Ugly Donuts & Corn Dogs Bushwick

This is a modern, clean shop on a busy commercial street in Bushwick. They have lots of seating, including a large high top table in the back with bar stool seats and several tables in the front. There are two digital kiosks for placing your order and they call your number when your food is ready. You can customize each doughnut with either regular sugar, cinnamon sugar, or plain. You can also add their fresh homemade cream to your order, which comes in various flavors. All the food is made to order so service is very, very slow, but it's nice to know everything is fresh. I ordered three doughnuts and it took about 25 minutes for my food to come out. The strawberry cream cheese filled doughnut was a delightful mix of subtle tartness and sweetness. The dough was perfectly crispy and was balanced well by the smooth cream cheese. I also enjoyed the Oreo cheesecake doughnut. The cheesecake flavor didn't come through at all, but it was rich and lightly chocolatey. The original ugnut would be great for those who like a classic taste with a crunchy bite.

Picked up an order from their online website which is super easy to navigate. My order was ready within the time frame stated and customer service was great. I ordered the Guac dog, Original dog with potato, Oreo and cream donut and a beef bulgogi bowl. I was a little intimated by the Guac dog especially with how it looked when I arrived home but surprisingly it had the delicious Guac flavors you'd expect with added bacon, yum! Everything was fresh and delicious. The Oreo and cream was messy and chocolatey just how I love it. So if you're into chocolate the way I am, definitely buy it. I do think that for about $15 the size of the beef bulgogi bowl could've been slightly bigger. Otherwise the taste was amazing. I highly recommend their delicious dogs and donuts.

Honestly one of the best corn dogs i've ever had, even better than the ones in korea. perfectly fried and i like that they alternate between meat and cheese for the mixed one. Also had a blueberry donut and that was fire as well. I ended up going back 2 days later

Stopped by for a snack - one of their ugdogs! There was a lot of seating and you can order at the kiosk. It can be very crowded with families. Their menu is quite diverse ranging from fruity drinks to donuts to bowls. I ordered the premium pizza ugdog w/ sausage. I waited for a bit but they're making it fresh so that was understandable. The sausage was only half the dog and the sauce on top makes the flavor. The inner part of the dog was mainly just cheese. It wasn't anything too special so I would probably order something else next time.

5 stars for the corn dogs! They were absolutely delicious. I lovedddd the Classic American Corndog, I have been thinking about it since my last visit . The cashiers were super nice and accommodating and they keep their workspace CLEAN! Wiped down every few minutes which was truly appreciated. They prepare food right behind the cashier so you can watch them work on your order! Ok back to the food... I don't do dairy so I appreciated that they had this delicious Classic American option with no cheese. The potato topping set it over the top! So crispy and still fluffy on the inside, whew! My sister enjoyed her mozza mix dogs and we agreed that these were the best Korean corn dogs we've tried out of the few places we've been to in the city. The bubble tea was nice, again I appreciated the non-dairy option. And the Ugnuts were good too, they reminded me of those Chinese donuts sprinkled with sugar. I would skip on the spicy chicken bowl though, it was just okay, I wouldn't get it again. Overall, I'd def return for the corn dogs and boba tea!

I recently visited Ugly Corndogs & Donuts in Brooklyn, NY, and it was anything but ugly! They offer Korean corndogs or "ugdogs," twisted donuts which originated from Korea's famous dessert called kkwabaegi or "ugnuts," filled donuts, specialty drinks, and more! I went with a Mozza Dog, which only cost $5.99 and is filled with only mozzarella cheese (vegetarian friendly), covered in panko crumbs and topped with sweet chili sauce, cheese sauce, and ketchup. I originally was going to get a red bean and cream cheese donut but since they were out, I went with a Baked Milk Cream donut instead. I got it to go, but I loved the hip decor with LED lights, a green wall, and fun music inside. I like how open the floor plan was too, so didn't feel squished in. I'd called ahead about bringing a dog I'm watching in and the cashier said they have dogs in all the time. So dogs are welcome! As a self-proclaimed Korean corn dog connoisseur, this corn dog didn't let me down. It was crunchy, filled with cheese, and delicious. It was a tad smaller than Oh-K Dog's and cost $1.50 extra to get it potato crusted, but all in all, I very much enjoyed it. They offer a variety of unique dogs too, including the "Classic American Ugdog," "La Mexicana," "The Guac," "Premium Pizza Ugdog," "Cheese steak ugdog," a kids ugdog, and other classic flavors. So there's something for everyone! I also loved the taste and consistency of the donut. It was fluffy and flavorful, but not too sweet, which personally is just how I like it. I will definitely be coming back with a furry friend again! Hot Tip: they don't offer pickup unless it's through a food delivery service, but they have convenient kiosks inside where you can order from.

All cheese one is nasty and just sits in your stomach. Been here twice and had a variety of things. Strawberry drink is so flavorless too. I don't think this place gonna last. After you tried once that's enough. I feel bad for hating cause these Asian. But like Melania said Be Best. Much love, Brizzle

The cream cheese donut is literally the best donut I've had in my life!!! Cannot recommend this place enough.

We love this place, got the guac dog, mozza dog, ramen, Nutella drink, and sunset lychee drink. It's good for families and friends too.

Seriously interesting flavor combinations going on here! Not big on hotdogs myself but my partner got one covered in French fries and sugar and said it was delicious. We both enjoyed the donuts! We got Nutella, red bean/cream cheese, scallion/cream cheese, and the blueberry donuts. All of them were so good! Didn't know how I would feel about the scallion cream cheese one but ended up really liking the salty sweet combo. The outside of the donuts is like a churro and the inside is gooey and stuffed! Would absolutely order again.

My best friend introduced me to this place and we loved the boba, donuts, and, and korn dogs. They offer only cheese alternative for the corn dogs but this place offers other food items that are vegetarian! The service was great, a bit of a wait. The atmosphere is very hip but overall fun.

Omg I love this place. I love Korean corn dogs in general. It's so good! They are made to order and come with a variety of different add ons and sauces. We got the jumbo with a hot dog and cheddar cheese, la mexicana and the pizza. All really good. For 2 specialty corn dogs, we did half mozzarella and half hot dog. I still dream about it. I also got the taro bubble tea which was good, but it had so much ice that I felt like I drank it all in one sip. Probably wouldn't get it again, but I'll be back for the corn dogs.

If I could give this place a 10 stars I would. Everything was impeccable. from the food to the customer service. I traveled from Houston, TX just for them. You should do the same. Everyone made me feel super special. I wil be back m!!

A friend at work brought it for our dept and I tried half of the regular donut.. it was delicious. Should have taken 1 whole.. didn't try the dip though but I'm here again to get some for my family and got the dip with it. Also got the corn dog. Can't wait!

I've come by twice now and sampled their corn dogs and ugnuts. The ugnuts, I like the cinnamon sugar, are light and airy, a little chewy, and overall just so good! The blueberry has fresh pieces of berry in it, and the nutella stuffed is perfectly proportioned. That same airy chewiness is present in the corn dog batter as well, which I loved. I enjoyed the cheddar mix ugdog the most, hot dog surrounded by cheddar cheese, wrapped in a crispy chewy batter. Definitely get the crunchy potato topping! I would check them out!

10/10 would come here again! Food was absolutely delicious. I've tried the mozza, mozza mix, la mexicana, and ramen. I got all my food with various toppings, with or without toppings the food is so great! The cheese pull is what got me! I've also tried the bubble tea and fruit drinks! The boba and jelly is so chewy and yummy! The service was to die for. The crew was so kind and patient. I would definitely come here again when I'm in town. I'd definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

Do Not Order From the Site. They will not deliver the food!! My order was messed up but the supervisor did an excellent job fixing the situation. Food was really delicious as well!!!

Very friendly staff and spacious restaurant! The self order kiosk is cool and like a 'phew' moment for an introvert. Ordered a blueberry ugnut with the traditional sweet soy icing. I prepared myself mentally for a greasy fried dough situation, but the ugnut is greasier than I anticipated. I don't think I'd order their ugnut again, but can be convinced to try the dogs. I'm generally pretty sensitive to grease, so I guess this is not the type of food that sits well with me, but if you're into doughnuts and don't mind the grease, it is absolutely delicious. One star off for the food 'genre' not to my liking, but cannot recommend enough the friendly vibes in this shop.

Love this place but literally waited 20 mins for an order I placed online , literally saw people that ordered at the place after my arrival get served before me, love this place but let's be a little more realistic with the online pick up time , and yea I know every order is fresh and done on the spot but having to wait and seeing everyone else get their order done before yours is abit of a turn off , didn't say nothing to the employees because I feel it's something management should revise with their online ordering.

The dogs here are HUGE!!! I ordered two and could only eat one. The pizza one is bomb, I suggest going cheese only in that one. They do take a while to make so have patience with this place, it's worth it.

It's a super chill place and the food is great. The employees are also very nice and quick. I have come back here multiple times and it never fails to be just as great as last time.

I have never in my life written a bad review but I waited close to 45 minutes for one donut - during the long wait I watched 2 of the workers go between rubbing their nose, handling money, then handling food without washing, sanitizing or wearing gloves. Pretty gross especially in the Covid era. Ended up throwing my one donut away because the person who bagged it was the person that was rubbing their nose.

Came here during the weekend and the service was pretty quick. You order through the front two kiosks and then wait for your order to be ready. I ordered the corn dogs and the donuts and they were both amazing. Very delicious and unique. I'm glad they are in the neighborhood. 5 stars

I love this place!! Their corndogs are so perfectly crispy and tasty (definitely get the potato covering). Their donuts are also incredibly yummy - they're SO chewy and fluffy, and dipping them in one of their creams is the cherry on top. Great service and food. Super happy they're in the neighborhood :)
