and has taken my custom InBrace wires with her. There was no warning given before arriving and no contact information provided to find her. I could write off this kind of departure as unprofessional, but taking my custom wires, especially when she knew that InBrace has gone out of business and I won't be able to get more, is just petty. After tracking down Dr. Jones at her new office, I asked that my wires be returned to me, given that I'd already paid in full and they are my property. Her office claimed not to have them, and I unfortunately had to have my braces removed. To pay $6,000 and suffer over a year in lingual braces to not get the outcome I paid for was heartbreaking. When I requested that I be paid the balance of the remaining months of treatment I was unable to receive, her office stopped replying. I'm not looking forward to reporting Dr. Jones, but I can't excuse what was ultimately theft of something I paid for. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and offered a chance to make it right, and she didn't take it. Although Dr. Jones was kind during the few appointments I was able to have, I cannot in good conscience recommend her as a professional. For all her emphasis on patient care she managed to make what was already a nightmare with InBrace somehow worse, and that behavior is unacceptable.
