ULI Notting Hill

Uli is a decent spot for some pan Asian food, however the veg options aren’t that great. What we did have was well cooked, but I think the prices are very high for the quality of the food that’s being served. The cocktails weren’t good at all with my negroni being served with a foam and looking more pink than anything else, even after I asked if it was the right drink, they confirmed it was a negroni, unlike anything I’ve had before.

I had Thai here with a friend. The vibe of the place is very soothing. There is greenery everywhere and the best thing is you’re can talk and chat with your friends/ colleagues peacefully. No loud music or disturbance. Service was very slow. Had to call someone to take the order many times. Food was delicious and it’s worth visiting. Plus points for the location.

We were very tired and found this place from google. The food is really tasteful however the service can be better for this price. We ordered hot and sour soup but the lady understood corn soup. They apologised many times and suggested to rechange by the way which is good attitude. Anyways we really liked the food and atmospere. Pad thai was delicious and ho noo rice noodles also. I told i am not eating chicken and they were ok to give with prawns only. It is a bit high price and it is worh it. Also restrooms were very clean and garden was relaxing.

Really enjoyed our entire dining experience here. The staff was extremely accommodating to our two kids under five, very friendly and welcoming, and the food was fantastic. Everything we ordered was top notch, and the atmosphere is excellent. Made for a very pleasant evening.

I ordered on Deliveroo and was very disappointed with the food. The calamari were inedible and the sauces tasted weird. The chicken curry was too sweet. Not great quality Asian

The terrace is SO beautiful! The food is amazing and the staff were very very lovely! Will definitely be coming back soon ✨

Food was good but way too overpriced. Service was absolutely absent, just dropped our plates on the table and completely ignored us for the rest and only came to take our plates after a long time we had finished.

WARNING: TOURIST TRAP! DIABOLICALLY BAD FOOD AND RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE This is, without a doubt, the worst restaurant experience I've ever had in London, and I’ve lived here for 24 years. Uli is not just bad—it’s diabolically bad. You’d have to go out of your way to make food taste this awful. Their supposed "pan-Asian" cuisine is an insult to every culture they claim to represent. It's like they tried to dabble in everything but failed miserably at all of it. Tasteless, bland, and just downright unpleasant. And let’s talk about the prices. When I saw the bill, I was nothing short of shocked. You could eat at a Michelin-starred restaurant in London for less and have an actual dining experience. Here, you’re paying sky-high prices for food that’s borderline inedible. If you value your time, money, or taste buds, stay far away. Uli is a disaster in every possible way—a true tourist trap designed to rip you off while serving up garbage on a plate. Avoid at all costs!
